Mojave is hands down the best AC service company in Vegas. They've taken care of my units for about 2 years and are timely, professional, and courteous. They get you scheduled promptly and give you a call before they are headed your way during your scheduled window. I've had a few technicians (Chris, AJ, and Joel) over the last 2 years for annual maintenance checks and just a few things here and there to check. On the latest visit, I had Joel install two EcoBee smart thermostats and he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mojave AC to anyone in the Vegas area. Very professional and did a great job.

Mohave air, came to repair my air conditioning, On One of the hottest days of the year, also On same day they were called. The technician was Chris P, I was extremely impressed with the service. The units we have in our condo complex are complex. Chris from Mohave air worked several hours on the repair. What was most impressive, he did not leave until the unit had air. Thank you Mohave, and Chris. For the excellent service.

I had Mojave AC come out for a heating inspection a few weeks ago. Glad I did. Neil was our tech and did a great job with the inspection, tune-up and explaining what he'd recommend. While Neil was out he suggested vent cleaning which I also opted to schedule since I inherited the home. Last week Andrew was here to do the vent cleaning. Again another great job done. Andrew was able to answer my questions. I'll definitely be calling on them in the spring.

Had my A/C serviced by Mojave a week ago. Nick recommended I get the ducts cleaned. We made an appointment, they gave me an 8 to 12 o'clock window and we're here by 9. We love these guys! In mid January, one of our heat pump systems was constantly starting and stopping, providing very little heat. We contacted our Home Warranty company, who sent out serious bottom-feeding A/C companies in a month long fight to get the system working. After numerous mis-diagnosis and demands that we pay for services NOT covered by the home warranty and partial "repairs" that resulted in safety sensors being bypassed, we contacted Mojave Air Conditioning. Matt came out and offered some sage advice on where our problems might actually be. Donnie managed to spot the main problem - a blower motor running backwards. Changing the start capacitor fixed everything, saving us the expense of (as recommended by the other guys) flushing the system (~$1000), replacing the condenser unit (~$2000) or replacing the entire unit (~$8000) - for under $200! It's an old unit, which really will need to be replaced before long. Mojave A/C will be getting that business! Thanks guys!

May 27, 2022 - Contacted the office to schedule a repair and spoke with Amy. She is so easy to work with and caring. The great service keeps me coming back. May 25, 2022 - Rosa and Darryl came to my home to clean my air and dryer vents. The called ahead to let me know they were on the way, showed up when they said they would, explained the process, and got to work. They took exceptional care of my home wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves. They were awesome! May 2020 - another excellent experience! Donnie, Spencer, and team were punctual and very friendly. But only are they reasonably priced, they took care to wear shoe covers and cleaned up really well after themselves. I highly recommend! February 2020- I contacted Mojave after the company I had worked with originally wanted to charge me a $90 service fee to return to do the repair they said I needed. Mojave came it at no charge as a second opinion and charged almost $200 less then I was originally quoted! Matt was my representative / repair person. He was punctual, I didn't have to ask him to wear shoe covers, he was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous to me and my dog. I highly recommend Matt and Mojave.

Called for service and was fortunate to get same day service. The tech, Spencer, called first to make sure coming early was acceptable. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and repaired our ac to working order. Then he checked his repairs to insure he had not missed anything, explaining to us fully what he had done and why. Thanks for the great service. Mojave Air has always had a history of competent & friendly techs in my experience, but Anthony Silva truly went the extra mile and impressed me (and I know a lot of AC people!). Anthony was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and great demeanor around our children while working in my home. 1 day before an "Open House" my ac stops blowing cold air downstairs. called Mojave Air and they were there in 2 hours. After inspecting the system is found to be in good working order i just needed to change out my filters. Thanks to Omar for the prompt and honest service. We have been struggling without Air Conditioning in Henderson, Nevada in 100+ degree temps for 4 Weeks…just trying to navigate the home Warranty procedures to get an approved work order then finding a company that could Perform the work seemed nearly impossible… Then I received a call from Mojave’s office Saturday morning. The tech diagnosing the issue was AJ phenomenal service recommend highly. Within 4 hours an entirely new Condenser unit was in place, installed with refrigerant. The installation crew of Omar and Xavier did an outstanding and thoroughly explained everything ring done also highly recommended!! I’ve used Mojave Air Conditioning for several years. My very old central air conditioning and furnace units were simultaneously replaced by Mojave Air Conditioning 2 or 3 years ago. The service technicians have always been great with all they’ve done for me. Today, AJ did the annual check-up on both units. (Normally, I would have a check-up in the Spring for the air conditioning unit outside and in the Fall for the furnace.) AJ called me to let me know he was on his way. This was my first time meeting AJ and I found him to be very courteous, patient, and he answered all my questions (so, yes, knowledgeable, too). I was very happy with AJ’s service. AJ was kind enough to let me know that an air scrubber could be installed as I told him I have asthma/allergies — it cleans the air entering your home and might save a bit of wear and tear on your heating and cooling system. I always like it when people educate me about things that may be helpful. AJ was also able to provide me with printed material on the air scrubber that I could review at my leisure. Having looked at the material, the air scrubber is a good fit for me, maybe next year I can get it installed. As an aside, I have noticed that Mojave Air Conditioning employees try to keep a clean and presentable appearance. It is not easy as the work requires them to work inside and outside of homes.

