Sink had been leaking for months. Got tired of putting pans under the sink to catch the dripping water. Ivo from a Yes Plumbing took care of us and showed us the food that had built up over years in the pipes causing the leak. Great service quick and to the point, no up selling or funny business. They even wore booties on their feet👏

Had new ac installed, gave us a top of the line Carrier brand 5 ton for about 3k cheaper than goettl's version of a goodman that has a goettle sticker placed on. (since it was goodman idk why they were upcharging so much) They started early morning about 7 or 8 and were finished and testing unit by around 11-noon. Fast courteous and didnt mind that I was getting estimates from other companies when I had them come to give me theirs. Even offered financing options. And gave me a top tier google nest thermostat at no additional charge. I did my research and carrier and lenix are some of the best acs you can get, goodman are the cheapest and work but tend to break down more often.

I was mislead when sign up for their yearly service. I was told The Yes Man would be able to warranty my HVAC unit if something went wrong. He specially told me that I would have to pay for the labor and the parts would be cover under warranty usually. I had confidence the way the service plan was sold this was the truth. However, today the compressor went out. Another tech came out replaced the unit. I asked about the warranty process, and he avoid the answer. I then told him what the person told me, and he literally said I must have misunderstood him. I did loss my cool on him. I am pretty tired of being lied to by people you are professionals. One of two people lied here. The first person that sold me the service plan, or the dude that just repaired it. I can make assumptions, but in the end the answer is be careful of the path people lead you down. I still am not clear if Yes can handle the actual manufactures warranty or they just said that. The reason is because the repairing tech literally said it would be on the part that would be covered anyways. Again, I lost my cool on him because someone is not telling the truth here and I apologize for that, but if this an OK practice at Yes. It should be changed.
After going on the Goodman website and verifying my unit. It does have a 10 year parts warranty. I do expect back a refund for that part under the warranty. Please don't ask me to call you. I have called and left a message and you have my information. A BBB complaint is to follow.

Woke up at 4am to our water main busted and our front yard flooded last week, leaving our entire house without water. We called "Yes!" and had them out a few hours later. A man named "Eric" not only did an amazing job digging, repairing, and finishing the job so that we went only ONE day without water, but he did it by himself! No help, no extra set of hands especially in this Vegas heat! He was very respectful, very nice, and I could only hope that he is the technician we get whenever we need future work done! Then, less than a week later, our A/C went out for the second time in less than two weeks. We have used "Alaskan Air" for the passed decade and obviously they did not do the "job" when called out two weeks prior, so, we called "Yes!" and guess what? Our A/C was blowing nice and cold! Yes both services were pricy, BUT, we did not go without water, and didn't have to sit suffering in a 90 degree house for more than a day! You cannot beat that!! Thank you Again Eric, and the other technicians for the outstanding service you provided our family!

Great! I needed a replacement HVAC unit so I set up a consultation. They got back to me within the hour. This was on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon I had my new HVAC unit installed and running. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Cleaned up after themselves and gave me tips on how to properly maintain my new unit. Adam Murrow was the first person I saw. He inspected my old unit and informed me on best options for me needs. Once I chose what I wanted Mr Murrow got the ball rolling and my AC was installed in 4hrs! If your having HVAC issues I highly recommend you using Yes!

my water heater was leaking so I went to Lowes to see what a replacement tank cost. They use Yes plumbing to do their installs, within 10 minutes I had an appointment the next morning (on a sunday).
The technician {Carlos} uninstalled my tank hauled it away brought me my new one installed it and had me up and running with hot water in a few hours. With the few obstacles involved with installing Carlos had all the parts in his truck and knowledge to get the job done on the spot. Thanks again !

Wonderful people. Chris came out and serviced my heat pump. While here, he recommended additional insulation. Adam came out and gave me an estimate. Both are very respectful and courteous. Juan showed up right on time and installed the product I chose. He is also respectful and courteous. Wonderful company and great employees. Will not deal with any other company.
Also, the representative at my Home Depot store, Timothy, always takes time to notify me when I need to have my unit serviced.

When buying a house the inspection showed the HVAC was 27 years old and not working. I was referred to Yes! Air Conditioning by a friend. I let them know when we would close and they had the HVAC installed the next morning! A heated house in the middle of winter helped us feel that we were home!

Wow! What a wonderful and helpful experience during a stressful time. The Las Vegas team answered my call quickly and professionally, they sent out service techs to look into an issue I had a hard time describing. Techs arrived within 20 minutes to troubleshoot a leaking toilet. After they found the issue, it was repaired within another 15 minutes. With this service, their price was very fair and I’d be thrilled to refer them to my friends, family, and work colleagues!

I hired Yes! because they were recommended by Home Depot. I had them replace my complete HVAC system (two air conditioning units and furnaces) for my home in addition to the hot water heater. They are not the cheapest in town, but the Home Depot offered 24 months of 0% financing. The HVAC parts are covered by a 10 year warranty and Yes! offered a 3 year labor warranty. Also, I hired Yes! because I wanted a company that had been around for some time after so many small businesses went out of business during the Covid lockdown. According to their website, they have been in business for 50 years since 1971 (BTW, 1971 was a great year).
I signed a contract with Sandro on a Tuesday and the crew showed up on Wednesday to install two 3 ton 14 SEER Carrier units and 2 furnaces. The crew arrived at 8am sharp and were finished around about 11am. Later that evening, the plumber showed up with the sale representative. The plumber was done installing the new hot water heater in about 1.5 hours. Talk about excellent service.
I hope that I will receive excellent service from this company going forward as I was planning to keep their maintenance contract to prolong the life of my HVAC system as well as the hot water heater. Hopefully, if I keep the maintenance on everything up to date, it will be another 11+ years before I have to replace it all again.

Kyle was amazing. He came out in a time that I was under immense stress and was so patient with me. He completed the repairs that were needed and answered my multitude of questions. He even linked me up with the restoration company to assist with the water damage from the leak we had. His customer service was 10/10. I would definitely contact this company again for business. Yesterday was an extremely stressful day for our household and this process was made a little easier by having great customer support from start to finish. The ladies that handled my initial phone call and then called to update me on the appt were also very professional and kind. Thank you all!

