Edit 6/1/22 Starting with Tyler W. - he was great as a comfort care specialist. He was very thorough in explaining my options for a new furnace. It needed replacement due to a crack in the heat exchanger. The unit was very old so I knew the time was coming. I didn’t feel hurried or in a rush to make a decision. After purchasing we had next day installation from Nicky M., Dalton B., and Jake - all 3 were very respectful and took their time to ensure the job was done correctly. They explained how to use my new thermostat and how everything works with the new furnace and humidifier. They explained clearly when filters needed to be changed as well as how to do each one in particular. I am very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with the guys from Arlinghaus. I will definitely recommend their service and I look forward to working with them when I am due for any type of service. —Jeffrey Cook was a fantastic technician. He was very thorough and precise in his work. He went through everything with me as he was working. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and would prefer to have him as my technician for any future maintenance needs. Overall the company and service has been outstanding.

I do have to say, I am extremely happy with Arlinghaus. My wife and I just had a baby and our upstairs stays in the high 70’s if not 80 degrees so we wanted to get a quote on a mini split system. I called Arlinghaus to get a quote, they scheduled it with me and were on time. Greg was the salesman and he’s one of the nicest people you can meet. He explained everything the best he could and had one of the Lead technicians come out and clear up any questions I had. I signed the paperwork and they were there the next day to install. They got it all installed in 1 day and we just had to wait on an electrician. Anytime I had a questions on updates, Greg was very responsive and would text me after hours. After the install one of the units were not working properly. I called and they had Tyler come within 2 hours. He figured out the issue (small wiring issue). He got it fixed and it cools my upstairs unbelievably. I had to turn one of the units off for a bit because it got in the 50’s (I didn’t have it on Auto) Tyler did a great job communicating with me after he figured it out. He’s top notch!! Long story short. Arlinghaus is always on time, very friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. When they ask you “How can I make your home a happy home,” they mean it. It was a little pricier than I though it would be, but you cannot buy any better service. I will be a future customer.

I called Arlinghaus after doing research on all HVAC service providers in the area. They were ultimately the ones that could get here the fastest. James Hughes was my service tech that gave me the diagnosis. My HVAC units were very old, so my expectation was that I would ultimately have to replace both units. James was very thorough in his diagnosis and explained everything in a way that I understood. I decided to get an estimate to replace my AC and Furnace. Damani Nkosi and Tom Owens came out the next day as my comfort consultants to do an analysis and provide options to replace my old units. They walked me through the entire process so I felt comfortable moving forward with the plan I thought was best. Nate Erpenbeck, Dalton Blake, and Matt Frommeyer were my installers and they did a phenomenal job. Nate showed up at the exact scheduled time and walked me through the process. Damani and Tom were also on-site throughout the day to ensure the process was smooth. At the end of it all, Nate gave me an overview of how the units work and how they should be maintained. He connected my thermostat to my internet and assisted in getting it set up to my preferred comfort level. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how the day went. The price of the install was what I was expecting although still rather expensive. However, I am a big fan of the customer service that was provided. Here I am, about a week or so out, and Linda called me to confirm the activation of my warranty and scheduled a time for the inspector to come out to put the final stamp of approval for this process. It’s one thing to have a company mission that rests on a sign or the side of van.. it’s a completely different experience when every single person I interact with believed and exemplified that mission. Very smooth process and overall very satisfied. Arlinghaus has another lifelong customer here. Happy house, happy customer, and Shadow and Bean are also very happy.

Bryan, Nate, Tyler and the rest of the team did a great job. System I had was on it's last legs and needed to be replaced. I had 6 different estimates and while Arlinghaus wasn't the CHEAPEST, they were the best VALUE. The lower estimates either reused parts that should be replaced or didn't listen to my requirements and had 'extras'. The install team was on time, protected the house, cleaned up after themselves and walked me though the system. Pics attached are the old (Rheem) and the new (Ruud).

I booked Arlinghaus to come and inspect the air conditioning system at my clients home that they have under contract to sell. The inspection showed something with the system and we needed to make sure it was working properly for the buyer. Colby was AMAZING! I met him at the house and he took great care in checking everything out and even took photos of his instrument readings to go along with the invoice. He explained what he was doing so I could understand and relay the info to my clients and the buyer's agent. I use Arlinghaus for my own home and refer them to all my clients because I know they will get the job done right. But I must say that after meeting many technicians from Arlinghaus over the years, Colby is hands down my favorite! Keep up the good work and thank you!

