Katie with Bulldog AC reached out wanting me to change my review, they offered a refund in the with good standings on their part in wanting to make this right for both parties I agree to giving them 5 stars as in good business. Want to make it clear it was never about the workmanship of the repairs, just the charges and they have made it right by my standards. I would recommend this company. Had a Handyman install a split unit in our office. Onky things needed was ro draw a vacuum make sure it held a vacuum, then open valve to allow freon in the rest of system(split unit comes with freon). Get the bill of 1500.00 called back talked with Katie was told that is a normal charge. Look the technician was there less than 1 hour. Did not have install any parts. Just hook vacation machine and gauges up, then open a valve. 1500.00. Unreal what a rip off. This company is a rip off. This star ratings -5stars. Next step BBB. They honestly feel like 1500.00 is justified.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the consultation to the installation. It's been almost a week now since they have installed our A/C unit and it is working like a champ! Allen and Humberto were excellent very polite, knowledgeable, and arrived at the time they said they were going to. I have to give a huge shout out to Kimberlee because man did I put her through the ringer with multiple calls, questions, and text. She was very patient, very professional and very helpful. Also to Derrick the man behind the scenes, who responded very quickly when it came to anything in regards to our scheduled service, at almost any time of the day as well. Overall our experience with this company was fantastic and I would highly recommend using them!

Where do i begin? Well I will say that this is the one expense I dreaded having to make, but I'm very happy and grateful I found Derek and his crew at bulldog air conditioning and heating. My original AC unit was 20 years old and it was on borrowed time, I was using one of the more expensive air condition companies for my routine maintenance and when they gave me an estimate for a total replacement I cried. I knew this wasn't going to be cheap but I wasn't going to get taken advantage of by these bigger companies so I reached out to Derek after reading the wonderful reviews about this company and they came out and gave me a very reasonable and more affordable estimate. The financing options, warranties and the specials that I got made me feel as if I got my money's worth, because this time of year wasn't in the heart of Summer. I chose Derek and his crew come out to do the job ASAP because they beat the competition and they were very empathetic about what I was going through and the stress I was feeling. I work three jobs and my time is very limited but they were able to come in and do it in one day and completed it in the time frame given which was a big deal to me.. They also did an outstanding job with the install testing of equipment and show me how to use my new thermostat. The entire crew was very careful and cleaned up after everything was finished. I highly recommend using this family owned company over anyone else. Derek you have a customer for life and I will definitely be referring you and your crew to others in need. The tech called to let me know he was able to be here earlier which was great! Then called as I asked before he reached my door so It would be easier for me to put my dogs up. He was very professional and polite. He did a great service on our ac unit and offered to come back in the fall to do our heating system. Bulldog will now be my permanent heating and AC company....thank you for such a great experience!!!

Great service and equipment (Amanna) made by Goodman. 10 year parts warranty, lifetime on compressors. Replaced my 2 16 year old systems, which were continually tripping the 50 amp circuit. Tripped main panel bteaker as well, which would not reset and had to be replaced. Price was thousands less than 2 other bids. Like 25k less! Awesome.

This company is a godsend and helped us when nobody else would. We needed ducting installed, and Bulldog went out of their way to make sure everything was done properly, and at a great price. We decided to use Bulldog to replace our very old HVAC system in our house. As luck would have it, a week and a half before our appointment for the replacement, one of our units went out. I reached out to Derrick and he offered to have his tech come out to get the old one at least running until we can get the replacement in...at no charge! Its nice to see a company that cares more.about having a client than getting every last dime out of them. Bulldog has earned a client for along as I live here.

