I was leery now that they joined with other companies, We were very impressed with our Tech Jeff and attention to detail and quality. He listened to what o had to say. Went into the attic. Took photos to show me. While Daniel was in the attic he checked the system too. Sat down on the stairs with me and showed the photos one by one explaining in more detail. Checked the vents where insulation was. Jamie, clean this up earlier in the day while he repaired the attic door. The company had to make a bigger entrance for the new system. Thank you

The first day was a little shaky, because of the Techs, but the owner went completely out of his way to make sure he made up for it. He sent all 3 new Techs and they completed the job plus gave us a fancy touch screen thermostat. All 3 of the Techs were extremely friendly and efficient. I would recommend. Also they were able to get us finance at a price we are comfortable with.

From beginning to end, our experience with the company and all technicians have been top notch. Scheduling immediately sent someone out within a few hours of calling. Joseph, the first tech who diagnosed our units was very thorough and explained everything clearly. We needed our 12 year old units replaced and he provided us with a variety of options of what to do. We decided to replace our 2 units and that was scheduled for the next day. Elvis and Austin showed up within the projected time frame, completed the job exceptionally, explained our new units, and were extremely professional and friendly. Major kudos to all the technicians for taking time to ensure we were happy as well as their time spent in the blistering 110+ degree heat. We will make sure to spread the word on how awesome the company is and we will be lifelong customers!!!! Thank you Brent, Joseph, Elvis, & Austin!!! Oh and I love seeing the tech bios previous to them arriving at your home. Definitely a plus!

It was confusing and not clear who we called for AC repair service. Website says Climate Control, who I had used before and worked for me. After contacting this time, it’s Fetch a Tech, we didn’t know who we’re dealing with until one more call and the manager explained the acquisition of the company. William came within the window that was given with a second call, original schedule was not honored. He did a good job explaining the capacitor replacement, spend adequate time, respectful and friendly. But he left without checking the circuit breaker and not tightening the loose wire. I had to call and he came back quickly and tightened the wires. It’s a good experience working with him.

William was incredible, awesome, and very handsome! He came out and found our unit completely frozen. He was very forthcoming in letting us know exactly what was going on and why. I was pleased with the HVAC duct and vent cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning I received. The techs were on time and very professional. The only surprise I got was a text telling me the Fetch a Tech techs were arriving when I was expecting Cal Air. When I called to confirm I was told Cal Air would now be operating under the Fetch a Tech moniker. Personally I think Cal Air should have let their customers know this in advance. The techs though were Cal Air techs and did a great job.

Adrian, the technician explained everything to me and I felt he was very honest. I decided to replace the units because I trust what Adrian pointed out to me. I’m happy with the service I received.

Arion was very good when he came to my home. He was very knowledgeable of his business and went right to work after I explained what my problem was. It didn’t take him long at all to see what the problem was. There was a shorted wire in the igniter of the furnace, he repaired the broken wire and then he saw that the insulation by the fan had come loose and went out of his way to fix that problem so we didn’t have to have another car. I am sure everything is good. I have confidence in his work, and really enjoyed having him here .

The new heater installed 3 was ago was not keeping the house at the set temperature. Daniel stuck with the troubleshooting and found tiny piece of drywall stuck in the burner orifice. Thisvwas limiting the gas going to heat the conditioned air to heat the house. Only place the drywall could come from was the factory that assembled the new heater. Great work !!

I was very impressed with the service provided by Jimmy Rivera, Senior HVAC Technician with fetch-a-tech. He was professional and thorough in diagnosing issues with my 2 central air conditioning units, explaining the issues that required attention, done in layman terms that were understandable. Also, he was knowledgeable and familiar with my 2 Nest thermostats, able to program both to my specifications, something that I haven't been able to do since living in this house. NOTE: This review is for the service redo from a previous service interaction that did not go well . Fetch-a-Tech (℅ Dennis T, general manager) contacted me and dispatched William (technician) and Henry (service manager) on July 15 to perform a PROPER maintenance service. Both gentlemen were customer service focused and courteous in making sure that I was educated on my AC systems and on what exactly is being performed. They took their time. They even went up the attic this time and performed inspections (perhaps maintenance) there despite the unbearable heat. They were thorough in their service end documentation and going over all of the items with me. I did not feel any pressure from either gentleman to buy anything. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort given during this service redo and therefore upgrading my rating of Fetch-a-Tech.