I had a sink line start leaking on Saturday afternoon and of course the handle to turn it off broke when I tried to turn it off. I called Yes and was given an estimated arrival time of 2 hours. Antonio not only showed up before the promised arrival time, he replaced the bad line and the hot water line for the same sink all before the arrival time originally promised. Antonio was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely ask for him when I preventatively replace the lines for the other sinks in my house

I’m so glad we went through the Lowe’s program to get our water heater installed through Yes! Plumbing. I was skeptical of Yes! Plumbing because of the negative reviews on Yelp but I’m so glad I gave them a chance.
The team (operator-> dispatch-> estimator-> plumber) was professional and were in communication throughout the whole process. Our water heater went out a few days before and I had a local company come out but they were really pushy and a little bit sketchy.
Fast forward, Yes! Plumbing was able to come out first thing in the morning and take a look, gave me an estimate and had the plumber out a couple hours later and took care of everything. It was super easy. Also how knowledgeable they were about what they were doing made me feel comfortable.
Ed was our estimator and gave me a straightforward estimate and explained what the plumber would be doing. I felt safe knowing that the first in-person contact I had with the company knew what he was doing, so I felt safe to trust the rest of the process.
Kyle was our plumber. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He also took the time to explain to me what his plan was and executed everything in a timely manner. He also took the extra time to explain to me with additional questions I had about another project that I was thinking about doing.
Thanks Yes! Plumbing for a pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be asking for Ed and Kyle again for our next plumbing project.

So… In terms of professionalism and system knowledge, I can imagine there are too many out there any better! He made a special point to ask about any concerns, and also explained several things about my HVAC system I wasn’t aware of. The techs were exceptionally helpful and professional, however, pricing seemed very high for the services we had them quote. Replacing a water heater that costs 1k @ $5,500 didn't seem reasonable to us. Worth the call but perhaps shop around for pricing.

Purchased an entire AC system 9 years ago. Was told at the time that I got the very best available. Anything but Trane, Carrier or Lennox is not top of the line.
The system failed this weekend and I called someone that sells and install Trane.

We woke up Saturday morning to non of the toilets in my house working and the bathroom sinks slowly draining. We were already replacing a toilet that day so I rented a snake and ran it through without any luck. I was just going off of a video so I’m sure I was doing something wrong. I’m a single mom of 3 though so I really don’t have the money to throw at a plumber. I called 4-5 plumbing companies and no one could get anyone out to me. Finally I called Yes air conditioning and plumbing, they said it would be a few hours but I’ll take it. They ended up calling 30 minutes later saying a tech could be on the way. Kyle(I’m sorry, I did not look at his last name) arrived at my house not long after and got to work bye was absolutely amazing! I never know what to do when a tech comes to my house so I followed him and he didn’t seem to mind at all, instead he showed me what he was doing and explained how everything worked with my plumbing. After a lot of hard work on his part the drain was cleared. He recommended having them come back with a camera since my pipes are so rusted and we have no idea what blocked it so I scheduled that and requested that he comes with. Since I couldn’t get any other plumbers out I can’t tell you if it was a good price or not but the service was great and Kyle was very personable!

I called late on a Friday night and spoke to Cheryl she was extremely polite and caring. I was scheduled for 10 AM-12 PM on Saturday. Phil showed up at 10 AM. Phil is a true professional with wealth of knowledge. He diagnosed our AC unit and we were good to go within minutes. I would call this a life saving service when it is 115 degrees out! I can not say enough about this business. I now have them on speed dial!

Our water heater went out and we needed to have it replaced. Kyle came out and did an excellent job of replacing the equipment, teaching me all about my new heater and how to maintain it, took the time to allow me to record a video of him providing a step by step maintenance routine and most importantly, did all of it with a great attitude and seemed more than happy to be helping with our water heating troubles. Josh was early for the appointment for our air conditioning service. He was very friendly and happy to help. We needed the coil cleaned and he directed me to the website to print a $50 coupon. This saved us money on the service needed. I appreciated this because our son just had surgery and we have had many medical expenses! YES is very lucky to have such a happy technician working for them. The coil was cleaned and he was on his way before the window of service was over. Please share this with the appropriate members of your management team. He deserves recognition for a job well done! You have wonderful and friendly technicians working for your company!

I had Yes HVAC/Plumbing provide estimate to replace HVAC systems due to age and Freon change. Within 20 minutes after signing contact they were on site beginning the demo work. Excellent and timely work. They were exceptional in getting new systems in place and ensuring I understood its operation. A few days later I had them back out to tackle plumbing issues. They reviewed my concerns and gave me options which resulted in replacement of Water heater and surging water regulator. Tech was on site immediately. Again very satisfied.

I called yes plumbing at 11am and they were able to get a technician over by 5pm for inspect a possible leak.
Kyle the technician showed up promptly, was following Covid protocols, and was extremely professional.
He looked over everything and told us he would need to cut open the ceiling the so a deeper look which I expected so that was fine. We ran the bath per his instructions and he was then able to pinpoint a leak from a broken pipe under our bathtub. He gave us reasonable pricing that was clear and understandable.
He went above and beyond and made sure to diagnose the issue and give us all his suggestions and well as cleaned our the area from the leak and the surround area from the area that had been cut in the ceiling.
We will be using yes plumbing again!

I contacted Yes and an estimator showed up within an hour. We discussed all the relevant issues regarding the replacement of and damage done when my water heater semi exploded. They provided a quality product and within tow hours a two-man crew began working. Juan and Sam were courteous, professional and skilled at their trade. They worked tirelessly in the afternoon/evening heat and kept me informed every step of the way. I learned a lot about water heaters, our environment, specifically LV water quality and water softeners. The work was completed in a timely manner and I will call "Yes" in the future for my air conditioning and plumbing needs. I want to thank Sam for serving in the Marines Corp and coming home safely after two tours in Afghanistan.

My fridge water valve broke on a Sunday and I needed it fixed the same day. Both my usual plumber and a different so called "24h" company didn't even pick up their phones. Yes came through within 2 hours and did a great job.
That being said. I felt a bit ripped off. They charged $400 for a 20min job (the valve they replaced costs $10). I'm still giving them 5 stars because they showed up and they do offer a 2 year warranty which gives me piece of mind but I probably won't call them again because of the cost.