These guys are awesome; this is the third time we have used them in 2 years. Each time saving us a ton of money (other companies wanted to just replace the unit, Mojave Air Conditioning was able to repair the unit, thus stretching out the life of this geriatric machine). My husband and I bought a home built in 1962, with a 29-year-old AC unit on the roof. Last night, our unit shut off and we worried. My husband called Mojave AC, and they were out in two hours. Josh was able to diagnosis the problem, even though the unit was discontinued a while ago, something that other companies were unable to do. Fused corrected, and cool air was back on. We know that we will have to get a new unit soon, however it was nice not to pay today. Thank you Josh and Mojave Air Conditioning!

My highest recommendation I can give goes to Mojave. We've used them to repair our A/C units and then 9 months later for our furnace when we were selling the house. By far, they have the friendliest and most positive attitudes I've seen from anybody. That's at least enough reason to have them in your house. Then, Cecil's passion for what he does is amazing...when he left I wanted to be a HVAC technician (really)! Lastly, they charge a completely reasonable price. Mojave is the best service company I have ever dealt with.

I contacted Mojave Air Conditioning to clean my dryer vent. Corey came out and cleaned it, but I later noticed that there was still a clog issue. I contacted the company via email and they arranged for Corey to come back out and clear the vent again at no additional charge. Everything is clear and working like a charm now! First off great Job. I have Choice Home Warranty wish i didn't . Jorge came out for the service call very professional explained the problem did a good job. Choice contacted me and told me that Jorge said my system was dirty and not up kept so they didn't cover it. I contacted Mojave and one of the girls there contacted Choice and got the real story. She did a great good and Jorge never told Choice that. Anyway Donnie came out from Mojave gave me a good quote on a new unit. Also very professional and explained everything. A few days later Keith came out and installed my new unit him and his partner did a great job also. All around great job Mojave air i am super pleased with the A/C but even happier with you customer service. Jorge, Donnie, Keith, and the girl i spoke too all deserve a pat on the back i will use Mojave air from now on.

This is my 2nd experience with Mojave Air Conditioning and I highly recommend them. Both technicians were professional and easy to get along with. First one, recommended to enroll to their Platinum Membership. I was reluctant at first but glad I did. With my unit close to 10 years I figured I would need more service soon and he taught me what to look out for. And so I called when I suspected something and Cecil showed up. Met you fine folks at a Home Show - Las Vegas Pavilion. I was most impressed with the attitude of the people working your booth - especially Cecile. He loves AC and your Company. We scheduled a tune-up coil cleaning and he did a fantastic job explaining my amps, the draw, etc. We discussed the specs of the unit, which is older, and how those specs may have measured up when the unit was first installed. He took the time to physically show me the Heater Exchange has exceeded its useful life, and could be a hazard with Carbon Monoxide if it goes too much longer. I understand the dangers of Co2 poisoning and appreciated his taking the time to really spell out in writing my specs, and his recommendations when my units time comes. Cecile really is quite an impressive guy, both from his knowledge, care and passion for AC as well as his GREAT attitude toward people. I very pleased I called and had you fine folks out to my home. Cecil came after the initial tech could not solve my problem. It turned out the motor of the air conditioner froze and he replaced it and my house is again very cool. He also told us about the importance of changing filters frequently you have to be able to see through the filter for that to function well in your home so your air conditioner does not break down. Very professional . Knows his craft..

