Put in new air conditioning and heating. Did a fabulous job When they did come do service on it we found out they had down 2 years free service. We were told longer. Cliff Walker the manager found out and took care of us. He was fabulous. The services were performed by Cody. He is excellent. Thank you Precision Air Your company is awesome

Dominic provided good quality service. He called ahead to let us know he could be there early. He was straightforward about what was wrong and what things we could do to prevent the same issues from happening again. He put in some notes to make sure we aren’t forgotten for our 6 month inspection in the spring. He even offered to come on his day off to replace the switch that caused our heat to go out.

The level of professionalism of ALL associates demonstrated top notch service!!!! The two gentlemen that performed the inspection and completed the work were Colby and Diego!!! They came to our home to rectify the problem in a very timely matter!!!!! They took very good care of us throughout the process!!! They were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!! This is the second time counting on Precision Air to come to my rescue. A full HVAC replacement from my 20+ year old unit was done in spectacular form. Not an easy job because of the location of my unit in the ceiling, but the expertise of the installation team made everything perfect. Have recommended their service to my neighbor who received the same expert change out of unit. Plus a bonus new water heater. What's not to love.

Brandon and co-worker Chris were at my home to install 3 ceiling fans and 1 light fixture. All installs went well until a final check of one fan. The light would not function. Brandon conducted appropriate trouble shooting, contacted the supplier and was still unable to achieve operation. Brandon uninstalled the fan and boxed it up for return to the store. A store tech opened the fan motor and found a defective electric coupler. A new replacement fan has been ordered and will be installed at no cost to me. I was very pleased with Brandon's professionalism and general pleasantness in conduct of his tasks. I highly recommend use of Precision Air for their services.

I highly recommend the electricians! Paul, went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my ceiling fan installation. Brandon and Chris installed them with care and were very professional. Sterling also installed an electrical outlet for a bidet in our bathroom and was very friendly. I will call them again them for any electrical need.

Jonathan and Dennis were here for heating inspection. My husband had set up with the office to have our filters changed but when the gentleman arrived, they had heard nothing about it. That was upsetting because my husband had spoken to two people at the office, and they assured him that it would be done. Jonathan and Dennis were very proficient and helpful and called the office right away to look into the matter. They got it confirmed and got it done even having to make a special trip to purchase the filters. They did a great job, and were very polite and professional.

Had a service with precision air to check out our heating system since it was our first winter. Hemal was our tech. He came out and was knowledgeable as well as informative about our heating components and what may be due for an upgrade. He did not push a sale for any of the outdated but working parts. After the service our upstairs thermostat had stop working. After reaching out precision air sent Hemal back out very fast and he had everything working in about 15 minutes and explained where the issue was. I would recommend this company if you’re looking for an honest company that won’t try to squeeze you and does good work.

We had a weird company come out, and give a diagnostic on our 8 year old unit that they said the heat exchanger failed. It didn't sound right to me, so I called Precision Air, and Chris, Teleisha, Doug, and Lou came out and verified multiple ways the heat exchanger wasn't even broken! PA starting with Raul and Josh dove into replacement of my original heating system. When things became challenging with integrating the new system with the original Honeywell two "zone" boards Colby, Doug and Lou all worked their way through the quirks until it was running. Next Colby stayed with me while it took 45 minutes with us both answering and doing things for Honeywell. The problem turned out to be a Bug in Honeywell's "cloud" implementation not able to handle the case of my account being deleted and then created again. (I am a Software Engineer. ) Finally my last morning in town Colby and Diego came back at the crack of dawn to diagnose a final issue with duct vents. Thank for your persistence Precision Air - Colby, Doug, Lou and Diego.

(I bought a brand new ac/heating unit from Elite a/c & plumbing over 3 years ago, they never showed up for scheduled maintenance, parts are not assembled right, PVC leaks on my wall and and blame me it's my problem, )So I call Precision Air because I got tired of calling and arguing with people at Elite air. Hemal the repair tech at Precision Air find the problem soon as he see the unit.Hemal explain the problem that it's been leaking carbon monoxide , needed to replace parts asap, (parts they use on my new unit was used from my old replaced unit.) Hemal is very knowledgeable and fast with his work, double check and explain at same time. I'm very satisfied 😀...

Hemal responded and was at my home within the 2 hour window provided by the phone representative. He explained the services he suggested for my AC unit but at no time made me feel pressured to do anything. I elected to have a couple updates performed on my system since it hadn't been serviced in a while. The concern that u contacted and requested a service tech to come out for was nothing of concern as explained by Hemal. So essentially no services needed to be done on my unit. I was grateful that I wasn't mislead to believe that there was something wrong.