Had a wonderful experience. We have a 9 month old and our furnace went out in 30 degree temperatures. I spoke with Brenda who was super friendly and helped me quickly get a tech to my home .Arlinghaus had Colby out the same night to diagnose the issue . Even though it was late he was very friendly and knowledgeable Our 24 year old unit had kicked the bucket .Arlinghaus had Tyler out the next morning to work with on pricing and financing. He did everything he could to make sure we got the best deal. Steve and Jude arrived by early morning . They were super friendly and had my new unit installed before my wife even got home from work . My mom had her yearly plumbing check which is included with the happy home service they provide. Our tech Baylin was amazing. He was professional and so polite. I had my 3 year old son with me and he wanted to see everything Baylin was doing. Baylin was so nice and talked/included my son in what he could. As he was looking under the kitchen sink he had him hold the flashlight and asked my son questions, it was adorable! He provided all around A+ service. I was scheduled for a preferred morning appointment but was informed that the service tech was running behind. However, I agreed to have him arrive whenever he could. Joshua was polite and insisted that he put on those little pink booties to cover his boots even though I assured him this was not necessary. Our technician, Jeffrey Cook was super… incredibly thorough and patient explaining what he found and how he/they could or would remedy. I'm very satisfied, I had an old water heater that failed on a Saturday. They were able to come out on Sunday. Alex was very good about explaining what he looked at and what my options were in a way I could understand 🙂. He didn't have everything to install a gas heater that day (Sunday) but came back early Monday and installed everything in a few hours. We called Arlinghaus because of the great service they provided with our plumbing, so when our AC stopped the day we returned home from vacation (in 90+ degree heat), Mike came out and assessed our situation. He was professional, kind, personable, and really informative with what he suggested. He gave us 4 different quotes as we requested, and we reviewed them that night after we had another company come out as well. Arlinghaus provided the best system, and exactly what we were looking for, so we called Mike that night to let him know, and he was able to get us the financing we needed to meet the quote option we chose. Alringhaus was great experience during a very stressful time. Our basement flooded from a cracked pipe. Alex the technician came out and thoroughly inspected areas of where the issue took place. He took extra care and time to explain the main issue, explained what exactly would need to be done to fix the issue and an estimated timeline that it would take. He was very caring and understanding of our situation. He also consistently followed up with me, calls and text messages to help me with our insurance (this is not part of his job duties) he was sending documents to my insurance provider after hours to help. Alex went above and beyond what I expected and can’t thank him enough. Along with the rest of the team at Arlinghaus they were fantastic, always answered my calls Taylor and Danielle were so caring and they made me feel like they were going through this together. Thank you Arlinghaus team! I would highly recommend them for any service line issues as they were quick and responsive and made me feel taken care of.

Hard to believe, but can't think of 1 complaint over the years for the 40+ times we have been in need of their services. Pricing is always competitive and in fact, often times somewhat lower than any other quote. Use this company with confidence they will complete a quality project, in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.

Chris Mazor checked our heating system to see why there was no heat. Chris did an excellent job. His service was outstanding, and his explanations were beyond expectation. Technician came out to do an inspection on my heater unit and ac. Called ahead and informed me how far away he was. Was extremely professional and respectful the entire time with me. Answered all questions i had and was straight up and honest with me about the repairs that were needed. Even though he knew it wasn't great news he had to deliver you can tell the tech was apologetic about it but cared about my personal safety. Overall was an amazing experience and a company i will always use going forward.

Furnace quit on a Friday night at 7 pm. Receptionist said a technician would come later that evening. James, the service technician called in an hour to see if he could come out and showed up exactly when he said and called to say he had arrived. He was polite and VERY professional. Showed me the problem he was fixing and told me how to properly maintain furnace condenser drain in the future. Took 2 hours to correct issue including 30 minutes post-repair to verify it was not kicking off. Charged only for quoted service call price. Very, very pleased from first call to exit of James!