Josh and his crew provided exceptional service to both me and my neighbor. A few weeks ago, my AC was having issues. I called Mojave AC, they were able to see me that day, fix the problem with one visit and inexpensively get my house cool again. Called Mojave Air for my air conditioner not running properly. First time used this company. Cecil was my technician and I learned alot from this first time visit. Not only was he knowledgeable , he was also professional. He took the time to open all my vents in my home to get more air by going on a ladder in each room and using a needle nose plyers to pull back on the vent slots. Wow, what a difference that made. All the years I have been with other companies, no one took the time to explain this or help out in any extra way like Cecil. Kudos to Cecil at Mojave air Conditioning. I will be using this company from now on. I'm adding on additional info to this review. Unfortunately my AC of 13 years could not be repaired any more without costing a ridiculous amount of money. Mojave Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit yesterday. Spencer and Humberto were my installers. They worked for 8 hours straight on installation which included reconfiguring the duck work in the attic for a properly running air flow return. This company did not try to sell me anything extra, they only cared about doing the job correctly. Thank you Mojave Air Conditioning Crew.

My AC unit stopped working yesterday due to the 111 degree heat. I called Mojave Air that night and said they wouldn't be able to get anyone to our house until between 2-4 today. I was pleasantly surprised when Josh, our HVAC technician texted me at 10:30 to let me know he'd be over in about 10-15 minutes. Josh was very knowledgeable as well as professional and within minutes was able to determine that the capacitor was bad and replaced it right there. Everything was fine until... 3:30 this afternoon, when the AC unit started acting the same way - tripping the circuit breaker and shutting down. Josh came back again and not only inspected our system, but also checked the breaker, which ended up being bad. (He had to come back an hour later with the part, but we agreed to give the unit an hour to do its job.) I really appreciated the fact that we were not immediately given the sales routine for a new HVAC unit. We will end up having to replace the outside, but for now, it seems to be doing its job.

My wife and I just bought a house in Henderson and the ac unit failed within a month after escrow closed! Our home warranty company One Guard quickly approved the repair and linked us to Mojave Air to do the work. It was just suffocating trying to work in the house with +115 degree temperatures! The replacement compressor came in and our plea for help was quickly acted upon by Mojave Air office staff (Melissa, Amy, and Rosa) and then next morning repair work by Josh and Cecil. The two gentlemen worked quickly to make the repairs for 3 hours and explained in detail what was being done and how we can keep the rebuilt ac unit running well. Besides their outstanding work, professionalism, honesty, friendly attitude, and genuine caring for our ac crisis, we got a very fair price for additional work we believe will forestall any more breakdowns in the ac unit. We are delighted with the work completed by Mohave Air and would call them for any related heating and cooling work in the future.

Spencer was an excellent technician. When he arrived, he was wearing a mask and put on shoe coverings. After diagnosing, he showed me what was wrong and provided several different options. While I was waiting for the unit to be fixed, the company provided (with a deposit of course) a portable a/c so I wouldn't be completely miserable. The day of install, they were on time and prompt. Each employee wore shoe coverings and masks. While working in the attic, they covered the area below the attic opening. When they were done, they cleaned up and showed me how to operate my new unit.

Air conditioning just stopped working the other day and just as an extreme heat warning was issued for Las Vgeas. Within minutes Cecil the repair man was able to diagnose the issue and solve it within the hour. Went above and beyond and even gave me several tips on how to keep the AC system healthy and lasting longer. Fast and efficient.

The best part was that the tech called me to tell me he would be there in about twenty minutes and he was there twenty minutes later. I live in the Greenbriar Townhouse community. We had a leak coming through the downstairs ceiling. "Star 5 plumbing" came out, a heavy accented Russian named "Mike". He did absolutely zero diagnostic and decided to cut the ceiling out to see the problem, and said it was an a/c problem because the a/c duct was quite wet (insulation). He left with $125 and a plastic wrapped hole in my ceiling, there was mold on the insulation. MOJAVE sent out Drew who was a breath of fresh air. He was uniformed, well groomed, well spoken and explained his testing/checks to me as well as answered all my questions thoroughly. Drew is a real professional and I highly recommend Mojave A/C to anyone who wants honest people in their homes. -Erick

Where to start, nothing but professionalism from this company. We originally signed up at the home show last year and have been nothing but satisfied. This year unfortunately the a/c went out and with the cost of repairs it would have been cheaper to buy a new one. Instead of leaving us with no a/c for the hot weekend Donnie did what he could do to make the a/c last, even said that he would call just Incase the a/c needed a quick charge to hold us over. The a/c was supposed to be installed on a day that I was going to have to take off work, only to be given the great news that the a/c was in and someone was able to come down two days earlier and no vacation day having to be used. Thank you for being great, honest, and professional. We now have an a/c company that we trust.
