Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave while i was 8 months pregnant. They came out that day to take a look at it and unfortunately the unit was shot. I knew there could be a wait so i was not excited about no ac for a while. The tech was so awesome he really tried everything he could. Ahrens replaced our unit the very next day as they had what we needed! I am so unbelievably grateful for the quick response and the priority they made us. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs work! You guys are amazing!

The experience of working with this company was tremendous. From the time from speaking with the owner Wade getting the estimate for the job making sure we had what we needed and understood what to expect. And when the time came for the installers they showed up at the punctual time they said they would be there. All through the day they were polite, knowledgeable, and clean. I know how much work they had ahead of them, this wasn’t a normal job. A major component had to be completely disassembled to get it up into the attic area and reassembled. My hat is off to these men for going above and beyond. And let’s not forget the office help that answered all my questions and made sure everything was in order. I can’t say enough about this experience with Ahrens as a company. I was glad to do to business with them. And don’t let me forget the fact that when the installs left the home, they cleaned up like they were never there. Thank you Wade and all of your people. Good choice on hiring them all.

During the MN heat, my AC went out. I called Ahrens at 10:30 a.m. and I had someone at my house by 3pm. The service tech was very pleasant and highly knowledgeable. He had things up and running by 3:30. To me, that was spectacular service, especially when company is 40 miles from my house.

Very courteous gentlemen came to our house and cleaned the vents and ducts. We were told they had never seen ducts that bad. My husband said he was sorry that this was turning into a nightmare. One of the gentlemen said he liked having to work harder, some times the ducts didn’t need much cleaning. It did take some time, they were at the house for over 6 hours. Left us with clear instructions for the next few days. I would definitely recommend this company.

The service technician is always on time, if not a little early. He is always polite and cheerful; he is always ready to take time to answer questions regarding our aging system. The re has only one time when he has had to turn around the next day, and it was only slightly related to the work he did the day before. To us Ahrens is the best!!!!

This spring had a new AC system installed, it was very easy to get an inspection and quote. A few days later they had the unit and got it installed. Installation and payment was also quick and easy to do, big thanks to April, Seth, and the rest of the crew.

I have been an Ahrens customer for more than twenty years. Very prompt in emergencies and good to work with on new installs. Just had them install a new propane-fired hot-water heat system replacing a 40 year old oil -fired system. Very satisfied. Nice system - quiet & efficient.
