Decided on Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc to install new AC and furnace after getting several quotes and researching product lines. We went with the Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc and were able to get us on schedule within a few days of us making the final decision on quote and product.Director and Specialist performed the install and were very professional and quality driven and did a great job! We did have a connection problem with the new WiFi thermostat but the unit was up and running that day and Director came back a few days later and installed a brand new thermostat which worked very nicely for remotely adjusting the house temperature. They came back to repair the old humidifier bypass duct opening and also repaired a small water leak while they were in the crawl space. The entire experience was awesome, it is a great choice if you're in the market for HVAC replacement or repairs.

If you need any heating or air conditioning services, you HAVE to go to these guys. Their service is top notch and they went above and beyond top help us out. Ace was chosen by chance by our warranty company and they installed a new furnace for us. Two months later, it short circuited and went out again. Jim, Jason, and Russ spent a collective TWO FULL DAYS at our home trying to diagnose the problem and helping us deal with the warranty and manufacturing companies. We can't say thank you enough to this company for their patience, skills, and perseverance that gave us heat in the dead of winter. You should definitely give them your business. You won't be disappointed. We will be lifelong customers for sure.

One day the blower motor on our furnace went out in the early morning, and Jim was able to come a to our house pretty quickly and fix the issue. As a member of the 24/7 club, they got someone out to me same day - even though it was just a Winter Furnace Tune-up. They took the time to be sure everything was correct, tested and adjusted. They cleaned up all the old furnace items and left the area in great condition. Knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose it with me over the phone and save me an unnecessary after hours charge. Fast. They drove to the cities to pick up a part rather than putting it on order. It wasn't the right part but Jim was able to get our old part working until they could get the new part. so they drove to the cities again same day to get my part. Affordable. I was concerned about the cost and they assured me they'd work with me. Our heat was their priority. And they saved us an after hours call. My furnace quit working on a saturday and the temperature was expected to go below zero that night. I did a search for local companys that could resolve my problem. Started calling them. No one answered until i got to Ace Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They came out and and because it required a part they didn't carry they had to order the part and returned the next day. I know have heat again and love this company. They come through in emergency situations.

Ace Heating was chosen by the warranty insurance company to provide a second opinion and also to perform the installation of the new furnace. While we have many concerns with the business practice of the home warranty insurance company and their service, I have only the highest compliments for Ace Heating and their staff. From the helpfulness of the office staff in trying to maneuver through the maze that was the insurance company to the installers, the experience was extremely positive. The installers were attentive, prompt, polite, efficient, and appeared (I'm not an expert on installation, so only have my opinion) extremely competent in their work. They left the home clean, carefully cleaning up any waste, and answered my questions in a polite, respectful manner. We would be happy to use their services again, as they were also prompt, and delivered a level of service which we greatly appreciated in getting a new furnace installed in such a timely manner.

We had issues with our AC unit two times and Heidi, the dispatcher, made sure we were taken care of both times. The second time was after business hours and they still went out of their way to make it work for us so the problem could be resolved right away. I have used them 3 times in the last 4 weeks and have been very pleased each time. First visit was for furnace not working (had a bird stuck in the blower 😳) they then tuned it up for winter. Second visit was to have our vents and dryer vent cleaned out. Third visit was because we had no heat at all and needed a new part. They are on time and the tech has always called ahead of time. Reasonably priced, but can you really put a price on being warm? We have found our HVAC professionals.
