TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST!!! I had fully convinced myself that I needed to replace both my AC and heater. But after an estimate was informed I needed a new AC but only a new part on my furnace. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be using this company for all my future needs.

AirZone is reliable, upfront, and has great customer service. Our AC stopped working one summer and a friend recommended AirZone to us. We had a big nation-wide company and AirZone both come quote us. AirZone was literally less than half the price of the lowest option from the other place and they got our new AC put in that same day. Since then we've done their summer and winter maintenance package. Never feel like they're trying to sell us extra or find things wrong. Always super friendly and accommodating for our schedules. We are selling a property and had our summer maintenance coming up. Some inspectors said the temperature was off between the upper and lower floors. We didn't know what that meant but AirZone included a recharge free of cost with our summer maintenance. Later we found an issue with one of the drainage pipes and they came out within a week to fix it too. Really a great company and great people. Thanks!

Michael came out in late March 2019 to conduct maintenance on my A/C unit. It was apparent that I had a major issue w/ the A/C - Furnace combo. He contacted Jacob immediately for an assessment. Bottom line the entire unit needed to be replaced. Jacob provided a cost estimate, ordered the unit, picked up the unit, while Michael started removing the old unit. Both Michael & Jacob returned a couple days later to install the new unit. They worked well together & very efficient. The new unit is designed much better than the old one & will prevent any items, other than air, from being pulled into the unit. The unit was installed, tested, & all seams sealed. In the picture you can see how they eliminated any excess materials that made for a clean professional look. Jacob also took extra time to adjust vents in several rooms to increase better output & explained how to increase better airflow w/in the house. The extra tips will help the unit to work more efficiently. This company has always provided excellent service. Shortly after installing the unit I asked them to double check the A/C unit for any damage that I may have caused. Michael came out w/in a couple days, tested the unit, & no charge. Bridgette takes all the calls & is very knowledgeable too. She is very pleasant to work w/ & does her best to get Michael &/or Jacob on site as soon as possible. Super good company & I highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

After a quick search of HVAC service companies, I found Air Zone to be very responsive. The service call was scheduled for the same day, although my rooftop unit was beyond repair. They offered a very competitive replacement unit, and the unit got delivered and installed in a matter of days. Their pricing was reasonable, their office answered all the questions we had, and their installation team was honest, reliable and communicated with us every step of the way. My husband and I have been using Air Zone Cooling & Heating after we purchased our first home, 2012. They were the only company I found that had so many positive reviews. I also liked that it was a family owned and ran company. Anytime I call the main number and I leave a message I want to say Bridget is her name, I am horrible with names. She is always happy to talk to us and gets us scheduled. The technicians that come to our home are trust worthy and always nice. Michael and Jacob are hilarious. I can't remember what parts are called and when we got a part replaced, they would tell me ways to remember what they are called. Like the capacitor, Back to the Future. The flux capacitor. Hahahahaha! This company is Awesome! They explain everything to me to help me understand and always put me at ease knowing my HVAC system is in great hands. During the winter we have another gentleman come to take care of our heating system and he always makes sure it's clean and taken care of. I wish I could remember his name, I am so bad with names. Every year we try and get their special, I can't remember the costs, but we like to get the 3 pt inspection package for our AC and Heater systems every year. It's cheaper to pay for it in advance and their office calls you when it's time to schedule for it. I want to send a HUGE Thank you to Bridget and Jacob for your services today. It is a huge relief knowing that our AC units are in good working order. And thanks again for the laughs, I love how you still remember us. I will continue to use your company as long as we have a home that needs HVAC system maintenance.

