Fantastic service. Larry was efficient, professional and courteous. He and his associate worked incredibly hard in the hot and humid conditions to remove, clean and secure our new A/C. They even went above and beyond to rearrange our surrounding bricks. Larry had to drill a hole for a wire and made it as unobtrusive as possible and cleaned up any mess he made. He explained clearly how to work the new system. He and his associate are great representatives for your company.

Johnathon was very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to diagnose our problem and make the repair immediately. His service was excellent. However, the dispatch did not send him with our correct air filter for the service and quoted me another trip charge to special order and install a new filter $628. While I was pleased with the repair I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me with the filter replacement. This is disappointing since Ambient Edge was the company that put in our new system 8 years ago and they have been trusted with all our maintenance since. I am obviously replacing my own filter.

Once they New there was a miscommunication with the new 24hr answering service, it was fixed and a technician was sent out on a Sunday morning and fixed our unit quickly!! Disappointed there were issues with my new ac/heat unit in less than a week of installation. The technitions that performed the initial installation failed to install the cover plate over the wires. The technitions were professional, courteous, and prompt. Jonathan was prompt in answering my service call. And resolved the issue. But I feel there should not have been a problem with a brand new unit.

They did a great job removing an old Evaporative Cooler from the roof top and fulfilling the request to install a new one with placement on the ground. Very excited to have access to the unit without having to climb on the roof top anymore. Definitely would recommend their services.

It was after hours and because we subscribe to their program we were able to get immediate attention and regular rates charged. Our air conditioner stopped working around 6 p.m. the Friday before July 4. Of course. Rather than wait until Tuesday (who knows what time), we paid the $180 fee for overtime. Brandon Hernandez arrived promptly at 11 p.m., as he promised, and was professional and polite. The work was completed in a short time, and we cooled off quickly. Ambient Edge installed our air conditioning and heating system in 2018. The efficient service was the same then.

On Monday, August 1, our conditioner started blowing hot air. On Tuesday, August 2, Brian from Ambient informed us that we needed to replace our condenser, which was still under warranty. Also, on Monday, Mr. Sheridan began his second session of chemotherapy. Additionally, we wore a chemo pump for 48 hours after the infusion on Monday. After speaking with Kyle Evans of Ambient on Tuesday afternoon, we chose to purchase a brand new heat pump instead of just replacing the condenser. Mr. Evans was concerned about the heat in our home and personally purchased a portable air conditioner for our temporary use. However, after Mr. Evans left our home, we discovered the portable air conditioner was not operating correctly, so our home continued to heat up. On Wednesday morning, when Mr. Sheridan was to have his chemo pump removed, he was nonresponsive, and consequently I called 911 and he was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted. On the advice of the paramedics, me and our fur baby went to stay with friends. In the meantime, Ambient informed me the new unit would be installed at 9 am on Thursday, August 4. Thursday morning came with thunder storms, lightening, and pouring rain. In anticipation of installation being cancelled, I returned home, only to find the Ambient Edge installers, John and Dustin, pulling in behind me I asked if they were going to cancel and they said no. The crane operator was also contacted and informed installation would continue. Despite the nasty weather, the new unit was installed and up and running by 1 pm Thursday afternoon. Bella and I returned home, but Mr. Sheridan remained in the hospital due to heat exhaustion, and dehydration, combined with the chemo. He was discharged on Saturday, August 6, and returned home to a comfortable house. I realize this is a long dissertation, but I just can't say enough good things about Ambient. They are responsive, professional, and most of all, caring of their customers. I will continue to use them for all air conditioning and heating requirements and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Ambient Edge.

Steven performed a yearly maintenence/inspection of my AC/heating system. He told me everything I didn't want to hear, but I knew he was being honest about the twenty year old system. He did a through inspection and confirmed just about everything there was that was going bad or was on its last breath. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need which other inspectors have done. He gave me options, but honestly said this is a bandage fix which might get another year of use if I was lucky and recommended against the repairs stating the money would be better spent on a newer system. Thanks Steven for being honest. Something we don't see much of these days.

