I noticed my a/c wasn’t kicking on anymore so I called for it to get serviced. I put the claim in on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was kind enough to get me an earlier appointment. Gabriel was the tech that came out. He was very professional and helpful. He found the issue and had it repaired quickly. I was pleased with the overall service I received!

We were very happy with our service. Pilot called 30 minutes prior to our four hour window timeframe letting us know he was on his way. He explained everything to us thoroughly and in non-Air Conditioning terms. He was very personable and honest. I would definitely recommend this company to others

Pilot came back to do a check up on my old A/C units. He was on time very professional and I felt like he was first a/c repair man I could trust. All the other a/c companies said my units had to be replaced because they use the old coolant. Pilot was honest and explained everything to me. His prices beat everyone I called but at least 20%. Would highly recommend

Ben was very professional explained everything to me showed me pictures of my AC unit it was a total mess they repaired it cleaned it and got it up and running just in time for the hot summer end of year heatwave would recommend this company 100% this company is very professional use the ladder to get on my two story house other companies walk on the roof and crack tiles and lie about what they do will be calling them againagain soon and recommending them to other friends at work thanks again ultra heating and cooling and refrigeration for a great job 100%

This company was sent out by my home warranty company. They showed up exactly on time (which I was surprised since they usually give you a time gap) and we’re very friendly and professional. Pilot and Ruben were awesome. They noticed that my issue was related to lack of maintenance and was an easy fix. They jumped right on the issue and resolved it, even though it (technically) wouldn’t be covered by home warranty. I would recommend this company and request them in the future with further issues. Thanks guys!

This is the second time my home warranty company has sent Ultra to my home (2 separate issues, 2 different units). This is the second time they sent Pilot as the technician. Just like the first time, he arrived on time and was SUPER professional and friendly. Both times he was able to identify the cause of my issue within minutes and fixed the problems quickly and thoroughly. (First time was a leak in the cooling system; second time was a blown fan motor.) When it's triple digit heat in the Las Vegas summer, this is exactly the kind of service you want. I recommend Ultra to everyone I know here, and will be using them for my routine maintenance. I'll definitely be asking for Pilot!

Great experience, especially with Gabe when he came out. He was professional and was more than willing to explain things as he did them. I had a dead HVAC board and he went above and beyond to get a replacement and in as quickly as possible so I we could get our AC up and going . I wish to give a hearty thank you to Ultra Heating/Cooling and Refrigeration and my technician Billy for the tireless work in assessing and correcting my heating problem with my HVAC system. Intermittent electrical problems are extremely hard to diagnose. It usually comes down to correcting and fixing one thing at a time until the core problem is found. My technician, Billy was extremely competent with his analysis and methodical in picking away at the problem until he resolved it. He managed all the paperwork for me and went the extra mile and researched my unit to find that the repairs were covered under warranty. I appreciate all of his input and recommedations for me and that he was speaking in terms that I could understand. He always contacted me in advance of his arrival and observed the appropriate COVID safety measures while servicing my equipment. Thank you Ultra Heating for employing a person that has integrity and knowledge of their craft.

Our AC stopped cooling so I called my home warranty on a Friday afternoon just after it happened. They contacted Ultra. I have a very sick husband and small dogs and I knew everyone would suffer if we were unable to get it repaired right away. We were assigned an appointment for the following Monday. I called Ultra’s office and told them my situation. They were able to send someone out the next day. Pilot came to our home, did an assessment and repaired the problem efficiently. He was compassionate in regards to our situation, professional in his manor and we are very grateful to have met him. Ultra is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them.

Complete miracle! Ultra was assigned by AHS to fix our AC unit. Online service request submitted at 8:45PM and technician Pilot was at the home at 9AM the following day. Pilot replaced the capacitor and AC was working again. Pilot was very professional and did not try to sell us for more than what was needed. Unbelievably great service. With other companies we have had to wait 2-4 days. Thank you Ultra and Pilot for the outstanding service.

Billy McCoy Technician responded to my home to assess the lack of air issue to my home on the hottest day of the year! He was timely, understood my frustration with several other companies coming and doing a bandaid approach to keep my unit running which only lasted momentarily. I told him I needed him to be honest and treat me as if I was his mother or grandmother. He came prepared with more instruments to explore the issue. Others never did this. He found the problem, ordered the parts and returned in 3 days to finish the job. Billy was very honest with me and did as he said he would. I can not thank you enough as it is hard enough living in the desert but with no air it is unbearable. Thank you Billy!

I am always uneasy using AHS when it comes to air conditioner repair . Our unit was blowing hot air it is over 20 years old and we figured this is it . Gabriel came out immediately diagnosed it was the compactor . Minutes later we were up and running . He restored faith once again !
