Scott, Brett, and Charlie were a dream to work with. Our AC went out over the weekend and Scott came first thing to take a look at it. Unfortunately we needed a new motor for our very old unit. Scott went to multiple wholesalers for us to find one as quick as possible. Great guy. We actually ended up investing in a new unit. Brett and Charlie did a great job and were very professional during the installation. They installed the unit quickly and cleaned and hauled away the old materials. I highly recommend Airic's for any of your AC needs!

Outstanding customer service with cost effective solutions compared to 3 other bids. I would highly recommend Airic's. Within only 3 days, I received multiple bids comparing prices, evaluated customer service ratings, understood timing of my requested services, as well as evaluated the sales team member. I am so thankful I trusted my instincts and went with Airics. Todd was honest on the nice vs needed items, patient all while being helpful in answering all of my questions. After comparing all of my bids, Airic's was the most competitive by a long shot and was able to act quickly to install a new furnace and central air system. Brent and Grant were top notch conducting the installation and helped to run me through the maintenance process and next steps with the electrician. Again, Tim the electrician arrived and provided excellent service. I can't recommend a better top notch team, excellent communication and on-time service! 5 stars! They got my old water heater going again less than 3 hours after I called on a Saturday. Installed a new water heater for me on Tuesday, just 3 days later. Prompt, professional, well-priced service. Guys were all nice, kept things very clean, and explained what they had done. Very much appreciate the automated texts letting me know when they were on their way to the house too. Will definitely use this company again and recommend you do as well.

Our non-profit partnered with Airic's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. and were able to provide a dual combat veteran family with a new air conditioning unit! Theirs went out last fall, and with a newborn baby in the house, AC is a MUST! We met at the house and it was determined that they needed a new unit, the following evening Eric and his crew showed up AFTER work and installed a brand new A/C! Airic’s boiler techs are always on time, courteous and helpful. Brett and Warren came out yesterday to fix a suspected boiler pipe leak. Even though it turned out not to be the boiler pipes, they helped me track down the source of the leak (the roof) so that I know who to call next. Their prices are good, too! I’m happy to know that I’ve got a great company to call when I need boiler maintenance.

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and responsiveness I received from Airic's Heating today. First, my initial phone call was more than welcomed by Pete and he went above and beyond to get my appointment arranged as soon as possible. Secondly, Dan (technician) arrived at our home on time and was nothing but polite and helpful. Dan asked me a few questions and off to work he went, 40 minutes later my air conditioner was up and running and I had an invoice mailed out to me the same day. Finally, I couldn't imagine anyone providing better service, the pricing was more than reasonable and the service was top notched! I'm done working with my CenterPoint Energy Services Plus Program, not only did they fail to meet a reasonable response time, they thought waiting eight business days for my service call was a reasonable expectation. Folks, give Airic's Heating a chance, you won't be disappointed. I'm a customer for life!

Eric Wills and the rest of the staff were phenomenal to work with. Eric responded the same day we called when our air conditioner went out. Airics did a fantastic job for us. We had to add a furnace for the basement because there was no heat at all. They works very well with us, planning and installing duct work and going the extra mile to get it done right. Everyone is friendly and considerate and they did a great job of keeping things tidy during the process. They are very knowledgeable and undaunted by some challenging spaces and always very helpful with any questions I had. I think they are great at what they do and very nice to boot!

As new homeowners, we were pleased with the service we received from Airic's Heating (the company that installed the existing furnace). When our gas was shut off due to a leak one evening, Airic's had someone at our door at 7am the next morning to fix it. I have used Aircs's several times since purchasing my home in 2015. Most recently, I used them the summer of 2016 for several projects during a remodel. They installed a toe kick heater in my kitchen, the vent for my kitchen hood, two bathroom fans (that didn't exist before), a gas line for my new gas cooktop and moved my furnace vent stack over a couple of feet after a surprise discovery taking down a wall to have an open concept kitchen. Every time they did an excellent job. Seriously. When I got my bathroom inspected and the inspector asked who installed the vent I told him Airic's and he said "they do great work." Needless to say, this was good news to hear. All of their technicians have been courteous and well-trained. There was an instance where a tech didn't show, I called and found out he had been delayed at another job. After apologizing they said they would send someone out first thing the next day (a Saturday) and they did. Everything they have done in my home has been on point and I will certainly continue to give them my business. Their prices are fair and their work is quality. It is unfortunate to read some of the other comments, but all of my interactions with Airic's have been positive

We called Airics on Monday and they came out that same day to give us a free estimate. We were able to get a great deal on a Carrier unit that was installed 2 days later. Then we mentioned that we would want a new furnace but would wait until winter to replace. They called us the next day and said they have a Carrier furnace out of the box that was used for a photo shoot and could put in for another great deal the next day. I appreciate their honesty as I would have never known that it was taken out of the original box. My husband and I are very satisfied with their service and are thankful for them as we will finally have a cool house this summer. We will be recommending them to friends and family (we already have!).

