Bumble Breeze Plumbing, Heating and Air recently installed two new air conditioning units for my wife and I. We had used another company for years who kept the original unit’s running for an extended time. When the larger of the two units finally gave up the ghost and needed to be replaced we had them give us a bid to do so. The bid wound up being for what I thought was an exorbitant amount, then I found out that company no longer would work with NV Energy in order for us to get a rebate. We then moved forward and got another five bids from companies four other air conditioning companies. One of the companies who we had come was Bumble Breeze. Scott came to our house and explained everything that we should consider, and was very professional and thorough. I was very impressed with the business model that Bumble Breeze has in place, and after we had talked my first thought was with everything that they were offering to do to make sure the installation was done correctly was that their bid would be much higher. I was very surprised when their bid came in as a very competitive offer. In the long run Scott matched an offer that another company had bid that offered less bang for the buck. Within a week Carlos and Aharon had a large crew at the house and installed everything that had been promised. The crew that they brought all worked tirelessly to assure that things were done exactly as promised. Since they had a larger crew they were able to install both units in a day. (I understand they generally use smaller crews that are able to install two units in two days.) Regardless, they were all very professional, courteous, informative and they even cleaned up any messes that were made during installation. Needless to say, Bumble Breeze will now be our new air conditioning company after being so satisfied with their performance to date!

I've utilized Bumble Breeze a few times now. Enjoy dealing with their office, easy to get someone on the phone, they confirm via e-mail and call ahead to let you know someone's en route. Funny enough they recently started sending you tiny tidbits about the technicians which I thought was cute and not overwhelming. I had a recurrent clog in my main sewer line due to a plastic object. It was a big project and I got the best quote from BB. The guys who came out (can't find their names anymore) were very helpful and diligent. They found another major problem and offered me to repair it though it was significantly more and another day of work but since the excavator was already there it was the right move. They explained to me how it all worked, cleaned up everything, and were very professional. Even answered some additional questions regarding other problems in the house. The next time I had an issue I had a different technician, Riley. He came out to fix a sink clog. I then mentioned another problem which he said he should be able to fix but would have to research. He did his due diligence and on the day of the service discovered that instead of a replacement of a part he could adjust it and save me money. We enjoyed chatting and he supplied me with a lot of useful knowledge including recommendations for water softeners which I'm considering. Super pleasant and professional. I'm very pleased with this company, and trust me, while I was trying to get my sewer line fixed I had dealt with 4 different ones. I''ll be a BB customer until I leave Vegas!

They are a wonderful company to work with. Tony just came out and got my bathroom sink working again. I'm so grateful as plumbing issues are very worrying. Bumble Breeze has saved our homes AC twice in the span of 2 years (each during) the summer time. Omar was our AC tech and he was easy to talk too and very efficient. He had to come to our home twice but it wasn’t his nor bumble breeze fault. They fixed our ac and then our breaker started heating up the next day so he came back and found the solution. He was very accommodating to all of our needs and didn’t mind that our 3 year old was helping him while playing with his tools. I would recommend this company due to their integrity, timely service (each time arrived within 12 hours of placing call), and how they are very easy to work with. Love this company and signed up for their AC service plan that includes a discount on future visits and two tune ups throughout the year. Omar, thanks for being professional and friendly, we need more people in businesses like you that make a difference.

Timothy was our most recent technician and he explained everything very thoroughly and had time to install a whole new toilet today. So glad we could get this resolved quickly. 1 used Bumble Breeze air conditioning service based off Yelp reviews and I'm extremely pleased with the selection. The company's technician, Derek Thompson, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my concerns with ease and even offered other things that may eventually arise and that I should keep an eye on it. I also signed up for the company's maintenance program because I was happy with Derek and his professionalism and the work he did. Would I highly recommend this company, Bumble Breeze, to everyone? Without hesitation, I certainly would!