10/27/2022 Josh from Precision Air did the annual heating inspection. Josh explained why he was there and reported back to me what he checked and he said that it's good for another year. Josh has taken care of my heater before. He is always professional. I have full confidence in Josh doing HVAC inspections. . I highly recommend Precision Air. They do quality work with quality technicians like,Josh. I have been doing business with Precision Air for over a Idecade. They are full service AC repair and maintenance. They replaced the air conditioner 2 years ago and I'm fully satisfied. I especially like being a HVAC customer. Thecome out in the summer to service the air conditioner and in the winter to check our heating system. They're absolutely easy to work with. They're professional, courteous, very organized, great follow up, and they really care about their customers, which is the key to their success. They're a trustworthy business to use for AC services. The sort answer: the tech was professional and knowledgeable. Service was good. Price was around 1$ to replace the ac blower motor in the attic. The tech was Hemal I think. The first guy from a different company told my wife that the thermostat was bad. Was going to charge $385 for a new thermostat. He also told her to force the air on by turning the thermostat to “on”. I came home and bought a thermostat. Didn’t fix the issue. I troubleshot a bit and found that the unit in the attic was the issue. The blower didn’t want to turn. A friend recommended Precision Air. The tech came out and spent a handful of minutes in the attic and found the issue. The motor bearings were bad. He replaced the motor and fixed the problem. Home temp is back down to 74 degrees from 89 degrees.

I had used Precision for a service in the past, and decided to give them another chance. I’m happy I did! They were able to get me on the schedule within 48-hours. I received a confirmation call the day before, and a 30-minute courtesy call the morning of. Ryan showed up on time, and we immediately remembered having met before as he was the tech who was sent out for that prior service. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even remembered the conversation we had in the past about a part my old AC company was recommending. This tells me he listens carefully to the needs and concerns of his clients. He showed me his gauges when it came time to replace a part, and he offered me the most cost-effective way to get it done. Hemal came out and was doing a routine maintenance on the outside portion of our AC unit and noticed some red flags. He told us about them and was honest in his feedback. We had 3 different parts we were working with and not much refrigerant R22 (EPA has banned) left. Everything was pieced together before we bought this house, so begrudgingly, but also proactively we took the step to replace our whole system. It was painful, but we feel like it was a step in the right direction and prevention before a disaster does cost. We thank Hemal for his honesty in all facets of his work and consulting his supervisors for options we could take. We chose the replacement route because the repair route would’ve eaten a hole in our pocket with no investment, now we have a nice warranty and feel ok with our system not failing completely in the dead heat of Vegas summer.

To make a long story short the old saying if when it rains it pours is still legit today. Water heater went out a while ago causing water damage to the floors which made us have to fix it. Everything that could go wrong with laying the tile did and it's still not done. Then Friday night I get home from a bible study to find out that the ac wasn't working. The unit outside was running properly but not the inside unit. Turned it off to the night hoping it would fix itself. Had a 3hr nap and tried it again. Didn't work so found precision air online and gave them a call. Within an hour Ryan was out checking over the unit. The motor went out. Easy enough fix. But then he found rust on the coils and a leak in the system upstairs. Glad he got it so I can get it fixed before any major damage happens. Ryan was above and beyond what I had expected. Very kind, courteous and professional. I just praise God for Ryan being able to fix the unit and come to my house 4 in the morning and still be happy.

I took advantage of a free check on my whole system, since I had just had some major work done by another A/C company and wanted to see if everything was done OK. Precision wanted to take over maintenance contract, but in the process, they confirmed what the first company found - there’s bad coils and heat exchanger in my furnace unit (13 year old Bryant system that’s been a great unit for me), and they said I should think about replacing it. I got options from the first guys and got an estimate from Precision and even though I ended up staying with the first company, I wanted to acknowledge that Ryan Lanier (technician) was really a big help to me. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and he took the time to go through everything and explain what both companies could do, and was there even though he didn’t need to be, when I got a price on the new unit. Turns out that replacing a furnace and coil cost more than just replacing the whole thing. Both companies offered a credit on work that was just done on my AC unit and the furnace, so even though I have to pay the first bill, it came out ok in the end and I’m getting a new Amana system. If you want service from Precision, be sure to ask for Ryan! I know I see some bad reviews on them, but this was not my experience, so I wanted to make sure folks know there are good techs available there and their maintenance membership is half the price of the other company. Thanks for everything to Precision and Andre for their time and patience through the bid process!