Adrian did a AWESOME job checking the HVAC system out for my yearly checkup. Not to go into great detail, but he found a few things that needed to be addressed. Duck work had some holes and insulation way the original from 1993. He took the time to explain everything to us and even took a lot of pictures. He call his service manager Brent out to give us a estimate on replacing duck work and insulation. Very good price, gave military discount and even lowered the price some more if they started the next day. Which was a good idea since it is getting very hot outside and in the attic. I'm very happy with this company and the people and prices. I recommend Fetch-A-Tech to anyone needing HVAC work done. Great job guys. 20 stars if I could.🤗❤ Update: 45 minutes later the installers showed up to measure for duck work. These guys are really on the ball. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Apparently all we needed was a switch to be turned onto a Higher setting. Service was great. It was explained to us why the setting was on lower setting and why it was causing a problem with our air conditioning. Glad they came. Everything back to normal. Thanks for a great company and service.

Our complete HVAC system was replaced over a month ago. In order to get the old unit out and the new unit up into the attic they had to enlarge the access area. After it was installed they covered the access, but a repair still needed to be done. The appointment for getting the repair done was for today (9/20) between 12:00-2:00pm, even though they said it would be in about a week. I received notification at 9:17am that the repairman was on his way, he showed up at around 9:30am. This was not a big problem, except that nobody was home at the time. The repairman did call me saying he was at our house and that nobody was home. I told him that I would be there in about 15 minutes and fortunately my wife arrived ahead of me. It may sound like I am complaining, but the delay in getting the attic access repaired wasn't a big deal. In just a little over an hour the repair was completed. He did a fantastic job and it actually looks better than it did originally. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

My air conditioning stopped working in the middle of summer and out of all the companies I tried, this was the first to immediately schedule a service time (instead of having to wait for a technician or a call back). Thank goodness I found them. Every staff member was friendly and helpful and I had a new hvac unit installed quicker than I would have with anyone else because of demand and COVID delays. I found out afterward that they have worked with many of my neighbors as well. Great job!

We had used this company before for our air conditioning needs and really liked them. So, we called them because we are now having issues with a water leak (different issue). They are always very helpful and courteous which helps take a little of the sting off of the cost of repairs. The cost is similar to other companies but at least with Climate Control their service is top notch so we won't use any else.

The first time I called it was a Thursday morning. I saw their ad in TV the night before. I had a serious plumbing problem. They had a serviceman in my area so he was at my house in 1/2 hour. He diagnosed the problem in another 1/2 hour and showed up the next morning with a helper. In three hours the job was done, fixtures replaced & I haven’t had a problem since. That was nearly a year ago. So when I needed a new furnace/ air conditioning unit they came right out, measured, ordered the bee unit and came out a week later. The old unit was over 40 years old and it took two men most if the day to get it out. The install was done & it actually has a thermostat that can be read and programmed - the old unit was archaic. It is much quieter and they came out a couple of weeks ago to service it for winter. Perfect. Climate Control Experts do what they promise, are fast,, their service people are courteous and knowledgeable and they guarantee all their work - all at a reasonable price. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

Lee Edwards also helped with the city inspector to ensure the work passed inspection - which it did with no problems. Both were in and out in short time. Both were on time for the appointments. This company works well as a team. I called the number at 7:30. My concerns were listed to. She gave me back information that helped me. She worked with scheduling and had a technician at my house before 9:00 am. Jesse listened to my concerns and found the problem within minutes. He replaced the part (which was in his truck supplies). Then he tested the complete system using Bluetooth technology. Once he completed the analysis he emailed me a very nice document that explained everything he had done. So far, quotes are competitive. UPDATE - Climate Control Experts won the contract and installed the new Heating and A/C system. Jeff and Andrew, the installers, were efficient, knowledgeable, very professional, respectful, and did an excellent job, (inside and outside), including the clean-up. Climate Control Experts may not be the least expensive but they are outstanding in their work; you get what you pay for! I very highly recommend Climate Control Experts.

