I recently had issues with my Air conditioner not working and I needed the unit replaced along with the furnace. There wasn't anything about the old system that was correct. J Elliott responded quickly when I called and were able to get the new system ordered and today that got everything installed. The entire team was knowledgeable, efficient. Everything was cleaned up and the process was explained to me what was done how the new system works. They were amazing and did an outstanding job Mary

Gunnar arrived on time and called/ texted ahead to let me know he was on his way. His attitude was professional from the beginning of our meeting and he was ready to work when he arrived. I described my problem briefly and he knew exactly where to go. He had the tools and repair parts he needed on the service truck that he drove and he repaired my heating unit within about 30 minutes of the time that he arrived. Gunnar was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I'm glad he was our service technician today.