We had a water main break under the ground in our yard and needed to have the piping replaced. Arlinghaus gave us a fair quote for the work and were very timely in their communication and responsiveness. They got the entire work done in one day and were incredibly professional and efficient at what they were doing. Part of the work included having to take out part of some new drywall we had in the basement to get to the water main valve. An unfortunate but justifiable situation. They were very careful with what they had to take out and even provided a panel at the end to help cover back up what they had to cut out. They did not have to do that but it was very appreciative. Would absolutely recommend using Arlinghaus!

Our water boiler didn’t work when we turned our heat on this week. I contacted Arlinghaus Heating & Air Conditioning Wednesday morning. They made it to our house by noon Wednesday and repaired our system in two hours. Kyle not only fixed our issue, he went above and beyond. He bled the air out of each register throughout the house to ensure the system was performing efficiently. He also repaired a few leaks he found in our exhaust piping, which was allowing carbon dioxide to be present inside our home. Very respectful and professional in both his work and his explanation of the work performed. Thanks a million!!

Kevin was our Tech and wow what a great representative for Arlinghaus. He was perfection. He explained as he went, he let me see the grossness of not maintaining my heating system which I asked to see, he did not shy away from ANY question I asked about what he was doing. My previous Tech from another company told me my leak was from my hot water heater and gave me a very high estimate. Kevin came in as saw the problem right away and said it is not your hot water heater but your furnace. He is a SUPERMAN with a pink cape! LOL! Our tech, Darion, was great. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. Once he was here he walked me through the whole process and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I’m not sure if you can request him specifically but if you can, I could not recommend him and Arlinghaus enough.

Our initial estimate meeting with Matt H (comfort consultant) was informative and thorough. He presented several different options based on our needs and desires. No high pressure sales whatsoever. Just the facts. We were very impressed and made our decision without securing other estimates. The installation team, Doug K. and Dale T., were top notch and very experienced with the equipment. It was clear they enjoyed doing what they do, and in my experience, that means a quality job will result.....and it did. The system checked out flawlessly and is now purring like a kitten at 20 SEER! A couple other things worth mentioning. They are currently offering a LIFETIME warranty on the purchase of certain systems which we took advantage of. The other thing is the inspection report you will receive in pdf form. It contains all the baseline startup data along with many photos of the install. This is a valuable historical document, IMO. I suspect that Arlinghaus is not your least expensive choice, but I have learned one cannot make an important decision on price alone. Experience, quality, honesty, integrity and customer service are the truest ingredients of value in this scenario.

They walked me through every step of the process (from showing me all the issues with my system to the breakdowns and cost of installing a new one) and made sure that all my questions were answered before they left. Even though the process was not something I thought I'd be doing so soon as a homeowner, I definitely recommend using Arlinghaus as they made it as seamless as possible. *Update* I hate Nate install my new units and he was an absolute star! He did an amazing job and had me up and running in less than 12 hours! He was extremely professional and didn't stop until he was done. Except for the few dog kisses from our Husky. We have been having a/c issues and technicians have been unable to diagnose a problem. We called and Arlingaus sent Colby out (within a few hours). Our a/c, of course, started working fine before he arrived but he continued to try to find a problem and just couldn’t. He began to leave. As he was closing the back of his van I called him back in as the a/c was acting up (good for us, no fun for him!) and he was stuck diagnosing our bad compressor for an additional hour on a hot day. My sister recommended Arlinghaus when my furnace stopped working over the weekend. I called on Saturday and requested a service call. They scheduled for Monday (It was pretty mild that weekend, so I opted to wait until Monday). Billy arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. My furnace was 28 years old!! They could fix the furnace with replacement parts, but I asked for quotes on a new system; furnace, air conditioner and humidifier. Greg was the lead installer, very professional and courteous. The install took the majority of day and they also uncovered an issue with my water heater's venting. This is the third time I've used Arlinghaus. I've used them for a plumbing issue, and a heating issue previously. This time my air stopped blowing cold air, and none of the tried and true (read easy and free!) Methods would fix it. I knew just who to call! The resposne time when you need service ASAP can not be beat! The customer service is wonderful from the initial phone call to the time the technician leaves. Today started with a confirmation call from the office, followed with a text including a picture of my technician. Steve called to let me know when he was about forty minutes out, and arrived a little sooner than estimated! He was respectful of my home, and was able to repair my AC for a reasonable cost. Our water heater started leaking causing our bedroom carpet to become wet. Arlinghaus sent Scott to evaluate our hot water heater. Upon inspection, Scott determined the heater needed to be replaced. This was a very stressful, scary, and financially unpredictable situation. He turned our extremely stressful water heater emergency into a toned down manageable solution. When you call Arlinghaus they ask how they can make your house a happy house. Stephen B (installation), Dalton B (installation), and Greg C (sales, load calculation). all did an excellent job and I can't recommend them enough. We had a fairly complex job at our where our outside AC unit was relocated, new furnace installed, as well as adding ductwork and heat pump outdoors, as well as 2 new AC units installed. Our home has NEVER felt this comfortable in the 15 years we have lived here. We will definitely be giving all of our future business to Arlinghaus. I can't recommend them enough. I only wish I could remember the names of the crew members that worked with these gentleman as I believe all deserve credit for a job well done. This is an excellent, well-run company that really prides itself on customer satisfaction.