I had a lot of services done in one day. Anthony did some duct sealing and repairs to my AC ducting. he was fast took lots of before and after pictures explained the repairs and sealing product he used. He's super friendly, on time and very professional. Devin the AC duct cleaning tech amazing guy again friendly polite very professional knows his job very detailed cleaned my ac ducting the air iny house smells different not dusty like before. Omar was my ac/furnace maintenance technician he checked over both my ac and furnace systems adjusted a few things cleaned a couple sensors in the furnace again another very friendly polite gentleman from this company answered all my questions explained everything. And finally Alejandro was my plumbing maintenance/technician. he went over all my drains, water valves, faucets, hot water heater checking for issue drained flushed my water heater. Again very friendly very detailed made a few recommendations to me about up coming plumbing needs concerning some remodeling I have planned. It was a complete package all done in one afternoon thank you.

This is the most professional, fast and experienced heating/AC company I have ever dealt with. They made sure I understood everything they were doing even when I told them to put it in childlike terms. The technicians were very courteous and polite. Initial interaction with the phone team was really good. Unfortunately, because of threat of rain they couldn't come and take care of my service costing me an extra $200. If I had known that I would have called someone else that would have come quicker. This company charges quite a bit so I would expect communication among their technician dispatcher and phone reps to be better. If you see the forecast has rain don't schedule an appointment for someone to sit around waiting and then tell me at the last minute that the technician's not coming. Willie my technician was very friendly and fast.

We moved into a new place this past week and immediately noticed an HVAC leak. Our landlord called this morning for an appointment to get an estimate, and Morgan was here within 4 hours of the appointment being made. He was professional and explained things in terms we understood. Although he was only here for an estimate he was able to perform the work needed while he was here instead of us having to make another appointment to come back. We will always use Bumble Breeze for our A/C, heating, and plumbing because of their consistent 5 star service and their easy to schedule systems.

Bumblebee receptionist very professional and nice. The technician, Josh, was at the site within an hour and a half Dash on a Saturday. 45 minutes later Josh called me with a very, very detailed explanation of what needed repairs and what needed to be replaced. He said $1814 for everything. Then he did something I’ve never heard – he gave me a bare-bones estimate of $1118. He said it won’t fix everything that needs fixing but it will get your unit running. And you will someday sooner than later you will still need those other parts repaired or replaced. Very professional. Outstanding

I knew when I called out them the system probably needed to be replaced (24 years old). Wes came out and explained everything thoroughly. He took the time to explain differences. I believe I got a good system from a good company. All appointments have been made on time with excellent communication. We had a problem the first day after install but they were quick to get over and address it. Not the cheapest but I feel like it was worth it.

Pricey but efficient. The drain clog I had in my kitchen sink was really bad and had built up over the years from the previous owner(s). It was causing my kitchen sink to flood when the upstairs neighbor used their sink directly above ours as I live on the first floor unit of a condo. I called Bumble Breeze about this issue and they booked their plumber to come out the next day and figure out the issue once and for all. The next day, the plumber came and diagnosed the issue. A few hours later, they sent another plumber out with the hydro jett and camera to finish the job. Yes - it was a mess once the job was done, but the plumber helped clean the majority of it up and made sure that the clog was completely cleared before leaving. Because the clog was so severe it did run me about $1500 to fix but I cannot express how relieved I am to know this problem is solved. Thank you Bumble Breeze for being a service much needed! They knew exactly how to solve this problem and was honest and straightforward which I appreciate.

He did a great job in repairing and installing the new laundry box. Great company I recommend them to do your plumbing repairs. Also the receptionist, dispatcher and plumbering manager are very friendly and answer your questions. I had a question in the office manager actually call me back within 10 minutes. UPDATE: 10/15/2022 I’m updating this review to say they have called and took accountability for not being responsive when I left a message. They have addressed all my questions and concerns and were apologetic. I spoke to Art and he has gone above and beyond to try to make it right again. I am appreciative for the help they have offered and look forward to being a longtime customer. I called Monday morning very early about 7am because my water heater was leaking. I asked for someone to call back with quotes and getting a tech over. I mentioned it was urgent. Today is Wednesday and I never received a call back. Horrible lack of communication.

