Zach came out at 7 pm for an emergency air conditioner issue, he showed up within an hour of my call and had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes. He was professional and kind, and was able to get the required replacement parts installed with his coworker Eli by the next afternoon and my AC was working beautifully again. I am so grateful they were able to fit me in so fast and worked so quickly and efficiently, I would highly recommend Fast Response. Great service.

My AC went out yesterday on a triple digit day here in Henderson, and Zach from Fast Response did as the company name implies, he responded quickly. He didn’t have the part necessary to fix what was broken yesterday, but Zach and Albert came back today to finish the job. They did excellent work, and our AC is blowing cold air again. Plus all of this work was under warranty, and we didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I’d definitely recommend Fast Response for both installation and service.

These guys are top notch professionals and their name suits them perfectly because their response definitely was fast, as was their work. The technician that came out was thorough and knowledgeable and didn't mind explaining in detail all of my options, answering all my questions and then explaining those options again, ensuring that I was confident in my decision to switch to a new unit that will ultimately save me so much on my utilities every month. I just wanted to put in writing how much your "fast response" and the professional attitudes of each technician were appreciated through the replacement of both of the church's AC units. Of course, each unit failed during 2 of the hottest weeks of the summer! One unit on July 22 - 23 and the second unit on 8/31. Ivan was courteous and patient and professional each time he came out identifying the issues and recommending both temporary and more permanent solutions. He also worked to resolve a situation that was unexpected. Morris and Jesse performed the replacement of the first unit and handled issues appropriately and ensured the building would cool adequately. I was impressed by Morris' patience and determination despite the adverse condition he had to handle. Jesus and Mark performed the replacement of the second unit about a month later. Again they were professional and courteous and fast! Everyone was also punctual and worked around the church's schedule although it put them working during the hottest part of the day. The clean up was complete and they even replaced a few furniture pieces. Malcom was key throughout the process interceding to ensure both jobs were completed to our satisfaction. Thank you all.

The service was great and reasonable price, Eli HVAC technician was very helpful and honest, he did all 3 AC units preventive maintenance and the furnace on the attics. I was charged for $117 which is very good price. Thank you Eli. I would recommend Eli to any AC services that my friends in need.

Zach showed up at the appointed time and was very professional yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do and showed me pictures of what he had seen after he finished. He changed out my two air filters and cleaned up the “fallout” from the attic. He showed me the results of his inspection checklist and thoroughly explained what it all meant and then, asked if I had any questions. I did and Zach provided answers. I highly recommend him and plan to request Zach next time when they call to schedule my system’s seasonal check. Zach is the best!!!

I have a scheduled HVAC maintenance today. The technician came almost 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. His name is Stephon Jeters. Very polite young man who he said was new in the company and recently graduated. He took his time and very patient finding out why there’s no heat coming out of the vents. He’s very resilient really taking his time. I can say he knows his field of work considering he’s new. To sum it all, he found out the source why…pump not functioning. Thank you Stephon for your professional attitude and willingness to learn the trade. I give you 10 out of 10 for good service. Hope to see soon to finish the job😊

I can’t say enough good words about Milton the tech and Ryan from the main office. My A/C went out Sunday night and by Monday 5pm I had a new unit that was blowing cold air. There scheduling was efficient. I received notice when the tech was on his way with no delay. I was a little hesitant by pricing but there proposal was very fair and no unnecessary up-sell. Fast response knows their stuff. There was no hold ups and the process was smooth. I am happy I found an honest A/C company. Thank you fast response. I’m sure my Neigbour will need a new A/C unit soon. See photo.

Was very impressed with the technician Zach Who visited our condo today to give us a estimate on duct cleaning. Very knowledgeable, showed me all the options available for the duct cleaning. Very professional... l told him right at the start I would be asking at least three companies for there estimates. But at the end of his visit I wouldn't be needing to call anyone else. There I was, scared, alone, frozen and out of options. My house was a frozen wasteland at an UNBELIEVABLE 68 degrees. Upon reccomendation of a mutual friend, I picked up the phone and started dialing. Then, in what felt like the blink of an eye later, a familiar knock on the door. A knock that could bring a grown man to tears. A knock of confidence, professionalism, and authority. Thats when I saw him. A mulleted man wearing a sharp, well maintained uniform. Sporting a mullet that can only be described as an angelic southern representation of dirty hands, clean money. His name tag read as follows... Colton. Words were exchanged but I felt like I was in a trance. I dont know what was said as I felt hypnotized. Then as he proceeded to work I felt like I was in the presence of true excellence. His work was calculated and inspiring. As he finished his quick work on my heater, I couldnt just watch him leave. So I asked if he could take a look at my reverse osmosis system under my sink. He happily agreed and assured me that my system is top notch and will perform to my expectations, much like my experience with Fast Response. Now here I am, sitting in my warm house, drinking my clean water, thanking the christ himself for Colton. Hoping everyday, that we will cross paths again. Thank you Fast Response.