We woke up this morning to find the contents of out 75 gal. water heater on our garage floor. We called several “emergency” plumbers but no one could help. I called Yes and within an hour I had a whole team of professionals working on my system. At the end of the day, they had not only fixed the problem but had helped us identify the root cause of the failure and fix it too. Kyle, Michael, and Daniel were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. Very impressive team. We could not be happier and are now official “Yes Men”.

We had the ultimate issue go wrong with our house and our water main broke. We had to get a WHOLE HOUSE re-pipe job done. Our family was so uneasy, nervous and upset but the YES! Team had us comfortable from day one. Kyle was our lead teach on the job and when I say he went above and beyond that would be an understatement. Kyle and his was team was professional and kept us up to date on the progress being made daily during this process. Kyle even said after the drywall guys do their part to call and and ask for him so he could come back and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. My experience was awesome from the beginning conversation with Sarah who answered all my questions, was very understanding with regards to my concerns. Chris came out went over the unit we had and gave advise to what he felt would give us the efficiency, saving energy and money, with all the reasons how and why it was the best unit for our needs. Then the Tech Jacob, that installed the unit was very polite, walked me through every step of the way and did the job fast and had it up and running in no time. I had a great experience today with my Home Service Plan heater and plumbing specialists today. This is the third time Chris Cody, the plumbing specialist came to my house. He is fabulous. Our call to your company was an emergency, as our air conditioner went out that morning. Marie was very professional and took care of our request promptly.
Jerome arrived later that day and informed us that our compressor was damaged. He informed us of our option and the best one was a new air conditioner. We agreed to purchase the air conditioner. Jerome presented the information on the type of systems and the financial plan in a professional and comfortable matter that made us fill that we were dealing with the right company.
When the installer, Jacob arrived the next day the installation and presentation on how the thermostat worked was very professional.

Excellent service!!! I was referred to Yes by another plumber when he was unable to install a water heater specifically designed for condos. Yes contacted me the same day and the water heater was installed the very next day. I was called 30 minutes before the technician arrived to let me know he was on the way. I received "white glove" service. My new carpet was covered with plastic and he used covers for his shoes. The work was completed efficiently professionally. Including a full explanation of the work performed. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, professional. I highly recommend Yes for all plumbing matters and will most definitely call them again.

Alex V. called (~11:00 AM) my home and asked if he could arrive early. I told him I was not prepared for his visit, but agreed to let him arrive at noon. His arrival was two hours prior to the scheduled time. Alex introduced himself and explained that his company had bought out my previous contract with a different company. He was very professional and polite. He then cleaned my air filters to both of the upstairs and downstairs systems. He pointed out that the filters I was using were too thick or restrictive to air flow for my pumps. My prior company had told me to use an upgraded filter, but never discussed the increased strain on the pumps, which would shorten their usable lives. He then went into the attic to check on the heaters. Everything was good. He added that the systems installed, insulation and other things were top-notch and very efficient for my home. He cleaned up everything and fully explained my options if I wanted to install new improved filters that were less restrictive but better because they use some type of electrical current to catch smaller units of dirt. I was very pleased with Alex's knowledge and communication skills. Alex is a knowledgeable professional and uses expert communications to interact with customers. He ensured every question was answered and did a complete inspection of my air conditioning systems. He is a superior performer and an excellent representative for YES!

Financing of the total replacement we needed was very quick and in less than an hour the installers arrived. Anthony H and Jimmy W did the job quickly and left no mess behind. Before the end of the day we had heat. We used Yes for the installation of our tankless water heater 2 years ago and had the same prompt, courteous and professional treatment.

I have a very old (25+ year) air conditioning system installed in my Las Vegas Condominium. I called Yes! for a basic service tune up and system evaluation.
From start to finish, I was very pleased with the service I received today. Communication was very good too, from the first phone call all the way to the final emailed receipt. Technician Craig was very knowledgeable and diligent, he provided me with a comprehensive explanation of my system's merits and faults. He even properly wired up the motor outside, which he noticed during the inspection of my system. The wiring had been incorrectly installed by a previous owner. Attention to detail along with prompt and courteous service is a very rare commodity in the Las Vegas business world today. As I write this note, cool air is blowing through my condo and I'm a very happy customer (now armed with some solid facts about my existing AC system.) I was offered the Yes maintenance plan and also offered quotes for a brand new systems, but Craig was not at all pushy when I declined.his offers. Don't get me wrong, Craig explained the plan merits very well, I am just not a big fan of maintenance contracts/insurance. I will definitely do business with this firm again.

Area was cleared up of all debris when he was done. Technician was masked for safety and put on booties over his boots when he was in the house. I scheduled Yes to come out and repair the water line to my refrigerator. As Mark was reviewing my records, he reminded me that previous staff recommended replacement of the water heater. I told him I was ready to do that, and his co-worker, Chris, replaced it on the spot. It was a good job, everything was brought up to current code. The installation took a little over an hour.

I dealt with Charlene upon my initial call. She was upbeat and super helpful. She got me an appointment the same day. Mark H arrived for service and he was professional and had a good sense of humor. He didn't really seem to understand the problem with the thermostat but he agreed to replace it. Price seemed high but I really didn't call any other places to compare so I can't say. In the end, I unfortunately wasn't able to use their service because my thermostat was installed by another company who is now taking responsibility for replacing it. I would consider them again in the future because they are professional and efficient. I would however, suggest the company put their techs on salaries or hourly pays. Commission is no way for a service tech to be working.

Why would you go with any other company. Yes! has been awesome ever time we have called them. We have used them to replace our water heater, and service our AC/furnace. Now, we just got them in to clean all the ducts and blower and other parts inside the unit. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, I think. Martin cleaned our ducts and unit. He was so communicative and flexible and efficient .He came at a time that was not previously scheduled, then was honest and said he would not be able to do a good job as the sun would be setting soon right at the time he would need to be on the roof cleaning the unit. We rescheduled for Saturday and he has was early and completed the job in 2 hours. Cleaned up nicely.

