David is genuine and skilled. He helped to identify the coil leak and replaced on time. He checked few months later and adjusted the refrigerant levels without charge. Few of the well known HVAC companies doesn’t want to deal with home warranty insurance. But David worked with insurance and helped with claim. I am happy with the service and strongly recommend him.

After our warranty company sent an HVAC company out and they completely botched the job, David was sent to us and was out within the hour. He fixed the problem (after being out of heat for a week) almost immediately. We will definitely be requesting him in the future. Very nice and friendly and prompt. After being told multiple times by another HVAC company that our furnace was functioning properly (despite the fact that it was very clearly not), the home warranty company sent out David with Blackwood Heating and Cooling. He diagnosed the issue within a minute of only hearing the furnace (it sounded like loose gravel was rolling around inside of it), and actually found a crack in the heat exchanger on top of that. David was professional and courteous. I cannot recommend Blackwood Heating and Cooling enough.

David is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! He came the night before Christmas Eve around 3pm to help fix my heater. He was able to fix it quickly and found issues that two other companies didn't catch. The only thing the other companies were interested in where selling me a new furnace which I didn't have the money for. David saw what issue I was having and was able to fix it and found two other issues the other companies missed! I highly recommend David!!

David offered to come out to repair our air conditioning on Sunday evening after they had closed to help us with our air conditioner that was not working in 90 degree weather. After he arrived, he quickly identified the problem, and was able to resolve the issue 30 minutes later. The house immediately started cooling down which was especially important for our newborn's nursery. David also spoke to me about some easier maintenance items I can complete to help prevent further issues. Top notch customer service that you do not find frequently in the service industry these days. Highly recommend Blackwood and will definitely use them again in the future.

I highly recommend choosing Blackwood Heating and Cooling. Dave recently came out late on a cold night with short notice to fix our heat. We really appreciated it because my wife is pregnant and we have an 18 month old daughter. Our furnace had been working on and off so we were thinking the worst could happen. Fortunately Dave figured out what was going on even though it happened to be running when he arrived. It's been running better ever. He also fixed our AC back in the summer. Same deal - he came out and got things figured out and fixed up quickly and without any issues later. Thanks Dave!

A great company thats all I can say. After having several hvac companies come to fix our A/C and told this is what it is and never be fixed. This company came out and told us exactly what it was and why and fixed it and told us another way we could stop the problem if it needed to be fixed. Hopefully the critters dont chew another wire and he covered the hole and told us how to cover just incase the critters somehow get in again. He we will always be my hvac with or with out our home warrenty!!! Thank you for coming out late to!!!!

Great experience. Our heat went out and we called late in the day in a panic because it was supposed to sleet that night and we have a newborn in the house. Someone came out within the hour and was able to get it working for us. Such a relief and we very much appreciated them coming out after hours!