Received a discount postcard in the mail, called them up, they scheduled an appointment quickly and even rescheduled when I had something come up. Sam came and flushed our water heater and inspected all faucets and drains to make sure they were working correctly. He was thorough and had great customer service. I highly recommend climate control experts. My old HVAC service company couldn't diagnose my trane unit that had problems. They mentioned trane needed to diagnose it and they never answer there phones they gave up easy and claimed it was a complicated two stage system that cannot be fixed without trane getting left me with no heat. Our pipes had been making a knocking noise in the garage and one of the small irrigation pipes had a small burst yesterday. So I Googled a plumber in N. Las Vegas and the 1st one that came up was Climate Control Experts. So I gave them a call, the girl who answered was very nice and professional and said someone would come out same day and they'll call before they come over. within a couple of hours Alexander showed up. He was very friendly and nice. I showed him where the problem areas were and he said that it could be fixed but he didn't have the parts with him so he said he would come back the next morning (today) and make the repairs. Alexander & Jose showed up around 9 a.m. and they were all done by 9:35 a.m. . I was surprised how fast they were done and I'm very happy with the repairs. the price for what had to be done was reasonable I thought and obviously it's something that had to be done. From the first encounter with Joseph Moss & John P who came out to do the inspection and estimate to the installation with Shayne Raymer & Luis they were absolute professionals. They were patient and answered all of my questions about the work and equipment they were installing. They took their time and did the job right. Altogether instillation day took over 10 hours. A few days later Houston Rogers stopped by to inspect the work and add some finishing touches. It is very rare to find this level of commitment to customer service and getting the job done properly. Next interaction on 10/08/18 Jeff Monroe was very patient and thorough. He made a few suggestions and checked the furnace before the start of winter. Set up an appointment for our hot water tank service. I called Climate Control Experts since I have been a customer for our A/C unit for several years. The appointment was set. I received confirmation by email. The company called approximately 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive, the notice included a photo of the technician which I found comforting. Carl arrived and immediately went to work examining the water heater. He discovered some issues which I expected since the unit is over 8 to 10 years. I had Carl inspect some other issues in the house and he discovered some supply valves that needed to be replaced. All this work was completed along with a planned installation of a replacement garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Carl completed all work to my complete satisfaction. He kept us informed as to what he was doing (ie) alerting us of when he needed to cut of the water supply. He quoted a price which I found to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend Carl and this company for future issues.

I appreciated the attention to detail, including properly mounting a capacitor that a prior contractor left dangling in its paper box, checking the attic air handler setting after adding refrigerant, and using clean and modern tools that work with a smartphone for taking measurements and making diagnostic calculations instead of using the typical grubby old gauge set. While ultimately with my 14 year old unit I just bought some time for myself, I really appreciated the open and honest dialogue throughout and ended up taking away some food for thought for my next steps before deciding on investing in a new unit.

I have been using Climate Control Experts to service both my A/C and my furnace for more than a year now and have been very impressed with their service techs. Having been in this business many years ago as a young man, I know just enough about the modern equipment to know if I am being sold a bill of goods. Not once has any of their staff tried to mislead me into spending unnecessary money although they do offer frequent suggestions on things I could do to improve my 12-year old heating and air conditioning systems. They recently added plumbers to the company and did an inspection of my house's plumbing and seemed to know what they were doing. Because they found no issues in my house I can't really assess the capabilities of their plumbers but I can attest to the quality of the other staff I have worked with which has involved numerous other techs. Now, many months later, I continue to use this company with a high level of satisfaction. Like all service companies, some techs are better than others. This week my A/C failed. I received service the same day from Justin Reagan who was extremely knowledgeable and focused solely on getting my system running rather than up selling me to a new unit I didn’t need. Use Climate Control and ask for Justin - he knows what he’s doing and was also a good teacher for a new hire he was training on the job.