I first met Doug who checked on the A/C and knew it was not fixable. Considering the unit was 20 years old, I was lucky it had lasted as long as it had. I worked with Mark J. to get everything established with getting my A/C installed and he was awesome. He sat down with my family and explained what our options were and told us what the process was for getting the A/C installed. When the system was installed, it was amazing to see how organized everyone was. Afterwards we had our ducts clean by Yes! also and Martin came over. Again, a fabulous job! I really appreciated how polite everyone was and even my dogs were relaxed around everyone. The politeness, the sincerity of everyone I met made me feel like I was well taken care of. Been doing business with YES! For a few years now and they haven't disappointed me yet. They give you a time frame for arrival and have been arriving in the first 30 minutes of the time slot. Today was the heating inspection done by David C. Who was very professional and friendly took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the inspection. He didn't try to sell stuff he did give suggestions to have done over then next few years. He was clean didn't and wore booties so the carpet stayed clean. I had them here a week ago for an emergency water heater blowout and they were here maybe 15 minutes from the time I called and had the this installed very quickly and cleanly. They even cleaned the garage floor the best they could after the flood. I HIGHLY recommend you go with YES! Air Conditioning & Plumbing they will not disappoint you!!!

I bought an annual service contract that includes checking the AC units in the Spring and the Furnaces in the Fall, and also includes one Plumbing checkup where they service the water heater. I have been really happy with the people that were sent out. Both the AC and the Plumbing service guys were super knowledgeable and polite. My only issue with Yes, is that the cost of any needed repairs seemed a bit on the high side. The quotes that they gave me for water filtration systems and tankless water heaters were insane.

I dealt with Alex personally and Tad on the phone. They were very professional and I am completely satisfied with the product (although probably the most expensive), but there was a definite lack of communication. The initial tech said he would be at my house for the install but was not, so the information that I thought would be relayed was not relayed to the install tech. I never met the install tech or signed off on the job. If he weren't able to be at the install, all he had to do was tell me. Otherwise I was left in the dark because I was at work. Tad left before I drove the 5 minutes to the house. Not the best way to do business in my opinion.

Being a single Mom and having just lost my job due to Covid-19 I tried to be frugal and purchased a water heater on OfferUp. I was scammed out of $250. I then purchased a home warranty, waited the 30 days to file a claim only to have the plumber, Advanced Home Service, come out & tell me I still needed to pay $665 which wasn’t covered by my warranty. I didn’t know what to do as I couldn’t afford that. I had been doing dishes with the hot water from my water cooler, boiling water & carrying it in stock pots upstairs for a bath and taking cold showers for 3 months. My neighbor knows Cliff works for YES and reached out to him. Less than an hour later Cliff calls to tell me that the company is donating a brand new water heater to me and he will be over after work to install it, free of charge. I have never had someone do something so generous as this in all of my 50 something years. I was truly amazed & thought there must be a catch. NOPE! Cliff showed up as promised, as professional & honest as they come. He offered exceptional service, explained what & why he was doing this & that. Had great conversation and a couple hours later I had hot water again. Times are tough for everyone and it’s truly beautiful to see a company step up and take care of those in it’s community. We had a great experience with Yes! plumbing. Mark and Chris we very professional. We had to have our whole house re plumbed because of a slab leak. The whole team came in and guided us through the experience. It was a pleasure working with a company that did not look like a bunch of misfits.

We got the special deal "Tune up" through Home Depot in Las Vegas, and of course it is an opportunity for Yes! A/C to find repair opportunities. That being said, they did a GREAT job for a discount price. We got technician Jesse Avitia and he rocks. He was trailing a trainee - Byron, and they were both very professional and friendly. They wore the booties on their shoes while in the house and were super respectful of our home. I followed the guys around and they were glad to chat with me and teach me anything I wanted to ask about. I watched them through the whole process and asked any question that came to mind - and learned so much about my A/C units, how they work, and smart ways to maintain them.
I know that so far this sounds like a kiss-ass fake review, but I'm just honestly a dude who bought a house last year and new to the A/C maintenance game. Jesse was everything you could hope for in a repair guy, he said he has 11 yrs experience and I wouldn't doubt it. He appeared to confidently know his business. The guys were able to show me the capacitors that were starting to run low as they deteriorate over time, detect low coolant in one of my units, and show me the replacement motor and shoddy wiring done by previous repairs.
I certainly recommend getting this service done, especially through Home Depot for the discount price. It's like less than half the price of a normal "Tune up/Inspection", and with two separate units it made a big difference for my pocket. I'm not sure if Home Depot subcontracts you to Yes! A/C every time, but whenever you're doing your scheduling, find out and see if you can request Jesse A.

He installed 2 of them in our house and we could not be happier, not only with the product but with Alex as well. I am very pleased with the Yes! Air Conditioning a Plumbing work that they performed at my house. I was first contacted by a Customer Service Rep that set up my inspection appointment. She was very helpful and was able was easily able to adjust the time when I found I had to change due to guests arriving. The Senior Advisor called 1/2 hour before the appointment to notify me of the arrival time and did arrive within a minute of his promise. The inspection process was extremely well done and was extremely precise including a camera assisted inspection of the sewage lines. However, the Plumbing Service man Ivaylo B. demonstrated exactly what a truly skilled plumber should do in the installation of a hot water heater. I am very qualified to evaluate this kind of work being an engineer with over 50 years of experience and this man did "text book work" I was truly impressed. Thank you Yes!.

Wow, I know a good service man when I meet one. You see, I own Gm water solutions and Eclipse pools. So I know a good employee when he come around. Please give david some kind of reward. (Plumbing) came out and did a general inspection - all was fine except he found a leak "Pressure Vacuum Breaker" completed in a quick time we were totally impressed. Rob first cam in and inspected inside our house and than outside and noticed the leak - he than sat down with us and explained everything that needed repair and the cost associated with that service - we were quite happy with his professionalism and smile - we would us them again.

Wanted to share an experience I had with YES... I have my service done twice a year for heater and A/C, not to mention Water Heater. This years Heat Service was a bit of a challenge.... The first service tech came in checked the furnace out and made a decision that the Heat Exchanger was rusted and could leak fumes at anytime. He showed me a video, couldn't tell what it was and that I needed replace it (whole system) that wasn't in my financial plan. Called YES and spoke with a John, he assured me he would get in touch with the tech... well we lost some communication there, but in the end Bill and Josh were sent back. I crawled into the attic space with them this time. Bill was a great help and took some great pics that made sense to me! Took the blower out crawled into the unit. Long story short... he identified some hot spots but no rust or damage. I would like to see Bill C back for the A/C check in 6 months not to mention the Heat Check next year! Thanks Bill and Josh...

