I am not a full time resident of Vegas but I got a referral from someone I trust and Oh Boy is this the right company for Heating and Air Conditioning. In 2013 I had the owner Steven to the house to discuss two new furnaces and air conditioners. It was a great experience and I bought from them and the installation was great. Forward to 2016 when I came to town one condenser would not come on so I called for service. Their service tech Gabriel came out and found a loose wire. No Charge he said and I couldn't believe it. He was great. A week later I called again to have two new wireless thermostats install. This work was performed by David. Was I glad I didn't tackle this myself as my equipment was all two stage fans and condensers. The wiring was over my head. My experience with Gabrial and David was outstanding and Steven should be proud of his team. Enough said this is a great company to deal with.

We have been without heat for a couple days. It's been unusually cold this week, Murphy's law, right! Because of our work schedule we had to wait until Saturday to call someone. I'm sure glad we called this company. They were very friendly, efficient, honest and knowledgeable. Turned out we needed a new motor for the heater. Their prices were VERY reasonable, and our technician Ricky was VERY professional and a super nice guy. He had the problem diagnosed, and repaired in under 2 hours. We are warm and able to enjoy the rest of our weekend in comfort. I know they had a full schedule this weekend, but they still fit us in and took care businesses. I would highly recommend this company.

Las Vegas Air is definitely the best service I have received from any ac company I have ever called. A technician named Gabriel Santos showed up shortly after I called and repaired my system quickly and honestly figured out and explained the problem to me, all while giving me a fair and decent price. I was very impressed with the way he disclosed to me what was wrong in a way that a normal person could understand, and i am very satisfied with the work that was done. Las Vegas Air Conditioning is very professional from start to finish. The receptionist took my call and scheduled for a next day appointment. On the day of the appointment Andre B. called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. When he got to my house he let me know what was wrong with my air conditioner and gave me excellent tips on how to maintain it to ensure longevity. He fixed my air conditioner in record time was very professional. I highly recommend Las Vegas Air Conditioning for all your hvac needs.

Las Vegas Air Conditioning came out the day before we were set to leave on vacation. Couldn't leave our pets at home in a hot house for over a week, so we needed the unit fixed asap. The initial part they tried to replace didn't solve the issue, but they managed to replace the entire unit in a single day, which was amazing. Stayed until late that night to be sure it was done, can't express how great their techs were and how hard they worked. We did have some loudness from the new unit initially. Their tech, Micheal came out today and figured out the noise was coming from pipes inside the wall not insulated properly (not their fault since those pipes were installed by the builder, but the new more powerful unit made it more noticeable). He spent all day working to open the wall and fix, going beyond our expectations. Great service and all of their techs (Michael was great!) were very nice and really worked their collective butts off to get the repairs done quickly. The owners take a deep interest in any issues and respond quickly and directly, which is rare to find these days. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their AC worked on.

David was excellent. Very professional. He quickly fixed a problem today, and he gave my AC units a tune-up recently...both visits he was kind, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my system works in terms that I could understand, and things that I can do to prolong the life of my HVAC system. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I feel that they are also very honest...I have used other companies in the past that tried to sell me things I really didn't need or services that I could literally perform myself (like general up-keep and such)...I have not experienced that with this company...they have recommendations if I am interested, but they never push products or services that I do not need, and I very much appreciate that. When searching for an a/c contractor it's hard to find honest and reputable people and I'm glad that Stephen along with the rest of the ownership and management team took the time to care for their customer. The conditioner technician, named David, drove ALL the way up to providence on the very north west side of Vegas to look at my unit. I know nothing about air conditioners, and it would have been really easy for someone to make up an issue and charge me a bunch of money for it. But he spent over an hour going over my entire system, came to the conclusion that it was only my filters causing the issue, and left after only charging me the 25 dollar service fee. I actually felt a bit guilty like I had cheated him, but he was super polite and didn't make a big deal about it. I highly recommend using this company if you want a company that's not going to lie to you or trump up false issues.

I had Las Vegas Air Conditioning come out and diagnose my upstairs unit. The initial repair was partial and left me very unhappy. So much so that I went to a different company to finish the repair. Upon finding this out Stephen contacted me expressed that he wanted to make things right. He has gone above and beyond what was necessary to put things right. He is making sure that the initial problem I had will not reoccur and refunding my initial service that went wrong. He is more concerned with reputation and doing right by the customer than making a quick buck. Companies that put the customer first are few and far between, and Stephen showed me that they are one of those companies. I will be doing business with them again knowing that they care about the customers and will handle any problem that comes up in a fair manner. Things can always go wrong in repair work, but Las Vegas Air Conditioning stands behind their work and takes care of the customer first and foremost.