Received membership preventive maintenance inspection service on 6/15/2020. Receive friendly reminders via text message the day prior as well as notification on day of with picture of technician (Mason). Mason was friendly, professional, well groomed, and neat. Used booties inside house and did not unnecessarily prolong his indoor inspection after I indicated that the intake filter was changed approx one week ago. He went right to work on the condenser unit, preforming the appropriate checks and rinsing the coil out with my pre-staged garden hose. Last August we had 5 estimates completed for HVAC replacement and we received 5 very different bids. One company did only a walk-through and low-balled it. Another company only looked up our address through the county’s records and based their low estimate on that information of square footage and nothing about cleaning the existing ductwork. Then there were two companies that did the full attic and outdoor inspection to determine what level of work was required, and asked some important questions about how long we were planning to stay here and how much our current heating/A/C bills were. We did our own research to find the true cost of replacing the system. The two that did the full inspection had different prices, but ultimately we decided to stay with the middle of the road estimate. Climate Control Experts was not the lowest or highest, but as we spoke with Rob from CCE, he was clearly confident and very knowledgeable of the industry and with that confirmed our own research. The two companies who bid lower, did not have favorable ratings for quality of product or professionalism showing up late/no-shows, etc. We contacted CCE again before Christmas and were put in touch with Mario who coordinated appointments and got us scheduled a couple of weeks out. Installation was yesterday and it could not have gone more smooth. Just as Mario communicated, I received a text from CCE first thing - 8:00ish - Friday morning when Lee and Richard would arrive to clean the ducts and vents. First, they laid tarps on countertops and floor walk-ways before bringing in the vacuum equipment and hoses. Lee and Richard were both friendly and personable and completed their jobs and were in and out of our two level, 2300 square foot home in less than two hours. Lee and Richard left and literally just minutes later, I was sent another text from CCE that Jeff and his installation team would arrive shortly. Joining Jeff to remove the 22-year-old system and install the new were Isaac, Marco and Andrew who between the four of them had nearly 50 years combined experience! All of them were also friendly and personable. They arrived around 11:00 and just as I anticipated, their jobs required much more time and detailed attention. Before they started, they also laid down floor tarps on the pathways before bringing in their equipment. Two of them were mainly in attic replacing tubes, coils, wiring and equipment and two were outside uninstalling the less than efficient old units and installing the new units. Around noon, a truck waited for the old units to be loaded and hauled away. We opted to keep the simplicity of our existing thermostats and did not replace those. They finished and tested both the new A/C and heating units. Just before leaving, Jeff got my signature for all the completed work. Everything ran smooth like a well-oiled-machine and was perfectly coordinated for timing. Everyone was very polite and friendly and such a privilege to work with. Thank you, Rob for the complete and original estimate. Thank you, Mario for scheduling and coordinating everything so perfectly. Thank you, Lee and Richard for working so hard to get the ducts and vents cleaned out before the installations. Thank you, Jeff, Isaac, Marco and Andrew for also working so hard to get everything hooked-up correctly and running well. Thank you all for being so punctual and very personable. Again, it was truly a privilege to work with all of you with Climate Control Experts!

Will's advice and assistance were invaluable because he identified a registration oversight by the company that installed my home's air conditioner and furnace--company registered the 10 year extended warranty under the wrong name. Although getting to the root of the problem took many minutes of his routine maintenance service, he pursued the issue until he and I were satisfied with what I needed to do to resolve two problems. Throughout the maintenance service (the reason for his visit) he thoroughly explained what he was doing, was courteous, and always took time to wear protective covers on his footwear each time he entered my home. Will returned one week later to resolve the two problems he identified during his maintenance service visit. Both of Will's visits provided superb service overall. I will gladly use CCE for routine maintenance again.