I've used Air Zone for all of my Air Conditioning needs for the past 6 years. I first called them out because I had a leak in my AC system that caused it to blow hot air. Jacob came out and diagnosed the problem. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire system, but Jacob actually fixed the weld on the spot and I was good to go. Since then, they have performed maintenance on my system and also installed Nest thermostats (I didn't have the common wire connected, so they took care of that, too). Always professional work - never an issue getting them out here. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I discovered this business about four years ago, after having lived in Las Vegas for 40+ years, and having been taken advantage of by more than one A/C company, sadly. This family-owned business is by far the most honest, professional and friendly business I have run across in a very long time. They don't try to sell you things that are not necessary and, in fact, will try to save you money when it is possible! We just this week had them replace our 16-yr old A/C and it was a smooth transaction. The price was fair, the product was a quality brand and they were in/out in about 2 hours. For me, the fact that they are very pet friendly is a plus--our dogs love them; that tells me a great deal! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is tired of being ripped off by unscrupulous A/C companies.

Air conditioner went out on a holiday weekend. Regardless, a technician arrived on Saturday to get us going again. Then on the next work day as promised they were replacing our 22 year old unit with a new air conditioner. Just amazing how quickly they got it installed. The AC unit has had some problems over the years (16 years old) and I've just been putting band-aid after band-aid on it when it finally blew. I recently needed repairs on my A/C unit and called an unnamed company to come out. The Tech. Said I needed a new unit and it would be 6 thousand dollars. I was shocked and decided to call for a second opinion. I heard about Air Zone through a friend. When Jake came out to diagnose the unit he stated it would be a couple hundred dollars as the motor was bad. I was shocked And extremely upset about previous tech. I reported them to the BBB and warned all my friends about the scam company. I always use Licened Contractors and Air Zone saved the day. Thank god for HONEST HARDWORKING PEOPLE! Best HVAC company in Las Vegas! We have lived in Vegas since 1982, have had two previous companies handling our heating & A/C needs over the years, with limited satisfaction. A friend referred us to Air Zone in 2009, and we have been completely satisfied ever since. Recently Jacob & Mike installed a new unit (1 of 2) at our home, replacing a 37 year old energy hog. Had I headed Jacobs advise to consider replace it two years ago, the savings would have been approx. $1500.00 in energy & repairs. Within 2 hours after the install, Bridget had registered the warranty with the manufacture & e-mailed me a copy. Jacob came out to fix our air conditioner the day after our home warranty company placed the order. The time slot we were given was 12 to 4. Jacob came at 12. He knew exactly why the air conditioner wasn't working, fixed it and then came into the house, checked all our vents which were not as open as they should have been and opened them. We ate very impressed with Jacob and this company.

So here's my Air Zone story. My mother (78 years old) calls me on Friday and says her house is blowing warm air, so she calls her "Home Warranty" company. They say they can come out Sunday to take a look. Of course it's 110 all weekend. They say that even with her "Home Warranty" she owes them $1,200 to repair the compressor and it may be 5 days later to fix. I advised her no way that would work and that they are ripping you off. So I have her stay at my house and call AirZone on Sunday afternoon and speak with Jacob. He says that once the compressor is gone (basically the engine of the AC unit) you might as well replace it. He said he would come out first thing Monday morning and that he had a spare condensing unit that would fit perfectly. He showed up first thing in the morning and the unit was running within an hour. Ice cold. It sure is nice knowing that an AC business cares about people first than making a fast buck on a stressful situation. Relationships are very important to me and I will be a lifelong customer. LESSON LEARNED: Avoid expensive Home Warranties and just find a honest Heating and AC company like AirZone.

The service technician arrived within the promised time window. He arrived in a good quality company truck and clean uniform shirt. He informed us exactly what he was going to do, then he went immediately to work. He conducted comprehensive diagnostics on each of our three A/C units. He also cleaned up wiring that was showing corrosion. Once the units had been serviced he vigorously cleaned the coils with a high pressure water purge. He apprised us of the specific results of the diagnostics (they are all working fine, but due to their age [15 years old] and harsh summer weather here there is an increasing risk of catastrophic failure) and documented his findings in writing. He was very thorough, and pleasant to be around. We have renewed our contract for semi-annual preventive maintenance.