Our old water softener was leaking when turned off, and we had next to no pressure when it was on. I called Bumble Breeze to come fix it (if possible), and they came the very same day! While they were able to bypass the system on the spot so it would stop leaking, our old water softener (original from when the house was built) was just beyond saving. They provided us with several repair/replace options, as well as financing options, and we picked what worked best for us. They came out the next morning and installed the new one, and everything works like a dream! Fast, courteous, clean, professional, communicative, and their technicians made sure that we understood everything, and that we didn't have any questions, before they left. We'll definitely be calling them in the future for all of our plumbing/HVAC/heating needs!

Mr. Art H. a Plumbing Service Manager came to my home to access the issue I had with a drain that had clogged during a past rain storm. He did not fix anything, but used his inspection camera to determine the issue. There was no blockage, but he did give me advice on preventive maintenance. He said he will give back $100 in a form of a check in 3-5 business days . He also said that we still covered under warranty. He is really an outstanding individual.

If I could give more then 5 stars 🌟 I would. I had Bumble Breeze come out to give me an estimate after another company had come out to give me one. I didn't feel pressured or stress about anything after the estimate was given to me which is why I'm going with Bumble Breeze. They were able to work with me since I just purchased a home and needed to have both plumbing and HVAC work done. Tony the plumber technician was great. Wes the HVAC technician was awesome he thoroughly explained everything that was wrong and even showed me, no one has ever done that before. Service was great and fast. I do have a problem with trane hvac systems however. Just got a new ac unit 2 years ago, it stopped working and was told that two of the lines rubbing together caused a coolant leak. Repair was 2200$. Bumble breeze was nice enough to take it down to 1800$. Manufacturers should have covered it, especially being only 2 years old. Kudos to Josh though, he had me up and running in no time

I went to turn on the heater for the first time this season, and...nothing. Based on reviews, I called Bumble Breeze and I am so glad I did! I called around 11:30am and they scheduled my service call for 12-2pm, same day. If you've ever dealt with a contractor before, you would expect 12-2 (especially when I just booked half an hour earlier) to be an unachievable window for a tech to show up, but you'd be wrong. I got a confirmation text when the tech was on his way and he showed up before 1pm. Super professional, got right to work, fixed the issue, turned on the heat, collected the (super affordable) service call fee, and was on his way.

My son Troy used Bumble Breeze at my recommendation. Wow , The company sent the Dream Team to replace the AC and the heating unit inside. Nicole in the office was so helpful and nice and calm. She sensed the urgency on my part when I made the appointment and got the tech out the same day ! Greatly Appreciated 👍. They scheduled the installation the very next day ! It was 92 degrees inside unbearable. My son was not well and these guys stepped up and made this all as smooth as possible. They even brought him a portable AC to help him and his pets stay cool while they did the work. Huge Thanks to Wes Lokken, Willie Slack, Mike Banuelos, and Wilton Bautista !!! It all worked like clockwork from beginning to end. As hot as it was and as hard as it was dealing with this big project, these guys did a beautiful job. Also they gave a great discount. Response time was phenomenal, when my water heater sprung a leak they had somebody here within the hour and it took less than an hour to have the new water heater in. Just had them replace the HVAC system. Called yesterday replacement done today. Wilson and his team mate worked their behinds off on a 110 degree day, in my attic for 12 hours. So very impressed! Professional, courteous and the definition of hard workers!