Mark and Dalton came out same day to give me a quote for a tankless water heater as our current water heater was broken. They answered all our questions. Technician and advisor arrived on time, introduced themselves and reviewed the processes they were here to perform. Upon inspection of my water heater, Mark noted a leak that apparently had been there for quite along time considering the chemical/water buildup on the pipes and on top of the tank. He took a picture to show me what was wrong so I was then able to make an informed decision regarding what replacements I needed. Everything was outlined completely and if I had a question, Mark was able to show me and re-explain. Other issues were discovered and I decided to have all the necessary improvements done. Today, August 01, 2017, we had Alex V come out to our house once again to check on the downstairs air conditioner, as he serviced it last month. Everything has been working great, in fact, you will freeze yourself in this house, the air works so good. Anyways, we had him come back, due to the fact, that the air conditioner sounded a bit on the loud side, when running. Alex came and re-adjusted the unit making sure all was good with everything locked down and also put a dampening part on the frame to keep it smooth. All is quiet now and my wife is very happy. We want to thank Alex again and the YES team for their fine service and taking care of their customers. I called for a water fixture repair for front yard hose. Great job there! My tech found another MAJOR problem with main shut off valve to house. He repaired with the best work possible. I even signed up for a maintenance plan for water heater drainage maintenance, air conditioning, heater maintenance.

My air conditioning stopped cooling at 10 am on this 101 degree day. It is now 3 pm and the house is cool and comfy thanks to the Phap, the service technician who solved the problem in about half an hour. Phap was super efficient and even changed my filters and trimmed branches around my air conditioning unit. He had a great smile and explained everything I needed to know. My unit was still under warranty so the service was free, a nice bonus. I highly recommend this company because they scheduled the appointment and fixed my air in such an efficient manner.

My A/C went out. I called and a tech was at my home in less then 2 hours. 12 year old heat pump. Not worth repairing compressor problem. Decided to replace rather then repair. I have two units on my home, so I had both replaced. This was done the next day. It took a while to find a cabinet that would fit without moving a chimney and redoing the roof.
The replacement went very well. The crane and a tech arrived very close to when promised. The team work was very professional. Eventually two more techs arrived to assist.
This crew was excellent.
Time will tell if I am happy with the equipment. I can't say how the heating will work, to hot.
I was not in a position to compare prices. I think the price was about right, no real bargain.
I have used this company for many years, since 1984. They have always been there when needed.

Brent from YES came to my house last week to perform regularly scheduled Autumn maintenance on my aging HVAC. Brent found that I would need a major part replaced to maintain proper heating. He also noticed that I wasn’t getting good air flow from my vents and further investigation revealed that the duct system was in very bad shape and leaking air. I agreed that the duct work needed to be replaced and also decided it was time to say so long to my old HVAC. 24 hours later a team of 8 YES employees had replaced the old duct work and installed the new HVAC—just in time for the cooler weather we are experiencing. It’s never fun to face major home improvement expenses but it is nice to know that I will stay warm this winter and cool next summer. Everything seems to be working OK and as near as I can tell it was a job well performed. I’m not aware of any problems that occurred during the work. I will continue to work with YES in the future thanks to Brent and his team.

Joshua did a great job repairing my broken AC unit. He inspected the unit thoroughly and explained in detail what was wrong and what the cost would be to repair it properly.
The repair was delayed by a day as a special part was needed and the repair was completed by the next day. Joshua kept me apprised of when the part was received and how soon he would be able to get the repair completed.
Joshua was very courteous throughout the job. He even waited patiently for me to get home for my service appointment as I was delayed due to a heavy traffic.

First day of AC use and it wouldn't shut off. I scheduled a $49 support call. Josh arrived, listened to my description of the problem and began investigating. Upstairs thermostat not responding, but the system seemed okay. I mentioned that I had recently had NVEnergy thermostats removed and my original ones replaced. Josh discovered a disconnected wire and voila! He also recommended replacement of the main contactor because it was showing a lot of wear and in danger of fusing closed. He offered to just do the complete service which had not yet been scheduled on my plan and waive the $49 support call fee! Along with this great service, I got lots of info about thermostats from a really nice guy!

Matthew and his crew showed up a little late due to a previous job. I was contacted prior to the end of the window and was explained the previous job was taking a bit and the crew was on the other side of town. Cheri called and said the crew would be there very soon. I received a call and the crew showed up as they said. They both took their time to answer my questions and what to look out for in the years ahead. Yes air conditioning is expensive but they are a call away 24/7. I would recommend their maintenance package, it does save money if you need repairs. I do travel from time to time and it's comforting to know if my family needed help with house, they would be there as soon as they called!

Craig arrived on time, wore the booties, and asked about my concerns before even getting starting on the service check. He set the thermostat to no programing so that I could set it at whatever temperature I preferred, and it would stay there until I changed it, which is my preference. YES! AC & Plumbing came to our house to install our barrier after the new AC and furnace was installed. Santiago was one of the installers. My carpet isn't that great but he went ahead and placed plastic all the way from upstairs to out the front door. He worked with a partner that day named Jorge and they worked well together. My dogs kept barking at them as they were going in and out of our house but I thank them for being so kind.

I have a contract for yearly checkups on Heat, AC and plumbing. They've done the work since I moved to town. Though higher priced than most others services, the work and workman and thorough. They exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I just wish the prices were lower, especially since I am a customer with a contract and have had them do the upgrades (furnace, AC and hot water heater). Maybe something to consider for longstanding customers. I do like the fact that I don't have to call them for contractual service checkups...they call me.

About a month and a half ago, our water heater broke and leaked all over the garage. I called Yes!, talked to Valetta who was very helpful and kind even though I was panicked. She was able to get service out immediately to fix the problem. Trumayne and Ryan, the service specialists, installed the new water heater and educated me on a few things we could do to better take care of the new water heater. They were very professional and friendly. 6 weeks on, we have had no problems. Great people to work with.

