Going without air for 3 weeks because the warranty company (choice warranty) drug me through the dirt and didn't have a response for me for two systems, Instant Air sent out a tech (Richard) to price the system at the start of the next day after I called. Richard was awesome explaining the details of the system and cost. I had a friend attempt to salvage the systems but it proved just too difficult and money would be better spent installing new air/heating. Joshua and Dallas were great at getting back to me and scheduled an install for two units the very next day, super responsive. Their techs Armando and Kimberly were excellent when installing the systems. They set up the thermostats and made sure everything was working great before they left. They arrived at 10 and didn't leave until 7pm when the systems were done, just awesome attitudes, courtesy and resilience in 110 degree weather!! Super professional all the way around. Thank you for making our family comfortable again!

We needed to replace our 20 year old HVAC system and called around to get several bids. Josh gave us a great bid and then backed it with excellent equipment, great service and professionalism. (I was especially appreciative that they covered the carpeting in the areas they were walking and working.) It was necessary for them to enlarge the opening to our attic for easier access, and even the drywall company they sent out to repair that did an outstanding job. Our new upstairs two-stage AC Instant Air installed is remarkable. Where our 20 year old AC would take literal hours to cool down the upstairs, this will do the job in around 30 minutes. Thanks for taking such great care of us, Instant Air!

We were given the opportunity to install a brand new A/C unit with ductwork and a smart thermostat into our home previously cooled by a swamp cooler and wall heater. Instant Air had the best bid and offer on service and maintenance. They were always professional, personal, attentive and always on time. They completed the job as promised, and with a smile even in horrible heat at the end of August. I call them my AC Angels! Thank you Josh, Dallas, Richard and, Brian! This is a quality group of guys!

I had a good experience with Instant air. I purchased a new air conditioner and heater. Everyone in the office were pleasant and helpful they got me scheduled right away. Richard and Joel were professional and friendly. They were super friendly and informative. None of the gate keeping or “I will have to send a guy out there before providing a price” drama. I called them Friday night (5pm) explaining what needed to be done (size of the unit, what we found wrong, etc), they gave me a proposal within 30 minutes (price was lower than the other two bids I had earlier that day), and they showed up at 10am THE NEXT DAY.

On July 9 our A/C blew in the main house. We had two different companies come out to give us quotes. I will not mention their names because I did not move out here to make enemies. The first guy said that the whole system needed to be replaced, as the house was 20 years old. He wanted $15,000. After I balked at the price, he called his "boss" and got the price lowered to $11,000! Pretty hefty discount, huh? The second guy said the same thing, but he only wanted $12,000. Being patient and prudent, I called Instant Air, on the recommendation of our HOA. Mario came out on July 11. Within an hour, he had diagnosed the problem and told me that only a couple of parts needed to be replaced. The total cost, parts and labor, came out to less than $1100. I couldn't believe the extent to what the first two guys were willing to go, to scam my 92-year-old parents. I have noticed that there is a lot of that here in Vegas. Shameful. I highly recommend Instant Air, simply because of their honesty. Mario knew what the first two guys had quoted me, and he could have easily taken advantage. But he didn't. And my 20-year-old air conditioner is working like knew.

The Las Vegas Valley area offers many competent AC Heating Service Contractors. Picking one is not a easy chore. Instant Air was recommended to us by a roofing company we trust. Instant Air offers more than just competent service. From the beginning to the completion of the installation of a new AC/Heating unit, Instant Air provided excellent service to us. We had numerous questions about pricing, quality of the product, efficiency, and future service/parts availability for the unit we needed. All that was answered before we made our selection. Even the owner, Oscar, did a follow up call to ensure that we are comfortable with our selection. The job was done efficiently and the crew did a good clean up following the installation. The unit installed is as energy efficient as Instant Air quoted. We saved around $30.00 in energy cost for the first month after the installation. I don't know if it is appropriate to use the term "personable" to describe a contractor's crew. To me they are professional and personable. We would recommend Instant Air to our family members and friends. We have great confidence in this company's services. Thank you, Instant Air.

Our front A/C quit on Tuesday night. I called Instant Air at 7:am Wednesday to make an appointment. The girl said they would have someone there between 8:am and 10: am THAT DAY! The tech showed up at around 9:15 and my A/C was up and running before 10:am! He even checked out our other A/C while he was there and only charged us the original diagnostic fee! Highly reccomend them!!

The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The problem was identified and repaired within minutes. Air quality tests were made to insure our safety. I was amazed that the tech did not try to sell us a new system, and more amazed that the cost for the work was more than reasonable!! Absolutely the best! So you know when you feel like you can’t trust what someone is telling you sometimes, well this company’s technicians are honest and there to help you! I had been without heat for 5 days and my home warranty told me the technician they used said I had a faulty part and they weren’t going to cover it. I did a lot of checking on A/C companies before deciding to select Instant Air to replace my A/C unit. I felt I was quoted a very fair price and appreciated the honest answers I received from Oscar. He wasn't in a big hurry when he came to my house to give me my estimate and he made sure I understood all he told me completely. I'm very pleased with the quality of the installation and clean-up. A couple days after the install, Tony came back and did a few touch-ups to repair some trim marred during the install. They did a very professional job while remaining friendly and polite. I will have them take care of all my preventive maintenance and feel confident I'll remain pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional quality service.

I had numerous estimates to replace the 25 yr old ductwork in my home which was a crumbling mess. I chose Instant Air because their technician was professional and explained everything and because their price, though not the lowest, was far less than the highest estimate. I had visions of having a big cleaning job after this project was completed from old material being dragged through the house but Instant Air's guys were very careful and I wouldn't have known they'd been there if I hadn't seen it. I was very confident in the quality of the work and the new ducting product, two things very important to a homeowner who knows nothing about this type of costly repair. This is a highly capable & trustworthy company that will do the job right at a fair price.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have 2 young daughters, my youngest is only 8 months old. Our AC went out and before we knew it, it was 100° inside our house at 1:00 AM! I called every "24 hour AC repair" place on Google and no one answered. Not only did this company answer, but they had a technician out to my house in less than an hour. He also had our A/C unit diagnosed and repaired within an hour! Fast and friendly service, I won't go anywhere else. Josh was our technician and he took care of everything.