I have had Airic's Heating install furnace and air in 2 separate homes I have owned. In both cases they did a great job and completed work as agreed upon. What I really liked after that was their prices were far lower than any of the other estimates I obtained. In addition I had a blower fan go out on one of the units and they took care of the issue quickly and at no cost to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had Airics swap out my Furnace and Air conditioner units from a 80% to a 98% in October. Was very impressed with their punctuality, clean work ethic (they took the time to lay protective pads when they bought the equipment in and when they hauled the old ones out so as not to drag dirt or damage my flooring). Overall, have been pleasantly surprised with the results (both the savings and the installation) that without hesitation, I called them to replace my water heater as well. It has been an absolute positive experience right from the start to the finish. I did shop around and did get estimates from the other top players in this field and these guys knew what they were doing without the added schmoozing or the BS. There was absolutely NO BS when Adam W came to do the estimates until the post install service. I would hire these guys again to do my other properties without any hesitation.

We had our boilers inspected and one of them was cracked and red tagged, the other we were told was on its way out. Finding this out so close to October was very stressful, because we had a very short time to get them replaced before winter. We had our boiler and our tenants boiler replaced by the Airic's team and they did a great job! Our old boilers were over 100 years old, so of course we ran into some issues, but nothing the Airic's team couldn't handle. We were really appreciative of them squeezing us into their busy schedule last minute and working around our schedules and our tenants schedules. Thank you again!

Had center point come out and tell me that my boiler was not going to make it through the winter. so i looked around and got a hold of Airic's Heating. they came out right away to inspect my boiler and gave me quotes and were able to replace with a new boiler right away!! best company out there in the south metro! We contacted Airic's Heating last summer when our AC unit stopped cooling. We contacted several other companies that we well reviewed by Google and Home Advisor at the same time. Airic's was the only company that would come out the same day after hours for no extra charge (it was 95 degrees out, so other companies knew that we were desperate). He informed us that there was a substantial crack and that he would add Freon if we wanted him to, but that it may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit (Lennox AC and furnace system - both 18 years old). He was right, two days later the house was hot again. Adam explained to us that in order for a new AC unit to perform correctly, a new furnace was also needed. The old furnaces are too large to allow for a big enough coil system to be installed above it - to move the air efficiently thru our home. Different parts on our furnace had been replaced over the past 5 years, with everyone telling us it was on its last leg. So we made the decision to move forward with replacing both, but only after getting the exact same feedback from two other local companies - one of which was the Costco preferred provider - whose bid was 20% higher than Airic's. Adam and team completed the work efficiently and effectively for less than their bid. They were extremely professional and everyone on the team was respectful to our home and family. Two weeks after this install, my mother's AC stopped cooling. Adam came to her home on Saturday, even though I think he was not working that day, and took care of her for no additional weekend rate. She also had a crack in her AC unit, which is about 20 years old. He gave her the same info that I got - that it may or may not hold due to the age and condition of the unit. Her Freon held. I am sure it will give out down the road, and when it does, we will be calling Airic's back. Adam has assisted us with an additional repair in our home since this occurred that was not really within their realm. I am so confident in this company, that I left the door open for him to come and go as needed. I have never done that for any other repair company. These guys are great!! I will refer any friend to them with no hesitation!!

Mixed review. Called because we needed an a/c unit replaced. They showed up soon after, we're well informed, quoted a good price, and got the job. Installed quickly. Excellent! Next I called about a new space heater for the garage. For as quick and easy as they were with the A/C, it's been totally the opposite with the heater. Took a long time to return the call, couldn't remember what we wanted, took a long time to arrive to measure, never received a quote. I called a couple of times to see what was up. Promised each time that they'd get back to me. Never have.

I have had Airic's dig me out of trouble a few times. Last winter my furnace went out during a 'polar vortex' and Airic's diagnosed and installed a new blower for me, very fast and efficient. Last weekend I was in New Orleans and got a notification from my wifi thermostat (which Airic's helped me install) that my house dipped below 55. It was 0 out, I called Ryan from Airic's who had been to my house before. He was there on a Saturday within 45 minutes and had a new igniter installed. I was able to relax and enjoy vacation without coming home to frozen pipes. They have taken care of me and many of my neighbors, I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, Adam and Jason came out to my house to look at a furnace that I had acquired and spent about an hour diagnosing why it wouldn't work correctly. They came to the conclusion that it was no good but they got it going and could have charged me and told me to keep it but they were very honest and informed me that it would be nothing but problems in the future. We decided to go another route in this matter and I sure am glad that there is still some honest people out there !! Thanks Adam and Jason !!

I give Airic's the highest recommendation! Last year, they installed a ductless AC/heating unit and condenser in one room of my house. Recently,I noticed the condensation draining system (that could have been due to the way the contractor installed the pipes in the ceiling, who knows) but, unlike any other company these days, they didn't leave me high and dry but immediately came out and fixed the problem by installing an extra pump. 5 stars for Airic's!

I recently had a Radon Test with Radon Gone. The test was simple and only took 48 hours to complete. The team at Radon Gone was extremely helpful explaining how to complete the test & what my Radon Levels meant. Our results assured us that our levels were within the acceptable range and no further action is needed at this time.I would recommend Radon is Gone to friends and family.