Called at 6:05pm about my air conditioning not working. Steven was able to be here at 6:45pm, he made it here super fast. My a/c unit was low on refrigerant and iced over. He refilled the refrigerant and then took a torch to the ice. It was repaired in less than an hour. I'm amazed at how well it all went. On a day like today when it gets to 110 outside, prompt service is well appreciated. Thank you Steven and Las Vegas Air Conditioning Inc.

My air quit blowing cold right when it started to warm up. My mother lives with me and due to medical issues has trouble breathing when it starts to get hot. Thankfully LVAC was able to get our unit fixed ASAP (apparently the indoor blower motor went out). Gabriel, the technician who came out, was very prompt and courteous, and also showed me what to look out for in the future. Thanks a ton for the excellent service!

Google+ doesn't provide an adequate number of stars to rate our experience. 5 stars just isn't enough. Our AC unit quit Sunday at noon (in early September) so we called one of the local AC shops. They said they would call me back once their technician called in. Two hours later I called Las Vegas AC. John (technician #1) called me back within 20 minutes to say he would be at my house before 4:00 pm. He arrived early and immediately diagnosed our problem as a failed compressor. He said it was larger than normal and they could have one in the morning. Ricky (technician #2) called me early Monday o tell me he would be at our house around lunch time to install the replacement. When he arrived he retested the system to verify John's diagnosis and then replaced the compressor. Both he and John were extremely professional and well mannered. Good service, professional technicians and fair pricing mean we will recommend them to our friends and call them in the future for our HVAC needs.

2016 When my air conditioner suffered catastrophic failure they replaced my air conditioner and heater that very day with an excellent warranty and discounts for being a senior citizen and retired military. You can't ask for more. 2015 Mike came out that day and advised the start up stator in my heater's blower motor had failed and the circuit card was ok. He returned the next work day with a new motor and changed it in two hours. With a senior and military discount of 15% total cost was a very reasonable $580. I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about this wonderful company. And, it has nothing to do with AC or heating problems. I am a volunteer with the Las Vegas Valley Humane Society. I'm involved with animal rescue and TNR of feral cats. I was made aware of cats getting into the attic of a local business. The staff at this business could hear the cats running and playing in the attic during their work hours. Needless to say, they were not happy and wanted the cats out. I had seen a blog from Las Vegas Air on their rescue last summer of two kittens stuck in an attic. I called and spoke to Stephen, the owner, and explained the situation. He didn't even hesitate and he said they could help. David was the technician who came out to inspect the attic and determine where the cats were getting in. He installed exclusion devices that I had ordered. Any cats in the attic could get out but not back in. Well, it worked! All the cats are safely out of the attic, the openings have been sealed and the staff is happy. David did an absolutely fantastic job. During this process, I've spoken to Candy, Stephen, Michael and worked with David. Everyone was highly professional and genuinely interested in helping even though it was a little outside of what they normally do. Highly, highly recommend. They are the CATS MEOW!!!

Wow! As a first time homeowner with our 2nd AC unit down I was nervous. Stan was awesome. He got here when he said he would and walked me through everything he was doing. He showed me the different gauges and what all of the correct readings were. He was able to diagnose and repair the unit with no problem. Although they're older unit he was able to fix it. I would recommend them to everyone. He was very straight to the point and didn't give me any second guessing. It was a fair price for the repairs.

They were awesome!!! They were booked up for the day but still found some time to squeeze me in when my air conditioning broke and it was 100 degrees outside. I am so grateful for that. O hai o! On the 3rd of Jan in the pristine year of 2015, I called on Las Vegas Air Conditioning Inc. and several other companies for our top-side heater unit had stopped functioning. If you remember, as is today, it was a fairly cold morning and I had family over, thus weathering the cold-morning would be something I would be willing to deal with but not so much with the folks. Thus I went on Google+ Local looking for a company that would: 1. Pick up the phone (most of them didn't!), 2. The person answering my questions (Michael) was sincere and knowledgeable and the AC-repair man (Stephen) took the time to show me the work he was doing and even made a YouTube video for me to review! Most importantly, the company responds to their positive and negative reviews on their Google+ Local page, which meant that they actually cared about the experiences of their customers. With that in mind, I've been talking about them to my family and friends; this is one of the few places in Las Vegas that I'd have no problem referring to if they needed AC-repair services, including businesses (as I work at a dental office, Las Vegas Dental Experts; reliability of AC-heating services is paramount) and of course @ home (where comfort of my family is at up-most importance). Hopefully you'll find my review helpful, if you feel like you want to confirm what I said, just try them out, and you'll end up taking the time to leave an awesome review as I am now; be easy, stay cool, stay warm and keep on smilin'!