Aaron M came out for our one year inspection on the new unit we had put in last year. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Along with the new unit he inspected to old unit and made recommendations. He did all this as a part of the one year service. We asked him about the filter that was to be replaced in order to order the proper filter. Aaron recommended that when we received the filter we call the office to have someone come out and install it for us at no charge. This service is over and approved what they are required to do. We don't know who does the hiring for Climate Control Express but they do an awesome job. All of their representatives are knowledgeable, polite and ready to service beyond what is required.

Upon entering my home, he immediately put protection over his work boots, took some time to greet my dog without hesitation so that she would be more comfortable, rather than me trying to hold her back or lock her up. Offered to change out my AC filter. Showed me the original AC filter and mentioned that it was still usable, rather than just tossing in a new one. He took the time to show me exactly what he was doing, and why preventative maintenance was needed. I liked that he took time to explain things to me, and allowed me to tirelessly hover over his work lol. He's got a great attitude and seemed to be well aware of what he was doing. I'm glad to have had him as a service technician.

Okay, so let me tell you! Our a/c went out today in the middle of a blazing Vegas summer with temps as high at 112. Needless to say, I was freaking out. I attempted to go through my home warranty (thanks for nothing American Home Shield!) who couldn't give me an appt for at least 48 hours- NOT going to happen. I called Climate Experts and they were here within 3 hours and not only was that amazing enough, but the tech (Hi, Josh!) they sent out was so friendly, knowledgable and personable. He repaired our system and let us know, its definitely time for a replacement as our unit is over 20 years old. Going forward, I'll never contact another company again besides Climate Experts. Jaime Tapetillo performed a routine service and was very professional and courteous. However, right after the service, one of the units fan would not shut off. We called and he came right back. He quickly found that the thermostat was causing the issue. The whole team at CCE are amazing! Our system was having trouble keeping the house cool, we called CCE and Houston the technician they sent out was so polite and friendly. He diagnosed a leak and recommended we replace the units. Mark The comfort advisor came that night to give us all the options for new ones and again super friendly and professional. Climate Control Experts installed a new unit in my home and did a wonderful job. Joe (Sales) was very honest and professional. He took the time to come out a second time and explain the work that would be performed. Included in the work was air duct cleaning. They did a great job however they missed one vent. Marcos and Adrian handled the install under the supervision of Houston. Both are very young which I was concerned about however the outcome was professional. One concern was with the furnace install Adrian left the wire sticking out and when my husband asked him about it he taped it. I was not happy about it because I was afraid that my grandson might come along and pull the tape and wire. The next day another tech came out and tucked in the wires. Marcos handled the duct work, he did an awesome job with cutting of the newly added intake vents and made sure the area was well vacuumed before he left. We've had a few issues with the thermostat but when we called a tech came out the next day. I would recommend Climate Control, Joe, Houston, Marcos, and Adrian to anyone who is in need of a new AC or just needing repairs. So far we are happy and just waiting for the LV heat to find out how well our new unit will hold up. I will log in and update everyone.

Scheduled an appointment with Climate Control for heating inspection. We got the appointment within one week, and received reminders via email and text prior to the appointment. On the day, we received text (with photo and name of our technician), email, and a telephone confirmation from Monica, who kept us up to date on the arrival of our technician, Matt. Matt arrived with John, who both introduced themselves with a handshake and a smile. They proceeded to do the inspection, then reviewed their findings with us in detail. We couldn't ask for better or more personalized service. Climate Control is our company! Scheduled a subsequent appointment with Climate Control to place HVAC rooftop unit on a stand. Met with Experts Mason and Patrick, and Field Supervisor Rob Lavoie, and decided to replace the entire rooftop unit. Rob spent a lot of time with us, reviewing our options and helping us to make the right decision! Got an appointment the NEXT DAY to do the entire job! Expert Lee Edwards arrived, explained what he was going to do, and cleaned the ducts. Then Experts Jeff Monroe and Mike arrived and did the work on the roof. Crane company removed the old unit and positioned the new unit on the roof with no inconvenience to us or our neighbors. Mike installed the new thermostat and explained to me how to use the app and set up the thermostat for our use. One final appointment to install a UV filter and we were done! Callan in the office was there to keep us up to date on schedules. We got this MAJOR job done with NO inconvenience to us and in what I consider to be RECORD time! We cannot say enough about Climate Control Experts! We recommend them to all of our friends and to all of you readers out there. Climate Control Experts is OUR company!