[September 2022] Today I had two appointments with Bumble Breeze. Love this company because they have everything you need as multiple services they provide. I had Rene and Riley show up today for two different items. Rene took care of our Fall tune-up inspection and we purchased again their system warranty which gives us options no other company like Bumble Breeze has in Vegas. Rene was professional and on mark with what was needed and how our Heating Home System is. Thank you Rene. Our second tech Riley was informative and direct with the information that I needed to make a very important decision on products, cost and warranties with a water softener/cleaner system. Thank you Riley! Both techs were kind, respectful and professional. I appreciate Bumble Breeze for having such an awesome employee crew. It it wasn’t for Wesley who I met last tour of Bumble Breeze and having such a great experience for what he did, I wouldn’t know how great Bumble Breeze as a whole complete company they are. [April 2022] Bumble Breeze had sent Will Smith to do a maintenance on our a/c unit. He was professional and on time. Was trained by another tech named Wesley who i definitely know is an asset for Bumble Breeze Company. I know since Wesley is a top tech of Bumble Breeze, just to know that Will was trained by Wesley is good enough for me. Definitely recommend Bumble Breeze for any of what they offer as a business. Thank you Bumble Breeze. [Summer 2021] Bumble Breeze will now be my go to company! Bumble Breeze not only did they pick-up where another company (1hour air) dropped the ball. They (Mario) sent me the most awesome person they had as a A/C Tech, Wesley! Wesley from Bumble Breeze had great work ethics, professionalism, kindness, care and empathy towards how we as a family were suffering the heat in our own home. Wesley not only did he find the OEM parts needed in 10 minutes, he had them at our home in less than 20 minutes. Wesley put the fan blower, motor and the capacitor all together in minutes and installed it right after. Plus he had our system running seconds after that. Wesley had such a great attitude and was not only professional, he was a very funny guy. I truly l hope that Brooks Carson (the owner of Bumble Breeze) understands and knows that Wesley is an asset to his company and should keep him close in addition to taking care of him as he is a "Diamond in the Ruff" Wesley has those exceptional qualities that any company would love to have a person with such qualities in their own company. I have to admit that Bumble Breeze was my initial company to go with but, I made the mistake of going with 1hour-air and they are the worst. So, after 4 days and nights that 1hour made my family suffer the Las Vegas heat with no A/C after they diagnosed (Daniel their tech) we needed a new fan blower, motor and capacitor. I just could not do this to my family as they told me we had to wait an additional 5 to 6 days till they get the needed parts. Unbelievable right? It is a shame that a company would not do the obvious to assure that anyone should have a/c in their home during the summer months in Las Vegas. He did not even give me an ETA for when we had to wait for said parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 1 hour air as they can put you in danger as they did us. I RECOMMEND BUMBLE BREEZE FOR ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO OFFER. ESPECIALLY AIR CONDITION FOR HOME AND BUSINESS!!

When my AC condenser stopped working, I had a buddy refer me to Bumble Breeze. It was a Saturday and a technician was over within the hour of calling in. Will took a look at my condenser and found the issue - a blown connector. He has the part on the truck and replaced it. He made sure everything worked and then continued to check other parts and run diagnostics. He found out the capacitor was not running properly and was way below the levels it should be at which was what caused the connector to blow. So glad he didn’t just leave after replacing the first thing! Showed me all the costs ahead of time as well. I am extremely grateful for Will coming out so quickly and making sure everything was working properly. Very reasonably priced as well!

