The technician was so amazing and got everything taken care of quickly and explained what was causing the draining issue with the bathtub and told us what kind of repairs would be needed to keep it from becoming a much worse situation and he was so professional. We also loved that Jarboe's sent a text with his picture and a little info about him before he came to the home. The pricing was great well worth it. We will definitely be using them for any issues we have from now on! If you need a great plumbing company I highly recommend you use Jarboe's!

Quick to answer the phone. Next day appointment available. Team showed up on time. Was courteous of pets and house. Clean crew and left the area clean once completed. Was able to unstop the drain and show me what was causing the stop. Very efficient. Affordable repair ($93 or free) which includes a one year guarantee. This is our second experience with Jarboe’s each just as good. Would recommend and would use again if needed.

We chose Jarboe's to zone our HVAC. Ronnie was stellar, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and did a great job. The install was fast and the results were better than we could have anticipated. When our AC compressor died later in the year (unrelated, the AC came with the house and was installed by a different company), we naturally chose Jarboe's again. They gave us the option of replacing the compressor alone or replacing the entire unit. Because of the deal they were able to offer us on a new unit, which includes a 10-year parts AND labor warranty, we got a new unit. The install was super fast, 3 hours soup-to-nuts. Mike (Sales) and Mike (Install Technician) were both great. Jarboe's also offers a membership that comes with some nice benefits. We are now members, of course, and I cannot recommend this company enough. I have some plumbing issues to address, and there is no anxiety about calling Jarboe's to have it done because I know they'll give me a fair quote, amazing service, and do the job right. 6/5 stars.

Installed home humidifier. Our service technician, Chris G. went straight to task, finished the installation, cleaned up after himself and explained the equipment operations as I inquired. I appreciated how our home was respected right down to wearing shoe covers to protect the hardwood and carpet. I will use Jarboe’s again and recommend others consider doing so as well.

My heating went out randomly and only noticed recently, so I called Jarboe's. Whoever answered the phone was very courteous and had a tech scheduled to show up in a couple hours. Mike Curran was my repairman, and he was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue diagnosed and repaired within the hour. Obviously as a company, they will try to offer extra services, but I'm glad he did. I was not aware of the preventative maintenance Jarboe's offered (first time home owner), and I opted in so that I would not be surprised by this failure when the temperature drops, like Kentucky does best. They were able to come out to my house early. My duct work has not been cleaned since I’ve owned my house. Honestly until I saw commercials, I didn’t know they needed to be cleaned. The guys wore booties (which I appreciated) were extremely polite answering my questions and letting me know what they were doing. Because I have a cat that likes to run outside they worked with me on which room they would go to next room.so Kinsey Kitty couldn’t escape. A great couple of guys that know their job and did it well. I can’t say enough good things about the company and the image they portray. I am going to recommend this company to everyone for a large variety of services they perform.

He was able to determine the issue and repair, tested the water to ensure there was no continued leaking. Within an hour, the job was done. Called for water heater repair setup appointment and they were here on time and gave me information on who was coming and they arrived on time as promised. After checking everything out ended up replacing with a new unit as mine was 20years old. Gave me a good price and installed it that afternoon. During a routine maintenance, a slight "blip" occured which caused our outdoor unit to not want to cooperate overnight, but it felt like the entirety of the Jarboe's staff pulled together to get it fixed and back up and running for us within a 24 hour period. Craig made sure the needed part came through ASAP while Matthew made it a priority to get back out to us for the installation to get the unit going again (it's the end of July so "stifling" outside pretty much sums up the weather at the moment). We were also in a time crunch that they became aware of and as such, are so very thankful to this power duo and the rest of the Jarboe's team for their efforts, excellent service and understanding!