Water heater flush. The service tech. Was very helpful in explaining the need to flush/drain your water heater once a yr. Due to the “hard water “ in Clark county you accumulate sediments in your tank. Draining helps reduce those sediments settling in your tank.

The guy they sent sent was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. But the big thing is that you cannot get them to commit to a certain time of day or even morning or afternoon. They are supposed to call you the day of your appointment and then tell you if it's morning or afternoon. The first time we tried it I waited around half the day and they never called. The second time I again waited around half the day and finally decided to call them to see what was up and then they finally sent someone out later in the day. And I would beware that their service call of $40 for a water heater check is fine but if you need to buy one of those rods that go into the water heater they're going to hit you up for $275 which seemed very high.

When my bathtub was backed up with a pool of water I contacted Climate Control for assistance In this matter. They answered the call immediately without having to wait several days for a plumber to arrive at my home. Basil showed up, assessed the situation and knew exactly what treatment was needed— A “Roti Rooter” like cable, to get between the pipes and scrape out a nasty combination of hair, Soap Scum, and other bits of waste clogging the drain. It took approximately 30 minutes to clear the line and allow free draining water to wash down the drain once again. My service rep, Basil, did an excellent job in addressing my concerns and resolving my issue. From the time I made my appointment at 8 AM, customer service was patient, friendly and helpful. A couple hours later, I got a phone call to confirm that I had made a reservation for the time that I had requested. A few hours later into the early afternoon, I got a call from a representative to update, that it was going to be a slight delay and they did not forget about me and they did not forget about me and get to me as soon as possible. I appreciated that, they kept me abreast when they were coming. When the technician showed up, Joshua immediately placed his booties on his boots after greeting me and entered. He listened intently to my concerns and immediately knew what was the problem. He went up into my attic and was very thorough with his inspection and highly suggested to fix what the developers did not do when I bought the house new and because of Joshua his, knowledge, integrity, patience, concerns, listening skills, articulating how correcting what was overlooked, making my heater and AC more effective and his thoroughness. I will use them again and recommend Climate Contol to everyone. The problem was fixed. Joshua is an asset to the company and I will definitely use them in the near future to make my HVAC more efficient.

I actually called another company first and I told them I would not be home but my son would be. Because I missed their call, they cancelled me. SO I called at 1530 hours to see if they could get me in today. I received a text at 1649hr with a picture of tech stating he was on the way. He promptly assessed the problem and was able to replace my thermostat right then with the equipment he had on his truck!

I had a previous company come out but it just didn’t feel quite right. Once Climate Control came out I knew this was the one for me. So now, after 6 weeks, I decided to go ahead an order another one. I have two air conditioners on the roof and they were 24 years old. I was scheduled for a tune-up. Prior to my appointment, when I was called to confirm; I asked if the service person could install a new thermostat. I explained why I needed help with it, since I’m disabled. I told the representative that I would tip the serviceman to install the thermostat for me. I was told that was ok. When 2 servicemen arrived, I explained upfront what I needed and told them that I had cleared it with the company. They said they could do it. After the tune-up, the conversation was nothing but buy this and you need that. If I agreed to a $850. filtering system, they would install the thermostat free. The thermostat was not installed and I feel that I was misled and that the servicemen were trying to take advantage of me. I’m angry and disappointed.

