We had Mike and Brandon take care of our plumbing issues and install a whole home filtration system. Mike is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to address all of our needs. Brandon installed everything perfectly and was very nice and professional. 10/10 will be using their services in the future. Shout out to Janielle and Anthony for doing an excellent job on our AC install! Janielle was able to find the right systems for us at the right price. Anthony not only replaced the ac units but made all the connections look very clean and professional.

Found this company last minute, gave them a ring and scheduled an appointment. First thing that I liked was that it’s a FREE estimate and consultation. Alex rolled by first thing in the morning and assessed the issue and gave me a handful of different options (always a plus!). Found the reason why my master bedroom heater wasn’t working and ordered the parts. Arrived early in the morning and knocked the job out in roughly 30 minutes, in n out. Very professional company, gives you options, and very transparent. I’ll definitely be calling Alex out again when summer rolls around. Don’t hesitate on calling this company.

We have used BEST for a little while now. First was for our AC needs, then our new water heater. After that, all new water/plumbing fixtures. Then last night we had a shower knob leaking. We called Saturday night, at about 8:30pm to schedule service for Sunday. The lady set the appointment, and Mike was there bright and early this morning. He was so friendly, knowledge, and walked us through exactly what he thought the problem was. Sure enough, being the expert, he took care of it quickly and efficiently. Ever since day one with this company, they have gone above and beyond with their excellent customer service, their expert employees, and getting the job done right, every time! We are truly blown away by not only Mike's stellar customer service and knowledge, but the entire company and Crew. We highly recommend them for all of your AC and or plumbing needs. Jason came out for a maintenance and was truly amazing. He showed up within 20 minutes of his call to confirm the appointment. I knew my systems were not in working order so I called for a maintenance before it gets too hot. Jason checked out my systems and explained everything to me in extreme detail. I decided to have them replace both of my systems and I am beyond happy with my decision. They came out same day and got everything taken care of, absolutely putting me at ease with the situation. Alex from Best was able to come out with only about 12 hours notice and repair a broken AC unit in the heat of the Las Vegas summer. Had a leak coming from my shower valve that was determined from my contractor as I was remodeling my bathroom, I called BEST based on their reviews and they sent out technician Dustin! Not only was he informative but he was quick and efficient at determining what needed to be done! Not to mention a super personal and caring individual! He took care of my issue and also taught me about our water quality here in Nevada and recommended a softener system for my entire home to prevent future build ups! Thanks again Dustin! He was friendly and knowledgeable, not only did he take his time trying to diagnose the issue he suggested numerous options and stated which one will work best. He offered great feedback on our existing systems and told us about the benefits of the original insulation in our house. He gave us options for continued maintenance and other equipment options to keep our systems running smoothly. Some we chose and others we are thinking about down the road. He didn't do any "hard sell," though. I would recommend BEST Air Conditioning and ask for Alex!

Lets talk about Khoder (technician) arrived on time,honest,efficient fixed my Ac on the spot withouth any other talk that other companys give you in order to charge more,he went right on the matter and fixed it! Our A/C stopped working and in the summer no less. We have a one year old so having a safe and cool house is very important. We called Best AC and someone was at our house 30 mins later! Did I mention this was a Sunday! Jason L. was so nice and professional and honest with the situation we were in. Unfortunately our system was just to old to salvage and we had to replace it. Jason did everything he could to get the system replaced the next day and helped where he could financially. Brian and John came first thing the next day and a 6-12 hour job was done in 4-5! I am very happy with the professionalism, expertise and efficiency of BEST. I like how they listen as we explain issues, schedule us for repair and then follow up prior to our appointment confirming they understand the issue, and then identify who will be arriving, and even sending a link (like Uber) when the person is within 30 minutes of arrival, Our toilet had been running and needed a part replaced. Levi came out this afternoon, quickly identified the issue as well as the fix. He was professional, definitely knew his stuff and was patient in answering questions. Gas line to the range repair. 1979 gas line elbowing out into the room which didn't allow the new range to fully slide in place. With a few adjustments the gas line was moved and the range no longer sticks out 3" into my kitchen. Technician was wonderful. Very thorough, explained everything, completed the job quickly, and did a great job cleaning up after. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Not only all that, but they came the same day I called. Within a couple hours. Service like theirs is hard to come by, I'm glad I found them. Huge thank you to Best! I'm sure it's a normal issue in your world, but you saved my world today. The sticking out and 3" gap in the back drove me bonkers, lol. I can't thank you all enough.

