Jason, and his team were very knowledgeable, affordable, and went above & beyond! They replaced my old air conditioning unit, and thermostats with state of the art equipment that is a lot more energy efficient.. My home is cooler than ever with a smaller energy bill! Gotta love that. Jason addressed all of my concerns, and came in with a bid much less than his competitors!! I won’t be calling anyone else for future cooling, and heating needs except Passionate Cooling, and Heating.. Excellent work that didn’t cost me a fortune.. I’m truly grateful! Nice to have a company that is reliable, and honest!

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job on my AC installation. They took great pride in making sure everything was done just right. I love when contractors take pride in their work. Not only was their workmanship great the price was the absolute best! I took my time and got several estimates. Jason beat them all. They arrived on time. Finished in the time they had estimated. Cleaned up and made sure everything was working to my liking. I highly recommend using them for you AC needs!

My experience with Jason Roden, owner of Passionate Cooling and Heating was great. My AC unit was old and definitely on it's way out. I called Jason after being referred by a friend to schedule an appointment. He came over the next day prepared to discuss a new system and estimates. He explained the benefits of various systems and what works best for my home. The whole experience was really good. Workers came over the next day and immediately began removing my old unit. They were extremely nice and cleaned up after installing the new unit. They finished in about 6 hours it was really quick. Jason really cares about his customers and his work. They are honest and easy to talk to. I was quite impressed with the job they did and would recommend him to do similar jobs for my family and friends. Thanks. Don H

I was referred to this company by friends who also got their AC system replace. I am glad I did because Jason and his team are very professional and will work with you in an efficient and timely manner. They did the replacement and installation only two days after I first contacted them. They also intalled a new thermostat and two air return vents in two of my rooms to help with the heat during the summer time. All this for a fair price. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an excellent yet reasonably price cooling and heating company.

Overall we had an amazing experience with Jason and his team. He was referred to us by my daughter and son in law as they had nothing but positive things to say. We ended up needing a new A/C unit and made sure everything was installed properly and sealed all of the duct work off. He was also able to refer us to someone to replace our leaking water heater and will answer any question you may have and if he doesn't know the answer he will find it for you. I highly recommend him if you are in need of any HVAC services!

We found this company through Yelp and we are happy we did. The owner is starting he's company from the ground up but don't mistake him for a rookie he know he's stuff and he will help you find the best price in the market better than other AC company's we had in our home before. They install a new everything even fixed the AC vents up in the attic from previous owners that had them badly distributed and bended. We recommend him to our friends 💯. They have the financing option too that work for our case even more.

Jason and all of the Passionate Cooling & Heating staff were amazing, I was out of AC for a night, Jason offered me a temp portable A/C so I didn't have to spend a night in the Vegas heat. I gave them a call at 2PM and they were able to evaluate and replace my whole AC unit within 24hrs! Jason is extremely knowledgeable and "passionate" about HVAC work and taught me different things I could do to prolong and maintain my new unit. If I have any other HVAC issues I know exactly where to go, 10 out of 10 would recommend!

You were very meticulous, prompt, and very courteous and friendly. Not being in your line of work, you explained everything to me, you shared your expertise, the how and the what’s of how things work. You were very prompt, on time, very clean, and gave me a detailed explanations throughout the entire process. You answered every question I had. You took your time and evaluated and double checked everything in an extremely professional manner. You and your team came on the same day I called to evaluate my system. After a very detailed inspection of my system, the air ducts, etc. etc. it was determined that the entire system needed to be replaced. Every option was clearly explained to me in details. You were not pushy in trying to sell me a new system. As a matter of fact, I am the one who chose to go ahead immediately. You mentioned that it was on its last legs, may last ‘as is’ perhaps, a month, perhaps two or perhaps six. After observing how you did the inspection of the unit itself, the thermostat, and measuring the heat that was coming out in every vent of every room, it was very clear to me how you perform your work, the pride that you have in your work. I saw how meticulous and detailed you were. I chose not to wait for the system to completely break down and opted to do a complete new installation. I felt very confident in you and your team. You did not rush this inspection and you made sure that I understood all the elements involved. You gave me detailed information as to what needed to be done, when it would be done, and the cost. There were no hidden fees or any surprises whatsoever. As soon as I gave you the OK to move forward, which was the following day, you were able to ‘schedule’ this installation very very quickly. Not only did you replace the system itself, but you upgraded all the electrical, and so much more that I do not even know existed. I now have an excellent new system, whereby everything has been upgraded, and I am assured that this unit will last me many many years to come. You stood by your word. I most definitely will be recommending you to my family and friends. In addition, I will only use your company to do the yearly inspections to ensure that everything continues to work well. Thank you so very much for all the excellent work you and your team have provided me with.

Jason & Alfredo did a excellent job, very professional and does clean install. It took them about less than 2 hours to get the whole ac unit installed and running! We recently purchased a home in N Las Vegas. Our heating bill tripled in 4 months. We requested service from our home insurance company and NV Energy...their service providers could not find, nor repair the problem. We contacted Jason...he came right away, and within a few hours, he found the source of the problem in our heating and HVAC unit, and in the deteriorating attic duct work. We chose to replace the HVAC unit. Jason and his staff came the next day, and within 2 days installed a new Heating and HVAC unit, new duct work, a new thermostat and a new cover for our intake. They cleaned up beautifully, hauled all of the old duct work away, set up our 'smart' thermostat, and vacuumed the debris from our vents! Jason and his staff were knowledgeable, timely and incredibly efficient. We highly recommend Jason, his staff and Passionate Heating...their name describes their service!