I've use Arlinghaus before and was more than happy to call them when we bought our new house. We repiped the entire house with copper, added a filter and softening system and a tankless water heater. We worked with Brent and his crew for this job. It started with a couple of hiccups but as soon as I brought it to the attention of Brent those hiccups were resolved and the job went smoothly. They were very professional, clean and polite. I would recommend (and do) Arlinghaus to anyone who needs plumbing work. The second job was done today. I called to have someone come out and show me how the system worked in the new house. Well, the previous owners went with a buddy to install the HVAC and it was done beyond poorly. I spoke with James and Jason and they were a pleasure to speak to. They helped set me up with a comfort consultant the next day. Tyler came out and looked at the system we had and needless to say, wasn't very pleased with they way it was installed. He took measurements, counted windows and really took the time to make sure he had all the data needed to help us decide which system was best. His guys came out today (Steve, Brandon and Nate). A great crew of gentleman who were friendly, professional and accommodating. I'm the type of homeowner who likes to periodically watch what's happening and ask questions. They never got annoyed and were always willing to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. If you're looking for work to be done just remember, almost anyone can replace pipes, water heaters and HVAC systems for cheap. How a system is installed is vastly more important than how much it costs. This company seems to pride itself on instillation and it's very much appreciated. 7/18/22 We had a new sump pump and battery backup put in by Arlinghaus a little while back. We were having an issue with an alarm going off. We recently purchased a home and had Arlinghaus come out to look at the existing unit. There were potential issues that came about, and after speaking with both the technician, Evan, and Comfort Consultant, Bryan, we decided that a new AC and Heating system was needed. This company was awesome about communication, all of the employees are very knowledgeable and were happy to explain things as the process went on. After deciding to get the system installed, they were able to get to our house less than 24 hours later. The installation took about 6 hours, and we had a brand new, efficient system. With their financing options and additional tax credits, getting a new system can be affordable. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Brandon Stamper from Arlinghaus HVAC did a great job with our routine HVAC maintenance call. Brandon found and diagnosed a minor issue with the AC unit and offered multiple options how to proceed. We decided to replace a part before it became a bigger issue and he was able to get the job done quickly and professionally. Arlinghaus also did our furnace and return air duct replacement last fall and did a great job with that project as well. We will definitely call Arlinghaus next time we need HVAC or plumbing work done.

Jerimah was fantastic! I received a text and call of his arrival, very prompt. He listened as I explained what was going on with my system, he had my repair history and installation date. After diagnosis he explained step by step what he was doing to make the repair. He also checked the functionality of the entire HVAC system to ensure everything was working as it should. Jerimah was very curtious and professional, he used his shoe covers every time he entered my home from being outside, small detail but shows great care for the home. Great service provided from start to finish! We knew our AC was in need of a replacement after years of pumping Freon into it. Ben R came out to confirm our suspicion and was able to show me where our unit was failing. We set up a meeting with Jake G and he talked us through all of our options and got us set up for next day service. Tyler G and Connor R arrived on time with a convenience call beforehand. They did an amazing job and were 100% professional. They cleaned up the job and it’s like they weren’t even here. Thankful to have an amazing company like Arlinghaus to call on.