Dustin, was my first contact with Best Air conditioning and plumbing. He took his time going through my 35 year old home and found so many things that needed fixing. Things I take for granted that would have cost a ton of damage if left forgotten. Out of sight, out of mind!! The company was right on it with repairs the next day. I had the pleasure of working with Fernando today and a few weeks ago. A few weeks ago, I had a lot of things go wrong with my aunts house. First, She needed a new water heater installed. Her old water heater was gushing water all over the place. Second, my aunt’s entire piping system needed to be changed. There was severe leakage underneath my aunt’s kitchen sink. Third, my aunt’s heating system needed to be replaced. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I called Best Air and they did everything in less than 2 days! I’m so happy with not only how efficient they did the work, but how they were able to respond to my aunt’s emergency situation. My aunt still needs a lot more work done on her house. She needs a water softener due to our hard water, but I will make sure to ask for Fernando to do that. I want to add to this review. I am very happy with the work Fernando did regarding the tankless water heater and installing all of the faucets in my aunt's house, and gave me pointers on how to do other repairs within the house. What I am complaining about next has nothing to do with Fernando. As part of this project, I contracted for the black mold to be taken care of under my aunt's sink. This was absolutely a critical issue that had to be taken care of, since mold is a potential health hazard. As of yet, I've received no word as to when this part of the project is to be started. And we are now approaching the two month mark. I would really appreciate an answer in this regard. This experience has not diminished how I feel about Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing by any means. I do understand that this is probably the most complicated part of the project. My aunt has been pestering me everyday at lengths about when work is to be completed. This probably explains why I am a little bit impatient in this regard. Please contact me either by email or by phone as to when you think work can at least be started. (or at least keep me updated so I can update my aunt as things happen). Thank you.

Product: New Navien Tankless water heater, and NOVO HTO/HTOK. Over all these two products in combination have made a huge difference with our daily routine of running the dishwasher (dishes are cleaner), washing machine (clothes are cleaner), and our water from our showers and faucets(no itchy dry skin feeling). Also we got hot water galore! 🤓👍🏽👍🏽🤓 Excellent work Fernando, and Preston on the final gas hook/up 01/10/2023. Also, thank you Zach Reese 11/02 11/8, 11/11, 11/18 , Brandon Juarez 11/03-11/04, 11/13 for going above and beyond replacing our front water faucet outside, and new venting on the side of the garage, Christopher Beesley 11/7, and David Acosta 12/09 took pictures to submit to city. You all were professional, did a great job, on every aspect of the install even though there were a few hiccups. It took a while for the city, I'm assuming; to approve the gas hook-up. However over all satisfied with the final product. Thank you very much for all of your hard work and dedication. 🤩👍🏽👍🏽🤩

Wow, when they say the Best they don’t just talk about their company themselves but the employees that work there are top of the line! DUSTIN came to me in a time of need I’ve had multiple issues and had multiple company’s come out and “pop and go” but Dustin took the time to be through, clean, informative, and not only did he describe what’s a potential issue he showed me exactly what he was describing and little did I know pipes require maintenance! Dustin and his team performed a full home Jetting to clean and descale my pipes so I don’t run into these back up issues time after time, I will only be using BEST form now on! These guys are the best. Super responsive, professional, and efficient. We had Fernando, Brandon and Gerardo replace a disjointed sewer pipe. They had to dig 6 feet down to get to it, then replace it, then refill the hole and the pavers. A very difficult job and they nailed it. Great work

