I highly recommend Givens & Son Services for anything HVAC related at your house. They went way above and beyond fixing my unit that I thought needed to be recharged by helping me understand the flow of air in my house and items effecting heat in my house during the summer. I was able to modify a couple of my own habits to help bring my LG&E bill down 25% while still staying comfortable as temperatures rise. There are not many companies I have found that provide the type of detailed information that Givens & Son provided to me. Not only will this information help keep your HVAC systems running without issue, but also will help you understand minor changes you can make inside your home to give your HVAC unit a much longer life.

My furnace went out on Christmas Eve 2022. I called several companies to get emergency service and they all told me it would be 3 days or more before anyone could come out! I called Givens & Son and got a hold of Mr. Givens who was able to come out in a couple of hours! He checked it out and it was determined to be a bad motor!! The furnace was old and I had been advised in the past that it could go out at anytime and that I should think about replacing it! I decided instead of trying to just replace the motor which would have to be ordered depending on if they could find that part to go ahead and replace the furnace! I had it installed three days later and it went smoothly!! The job was completed within four or four hours and the guys that did the install did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and gave me the instructions on the usage of the thermostat!! I am very pleased and the furnace is working great!! I highly recommend this company!! The owner was very caring and was hands on in getting the job scheduled in a timely fashion!! And the guys that did the install was very friendly and professional!! 👍🏽👏🏽