This is a FIVE STAR REVIEW!! After buying a new Heating/A/C Unit over two years ago from a very unreliable source (cheaper isn't always better) we've had nothing but trouble with the unit. Multiple calls in the summer and most recently we lost our heat in the winter. Plagued with nothing but trouble a friend of ours recommended Bulldog Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. Best recommend ever. Everyone wants to refer you back to whomever installed your unit but he's long gone and no one wants to bother with you. Derrick and his team at Bulldog were fast, efficient, and quickly realized we had some serious problems with the install. It was sloppy, unstable and potentially dangerous and also had many code violations. Although, they tried their best the only solution was a PROPER reinstall. They came two days later with their crane and spent half a day on our roof installing the unit properly and to code and now it's safe and working like a charm. The work is top notch and the technicians are friendly and capable. If you're having trouble CALL BULLDOG!! You won't be sorry!! Thanks to Derrick, Sean, and Alan for their skill and amazing work!! Talk about a great experience. I called Derek in an emergency situation because my AC had broken down and needed to be completely replaced. I called a bunch of different AC places and all of them gave me quotes for overpriced AC units that were well above my budget and told me that I would have to wait anywhere from 3 to 7 days to have the AC replaced. Told Derek what my budget was and he immediately got back to me with a price that was under budget. The next day my AC unit was completely replaced and we were super excited and grateful because it was starting to get really hot in the house and I have kids and dogs. So for this man to make me and my family a priority and get the job done so quickly we can’t say enough good things And all done with the greatest, most professional, and friendly customer service I’ve ever had while doing business.

The people at Bulldog are amazing. Derrick has been a friend of mine for many years , and I hope for many more. They stand behind their work. Their prices are fair, and they're are always willing to go the extra mile, to make sure you're satisfied. Derrick has more in field experience than any technician I've known, having been in the industry himself as he's been in the industry for around it 30 years. I don't know what else to say. Bulldog heating and air conditioning Professional Touch I love the personal touch that the workers provide. The owner Derek is awesome. I needed my Air conditioner filter changed. I know they are very busy but I called the office and a gentleman came out the next day. I could not do it myself because the filter is on top of the wall by the washing and dryer machine 🤷‍♀️. I’ve dealt with multiple AC companies, some good quality some bad but the main issue has always been pricing and flexibility. It’s absolutely insane the ramped up pricing you get here in Las Vegas when you get three quotes and none of them make any sense. Bulldog is the first contractor company I have dealt with that you can feel confident they won’t try double dipping and will give you the best fair price and excellent workmanship, they showed up on time, got the job done in time and within budget. They had no problem with me sourcing out the units elsewhere and charging me installation where many others will try to get a profit margin on both purchase and install. I’m so glad I was able to find them.

I had an intermittent problem on my seventeen year old system, the heater would occasionally not start. I first called a very well known company that does constant advertising in Las Vegas, to cut right to the chase, they took several pictures of a little oil dripping and advised me that it would be $1800.00 to fix the problem. I asked them if it was worth while to replace the system considering the age, they immediately dispatched som slick salesman out to convince me to install a new $20,000.00 dollar system that literally pays for itself! I looked up Bulldog for a second opinion, their technician advised me that the problem had nothing to do with the first diagnosis, repair would be $200.00. Bulldog made the repair and I had no further problems! Thank goodness there are some honest companies out there. Bulldog is much easier to spell, also 😉.

Fast Friendly Amazing Service. I was given a time frame between 12-2pm. I was alerted via email that he was en-route to my house for my furnace inspection he showed up promptly at or around 12. A few months ago we had a couple hours of unusually heavy rain. I've had this house since 2001. It has never leaked from the roof or ac. That particular day the out take (I think that's what it's called.) Bulldog installed a new unit on the roof about a year ago. I called them immediately and someone came out the next day. He couldn't find anything, but did seal everything again and told me that if it happened again it would be the roof itself leaking. There has been one day since with heavy rain and leaking was no longer a problem.

Sean telephoned to inform that he was on his way and the approximate time he would arrive and in addition I received an email from the office regarding the arrival of the tech. My AC unit was built in 1995. According to the person who diagnosed it, The reason why it did not work because of AC motor. It costs me $815 to replace AC Motor including the service fee, it’s a little bit pricey for me, but I’m glad it’s fixed today. Thanks for the service and I have to observe how it works first. And the advice for me is to replace the whole AC so to prevent future problems, but I take my chances now to only pay AC Motor to minimize expenses.

Service was very professional, on time and I had them install three Honeywell Programmable thermostats. There was no issue with the installation but it took a considerable amount of time to connect them to the internet. They stuck with it and got all three connected. Very good experience.