I highly recommend these folks. I needed a new duct system since it was not compatible with my newer HVAC unit. My duct system was so bad Alex, my tech, called to make an exception to get it fixed ASAP (it would be an attic install in triple-digit heat) and thankfully they allowed it. Alex was super easy to talk to, straightforward and explained everything so I understood. He worked to give me the best deal possible, it was not a small project. The team that was here doing the install were so polite and considerate, they went above and beyond, wore booties the whole time, they were able to complete all the ducting in a day and even left my place cleaner than when they arrived. Could not be happier. My allergies are so much better! Since I had such a good experience with my duct work, I called them for a leak in my garage and a faucet. Mike S. was my tech and he did the impossible, which was, impress me more than I already was with them. He really knew his s*&! — the company I had used to install my brand new water heater only seven months prior (Serve-All) had not installed it to code, and the drainage pipe they installed was cracked and leaking in the wall. I was devastated, the unit was leaking already! Mike was very compassionate to my disappointment and was so impressed with his knowledge I asked to have Best Air replace the unit altogether, even though my unit was under warranty with Serve-All, thats how little confidence I had in using them again. Mike presented me with all options to work within my budget. They even gave me a credit for my faulty unit since they were an authorized dealer for that brand even tho I didn’t purchase it from them, which they were under no obligation to do. Then Mike said they could install a new waterless heater that same day..and a water purifier.. I was floored! Sure enough, a half-hour later, they showed up to start the install! The team worked hard and it was hot, they got it done and once again, it was cleaner than when they started. Brandon (hope I spelled it right) and David did a wonderful job and I love my new waterless heater! They also replaced my leaky faucet, I let Mike pick it out (which is unusual for me to trust someone to do that but sure enough, he got the perfect faucets, they look great. My water tastes great! Thank you thank you! This is by far the best experience with ANY service provider I’ve dealt with since moving here a year ago. Kudos!

Absolutely LOVE them. They have 5 stars for a reason! I will admit, they are on the pricier side but there’s a reason for that. You’re not only paying for the product, but the service as well. Everyone I’ve spoke to is so polite and this company has incredible communication skills. Unfortunately a different HVAC company screwed me over, but BEST Air was here to save the day! The technician stayed at my apartment all day after he did his initial diagnosis and realized I need a whole new unit. The unit was installed within hours! They also partner with a 3rd party company to allow financing options which is great as well. I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could. Pleasantly surprised with this company!

There was a leak behind my washing machine. I called a cheaper plumbing service first, he said it was coming from behind my shower so I paid them to tear out my bathtub, there was no leak. They dodge me and currently in a law suit. I called best air and with 20 minutes they located it exactly. Moral of this review, cheaper isn’t always better. I should have called them in the first place. Thank you best air!

Jacob sent his team for an initial plumbing repair; a leak was missed by a junior technician which caused some water damage to my drywall ceiling. Not a problem..accidents happen. Once alerted, Jacob operated with a sense-of-urgency, attention-to-detail and integrity by correcting and re-inspecting all work done. He also personally contacted several leak specialist to evaluate & completely repair my damaged structures. We recently found ourselves without AC in 115° heat . I called Best and they sent a tech out within the hour. Khoder was the tech that came and evaluated the situation. Unfortunately we needed a whole new AC unit. Khoder assisted us with getting everything financed and the unit was scheduled for install the next day. My air conditioner went down early morning and when I called at 8am, the gentleman on the phone was so kind and helped me providing me with a same day service from 12pm to 4pm. Alex and install techs were on time, professional, cordial, and followed through with everything they said they would, including laying down plastic to protect our new carpet and wearing booties. They were here for nine hours, in the absolute worst heat of the day (115°) yet they were always polite. Very satisfied with our new Lennox system - but still suffering from sticker shock, to be candid. We've never had to replace an HVAC system before, so we weren't prepared for replacement costs. However, given the level of service and quality of work performed, and the fact that we were only without AC for one night, the cost is justified in our in our opinion.