We had an emergency when the temperature plummeted to -7° and our twenty-year-old furnace stopped working. We called several HVAC services due to the urgent response required. Jarboe's answered and had someone at our house in Mt Washington within 4 hours. Dustin Thomas had the problem diagnosed and a quote provided ASAP. He walked me through the various tests and explained the results in a way I could understand. Dustin takes great pride in his work and is top notch in all facets of his work. Due to the age of our equipment and the problems we have had the past 5 to 6 years we knew it was time to replace the outdated equipment. Ronnie Dean came out the same day and assisted us in selecting the right equipment for our home to fit our budget. Ronnie is second to none and explained all our options and was patient and professional during the entire process. The installation team had the new system installed and our house heating in no time and was clean, professional, and courteous. They explained the new system and how everything worked, and you couldn’t tell any work was done. Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Jarboe’s.

I just had my furnace and HVAC replaced by Jarboes and I couldn’t be more impressed. Every person I interacted with in the company was helpful and nice, knowledgeable about their products, and professional. I think the pricing was also great compared to other quotes and they do referral coupons as well (feel free to use my name for money off if you’re buying). The guys who came out and installed my new system and thermostat were great! Everything was kept clean and they took away the old junk for me so I didn’t have to figure that out on my own. They also did the entire installation and removal process in about 4.5 hrs! My dog liked the guys too which is huge because he’s usually terrified of strangers but he went right up to them wagging. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for heating/cooling services.

Got a appt for check up have to waite 4 mnths .even when buy a package u still have to pay for something every time they come.knoq when we had to call for a emg.they came out on Sunday and good timing,but they don't make records every thing that happens .the unit was bought brand new from them we have had it 3 ,4 yrs it just quite one night while he's working on it sparks a little fire ,he said the wires was touching that's what caused it,he took pics,I took a couple when I ask for his copy there was none in his report never made notes of any sparks or it trying catch on fire ,for it 2 be fairly new wires touching wire burnt that's on them

EDIT to my original 1 star review: I originally left this review after being without AC in 80 degree weather and having a terrible time trying to get Jarboe’s to contact me regarding my warranty. After escalating my issue to the area service manager, I waited for Tina to contact me and once she did, she did everything she could to prioritize me after realizing there was a big misunderstanding regarding my warranty. After speaking with her, Jarboe’s was ready to come back with the part within 24 hours. I appreciate her professionalism and I would recommend Jarboe’s to anyone needing heating, plumbing or AC service. My only advice to you is to make sure you READ your service summary, your warranty documents and understanding your rights as a consumer. Jarboe’s is servicing a large community so it is YOUR duty to understand what you have purchased and your coverage summary. As long as you know that, Jarboe’s WILL take care of you. Thank you, Tina.

From start to finish, this team was amazing. Nick came out to do the estimate. He advised me of what needed to be done, and stayed in touch with me the entire time. He came out Friday for the estimate, and called me back Monday to check up, and told me he'd follow up with me on Tuesday, which he did. I told him my work schedule was weird, and I'd prefer something a little later in the afternoon. I absolutely HATE that Jarboe's is no longer a family owned company, but is now just a small part of a conglomerate, monopoly. The ability to talk one on one with anyone locally is non-existent. Jarboe's did a phenomenal job from start to finish with our new HVAC system replacement! We had the original furnace and AC units in our house (from 1996) start going out on us and needing annual service. Given that the refrigerant in the AC unit has been discontinued, we've watched it steadily climb in price each time we've needed a refill every year or so since moving into our house in 2016. This year it got close to the price of a new AC unit just for the coolant and service... So after shopping around we found that Jarboe's was going to be our best deal. Jarboe's took us through the sales process and made our options perfectly clear. Their "no surprises" guarantee on service was what really sealed the deal (the price they offered was all inclusive for all materials and time). The installers were on time, professional, and courteous. They made sure to be careful working inside and outside the home, cleaner up after themselves, and made sure to ask any questions that were necessary. They did a complete tear out and replacement of both the AC and the furnace, and we can absolutely tell the difference! Now here's hoping that the electric bill will show us some savings as well... Highly recommended; would definitely call Jarboe's again for this type of work. There are other smaller shops that I wouldn't mind using for maintenance and repairs, but for this type of big job, the expertise, organization, and professionalism of Jarboe's were all pleasant surprises.

