Sam was very nice and knowledgeable. We’ve been using Wade Hatchell for 4 years and he spent the most time explaining things to us and giving us tips to save money. We felt more life friends when he left than strangers. We highly recommend him!

Sam is a great service technician. He showed up on time for my service appointment and got my AC running quickly. He did not stop there, but ensured all other components were up to par and would remain functional in the long run. I would recommend Sam to service your AC when it stops working.

Sam has always been a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to my heating/ac unit and he will go OUT of his way to help you with any questions you might have. He would be someone I’d recommend to get an appointment with for maintenance on your unit. He actually goes above and beyond any other service person I’ve had come to fix my unit. We have always had excellent service by the team at Wade Hatchell including regular servicing, diagnosis and repairs. Sam just completed our Spring service which we again had to call to schedule. We can highly recommend them and have had very good service experiences with Mike, Michael and Sam. Honest and dependable people to trust with you HVAC work. Just wish they reached out to schedule regular maintenance like they did in past years.
