Kevin G was amazing ! I called Durango HVAC around 1:30pm. With in a matter of minutes they scheduled me for same day appointment. Kevin G was the tech . He was very informative and showed up earlier then the schedule time. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it same day. The pricing was very reasonable. Thank Durango HVAC and Kevin G for the awesome service. Everyone from the receptionist to Kevin were so polite. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

The issue wasn't fixed the first visit. Tech came by out to fix it the next day. The owner called to verify everything went well, and if it occurred again he would come out himself. That's great customer service! I'll be referring your service and using you again in the future.

Our tenant incurred AC problem on a Friday. Edgar called us Friday to inform us he would install a portable AC unit for our tenant for one room which made the tenant happy .He contacted vendor Friday, Saturday and Sunday and each time he followed up with us as well. Edgar was not only professional but caring for the tenant and owner. He went above and beyond what a employee would do on a weekend. Edgar did everything he could to resolve this issue as soon as possible. By Tuesday we had the new AC unit installed and at a discount he willingly negotiated for us, the property owner. .. We highly recommend Durango HVAC services for any HVAC issue. Happy Five Star Service!!

Edgar and his crew are true professionals. We were in a bind of course when our AC went out in the middle of Las Vegas summer. He came out to evaluate our situation ASAP. We needed a new AC unit but he was very helpful about going over all of our options and even giving an option to repair if we couldn’t take care of it right away. We decided to go ahead and replace the unit he helped us with finding an option to finance, and even walked us all the way through the process. He even squeezed us in to his schedule knowing we had kiddos and pets melting at the house. He followed up after all the work had been completed, and I could be more thankful that we found his company. If you need anything HVAC this is the company they are amazing! Thank you