Final Update I'm leaving it at 3-stars, but I considered dropping it down. After research, many discussions, and recommendations from friends (as well as two local licensed plumbers); I chose a smaller company to come in and assess my gas situation. I gave them the green light to start, and within an hour they had tested at least half of my junctures and connections, and had identified two valves (plus the control valve to my stove) that were leaking. In total, they spent two-and-a-half hours repairing and retesting the gas lines in my house. As they were finishing up, I called the gas company, and within thirty minutes they re-checked my lines and turned my gas back on without even a hint of reservation. More importantly, the smaller company did it all for about half the price of the cheapest quote from Jarboe's... I'm guessing, because, instead of insisting on mass-reconnections or replacement, the smaller company opted to work with and repair my existing lines, reconnecting and replacing what was necessary only after finding it to be compromised. I am certain that there are times and reasons to gutt and replace instead of repairing existing gas lines, but in this world where so many are so concerned about the conservation of resources (not to mention significant financial challenges we all face within this economy), shouldn't it take more than a 10-minute glance to decide drastic steps (such as what I was quoted) are the only option? I appreciate the improvement Jarboe's showed in weekday communication, as well the refund they granted me for the poor communication I experienced on the weekend. I appreciate that larger companies, like Jarboe's, make after-hours crisis management an option, since smaller companies are unlikely to provide such flexibility in an emergency at an inconvenient time. I just wish that large companies like Jarboe's would embrace small fixes and elbow grease for small problems as aggressively as they embrace extreme measures and large estimates. I don't doubt their ability or credentials, and I am sure that their plan to repipe my house would have satisfied the gas company, but I am very glad I chose a different option. Update #2 I am adjusting my rating up to 3-stars. I am still unhappy and my gas leak situation remains unresolved, but... 1) I was called early this morning with a sincere attempt to remedy the situation, and communication has been good, since. Thank you. 2) I was refunded the original "after hours" fees, and a second technician was sent, free of charge, to re-assess and offer a second estimate. Thank you. Both proposed plans are worth considering, but are very different. Plan 1 might work, and plan 2 most likely would work. Plan 1, in my opinion, is very expensive... Plan 2 is nearly 4x as much. However, I do not believe I will choose either. In summary (apologies if this is not accurate, but they are my impressions, and I am neither trained nor very knowledgeable in plumbing/gas): Plan 1 from Dezmond (Saturday night): Instead of searching for leaks, one of which we may never find (1/8 Oz and 1/2 Oz per 15 minutes, plus an additional fireplace issue), let's redo all of the connections and hope that the leaks are not in existing flex pipe. Plan 2 from Chuck (Monday morning): Instead of messing with existing pipe that I question and do not trust, let's re-pipe it all. For now, I have other options that I am going to consider. Please know that this is not intended to flame or discourage. It is simply my best attempt at an honest review. ALL Jarboe's personnel I have had contact with were polite and professional in behavior.

Jarboe’s technician Ron called earlier saying he had a cancellation and could come this morning, which was fine with us. He was very efficient, cleaned coils outside, explained all readings and systems checked, the findings and offered information on duct cleaning at a discount price since we renew our maintenance agreement annually. We declined; he wasn’t high pressuring. Ron had told my husband when he came in that he’d been Covid vaccinated and cleared and asked if we preferred him to keep his mask on, as we wore ours. My husband said I’d prefer to do so. We were very pleased with our experience and renewed our service contract for another year.

