Our HVAC system was really bad (not working at all) after taking possession of a rental with inherited, bad tenants that had been in the unit for 25 years. Chris was not only instrumental in this new install, but he did several service calls over the past 10-12 years keeping my old system going. I’m happy as can be with my new system- something Chris recommended for me to do a few years back, I just wasn’t in a position financially to do so.