395.00 to install a thermostat. I don't think so. I had them service my a/c they said everything was great. Then it stopped blowing cold air. They came back no charge and it starts blowing cold air again. They said it was the thermostat and it will be 395 to install it. I had already brought a new one and was going to install it myself. It takes 10 min to connect the wires. Takeaway a persons ac for a day and they think I will pay anything. NOT

Thank you for your free estimate on replacing my existing mobile home's water heater. Phillip, your estimator, was prompt, professional, thorough and gave me a great overview of the replacement process, current code requirements and all of the pluses with going with Ambient Edge/Plumbing by Jake. As I explained to the original scheduler, my water heater is currently working properly, but it's getting old and will need to be replaced within the next few months. While I liked everything Phillip said, the replacement cost far exceeded all others. In some cases the overall cost was almost double what other certified plumbers in the area quoted. I've only invited estimates from local plumbing business with excellent rating and customer service. I haven't made a final decision yet but am finding it difficult to justify such a huge discrepancy between your business and all of the others I've talked to.

Plumbing By Jake. 4/7/2022. Came and checked out plumbing. Under sink in bathroom, shutoffs were corroded, but were not leaking and service man turned them and said they should be replaced, but that must have started them to leak. After Service men left, we left for the store and came back and everything under sink was wet from leaking shutoff. We can't afford to replace them right now. We'll just use a lot of paper towels. No problem with other services preformed.

My AC stopped working at some point while I was out of town. I came home at 9:30 pm to a 74° ac temp, but an actual indoor temp of 87°. Ugh. I called multiple “24 hour service” places to be told their first available was tomorrow. Not helpful. I got a call back from Joel at Ambient Edge. He asked for all my info, said he’d call in a work order and update me. He text me and said he’d be here in an hour. He showed up right on time at 11:20 pm on a Saturday. So, so thankful! Took a little over an hour + he had it figured out + fixed. I have AC again!! Joel was great + so thankful he called me back. Now I can sleep comfortably!

Ambient tends to be slightly pricier for their service, but you get what you pay for. Their service is top notch with the technician making a detailed inspection and taking the time afterward to describe everything he found (or didn't) and discuss what issues may be coming up in the future based on what he observed. It was no pressure from the beginning, Jesse the sales consultant who came out to do the quote for me did a thorough inspection of my old units and then took measurements of the whole house (BTW.. The other AC/heating businesses didn't do that). He gave Me several options and explained the differences for me to understand each one. I went with a full replacement. The guys on the install team were awesome, polite kind respectful crew. They went right to work answered any questions i had, you can tell these guys knew their stuff! Ambient Edge is the only company that I call when it comes to servicing my heating system and AC unit. Every time I call and speak to a customer service rep to make a non emergency appointment very often she can schedule a technician the same day. All technicians call before they arrive at my house. The technician always show up on time and greets me with a smile. He then proceeds to ask me about the symptoms and gets to work to resolve the issue. Today Brian Asbjorn took the time to thoroughly check out my furnace. He answered any and all questions I presented to him. Brian has many years of experience and does an excellent job. Just had a conversation with Jesse on getting information and an estimate for replacing our two very outdated systems (one 3T and one 3.5T). He was very knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing our needs and explaining the various options. Ultimately we decided to get the recommended units ordered and scheduled for install during the following week! I will update my review when we are officially customers, but if the rest of the company is in the same league as Jesse, I'm sure we'll have a GREAT experience! Just had my new HVAC systems installed and everything went very well! Jeremy and Dustin spent two solid days working tirelessly in extreme heat to get both systems in (AFTER tearing out the old ones). Amazed at how much had to come out and how much more compact the new systems were - a lot more space in the attic now! We replaced very old "builder's grade" equipment with beautiful new Lennox units and the difference is very noticeable! My experience with AE has been great from start to finish. Everything has been well coordinated and I've been kept informed every step of the way. Thanks to all of you all AE (Jesse, Arlene, Jeremy and Dustin) for a GREAT JOB done by all of you!