Parents were selling a home they bought for my sister. Went through hell trying to get the house in order before putting up on the market. Had some work done by unlicensed "contractors", turns out these jerks poured concrete down the shower drain 2 days before my parents were going to list the house and leave to go back home after being in Vegas for over a month! Called Yes! and met the most amazing team members: David, Aaron, Joe D., Joseph, Fernando, Jason & Pierre. These guys did right by my parents. They not only fixed the problem, but found things that werent to code and things that were just down right done incorrectly. One of the guys even gave his personal cell to us if we had any questions or issues during the whole process. They cared about my parents plight and wanted to do the right thing by them after all they've been through. We needed a new motor/fan assembly in our furnace which operated the AC blowing the cool air through the house. He had to leave and get the motor. What a great fellow Phap is! I called early this am and he arrived within the hour to fix our AC. I had Gottel out for a routine inspection and servicing on Wednesday. They gave us a long list of items that needed repair to the tune of over $1050.00 and also suggested that buying a new AC unit may be needed. We decided to think about it and discuss with our daughter. I thought it curious that the AC unit did not work after they left. We tried flipping the breakers and resetting the thermostat. It simply did not work. We spent a most miserable night trying to sleep. We decided to call a different company as I no longer felt comfortable with Gottel. Come to find out, the fan in the heating unit was turned off. Without that turned to "on" our unit won't work. Phap flipped it on and our AC works again!. We were not aware of the on/off switch in that place. I felt he was honest and fair with us. Did not charge us to flip a switch, but I can guarantee you that if we need work on our HVAC again, we will be calling Yes! Thank you so very much for your time!

Alex from YES A/C was very kind. I was out of town from Austin, TX, visiting my parents because my Dad was diagnosed with Cancer & Alex explained that the check on our A/C was already paid for. Two Stars: They try to hook you with an up front $50 to assess. Which semi locks you into them doing the job. They then follow with free assessment if you refuse the $50. Their prices are very high. Two stars for their four hour window to show up, but they will even move that around to circa an 8 hour window once you are committed. Four stars for their friendly demeanor and generous with their advice even if you do not commit the job to them.

We moved to Las Vegas from San Diego in July 2018 and purchased our home in September. The previous owners had a major problem with the air conditioning system. They had another A/C company fix the problem. However, a subcontractor fixed the ceiling due to a water leak. There was a lot of sheet rock dust in the ducts which wasn’t cleaned out. When we moved in, my husband contacted the YES a/c and plumbing Co. to cleaned it out which occurred today 10/25/18. Martin was our service specialist. This is our 9th home and have dealt with tons of contractors. Martin showed up in his company uniform which was nice looking and so professional which also displayed his company logo and badge. He explained in great detail what his service entailed. That has never happened to us before.He cleaned our system; ducts and vents. This is a 4500 sqft house and took abt 4 hours. He apologized about the blower noise. But we didn’t mind because we really believed these ducts had never been cleaned since it was built and now it’s much filthier due to the recent a/c and sheet rock repair.
He was so professional, dedicated and meticulous at his job that we told him to let his management personnel know that we want him to service our home in the future . We were willing to fill out anything in writing to that affect. He’s that good! Thank you very much Martin for everything you did for my family. God bless you.

Outdoor hose spigot needed to be replaced due to it being stripped , called yes air conditioning and plumbing so they charge you $50 just to come out which is not a problem figuring it would be a minor repair and a 20 minute job to my surprise it was a 10 minute job and they charge me $286 after taking off the $50 coupon I gave them paid it cuz I didn't want to be inconvenienced of having other plumbing services come out but for 10 minute job $286 just sounds like robbery so just want to let you know you should look at other options before choosing yes air conditioning and plumbing as I for myself next time will not be using yes services ever again yes servicemen who came out were professional but the price was not right 👎

Yes A/C inherited my maintance contract from ARS My service since than has been hit and miss with cancled appts and and pressure to renew my service agreement long before my current contract services have been completed. I've had good and and bad technitions through out the years but mostly good. My most recent experence was with Alex for my A/C service. He was very polite and profesional and generally a nice kid. At this point though I would have to say they are a sales oriented company that provides a service at a premium price that not everyone can afford. I have a few months shop around and decide if I will renew.

Home Depot sent out a local HVAC company (Yes! Air conditioning and Plumbing) to do a consultation for a mini split ductless air conditioner for our master bedroom which is the hottest room in our home. The consultant (Vince) that came did a thorough evaluation of our home and suggested that a mini split would not be the best solution. He offered 7 other options and varying price points and explained how each would improve the issue and what combinations of the options would be most beneficial. He even came back a second time with an installer (Zach) to take a look at the our tight attic space to ensure the work could be done and the price quoted was accurate due to the extra labor involved in the tight work area. In the end we chose to upgrade the attic insulation and add a return vent to the room to suck out the hot air that gets trapped in the dead space due to the vaulted ceiling in the bedroom. The insulation alone has improved the temperature in the house both upstairs and downstairs dramatically. It's hard to tell how much the added return vent is doing since the room doesn't get nearly as hot as it used too despite having 100+ degree weather already. By using the suggested options, I saved over $7K and I am beyond satisfied with the results!

Have had YES! come in to do multiple projects over the last 3 months, and have always been very pleased with then and the work performed. Recent project was to replace the plumbing fittings for a shower remodel; another company removed all the old shower walls in the morning, YES! came in with short notice in the afternoon to check the exposed plumbing and install new value before the tilers came in the next morning. They returned that afternoon to install the shower fixtures. Chris R. and Cragun R. were both extremely professional, friendly knowledgeable, courteous clean and very likeable. Cragun explained some extra things to me in plain English that he didn't have to show me regarding certain maintenance issues that I could take care of on my own or they would do it for me, was great education for me! They didn't push anything extra on me, except the benefits of their maintenance plan, which I took, that covers not just the plumbing job they did but all their services insulation, HVAC, etc. Their prices are a little high (but I got a senior discount) but reasonable given the quality of work and responsiveness. They came at the exact time they said they would be here. I highly recommend this company and you will too if you experience their service.

I'm not saying other service personnel from YES are not good, but David C. is the first one not to give me the whole spiel about submitting a review. Thus, why you are seeing this. Something I normally don't find the time to go above and beyond on.
I have to admit, there have been times that I have felt that the paid service plan I have is just a means for YES personnel to make sales pitches in my home. I did not have this feeling with David C.. It was almost like I had asked my Father over to assist with the plumbing. He wanted me to learn. I will be asking for David C. every time from now on!!!