We used Fast Response Services (contracted through another company - A/C Vets, who is also awesome!) and could not have been more satisfied! As the weather got warmer, we decided to replace both old units that were 20 years old. Being retired military, this is our first home and we were pretty clueless on the cost. We received a quote that was almost $2,000 cheaper PER UNIT (PLUS free/included add-ons) than two other local companies we got quotes from. Aside from the price savings, the work was incredible! It was fast, on time, professional and just an overall easy install. We're just so impressed and so grateful for the time and dedication we were shown. We literally had it done 2 days after agreement. Installed 2 units, vents/ducts cleaned and drywall repaired/painted after the job was done (which was very little as they did no damage but a small chip in the closet, where the attic access was). Thank you so much Fast Response Services! You guys are absolutely awesome!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable team! Call and ask for Zach! I originally called to have the thermostat changed at my rental property and to find out why the heat would not come on. Zach arrived on time, very courteous and respectful of me and our property. Gained access to the roof and assessed the situation. He showed me pictures he had taken of what we had to deal with. Gave me prices and explained how each part, that I needed, functioned. One part was completely missing (stolen and not the first time this has occurred). Call and ask for Zach, he is honest, intelligent, innovative, hard working and a great person! This is a great company, run by excellent people!

Their technician Riley stopped by today for my household's biannual HVAC maintenance & inspection. He showed up promptly in the time window we were given. He was very friendly and affable. He took time to listen to our concerns about some of the intermittent issues we've been experiencing with one of our units and equally took his time to investigate these issues. After he was done, he not only explained our options for solutions and improvements but he drew diagrams to help us visualize everything he was explaining. We were very satisfied with his visit.

Our water heater sprung a leak on Thursday. A relative put me in contact with Fast Response Services that evening, and Friday morning Ricky came to give us an estimate on a replacement. Ricky took the time to talk to me about our water usage and the size of a new tank. He explained so much and answered every question I had before making a recommendation and giving me an estimate of the cost. Once I gave him the green light, he worked to clean up all the water in the garage and remove the old tank. Unfortunately, the area was too wet to replace the tank immediately , so we had to wait an additional day for him to complete the job. The worst thing was that the supply line to the tank was broken, and the water had to be shut off. Ricky suggested I use a space heater and fan to get the area dry quickly so he could come back Saturday to install the new tank. Thankfully, that suggestion worked and he came and efficiently installed the new tank as well as new venting, new water line, a new pan and new drainage and pressure release lines. I learned after he finished that he is off on Saturdays and returned to do the installation because he didn’t want us to be without water until Monday. What a caring and selfless gesture! This along with his professional manner and knowledge is why I highly recommend Fast Response Services to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing done. Ricky truly responded fast and handled the job with the utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism. I can’t thank him enough and will not hesitate to call this company again for service

Recently one of our heating system failed to operate. We contacted four or five companies seeking repairs/replacement. We determined Ice was the best company to satisfy our needs. This decision was based on the pricing, the reviews, the explanation what was wrong with our system and the professional advice we received from the sales person. I was concerned when Fast Response arrived in a timely matter. I later learned that Fast Response is a sister company of Ice. Thomas and Albert did the removal and installation. They were excellent. They were professional, explained things, clean up afterwards and ensured the system was working properly when they were done. The following day I was not sure if the heat was getting to one bedroom. I contacted Ice and explained the situation. Without hesitation, I had a follow up appointment the following day. I learned later it was not the system but the operator. Going forward, I will use their service without hesitation. Great job!!!!

This company really is fast! I had an issue on a Sunday night and the next morning Shelly and Fabio were there to save the day. They were prompt, friendly, and considerate. They got right to work and quickly found the problem. They had the parts on the truck and were out of there in a couple of hours. My A/C is back to cold status and I thank them for their great work at a fair price. Overall this company really gives you a sense that you are a valued customer. Unapologetically Me

I have been living in my home for close to three years, and have always had AC issues. We’ve even replaced our AC and anytime we had and issue , we’d call an AC Tech from different companies and they’d always tinker with it for 15-20 minutes and if give us a vague response or a good for nothing opinion… until yesterday. My husband and I had been struggling with our AC yet again and called Fast Response, they were super professional and friendly on the phone, and had a tech out within that same hr, not only did he come out and access the situation, he also spent the entire afternoon getting to the root of the problem so that it wouldn’t happen again. We’d given him our history on this situation and how others never seemed to go this in-depth on our issue and we thought it was just an issue with our home . So not only did he fix the main reason for the call, he also fixed what had been troubling for the past two summers! He was super empathetic friendly and you could tell he enjoys what he does in helping others. Even let my husband make trips to go grab parts so that we wouldn’t have to spend an arms and a leg using his parts. And he didn’t charge us a ridiculous amount after all the work he’d put into it! SHOUT OUT TO RILEY! You’ve been such a help ! If y’all ever need help go through these guys! They definitely know what they’re doing

They showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time, even considering that they had to do some custom work due to solar panels on the roof.
