Ben and his team are first class. I work in the maintenance industry and running into such professionals is not as common as it should be. These guys are extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and will never rip you off. In an economy that we have today, he understands the struggles of customers and will work with you to ensure you get the best deal he can. He has replaced both of our units, and has done so so quickly so we were not without AC in the middle of summer. Cannot recommend these guys more. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Do not hesitate to call them, they will not disappoint!

Wonderful experience working with Airtech! Ben showed up immediately figured out the issue, and came back the next day to fix the A/C. Ben and his worker were extremely friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and even when the job proved to be more difficult than it originally seemed, Ben stayed true to his original quote. I highly recommend calling Airtech if you have issues with your A/C!!

Honestly don’t waste your time with anyone else. Ben was professional, responsive and down to earth. My air unit went out in the middle of summer heat. I called four different companies including Air-tech to give me a bid on the replacement cost of a new 5 ton unit. Air-tech ‘s pricing was fair and thousands less than three of the major AC companies in the Las Vegas area. Again, call no one else, but Air-tech.

Incredible install! we got several quotes for goodman and decided to go with a Trane. Excellent customer service and from start to finish was only about 5 hours complete! Ben is very courteous and has an outstanding crew. This was truly a professional install and the job was done right the first time and he does not leave until it is complete down to picking up afterwards. They are highly recommended! The owner of Air Tech Ben came by this last summer to repair my upstairs AC unit and he was a pleasure to talk to as he was very knowledgeable and his repair was fast and a great price. I had been using another company for years but they were unable to come out for 2 days. Ben was at my house in about an hour..!! Ben is my new go-to HVAC company.!! A few days ago now, my downstairs furnace stopped working and Ben showed up first thing in the morning and had it working in no time for an incredible price..!!! We have used Ben twice for escrow verification on inspection recports. One for an AC thermostat check and recently for fireplace pilot. Both took only a few minutes to check and verify they both worked. Ben and his team are friendly, honest and priced fairly. We recommend using Air Tech.

On the hottest day in 80 years, my thermostat decided to power off, killing my AC. I found Air Tech with a quick google search and saw nothing but awesome reviews. I called around 3pm and Ben answered right away. I explained the issue and he tried to help me over the phone first. In all my years, I've never had anybody try to help me over the phone first for free. When nothing worked, he said he'll try to send one of his guys since he's not available. About 10 minutes later, he called back to say that since all of his guys are not able to make it to my location, he'll come himself. Come to find out, he was preparing to take his family out to dinner for his 10 year anniversary when I called. He literally dropped what he was doing, left his family to wait, just to come and help me. He rushed over and got to my house in 30 minutes. He found that I had no power running to my AC. He went back and forth to my breaker box and attic, checked with his meter to determine that I had power coming out of my breaker, but no power from the wires at the AC. Very weird. At this point, I think a lot of technicians would've stopped and said to call an Electrician. But it was already 5pm and knowing there will be no electricians that'll come out, he decided to bypass the bad wire and got my AC running again for temporary. He then recommended an Electrician that he trusts. The electrician did come out the next day and determined I had a bad light switch that the AC power connected to. Here's the next best thing. Since the electrician personally knew Ben, he called Ben when he was getting an AC error code and sure enough, Ben walked him through it. If it was a typical electrician, he would've left and said I needed an AC guy to fix the error code. Ben helped the Electrician determine it was a bad 24V fuse. If it wasn't for Ben and his Electrician recommendation, I would've probably ended up spending at least 2 days at a hotel and way more money out of pocket. Ben is like that uncle or best friend that'll go out of their way to help you. Thank you Ben for saving the day!

I contacted Ben over Yelp as I was in need of an inspection on my furnace and AC unit. Ben was very prompt to respond. He was also very communicative. The day of the appointment Ben called to tell me he was on his way. When Ben showed up for the appointment he explained to me what he was going to do. He asked me if I wanted to follow him around as he did the inspection. I did and before he performed a test he told me what the results should be. This way I would know he wasn't trying to pull one over on me. Ben was very personable, professional, and a great repair man. I would highly recommend Air Tech. They go above and beyond the norm.

A friend of ours recommended this place because our AC stop working, with this heat you'll want your AC fix right away. Ben came and we are super satisfied because we were thinking we need a new AC unit and that will cost a lot, so we are kinda worried but you have no choice but to get a new one. Ben honesty told us that we don't need a new and can still be fix, his honesty saved us $$$$$ and a super nice guy aswell, he's the kinda of guy you want something fix and he will fix it right and will tell you if you need a new one or just need need a few fix fixing. Highly recommended!

Called Airtech on Thanksgiving day my Heating didn’t work and I have a newborn. Ben came 15 min before our appointment time. He found and fixed an electrical issue in less then 1 hour. His charge was so reasonable that I would gladly pay double. Will have him fix my AC in the summer.

I have a home that uses two hvac units that failed while out of town during the summer. I came home to find my fish tank temperature at close to 100° and most of the fish were dead. I called air tech and Ben came out right away. He had both units pulled out and the new ones in the same day! Mind you this was in the middle of the summer. They worked their butts off in temperatures so hot I would not even do the work if you paid me. The professionalism, customer service, and pricing is unbeatable! After five months with the new units I feel comfortable saying air tech is the best!

Don’t bother calling any other company!! They’re all terrible. Look no further. Call AirTech and rest assured you’re in good hands. I recently moved to Vegas from NY and I wanted to add a ductless mini split in my garage. I called 9 different companies to get quotes and evaluate levels of professionalism. I got a crazy wide range of quotes from the lowest and highest being literally 5 times the price. I finally got referred to AirTech by a friend of mine who used them in the past and recommended them. Their quote was towards the lower end of the spectrum, and actually the lowest of any licensed certified company. Not only that, but I would have been happy paying a few dollars more knowing what great service I was getting. Ben came down for a quote and reviewed ALL of my options with me, discussed where to route the lines, best placement for exterior and interior units, got into so much more stuff than ANY of the clowns that came before him. I could tell right away that this was the company I needed to use based on his professionalism and knowledge, coupled with the referral from my friend. We agreed on a price that day, and he and his team came the next day and began to work. The job turned out to be way more tedious than anticipated, and they had to work around sheetrock, drill through studs, and more. They didn’t ever try to bang me up for more money and consulted with me every step of the way. The units are working amazingly and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
