My old AC unit was in a really bad shape already, but still was eligible for an incentive, so i decided to give it a try. I booked my appointment with Nevada Residential Services, technicians came in time, took their time to lookaround and give me a whole bunch of options. They were highly professional and friendly. The new air source heat pump works perfectly, no more AC repairs in a next couple of years. Totally satisfied. Highly recommend this air conditioning company!

The A/C unit had stopped working so i called Nevada Residential Services for service. Quick response to my call, and we scheduled an appointment. Also there was no sales pitch which is great IMO. The technician came in time, checked both units. I was expecting a huge repair quote as this has been my experience in dealing with two major Las Vegas AC companies in the past, but surprisingly the price was very reasonable and fair. In just an hour my AC was working nice and smooth. I was so happy, even booked their maintenance plan as a result. Great service. I highly recommend Nevada Residential Services AC Repair.

Couple of days ago our AC stopped working early in the morning, it wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't my daughters birthday. We invited many guests, it was necessary to immediately solve the problem with air conditioning. I desperately started to search for an emergency hvac repair services, few companies had all technicians busy and couldn't help us that day. Luckily Nevada Residential Services agreed to try to help us by sending one of their technician who was nearby to us instead of his dinner brake. The HVAC technician came in just 20 minutes, immediately found our AC problem. He was very polite and professional but at the same time quite funny and very friendly overall. He saved the day. Would like to share my experience with this company, too. 4 days ago I woke up because I heard the water was dripping somewhere and I was totally shocked when I saw that it was my air conditioner. Honestly, I never saw water dripping from the indoor unit... And of course I couldn't waste time, I needed to call an hvac company immediately. I heard very loud noises that started coming from the indoor unit just at night. It was impossible to sleep, obviously. At first, I didn't know what to do, but a few moments later I was already on the phone with the NRS manager. I told her what happened and she advised me to turn off the split system until the technician arrived.
