Everyone in this team has been amazing I knew I was in good hands the moment Jesse Romero came out of his van and starting talking with me right away he showed he cared and took his time to diagnose the problem properly. I have been having so many issues with my unit for the past 2 years it was in its last legs.The home warranty and discount ac decided it would be best to replace the whole unit which I was so thankful for. Kari gave me a call right away to schedule the replacement of the unit and had availability the next day which was amazing because I wasn’t able to live in my house because it was over 94 degrees in there. Kari was so nice and very responsive. The installers that came the next day were amazing the main installer I spoke with was Michael he was extremely polite and very fast him and his team replaced my whole ac unit inside and out in about 2 hours. Thank you so much everyone at discount ac !

I had an excellent experience with Discount Air. They diagnosed my problem on Friday night at 5:00 (second opinion) and they replaced my unit on Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. DeAndrew Lewis was very professional and explained the new unit to us. He didn’t rush us and spent as much time with us as we needed. He also told us to ask for him for any problems

DeAndrew was a great service tech when our AC unit gave up around the end of August 2022. He was straightforward when asked questions about what the issue was, and advised that a Band-Aid fix would not last. It may be more expensive, but it would be more to our home’s advantage to have the unit replaced instead of just fixed. So far, we are pleased with the functioning of the new unit. Only time will tell if the new unit will cause a decrease in our power bill as stated by the installation technician and very informative office representative, Carrie.

I use Discount Air for all of my seasonal and repair needs. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is running well and will do so for the future. DeAndrew has come out a few times. One time he was able to actually assist me in extending the condensation line out to the edge of my roof for my AC unit and he also measured my odd sized filter and was able to order and install a new one. They also are very flexible with scheduling and give a heads up via text when on the way. Will use again.

Talked to carrie a couple times on the phone to get to know their processes and she gave me straight forward details and pricing before arriving. DeAndrew came out and diagnosed my leaky evaporator coil causing loss of refrigerant in my unit. Both were very professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful expierence with this company. My mother has MS and heat is the worst thing for her health. We originally called another company and they required double the price for the work and did not care that my mother was getting sick from the heat and could end up in the hospital. We called Discount Air and had the technician Jesse come out to us. He was very understanding of the health issues and not only fixed the problem for a cheaper price but helped us with a payment plan so we could afford it. This company, and Jesse plus another technician (I did not get his name) literally saved the lives of my mother and my pets as well. No complaints!

Earlier in the day I had someone come out to give me an estimate from a different place. The charge seemed kind of high and I wasn't sure so I called discount air and talked to a lady who was very honest and professional. She said she could send someone free of charge for a second opinion. Less than an hour later someone showed up and confirmed that the first guys assumption was correct and that my blower motor and capacitor needed to be swapped out. We had gone almost the whole summer without air! But then as my wife can take over writing this so much better I'll let her explain. Today three men, no wait heros of women everywhere! these guys showed up and understood that no lady should have to reapply deoterant 90 times a day, take ice cold showers repetidly every day and flop around searcing for a cold spot on the bed to fall asleep on. These knights in shining pink insulation saved me from atempting to be Bill Nye and figure something out involving dry ice a huge fan and possibly pinguins, the guys from Discount Air came and worked all day getting my air up and running and makeing sure it isn't going to die anytime soon they put up with my whineing and had amzing personalities the only thing I had to worry about is my dog running away with them. These guys are amazing and I will recomend them to EVERYONE! The price was great, the people were awsome and the work was done quickly (considering they had sssooooooo much to do.) They did it all in like 4 hours I can not praise this company enough they are my heros!