I’ve been in my house 16 1/2 years and hadn’t had the ducts cleaned. When I started to see too much dust and had a stuffy nose every day, I knew it was past time. They even cleaned my dryer vent. One thing I liked about this company is that they cleaned the whole vent line and not just the first 5’. Devin Hill explained everything he did and was very knowledgeable about the a/c system. While the pre-visit started out a little rocky, once Wesley arrived it was smooth sailing. He was not only very likable, he knew his business. Bumble Breeze is easily the most helpful and accommodating service company in Vegas hands down. Their receptionists take great notes and schedule you asap. I first requested a Spring tune up for my AC because it seemed to not work as great as last year, which the Spring tune up was on special and priced very well. Jerrell came out to do the tune up and informed me of all the issues with my AC. He was very nice. I ended up having to replace my AC unit with a new one. Kent and his partners, didn't catch their names, replaced the AC and finished early. Kent explained everything to me about the new AC and emailed me pictures to confirm everything. Kent and his partner were also very nice. Everything works great now and I'm so happy. Did I mention that all this happened within 3 days? They were very fast and I was shocked how timely and nice they were compared to any other service company I have ever hired. Couldn't recommend enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our house had 3 a/c units that needed replacing. With this large investment, we made sure to call at least three different companies to get estimates. Bumble Breeze stood out among the companies since they had competitive pricing, were professional, informative, seemed really knowledgeable about our particular system and were prompt with their bid. Louis emphasized that they took pride in their installation teams, and represented they were the best available. Within less than a week, we had them scheduled to replace all three a/c units. We’re we surprised when THREE crews showed up! In total, there were 7 people working on removing the old units, cutting parts of the ceiling (our systems were difficult to access and we had other companies also let us know that they would have to cut part of the ceiling), putting in the new units and finally installing the ‘Nest system’ and teaching us how to use it. All the men were courteous, polite, professional yet friendly. Just their demeanor made me very comfortable in spite of so many people working in the house, Each day, they were meticulous about keeping the house clean, making sure there were drop cloths on the stairwell and the areas they were working on and they vacuumed at the end of each day. What was impressive is how all the teams worked quickly and efficiently with each other. We were also impressed that on the second day, they worked 12 hours to make sure our a/c was installed and working properly with minimal downtime. Within two days, as promised, all three units have been replaced with a more efficient system and Nest programming through our phones! So far, all seems to work well. Drywall repair and paint were also included. We are highly impressed with Bumble Breeze and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends! This was very important to me as my neighborhood isn't the safest so I knew to lock the door that was kept open while they were here so they could go in and out when needed. I was told by my Bubble Breeze HVAC repair person that many units have had the same issue as I did no cold air, no hot air. The main reason the filter gets clogged. one pipe should be cold the other should be room temperature NOT hot the heat is build up because of the mud. because I waited too long the compressor need to be repaired costing more to fix because I need two items vs just cleaning. My neighbor was having the same issue, her item was fixed without the need of a compressor replacement, I waited too long. Sharing the info hoping it will save you time, and money. Bubble Breeze takes pictures, and sends it with the invoice to your email.

Local owned company Excellent reviews on Yelp and Google NO complaints with the BBB A real person answered the phone and connected me with a tech the same day. In less than 2 hours Aaron was at out door in a mask and even put on boot covers. He attempted to salvage our AC unit but it was a lost cause so he connected me with their new unit sales rep Lou. Lou came out same day. He was direct and to the point. We needed a fair amount of equipment due to the age of our system and he not only quoted us a competitive rate he was able to get everything ordered and actually installed the next day. The installers were at our house by 8am with everything they needed. They were polite, professional, and knocked out the entire job with clean up in 5 hours. Excellent people. Excellent company. Jake did a great job he went above and beyond! My Whole house filtration system sprung a leak. Called Bumble Breeze and within a half hour Jake was there installed shut off’s valves(which the first company never did) and I had water within an hour and a half, and I was able to use the water until they were able to come over and install a new filtration system. Bumblebreeze was hired to replace the plumbing in my house due to a water leak. The plumbing work itself was well done and complete. They were late on most days and only worked a full eight hour day once. I was also put off at least twice so that other jobs could be worked on. The related work was not as satisfactory. Many holes had to be cut in my drywall and exterior walls. The work was messy inside, as was expected, but no care was taken to protect our belongings in the rooms. They cut a wire in my exterior wall that was not reported to me until the repairing contractor found and repaired it, at additional cost. The wall was also hacked up poorly resulting in additional cost to repair. They had to come out three different times to fix leaks, and while they were responsive, I felt as though for the significant amount of money I paid, the quality control could have been higher. Overall it was good, the work was done, and it is working, but the related items were disappointing given the cost.

Thanks for bumblebreeze ac for finding the problem but here's my issue it was working before the tech touched it but not afterwards an I was quoted 400 plus to fix it the tech said it was sun damage but when I had the installation company come to fix it they said I was out of warranty but it wasn't the sun it was wired wrong even though it worked so they fixed it at no cost . Not sure how long it would have worked as it was glad it got fixed