Something told me to try this company, it must have been my guardian angel. Because another repair company in town had just informed me of rust on my air handler. They said it couldn't be fixed and tried saying I had to buy a new system. My guardian angel must have been with me as I looked around and said I'd try one more service company. Thank the lord I did, Michael with Las Vegas Air Conditioning came by late in the day, and showed me a video of my system and it was clear as day that the rust the other company was referring to was not even on the air handler it was on my secondary drain pan, which Michael replaced for under $500. I called Las Vegas Air Conditioning to get a second opinion after the heater in the upstairs of my home stopped blowing out hot air. The first company that came to my home said the problem could not be repaired and wanted to charge me $2800 for a new coil. Gabriel from Las Vegas Air Conditioning had the problem fixed in less then 30 minutes. Gabriel was professional, on time and very informative. Be wary of HVAC companies in Las Vegas. This is the third time in 5 years I've had a HVAC company insist I needed a new unit when in fact a simple repair was needed. I will be sticking with Las Vegas Air Conditioning for any repairs in the future. Thanks Gabriel, you made my day.

I called Las Vegas Air conditioning to deal with a non operating heat pump. It basically wouldn't produce cold air, only hot. I told them it wasn't an emergency, as our home has a second heat pump. Even though told it wasn't an emergency, they (Technician Stephen) came out within 24 hours to fix the unit. Initial testing indicated the circuit board was non-operational at the cost of $650 and he would have to get one. He returned the next day to install the board, but apparently found some underlying wiring problem (probably my doing from trying to play A/C technician). He was able to correct my mistakes and advised me the circuit board wasn't needed afterall, thus no $650 tab. I was only charged the time spent for the repair, which was far less than half the 650. He could have easily just put in the board and I would have paid. But due to his and his companies honesty, he advised me of what the problem was and fixed it at the lower labor only rate. I strongly recommend Las Vegas Air Conditioning and will definately call them myself on my next AC needs. Jack Lundquist Las Vegas, NV

I was very worried about calling an AC company but I have nothing but great things to say about Andre and Las Vegas Air Conditioning. The office who initially took the call were kind and seemed like they were sincerely concerned with getting someone out as soon as possible. They gave me a window of 2-4 and Andre arrived at 2:30 and phoned me to let me know he was there. Andre was very patient as he waited for me to arrive. He was honest and it turns out there was nothing wrong with my AC and they just charged me diagnostic trip charge. You hear about horror stories of AC companies overcharging but not these guys! They are honest and actually care about taking care of the customer! I work in property management and will definitely be referring them to others and will only use them going forward.

We called Las Vegas Air Conditioning for a second opinion after being 6,000 to have heating system replaced. Las Vegas Air Conditioning sent out Gabriel we found him to be highly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose immediately that there it was our circuit board that needed to be replaced saving us 5000. The parts needed were on the other side of town so Las Vegas Air Conditioning had another Tech go pick up the parts, so that we would have heat as soon as possible. Would Highly recommend.

Michael and Stephen are the real deal! Definition of business owners who truly care about their customers, their reputation, and their professional knowledge within the heating/AC industry. They aren't the cheapest (these are not installers picked up from the parking lot of HD etc, if you know what i mean), but they are extremely upstanding and honest and professional, which is definitely worth a little more money! We need more local/national businesses like this one!! Good work!

Service call was canceled 1 hour before estimated time of arrival. Was not warned about this and now it is too late to look around for other service. Would have liked to have been warned about this so a plan could be made before being stuck in 105+ degree weather without A/C. Edit - Was contacted by Steve (Owner) shortly after placing this review and now someone can be out to diagnose and possibly repair the unit. It's understandable that something may come up on other jobs. Appreciate Steve making it right in the end though.

We are almost a senior couple. We have been living on 1 income for a couple of years. When we called LAS VEGAS AIR CONDITIONING we were expecting... the per usual excuses to why we would need more service, or even a new unit, etc. DO NOT WORRY!!! these guys, (Mike, Mike and Seth)- were ON TIME, explained what they were going to do, and did just that. They are POLITE, H O N E S T, and Friendly. The were neat shoe covers, cloths down where they needed them, etc. NO MESS FOR ME. They did discover where our (expensive) heat was going. They fixed it!!! They will come to your house too and NV POWER PAYS THEM.....A VERY PROFESSIONAL & PLEASANT experience. Other companies that could learn a lesson from this company. The Stewarts