I've used Ambient Edge for a couple of years on a AC system that was getting up there in age. Last month when they were doing maintenance on it, it was brought up that with the amount of repairs I would need to keep making to it that it would be beneficial to replace it. At that time I made a appointment and Aaron came out and we went over my needs and comfort and he gave me a couple choices of packaged units that would fit my budget. I ended up going with the best I could get. The next week the installers came out and did a fantastic job of getting the work done and they were professional at their job.

A subsidiary, Plumbing by Jake, repaired a blockage in the line to the septic tank, which was preventing me from using my kitchen sink and dish washer. They came at the time promised and replaced the line and moved the clean-out pipe out from under the porch. They fit me in at the end of the day but made it possible for me to use my sink until they could come back. Today, I noticed a leak under my sink - water was bubbling slowly out of the trap. Someone was here in less than 2 hours and replaced old worn parts at no charge. I like the way this business cares for its customers: they send info with a picture telling you about the technician assigned to your work. The worker calls when 15 minutes away to let you know he's on his way. They take pictures of the work that was done. Everything is checked and double-checked to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Plumbing by Jake!

I am a guy who likes to fix things myself and when my fan went out on my AC unit outside I attempted the repair myself. I thought I had it all right but the new part died pretty quickly. Got a replacement and then that one died as well. So I figured I must be doing wrong so threw in the towel and called these guys based on the google reviews. Josh was on time called ahead to let me know He was on his way and was at the door when he said he would be. Jarred and another tech (an apprentice I believe) who's name eludes me were the latest techs to come to the house and service the Air Conditioning. Jarred and his associate took the time to inspect and maintain every aspect of the system, inside and outside of the home. As I've stated before, no need to ever call any other vendor to service our HVAC. Ambient Edge is it. UPDATE: We continue to use Ambient Edge and they continue to exceed expectation and service. Brandon was the latest tech to come to the house and service the heater and did an amazing job. His attention to detail and deliberate process allowed to him to locate some issues that if left unresolved could have caused major problems in the future. Brandon returned with the required replacement parts in a timely fashion that fit our schedule and parts were affordable and warrantied. No need to ever call any other vendor to service our HVAC. Ambient Edge is it. FIRST REVIEW: AC went out on a Saturday morning & the outside temperature was already 104. Called several other AC contractors & no one else answered. Not only did Ambient Edge answer, they had Chris J. on site in less than 3 hours & within an hour of arriving Chris had pinpointed & resolved the issue. Chris was professional, courteous, & explained everything. The cost was more than reasonable for an emergency service call & repair. I will definitely use Ambient Edge for any future AC/Heating issues.

Shawn was great. Knowledgeable and found issue quickly. I do not like a 4 hour appointment window. That to me shows a lack of concern for customers. I have never had an issue with the technicians. Management needs to realize that it is not customer service to keep the customer waiting for a four hour window appointment. This is especially true if the technician is unable to make it until the fourth hour, then takes hours to complete service. Once again Technicians are great service managment very poor.

They answered the phone right away and promised a tech out for a reasonable $79 diagnosis by 5pm. Ryan called and texted by 3:30 that he was on his way. Now we have lived in the house for 11 years and have never done any maintenance on the unit. Ryan spent 6 hours diagnosing and fixing everything. He showed us every part that he replaced, quoted us every time it was going to add to the total, signed us up for an EPA program that includes 2 maintenance visits that saved us over $200 on the service now. He even called in another tech to check his electrical work such a thoughtful and professional thing to do. After 6 and 1/2 hours he also refused a tip and stated his reward was knowing we would be sleeping in our cool house tonight. Great company and Ryan is top notch! Total services were $2000.