My AC broke down so i gave Yes A/C and Plumbing a call. Jun A. arrived on time. he was friendly and courteous. He found the problem and took pictures to help him describe the problem to me. In the past when an A/C tech has come to my house they were in and out as fast as they could be. One even refused to check the part of my unit that is in the attic. Saying he did not need to. Jun was nothing like this. He was willing to take the time to find the problem and explain everything to me. If the last Tech i had come over had actually done this i would not have needed Jun to come out and they would be getting my 13k rather than Yes A/C. Mark J. from Yes, also came by. He helped me to make an informed decision on what replacement A/C unit would be best suited to my need. He did not just try to push the most expensive unit. He laid out all the options making sure I understood the pros and cons of each system. Mark then did everything possible to help me find a way to pay for this unexpected but extremely necessary expense. Living in Las Vegas without an A/C when you have kids and pets is not an option. Today I had my heating unit inspected by Alex V. I got a call from the office letting me that know Alex would arrive toward the end of my two hour window due to repairs his current appointment needs. No big deal comes with the territory, so Alex shows up fifteen minutes before the end of my two hour window with a very pleasant personality and ready to work. Alex begins looking over my heating unit noticing the age of the unit and the lack of maintenance it has recieved on my part.
Alex informed me about the benefits of upgrading to a newer unit in comparsion to my twenty two year old unit in a straight forward manner which anyone should understand without the sales pitch. After Alex cleaned up the heating unit electrical components I started up the unit for a test run. Once the unit started up Alex noticed that the motor was very loud for what he was use to hearing with his experience and knowledge of working with various heating units. So I explained to him that I thought it was normal based on the age of the unit. However I explained to him it was not the noise I was looking for his opinion on.
So I decided to replace the heating unit motor without any pressure from him to see if the motor is causing the noise that I hear from time to time. Of course the unit didn't make the noise when we was looking over the interior components. Oh well I got lucky and Alex found a motor in town, but it is Friday after 3pm and the store is off the I15. Yeah so the two hour window for his next appointment will be extended, but you never know what you will find once you start tearing into appliances.
So Alex made it back with the correct motor and professionally installed the new motor. Afterwards he cleaned up the work area and properly placed the panels back on the unit. Everything was clean and quiet except for the burner doing its job. So that was my inspection and service repair for my heating unit. I appreciate Alex V. attention to detail and workmanship, so for my AC/Heating inspection or repair I will request Alex V. the next time. Thank you

I had Yes Plumbing come out to assess a repair of a leak in our water main line from the meter to the shut off valve for our house. The entire process was thoroughly explained. Their knowledge of the problems of the old piping material used in homes over 25 years old and how our highly mineralized water impacts the pipes. Options were presented to us regarding taking the least expensive option of a temporary fix to our problem and why they were unable to warrant that option. We opted to have the entire main line replaced. They explained in detail what needed to be done and the timeline of the project. Their work was timely, thorough and professionally executed. Their plumbers keep us updated on every step of the process and their supervisor came by to inspect their work. I know this company is not the least expensive in the LV valley, but I know their work is done by competent professionals with impeccable, attention to detail, all work is done to code & inspected by the city and all work and materials is warranted. I couldn't be more happy with their work.

Him and his assistant Chris came in and determined and the problem was fixed. Bill at Yes Air Conditioning and Plumbing was prompt, trustworthy and knowledgable about my Trane AC unit and Thermostat that is provided by the electric company.
He diagosed the problem very quickly and had the know how to fix the problem in a matter of minutes.
I like it when service technicians explains the problem which Bill did very well. He also reminded me about how old my unit is and that I may see some problems with parts failing in the futre...but, he did not try to upsale me and for that and the excellant service, I will use Yes Air and Bill again.

Justin Fehrensen came to our house to check on our newly purchased Heating and Air Conditioning unit. He was checking the air conditioning part of the system. I went up in the attic with him and he explained what he was checking and why and was very thorough in his explanation and how the unit operated. YES! Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a phenomenal company with incredibly knowledgeable, skillful and professional employees. Elite Plumbing, Heat and Air talked us into buying a new 5 ton TRANE unit last year which I'm just now paying off ($6700). As it turns out, no-one likes to service TRANE units. I had arranged a maintenance call with them early Friday and the kid who came out told me the fan unit had to be replaced (under warranty) but that they couldn't find the part. I called them five times and the 24/7 advertised company is 12/ 51/2 and the only response I got was "We'll let you know when we get the part." That was Friday afternoon. We (three of us--all seniors and one with a serious heart condition) were without air conditioning until Monday afternoon when YES! and Josh T rescued us. I had begun calling companies Saturday AM to see if someone else could help us and the second place I called recommended YES! Once Josh came out and explained the situation to us, I felt we were in good hands. And true to his word, he was out here early Monday to fix our system. BTW Elite did call today but couldn't get to us till tomorrow.... What company just leaves their senior, ailing customers without air for four days in 109 degree heat? Elite! YES! and Josh T took care of our needs in the most professional and expert way possible--Thank you!

I've been having worked done on my plumbing, heating and AC system, and after annual service, including duct cleaning and acid washing the coils, the thermostat was doing something that I hadn't seen before. When I called Yes, they sent Bill Cooper out to check the system for me. I don't know if the throughout cleaning and servicing fixed something that I didn't know was broken, but the system checked out fine. Bill then took some time to show me how the thermostat works in relation to the heating system that I have, which made a lot of sense. I should be able to program the system differently than I had it running, and probably same me some money on utilities. Thanks Bill, I appreciate the lesson and professionalism. On July 31st. Jun came out to check out why my A/C was not working as it should have. He explained in terms that I could understand and answered all of my questions. Jun topped off the coolant for the A/C unit and advised me he may come out again to put dye into the system to make sure the unit is not losing coolant. Jun is one of the most professional individuals I have met in a long time. Not only does he know his job and does it with excellence he treated me with the upmost respect. The young man was very polite and knew his job. I was under the impression that he was also going to look at the heating system as Karl had indicated, in addition to putting in the filters. He said his work ticket stated just putting in new filters. I was disturbed that although I had already paid for an annual checkup on my heating and AC with a credit card over the phone, plus the $29 service call, when I gave him my check for the filters, he had to look at my driver's license and also check my credit card that I had given to Karl over the phone. I felt this was an insult and unnecessary. Poor customer relations for the company. The serviceman did his job in a timely manner and I appreciated that.