John put on shoe booties each time he entered the house and was careful to not leave a mess (from getting in the attic.) We had a Spring Check done to make sure all components were working properly and efficiently and wanted to upgrade our air filters to the 6 month, box, type filters. Tremendous quality; tremendous value; tremendous service! We've never had a more pleasant experience with an HVAC company than we did with Climate Control Experts. In addition to installing a brand-new, high-efficiency system at a great price, every employee we encountered, from the ladies in the office to the technicians who came to the house, was courteous, helpful, and friendly. And the best part? Our house hasn't been this comfortable in years! We've been here for seven years and with our old AC unit, we would have to call in an AC service company, for something, at least once a year. And each year, one of the various companies would come over, examine the system and duct-work, then perform their services - till next year. This year, we tried something different: We called Climate Control Experts! They, like the others, came in and examined the system and duct-work, but Climate Control Experts actually identified a problem that none of the other AC services spotted: The return! Ours was too small for the unit! So all this time, our unit was starving for air, working harder than it should, and costing us a small fortune - and we weren't even getting the 78 degrees! All these years and all those companies that came over, not a one of them ever said anything about the return. It pains me to think about the thousands of dollars we wasted by not calling Climate Control Experts! Over the years, I've had a lot of great service at many great businesses, I've eaten a lot of great food, and seen a lot of great shows, but I have never felt the need to write a Google Review about any of them. That's not the case with Climate Control Experts. I want to shout it from the rooftop: They're the best HVAC company in town!

Below is the post I made with respect to the Aprilaire humidifier installed in 2018. Due to to the pandemic our property has been unoccupied since March of 2020. On return in the fall of 2021 we scheduled a general service with CCE and discovered that they no longer service the Aprilaire unit that they had installed three years ago. We have previously received good service from these people but I am disappointed that they can't service equipment that they themselves installed three short years ago. The Aprilaire humidifier that Climate Control installed November 2018 failed to start when we returned to Las Vegas this winter. Patrick found the problem to be an electrical relay that energized the humidifier when the thermostat called for humidification. He replaced the relay and the system worked as expected. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to return to Las Vegas within the one year warranty period but since this was the first season cycle, Climate Control replaced the relay under warranty. We are grateful for their prompt response and consideration of our circumstances.

Was experiencing high temperatures inside house (85 degrees) during an already warm Las Vegas day. It was the weekend and I called CCE for immediate assistance. Unfortunately, Jimmie was on call and had to leave spending time w/his family to come inspect my unit. Jimmie arrived within the hour and did a complete inspection of previous labor completed by fellow coworker (who is no longer employed). Apparently, previous labor was done incorrectly and my unit had a leak which I was not informed of (hence the warm temperatures). Jimmie was completely honest and straightforward with his assessment. He redid everything that was previously done and recharged my AC at no charge. He even provided advice/recommendations on leak issue and set up an appointment w/his supervisor for estimate on new AC unit as mine was 13 years old. Our Condos have had some issues with infrastructure that caused quite a few problems with the installation of both new AC units and heaters. Technitions have been back and forth many times, working hard to retro- fit plumbing and drainage so that everything was up to code, so everything worked properly and passed inspection. The slight inconvenience was well worth the end results. This is a Family owned business, that will not rest until you are completely satisfied with the job. He explained (in detail) the purpose and differences/advantages between purchasing a H20 Softner and/or H20 Conditioning System (& having them together). Walter explained reverse osmosis H20 drinking system as well. I appreciated both technicians knowledge and professionalism, I feel confident going forward with this company's competency. I have used Climate Control Experts for a series of HVAC services, starting with a free service provided through Nevada Energy to assess the energy efficiency of my home. At no time, did the technician try to up-sell other services, but, provided a written report on the efficiency of the HVACs operating efficiency, as well as the windows, doors and any other areas where heat or cold air might be leaking. There were no problems reported! Since then, I have used their services to assess the heating system, and found the same stellar customer service, and technicians who are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

CCE replaced my AC system on May 23 after a recent AC tune-up, Alex, the supervisor indicated that the return air grille was undersized, the condensing unit was about to fail based on the readings taken, and the evaporator coil needed to be changed to be compatible with the rest of the system. The condensing unit, thermostat, evaporator coil, and return air grille were replaced by Cory and Jacob within a day. They did not take any breaks and skipped lunch in order to complete the job promptly and removed all trash from the premises. Alex performed a quality assurance check while the work was in progress. Kudos to CCE for their work ethic and dedication to excellence. I would not hesitate to call on them again, should the need arise.
