We used Air Control a few weeks ago to replace our office HVAC. Their work was as usual very impressive. We used Air Control about six years ago to install a new HVAC system after our home 1st floor system failed. Their work was meticulous and their techs' knowledge very impressive. So we used their services again to switch our home 2nd floor HVAC system and they did not disappoint - Same high quality work. Recently, my office condo needed a new equipment and we sought bids from various sources. Air Control provided us with Lennox system at a very competitive price. Once again their work was very meticulous and even provided us with an easy solution to maintain the air filters (our system is inside a closet and was always hard to change filters). Air Control provided a better solution.

We recently had Air Control install a new heat pump. Chuck Cowing was very helpful in providing options and recommendations and overseeing the installation to a successful completion. The installation team did a great job. They were knowledgeable and efficient; and they were very patient when answering all my questions or concerns.The system is working well to date. We are pleased with our experience with Air Control and this project and would highly recommend them to others.

We wanted to be sure to let everyone know that we had a wonderful experience with Air Control thru Costco this past week. We would highly recommend them. Chuck Cowing and his entire team were very professional, courteous, efficient and very prompt in their removal of the old units and replacement of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. His work team was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and paid great attention to detail and cleanup as well. Chuck oversaw the install, hands on, from beginning to end and even took care of filing the registration/warranty.

I purchased a new central air conditioning system through Costco. Chuck came out within two days of my order to take a look and give me a quote. A few days later, the crew was at my house bright and early to install. Everyone I dealt with was competent, professional, and personable. The new system was reasonably priced and is working very well. I'm so pleased.

Very responsive and knowledgeable! Bought a new Lennox system through Costco, and we could not be happier with Air Control’s installation and service! Very professional and respectful (LOVE that they covered their shoes with the little booties when they came inside the house!). We had an issue that they addressed promptly and completely. The system was installed during June in a timely manner. In addition to the work on the system they replaced a floppy drier exhaust with ridgid pipe arrangement as well as corrected the heat control on an adjacent crafts room. We are expecting great things from this system as we enter the heating system. It was a great pleasure with them.

We needed to replace our HVAC system. From start to finish Air Control was fantastic. The installers worked quietly and cleaned up after they completed work. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Chuck Cowing was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend Chuck and Air Control enough.

Was introduced to them via COSTCO Lennox program. Responded very quickly to replace 15 year old dual zone AC from 13 SEER units that were aging and needed the old freon. Was given all options for replacement including basic to the wifi controlled units and variable speed units. Ended up with 20 SEER units. Also discussed rebates and other programs through Lennox/COSTCO. Response was timely and punctual. Crew was well trained and installation was performed professionally. Equipment was delayed by 4 weeks due to the shortage from manufacturer. There were minor issues with the installation which were dealt in a very timely manner. Had sought alternate quotes from other vendors but they were either too aggressive in their sales pitch and were quoting through the roof. Happy with service

All of the employees were respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to give me a quote and install a new furnace and AC in less than a week. This included moving my outdoor unit from my deck to the side of my house. They were 1000 cheaper than my previous installation on my old house that didn’t require any additional work. More importantly they did not try to up sell me on any additional upgrades.

A co-worker recommended Air Control to me because her husband had worked with them in the past. I spoke with Herbie on the phone and he was very informative and took the time to discuss what we were looking for and gave some recommendations. He sent Rob out to our house to look at our existing equipment to see what would be best for our needs. Rob was fantastic! He was very patient and timely on his responses. He spent extra time on site to make sure he knew what we were looking for as well as explain how things work. Even though both my husband and I had many questions (over the course of a few weeks) he was very responsive to both of us and we felt very comfortable with him. We got plenty of information and was able to make a great decision that my husband and I were both comfortable with. Neither Herbie or Rob were pushy or made us feel like we had to purchase different options. They gave us all the information and let us choose what we wanted. We didn't feel pressured to get anything extra and was offered many different options so that we could see what would work best for our needs. Even though we have our unit installed already and all is paid for, they have still been very helpful and responsive to our different questions. The installers were all very professional and respectful and made sure we got everything we needed. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I recommend them with no reservation.