Gave a 3 star only because I feel they were trying to take advantage of our misfortune. 1900.00 to replace a leak in the tank of our Bradford White hot water heater. We purchased a 6 yr. home warranty insurance just to not have these kinds of out of pocket cost. Especially an emergency cost like this, only to find that our insurance company covers the parts, not the tank! Pardon me! What goes wrong on a hot water heater? A leak..

The good part which I guess I could have started off with is, upon calling them they came out the very next day and that was free. Plus, they came out prepared to install that day. But I think they were certainly going to make up for that in charging the 1900. I actually wanted to switch to a tankless, but that 7000.+ was out of the question.

I called Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing to fix my AC unit, which was blowing warm air. Phap N. was the service technician. He was extremely professional and respectful. His knowledge-base was very extensive. He explained things to me and let me tag along outside while he repaired the unit. He made sure I understood what was malfunctioning and why it needed to be repaired. Afterwards, he inspected the other AC units, the filters, the air ducts and the attic fans. He gave me a thorough eval and report on the different components, warning me of possible future problems. Phap is very skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I appreciate the time he spent on the job, though the actual repair just took 10 minutes.

Awakening in the morning to a wet floor in the master bathroom prompted me to contact Yes! Plumbing which I have used for the past several years. They realized the urgency of my problem and sent out two servicemen, James Insley and Mike Bissell, who arrived within one hour of my initial contact. Both were in clean uniforms and presented themselves professionally and courteously. The put on their "booties", proceeded to the problem toilet. After the inspection and diagnosis, they gave me an estimate of three different options of resolving the problem After selecting my option choice, a new toilet was installed. Chris, Cragun and your entire team are very professional and pay attention to your customers. I have been having problems with an irrigation valve and it has been repaired sever times by another company. Recently, it started leaking and I decided to give YES a call for a repair. Your staff was very professional, setup the service call and informed me of all the details. I received a few calls regarding arrival time as your staff kept me informed concerning the arrival of your technicians.
When Chris and Cragun arrived, they were professional but friendly and after listening to my issue we took a look at the problem. Chris provided a couple of solutions and I actually decided to “do it right” and replace the entire valve and correct the mess of piping the other company had installed. During the repair process both Chris and Cragun told me what and why they were doing things and educated me concerning the correct method to install a valve etc.
The final fix of the problem was professionally completed and I enjoyed the visit by Chris and Cragun.
You should commend your staff for being knowledgeable, professional and exhibiting excellent customer skills and work ethic. This is a rare thing these days with customer service. I will use YES again should I need any plumbing related repairs in the future. Thanks !

I have a yearly service contract with YES and they check my A\C,heater, plumbing,....once a year-it is worth it. I would like to suggest that for loyal customers they include a list of one-time (once a year) basic plumbing home repair like replacing a toilet flapper, tub diverter, .....free of charge for labor if parts are supplied by home owner, or at least a large courtesy discount of 50%. I am sure seniors and singles would greatly appreciate this type of incentive/loyalty offer.

I called YES AC& PLUMBING for an appointment and was told that the appointment will be between 2-4 PM. At about 3:30, tech called and will be at my house about 4 PM. At about 4pm a knock on the door. Now that is prompt. The technician introduced himself as Phil. He is very friendly, neat and very professional. Showed him the unit and he checked the capacitor and compressor. Told me it could be just the circuit breaker. Phil F checked the breaker and found that it did trip. He reset the breaker and turned on the AC unit.

A/C not working during 100 degree week. Called Yes, and Rch came out to evaluate the situation same day. Diagnosed problem, explained it to me in, and showed me the problem. Turns out problem was not A/C at all, but was a major problem with furnace and blower fan. Rich F. provided me with a "quote" on replacing my furnace.

I had a pleasant experience today with my Yes technician, Opio. Per my maintenance agreement, he checked my water heater, asked questions as to my current experiences with it and hot water, made recommendations, which I will consider as a future project (I am retired!). My previous water heater check was in May of this year, so all was still good at the 6 month mark. I am reminded from checking my past receipts (and face recognition) that Opio was sent to my home in 2013 and due to constant toilet stoppage in my Mom's bathroom, he recommended a power flush toilet. He subsequently took care of that for me and as of today, I no longer have those issues with my mother, who has Alzheimers. Thank you!

My water hearter that was only 2 years old broke down, i happened to see a Yes plumbing truck on the next block, so i called them to have someone come out and check my fairly new system out. They were there the following morning as this was not an emergency...only to find that it would cost more to repair it then to buy new one. Both James and Mark took time with me calling the company that i had my current water hearter thru to see if it could be fixed or not. I never felt rushed into making a dicisison wether to go with Yes or have them fix it. My representative James Insley had to come back per my request as i needed to go to work, James was very accommidating and did come back later that day. James not only set our new water heater to code but did it in a very professional manner, he Karted everything away, left the area clean. James explained to both my husband and i in very explicit detail regarding temp control and what to do if there was a failure with the system down the road, explained about our warrentee, He never gave us the bums rush, he took his time explaining every part of our new system, what he replaced and why. I would definitely call Yes plumbing again and request only James Insley as he gained mine and my husbands trust. Thank you James Insley for being patient with us.

Bottom Line Up Front: Polite, but error prone.
They are polite and show up on time during the off-season, from my experience. Their work is haphazard and lazy. The job gets done, mostly, but if something goes wrong during any of their work they'll apologize to you and blame everyone else they can. They will skip sections of ducting during a sanitize if they're too high to reach conveniently and can be explained away as "connected to another main duct". Their solution to showing up with the wrong air conditioning unit was to take both of my units off of my home, cap the hole, and return the next day with the correct unit.
The job got done. My problem was, I was not notified until the end of the day, when my air conditioners were hauled off with the crane, that I was short a unit and would be needing more work than I expected. Their business practices seem a bit predatory, and their company seems a bit too big to pay attention to a single consumer's complaints, because when I complained, all I heard was, "Now I'm going to have to order another crane in the morning."
I hired them through Home Depot if anyone is considering the same.

My a/c wasn't working properly for a few days so I contacted homeadvisor and this company was recommended. They called me first and I liked that. It was a very hot day in Vegas (really?!!!), I talked to customer service at around 2pm, Alex was out here in about an hour and a half. The problem was fixed. Alex answered any questions I had and listened i.e. didn't make me feel as ignorant as I am. That's important.
