They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and answered all of our questions. Tyler came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace and HVAC unit and throughly explained to us our options. Pricing was very fair! Frankie and Jacob came out the next day as scheduled to replace our existing furnace and HVAC unit, they were extremely clean and wore shoe covers and laid down mats when brining in new equipment and removing the old. They were prompt, friendly and professional.

Woke up this morning at 2:30am to find out my heat wasn't working and it was 62 degrees in my house. Called Breckinridge after my friend who recently installed my new thermostat couldn't come back out. Frankie, our technician arrived on time as promised. He was very friendly and knowledgable and found one wire that was disconnected at the furnace. He re-connected the wire, re-programmed my smart thermostat and we were good to go. He made it a point to take care of my home (even putting the little loose pieces of insulation back in the attic when he came down from fixing the furnace wiring). This was a great experience, and I have found my new HVAC company when I need future repairs.

My furnace suddenly started blowing cold air in the recent freezing weather. I called a few "emergency repair" companies who apparently meant if they could fix it within a couple of days that was an emergency response.