Technician performed a diagnostic on our drain that was smelling and showed nothing major just that some liquid plumber should work to clean it up. He offered to pick up product and charge an hour of labor which would be $249 which i feel is pretty steep for that. I was concerned about a leak from my shower and the company was able to get out to my house quick. My technician, Jake, was knowledgable, professional, and exceedingly helpful. It doesn’t seem that there was any pipe leak, but rather some broken tile could be causing the problem. Jake was able to get me in contact with a referral company that has also provided great service. The morning of my appointment, my bathroom sink had become backed up and Jake was able to clear it in just a few minutes, so thankfully he was still able to take care of a problem! Upon inspecting my unit, I was told that warrantee would cover my broken coil but that refrigerant and labor would be almost 3K AND THAT THE PART WOULDN’T BE AVAILABLE FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS (in the Las Vegas summer). I've worked with Vegas Strong / Bumblebreeze 3 times. THe first 2 projects went really well and I was very happy, but in their most recent visit, I was quoted over $800 to replace a few parts in my hot and cold water faucets. I was quoted more than $800 to purchase those parts and install them. The quote was kind of deceptive because it lumped the parts and labor into a single number. Fortunately, the maintenance guy in our Condo was able to tell me which parts I needed, and I was able to pick them up at a plumbing supply place nearby for under $70, and he installed them for $200. I still love them for their earlier work, but I'll be more cautious about their quotes in the future.

I was informed of a continuous running water meter by the Las Vegas Valley Water District. This was coupled, at the same time, by notification of a family emergency out of state. As soon as I contacted Bumble Breeze and explained my situation Art came out to the house, within an hour of my call and free of charge, to immediately see what they could do to help. It was determined that the leak was somewhere between the LVWD meter at the street and the water shut off valve to the house. Because my house is 15 years old, it made sense to replace the entire waterline from the LVWD meter to the house instead of doing a patch, at the risk of other leaks developing down the road. Bumble Breeze quoted me a fair price, started immediately and worked tirelessly so I could get on a plane and take care of urgent family issues. Art, Kenneth and Robert were exceptional in their service, attention to detail, provided quality workmanship, and follow-up. Bumble Breeze really stepped up in a unique situation where other Yelp plumbers and leak detection contractors were slow to respond, if at all. I can't recommend Bumble Breeze enough and for any future plumbing or HVAC work, they'll be the company I call.

To get to the point, this company is awesome. I called them in as our previous heating system in our new to us home, filled half the house with smoke. After an hour or so with their tech, and learning the HVAC in the house was original equipment, ducting was shredded, and a number of other things, he called in their sales rep who came over on the spot. Hours of conversation ensued, and ultimately I ended up spending a ton of money with them, but I can assure you that does not always equate to excellent service. In this instance, every issue they discussed with us to justify their recommendations, they made sure to show us personally, including heading up to the roof (optionally, they offered pictures if I wasn't willing to climb) to evaluate the existing equipment. That type of transparency generally speaks volumes in situations such as this. We had two new HVAC units, and all of the attic ducting replaced as a part of this engagement. The installation teams were always pleasant and professional to work with. They had the units installed in a day, and worked until almost 8PM the next time installing ducting. Hearing the owner's story, the work ethic of himself and his teams, I'm glad I chose this group to do business with.

My wife looked on Yelp for a good plumber. She found Vegas Strong, and their reviews were head and shoulders above the rest. I called and got their next available time slot two days away. They called and showed up when they said they would. The plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. I asked so he explained how the new fittings he used work. He said they are rated to last up to 30 years. He also explained that the type of pipes we have should be kept cool so they won't deteriorate. Great service!