We are very pleased with the service. Mike Scavetta came out to assess our needs and within a day, they dispatched a technician to install a faucet, garbage disposal, and reverse osmosis system. This place really is the BEST! Rob was so helpful, the techs that came out were absolutely amazing! After dealing with my home warranty company for over a month because they couldn’t fix my condenser unit this place was out there the next day with a new condenser and fixed everything and gave me air (after a month of not having it in the dead heat of summer) shortly after my AC was repaired, they came out to fix a leak under my sink, they were attentive and on time and quick. Suggested a few maintenance that can be done at a latter time. For now we will have our drainage pipe installed. Johnny V. arrived on time the same morning I called about a leaky pipe in the attic. He was extremely polite, professional, and eager to thoroughly answer all of my plumbing questions, even those not explicitly related to the job at hand. His work was efficient and clean, and I was absolutely satisfied that he went out of his way to make sure the root of the problem was resolved. He did go pretty hard on a sales pitch for a large filtration/softener/service plan/ect. package. So if one-on-one sales situations make you nervous, maybe psych yourself up a bit. That said, nothing about said pitch seemed disingenuous, and I am considering at least some of what he offered. I won't fault a business for trying to do business after all. I can confidently say that Johnny and BEST will be my go to for plumbing and AC for the foreseeable future.

I was worried about being taken advantage of as the middle person for my aging grandmother and Dad whose AC has recently been replaces 4 years ago by lord knows who. Alex, was not only the positive things fore-mentioned, but he also was 2.5 hours EARLY in the stated time in which we were told could be a possibility and we said of course!! We had called other businesses and no others even compared to how friendly Gabby was just taking our appointment over the phone, in addition Alex was cool calm and collected dealing with the 105 degree weather in which we stayed with Alex bc he was so enjoyable with all the information and diagnostics he was able to share with us as three generations. He also let us borrow a small ac unit until replacement was done!! I needed a water softener installed at a new house and had a problem with a shower. Mike from Best Air Conditioning and Plumbing inspected the situation and provided an estimate for the work. He was very thorough in explaining the issues and walking me through the options. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very friendly. A week later I had an issue with a toilet and he came to take a look. Again he walked me through the options and then took care of the problem very quickly. I don’t like having plumbing issues but I feel very comfortable knowing that Mike will always take good care of my problems. Update: Since my initial post a year ago, I have used Best Air on a few other occasions and I continue to be very pleased with their service. This week, Sean repaired a leak in my water softener, and he went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. The high level of service from Sean and other workers on the ground reflects strongly on the culture of the company.

Jason showed up on time for HVAC maintenance and did a very thorough job looking at every component. The HVAC system was a 2005 original system and was in poor condition. He explained the pros and cons of repairing what could be salvaged, but ultimately we decided it was time for a new system. We had 1/2 of our AC go out at about 5:00 PM and called for service. They said they'd have someone out soon and within a couple of hours, Alex Valencia arrived. We had our water heater changed out today as our previous one has reached the end of its warranty, and we all know water heaters don't last long after the end of a warranty. Mike, John, and Taylor were great! they were very professional and friendly. Our old water heater was hauled off and they redid the pipework and all other parts leading to and out of our new water heater. The next 6 years will be worry free as they service their own warranties and this makes repairs, if needed, quicker as you don't have to go through the water heater companies and deal with long waits and service appointments that can be a week or more out. Following my call, I got a call from Mike, the technician, who notified me that he was about 25 minutes away. He arrived on time, diagnosed my issue immediately, and shut off the water softener. I could tell that Mike was passionate about the products, and that made me feel like I was talking to a professional who knew more than just a thing or two about plumbing. Long story short, the very next day Mike removed the old water softener and installed the Hardness, Taste & Odor Removal (HTO) system. I am looking forward to the results of this new system, but I am equally thrilled about the service I received. Mike is going to be my go-to-guy for the future. He knows his stuff.

