JR came out personally to make sure that my unit was working properly, He checked the filters, etc. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the temperature settings on the thermostat before he left.

The best! I have used many ac shops over the years here in vegas but Rockwell brothers is hands down the best. They go above and beyond, always take care of the customer, are honest and the best prices in town. Had a leak on my unit on a Friday and they showed up on a Saturday morning. I’ve had two ac units installed by them and they have been top notch units. Highly recommend Rockwell brothers, can’t say enough good things.

Due to the heat on Las Vegas, my capacitor exploded. My home insurance said it would take 3 weeks to get it fixed. Fortunately due to my friend's recommendations, I called Rockwell repair services and they have fixed it within a day. I really appreciate that they made the time to come to my home even if was out of the blue and fixed my unit within a day. (I can't live in my home with a 88-90F degree temperature for 3 weeks)

Really exceptional job these men have, the dedication and hardwork they have put into their crafts over the years. A Stranger Abroad

Ken and Jr, the two brothers are extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. They approach and complete the job with utmost professionalism. However, it is just not them doing the job well, for me it is them going above and beyond the duty. My AC broke down during this intense heat wave around 11:00 PM at night, I called Ken, he did not have the parts, however he wanted to ease my suffering and offered me a portable AC to pass the night until he could fix the AC the following day. He was available to me to pick it up at midnight, who does that? Without this kind gesture I don't know how I could have survived the 95 degrees inside the house. These guys were a blessing and true saviors. I highly recommend them for their services. Thank you Ken and Jr. Zack
