Had an A/C unit installed over the summer and also had a furnace recently replaced after the heat exchanger failed on it. They are very personable, timely, went out of their way to pivot their day to install the furnace at my duplex in sub zero temps. Definitely recommended AQS for any HVAC needs!

Our furnace went out on New Years day morning. Temp -10 outside 56 inside. Brad gave me a call back quickly and came out to get the repair started in less than two hours. We're back up and running. Haven been using AQS since moving to SLP about 5 years ago. Always have them perform annual service and they installed a new furnace. They've always taken care of us and I've always found them reasonable when it comes to costs. They've worked for us and hope they work for you.

AQS recently replaced our defunct central air for a little over 1/2 the cost of other companies bids. They were reliable, honest (no smoke and mirrors) and they did a great job. I wish I had known about them when we replaced our furnace! We could have done both jobs for what we paid for the furnace install. You won't regret calling them!

Brad did an excellent job fixing my furnace! It went out on literally the coolest night with -22 degrees outside. I called at 8.30 PM and he got here within the hour. Temperature and dewpoints were rising as we discovered the AC wasn't working. Have worked with AQS for years and always happy with their work and professionalism. Left them a message but also contacted other repair companies since it was a busy time for these guys. Brad called back and stopped by on his way home tonight. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (exterior wire had been worn through and shorted out). We'd feared it was time to replace the AC unit, but Brad got it running for a mere fraction of the cost. Thank you Brad!

Over 10 yrs ago, one winter evening, a bad smell came thru our air ducts. I called AQS and Brad came to our home and had to red-tag our furnace. Fortunately, we had a good space heater that kept us 'comfortable' until the next day. By mid-morning, two AQS employees were here getting the old furnace out and installing a new one. By mid-afternoon, three AQS people had been here, and the 'install' was done! These guys are clean and careful! Since then, we've had a new water heater installed (hey Brad, I drained it yesterday) and our air conditioning repaired. As you can see, I highly recommend AQS!

I would definitely recommend Jeff and the team at AQS; our furnace went out on a Saturday and Jeff came to our house the following Sunday with portable heaters so that we could stay comfortable until his team could come in and replace the furnace on Monday. Very prompt and great service; I never felt like I was being 'up-sold' any equipment I didn't need.

These folks are incredible, they are very responsive and quick to help you out and affordably priced, they installed a new furnace for us the day we were leaving town for the holidays and they were able to do it in an efficient and professional manner that let us catch our flight without a hick-up. We were having a nice summer afternoon until my wife said "does it feel a little hot in here to you?" "Oh-oh," I thought, "the forecast for tomorrow is 90 with a heat index making it feel like 100! Now what?" As A/C repair is not an everyday occurrence, I was once again faced with the dilemma of who to call. After I checked to make sure it wasn't just a circuit breaker that got tripped, I went into the furnace room and saw a big sticker for these guys on my equipment (must have used them before), so I called and reached Matt late on Sunday who said he could be by Monday between 9 and noon. GREAT! The house was still ok inside at about 77 degrees so we cranked up the ceiling fan and went to bed. As promised Matt came by on Monday and after a thorough exam discovered a couple of blown fuses in the unit ($50 repair plus standard $99 trip charge). I was relieved it wasn't something major and he had things up and running in under 30 minutes. Thing I like about these guys: -LOCAL and Family owned (St Louis Park) -NOT part of some big chain liked the one named after the guy with the kite in an electrical storm -Really Friendly service -Matt was great, on time and efficient -DIDN'T try to upsell me on a bunch of extra services (like some others I've used that want to sign you up for preventative maintenance plans) -he did check out the unit while he was here and let me know the coolant and motors were all good (nice) -price was fair HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Would not hesitate to call them again for a/c or heating issues. I even took a sharpie and jotted 5 stars on the sticker on the furnace to jog my memory when 2 years from now I'm looking at some other unexpected outage.