I contacted Vegas Strong for a plumbing issue at my house, heard back from them within an hour and had two technicians at my house within a couple hours. The technicians, Will and Chase, were very knowledgeable and figured out my issue quickly. They were able to give me a couple different options for how to fix my issue. Since it would take them a few hours to take care of the issue they had to schedule a return trip, they were back the next day and had the issue resolved in a couple hours. We needed a quick plumbing repair for the holidays. We used Yelp and got 4 companies to contact us within 24 hours. Bumble Breeze was the 3rd to contact us and we nearly went with someone else. These guys got someone to come out first thing in the morning the next day to take a look. Let me start off by saying that Riley is the freakin' man. I'm not being paid anything for this nor do I care about e-clout. For everyone looking for plumbing services - see if Riley can come out if he's available. Riley gave us our quote after performing the assessment. Quote was fair and we had one that was lower, but this was very fairly priced. What really sold me was that he was very personable and a good dude. More importantly - honest. How often can you say that about plumbers when they'll nickel and dime you to death, then ask for more money. Riley came back with (I think Ryan?) 2 days later to complete the plumbing work. For those wondering, we had a bow in our sewage line going into the street. These guys did a kickass job and spend hours completing the repair. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied. I never leave reviews (truly, look at my lack of a review history). But Riley's great service made me want to do this for him and just to let everyone know how great of a job you did. He determined that the leak was not at the valve but further up in the water line. He gave a quote before starting work. He was explaining every step along the way. I first encountered Las Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling in 2019 when they were called by our contractor who accidentally cut through our coolant line while remodeling. We were so impressed with Las Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling that we tracked them down later to service our AC unit. (Thank goodness for their signature orange shirts, that's how we were able to find them because we couldn't remember the name.) We ended up having to buy a new AC unit because ours was 27 years old and original to the house. There were some hiccups with the new unit itself (lemon unit), but Las Vegas Heating & Cooling took care of us and made sure they got the unit working properly, including getting us a new unit. Our air conditioner broke; we went through Yelp to get some recommendations and found Vegas Strong that way. It is never a good time in Vegas in the summer for the air conditioner to break, but Vegas Strong came within hours, got us set up for a complete new system and ducts as ours was over 40 years old and never updated or maintained, and they also delivered 3 portable room air conditioners to use free of charge while our system was down. They are a young company, not yet three years old. I was hesitant because of that, but couldn’t have been more wrong. Since they are new they are hungry to get customers and keep them happy. I didn’t know our attic was built around the old system when the house was built – and never heard a word of complaint, stomping, swearing, nothing – and I work from home and never even knew there were difficulties! I found out because my husband asked how things were when he got home from work, otherwise I still would not have ever known. Their service techs are efficient, quiet, professional and courteous. Any time we called we were greeted warmly and all questions were answered immediately without any passing of the buck. When they gave us our bid, there was work needed that was not anticipated nor put in the bid. They never even told me this; again, I found out because my husband asked why it was taking one day longer than anticipated and they told him. They absorbed the cost of the additional work without even letting me know or trying to increase their bid. The entire time our air conditioner was down, we were comfortable with their portable air conditioners that they delivered and set up, and there was no disruption in our daily routine while they were here. The only thing I can say is the cost was more than I expected as I looked online and saw air conditioners from Amazon and based my cost on that – which was not smart of me! We got a name brand system – Trane- and the confidence of the quality that comes with that brand. Best thing about Vegas Strong: name brand equipment; service; professionalism; cleaning up after each day Thing which could be improved on: I will let you know when I find it! I am so glad I went with a baby company – this is how all companies should be managed and run!