I walked into my garage the other morning to find water cascading from the top of our 7-year old water heater, which had apparently corroded to the point of failure. I called BEST to report the problem and they had a technician at my house in under 4 hours. Mike was extremely professional and courteous and was able to explain to me the issue and offer several courses of action. We opted to replace the water heater on the spot, which he was able to complete in under 2 hours. I felt that he was honest and straightforward with all of the information that he provided me and allowed me to make the best decisions based on my specific situation. Very Unprofessional!!This is a SCAM compay!!! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL! Original calling for AC tune up, then the tech came and did an okay job on that (my AC was running good since its quite new, but he quoted me for a bunch of problems which cost about $700 to fix). I did not agree on the solution but did bought the maint package that they offerred (this is another issue- its $19.95 a month and have to stick with them for 2 years, if not you will be charged $200 for cancellation even though you are not satisfy with their service). Anyway, the maint package included a free plumbing inspection so i went ahead and scheduled it. The tech came for plumbling was even worst!!! I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN MY HOUSE PRIOR TO HIS ARRIVAL. However, after the inspection, he quoted me for a $2500 invoice to fix the problems ( my house is new and Iknow FOR SURE those are not problems which could cost $2500 plus I just installed the water softener for about 6 months, so its branch new pretty much). After the inspection, I did not agree on the invoice so i said i would pass on it. And the same day!!! After he left, my water tasted very salty!!! I knew he must did something to the water softener so I called and spoke to the manager. He told me that was conscidence?!! But it was working good before he came?!? Alright, fine, one thing might be a coincedence, next thing, the same day, when i took shower, there was no hot water!!! ( and since i bought this house, I NEVER EVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE,but yet out of sudden, right after his "inspection"?!). So everything started falling after his visit?! Trying to call the manager but no where can be reached!!! This is not okay to do business with no ethic like this!! Very disappointed and now I would not feel comfortable ever for them to come to my house anymore ( who knows what else they gonna break to try to get client's money). And of course, when i tried to cancel the "annual maint package", they wanted to charge for $200 cancellation!And plus now i have to spend money to fix all the problems that they left behind?!! So BEWARE EVERYONE, BEFORE YOU CALL THIS COMPANY!!! Updated on 7/19- Even with all the incidents happened, I would say that this company is at least pretty good at responding to customer. The manager contacted me and offered to come to the house and take a look at the problems. However, I denied the offer since I have already called another company to take care of it after all that happened (sorry, I was not feeling comfortable at the time for them to come after all the hassles). In addition, he also waived the $200 cancellation charge after the discussion. Thanks for at least taking care of this!!

Aron Plazola came to our home the next day and repaired our leak and installed a couple new toilets that we wanted to replace as they were aging. I recommend this company as they are professional, punctual and have helped us maintain our home. Aron was efficient, tidy and courteous. —*Previous reviews Robert Maderick showed up early and within hours of our system not working. He diagnosed the issue with our unit and even fixed wiring for us that could have been dangerous since they were done incorrectly by the previous owners repairs. He got our air unit blowing out cold air in no time and was very informative and walked me through each thing he was doing and why. Highly recommend this company and specifically Robert. He’s a true, honest professional. Update: I had a couple necessary plumbing needs that required attention and I remembered the great experience before so I came back to BEST. Michael Burr helped us with our needs and talked to us about their maintenance membership so we joined. At our scheduled plumbing maintenance appointment Michael noticed our 10 year old water heater was in need of replacement. We agreed and Brendon Moy ended up installing a new water heater the next day. Brendon was thorough and professional. He kept the home clean by putting down plastic over our carpeting where he was working and all the way down the stairs (yes, our WH is upstairs, something the previous owners wanted when the house was built). Great work by Brendon! When it rains it pours of course. We heard a loud clanking from one of our A/C units. Dan was quick to respond and he told us what was going on with the system. We decided our 13 year old unit was in need of replacement too. The next morning we had a new unit meticulously installed once again by the expert installer Brendon Moy with the help of his coworker Clayton who also helped us program our thermostat. Their day was long and I have a better appreciation for the work HVAC technicians do. Our quote was flat and fair, they don’t upsell and no hidden charges. This company and all their technicians are quick to respond, honest, personable and professional. We are first time homeowners and didn’t know what to expect but they helped us along the way. What can I say, they are the BEST in Air Conditioning and Plumbing Repair!