Great experience all around with this company! Our service specialist, Charlie, was personable, professional, and informative. Charlie got our old furnace working for us while we waited for a new one to be installed. Our comfort consultant, Mike, was great and helped us choose the right unit for our home and budget. Dalton and Jack installed our new furnace, removed old humidifiers, and patched up holes in our ducts and they did a fantastic job. I was also expecting the process to be much louder, but they were somehow able to install the entire unit without any disruption and I was super impressed! I’ve never seen a company do that before and it automatically made me feel at ease with these people coming into my home. This is a great safety feature which ensures you let the right person in and it’s also very helpful for people who might have social anxiety. Great experience! Probably the best ever! I had a main pipe clog that was causing water to back up out of the downstairs shower and it happened on a Saturday. Jarboe's is one of the most pleasurable and professional HVAC companies we have ever worked with. Our carbon monoxide alarm went off on a Sunday in February, in which we had to call 911 for the fire department. We shut off both our water heater and our furnace until we could get a professional to look at them. The very next day, Charlie, whom was very personable and professional, came over and inspected both appliances and found a crack in the furnace. From there Jerome, very personable and professional as well, came by and showed us the different furnace options. We thought maybe we'd be several more days without heat until they could fit us in their schedule but they had a cancellation the next day and was able to fit us right in. The next day, the installers, Eddie and Bailey, came on time and were ready to go. Both were extremely hard working, very professional, and very friendly. After installing the new furnace, they cleaned up everything as if they had never been here. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left and patiently showed me how everything operated. Four different gentlemen from the same company and all four were fantastic! Give these guys a raise! We can't recommend Jarboe's enough. We will be using them for all future HVAC and Plumbing needs! They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like they were rushing to leave. This is fri morning and we have been without water or use of toilet since Thurs morning. I had called Thurs and the emergency person after hours was supposed to come. He called to tell me that he was on his way and asked if I knew there was an additional fee for after hours. I said yes that's fine. He never showed. I called the office and they sent several messages to him but he never responded. So we were without use of any thing that used water in out house including the toilet and we are sick. I'm not sure if emergency personal are employee's of Jarboe or contacted, but if they are it reflects horrible on the business. The man should have been ashamed to not even notify us he decided not to come. Who treats people like that? Other then that person I appreciate the work that Lloyd and his partner did today. That is employees the company should strive to have as the face of the company .

Work with electric drain auger and camera scope to eventually to unclog existing inside plumbing. Now have a clean out for accessibility if any future mishaps. Hooray! Well done Jarboe team.

I initially called to install a smart thermostat, the repair took less than 30 minutes, yet the price was outrageous. The acceess panel was left off the Furnace unit. Asked if they could check AC unit, sure... technician stated i needed a new capacitor, oddly enough the entire unit is less than two years old... after the tech left i just happen to notice that the main shutoff beside the unit was left on top of the shutoff box... close out of a job is as important as the collection of the money, didnt forget that. Could be a one off, but still. You're the HVAC subject matter experts

We had a water pipe leaking. I called Jarboe's around 7:30am and there was a plumber at my house by 9:30am. Chuck Brown was the technician sent to fix my issue. He found where the leak was coming from almost instantly. He explained to me the work that needed to be done in a very detailed manner and went over the pricing with me. Since my issue would take an entire day's work to complete, Chuck isolated the issue, turned the water off to the issue, and restored as much water as he could for us until he could return the next day to fix the entire issue. Chuck was very professional, congenial, and did the necessary work with the highest quality and efficient service that I have ever received from a plumber. He cleaned up after his work superbly. I cannot say enough good about Chuck or the woman I first talked to on the phone for the initial appointment. Even though their pricing is competitive in the market for plumbing, the service received is well worth the costs. I will use Jarboe's again for any plumbing needs.

Called Jarboe's the second time we had to have a clog cleared, and instead of immediately running a camera and trying to charge us $1000+ for hydro jetting, he ran his snake as much as he could with different heads to clear out as much as he could, without charging extra. THEN he called a coworker to bring a camera out to see if there were any other issues, AND we got a 1 year warranty on the drain clearing. Will definitely recommend