They are straight forward, no nonsense type of employees. After speaking to Riley about the pros and cons of a tankless water heater, I finally pulled the plug and purchased a Noritz 9.8 Tankless Water Heater. They very next day (after being offered same day installation) I decided to get next day install. We recently purchased the home we’re in and don’t know our unit all that well yet. But, we had our first issue with our unit this week and it started to occur at the end of a long heat wave day when we were getting ready for bedtime. The issue was our air was blowing a little higher than room temperature. I knew I couldn’t keep running the unit all night like that plus my child couldn’t sleep like that all night when it was going to be 100 degrees during the night. So I tried to call a couple 24 hour services, they wouldn’t get to us to later the next day which I needed help now. Then, I called Vegas Strong and they came to the rescue within the hour! Thomas was friendly and flexible to be quiet as my child was now asleep for the night. Luckily he had one more part left on him to fix our unit which he was able to take care of the same night. I’ve worked jobs like this where we are needed last minute, long periods of time, in the middle of the night and rarely I felt appreciated for the sacrifices I made for the efforts and service I provide. For that, I just want to make sure Vegas Strong and Thomas know I appreciate them both making my family a priority when we really needed them and for Thomas on being a good sport knowing he was going to start his shift only a few short hours later. As a single woman, it stresses me out to have to call for any service as I feel most service people see a target on my back. I’ve been quoted the most insane quotes (like $1400 to replace a garage door motor). So when I found Vegas Strong on Yelp, I read through the reviews then called about my upstairs a/c unit not working. Michael was super kind and scheduled a tech to come out between 12-2 on the same day. Reginald showed up a little after 12, it took him just a few minutes to diagnose it was a capacitor issue - which another company had told me they replaced a couple of years ago but that’s a story for another time. Anyway, Reginald replaced the capacitor checked the freon and less than $200 later my a/c is working. I’m a small business owner and I plan to refer all my members to Vegas Strong. Punctual, professional, overall a fantastic job. The house smells cleaner and the air and heat are working so well. I can’t recommend this service and this company enough! Update: previous review was in October of 2018, we have now been in our home one year and just got a check up/duct clean. The dirt and dust was minimal compared to what we saw a year ago! Scott troubleshot our zone heating problem and when our home warranty failed us once again, I immediately got on the phone to have Scott come back out for the repairs. Since our home warranty wouldn’t fix the repairs, I only wanted these guys to fix it! Scott replaced the circuit board and came back out for a duct motor repair as well. I’m cleaning out my garage we located a pressure valve and having issues with water pressure tried to open it up but the valve broke so then we have basically no water pressure. We called Vegas Strong and spokewith Heather who said they could have someone come by around 2 pm. I got a call right after 1 that they were 30-40 min away would it be ok to come early!! William and Chase came in, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate I felt was reasonable. I told them to go ahead and do the work. This was AWESOME! A/C in Vegas is a necessity, but replacing the system was always such a big and daunting decision that I, quite frankly, put off for way too long. When I finally decided to go for it, a few messages via Yelp and a couple of phone calls later, and I had an extremely helpful and knowledgeable fellow check out the original equipment and provide a quote, helped me set up financing, and schedule the work. Literally 24 hours later, EVERYTHING IS DONE! My condo has a brand-spankin'-new A/C and I no longer fear taking on the Vegas summer with a painfully aging original A/C again. The response was timely, the work inobtrusive, and not only do I whole-heartedly recommend these guys, but I have no doubt that I will be engaging their help again someday when I need any more work done! I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves one. I was very hesitant to call to get our air conditioner serviced because of all my neighbors and friends telling me horror stories. I saw an add and read their reviews and all sounded good. When Chris came out he walked my husband through all that he did outside and then when he came inside the mobile home he checked the heater gave us suggestions for air filters and that we didn't need an air filter on one part of the heater. He checked the vents and explained why he did what he was doing and what he found out. It was a pleasant experience and gave us tips and suggestions for the cooling and heating. He also explained how old our furnace and air conditioner were. I highly recommend them and they responded fast to my call on a very hot part of the season.

Over 5 years and thousands of dollars spent with other plumbing and a/c companies and the problem still exists until maybe now...thank you, Vegas Strong Heating & Cooling, Plumbing! Ante came by this morning with his A/C crew to follow up on the previous work from their plumbing crew; all in several attempts to locate and eliminate the foul odor that has been invading our work space off and on for the past 5 years. Hopefully, they have found the source and the issue is resolved. Time will tell but we are hopeful since Ante explained in details of what they had discovered and the appropriate corrective actions were taken to eliminate the odor issue.

I used to do HVAC repair more than 10 years ago. I knew what was going to be required but did not have access to wholesale parts / tools required to do the job myself. Scott @Vegas Strong HVAC did not know this. He was knowledgeable and punctual. The pricing was well below what I was expecting them to charge, well below what most would have charged. The part he said needed replacing was exactly what I anticipated. There was no, “Well, we found a, b, and c needed fixing too”. I have only used them once on the residential side. They will now be used on the commercial side for the 5 hotels we manage. There are many shady HVAC companies here in Vegas that will insist you replace expensive parts when cheaper components will solve the problem. Vegas Strong is not one of them, and they will continue to get our business moving forward.
