Air One was dispatched from my home warranty. These gentlemen, came to my home, and made a repair and told me to watch the unit, and call if I had any problems. The unit held for about 6 hours. I called as soon as I got off work at about 4:45 pm, they close for the day at 5. The office staff was wonderful, and said she would be sending someone back out. She said they want the customers to be happy. The technician was at my home within 15 minutes, and diagnosed the problem. He made a temporary fix to hold me for a day or two, and told me if they had the part, at the shop he would have them rush the repair. I was called the next morning, and was told they had to wait on approval from my warranty company. I called the warranty company myself. They were also wonderful, approved the repair, and I agreed to pay my extra part. I hung up with them, and was called back by Air One immediately to schedule for them to make the repair, the following morning . I was scheduled from 7-10am. They technicians were at my home by 6:50am, made the repair, and I didn't have to miss work. They were polite, professional, and I am beyond grateful! Thank you Marciano, Alberto, and the other tech that helped me so much! That is how you run a Company, and people will definitely return as customers!

We had an issue with our downstairs HVAC unit so I put a ticket in with my home warranty and requested Air One Heating & Air Conditioning to come out since they had worked a prior issue for me. What I liked the best is they have most parts on their truck to fix most items. For my HVAC repair they didn't have the part however within a couple days they were able to get the part and repair my A/C. I highly recommend if you have a Home Warranty that you request Air One Heating and Air Conditioning to come to your house. They are very professional and on-time. Thank you Air One.

The service this company provided me was great. From the initial call the office Manager, Uni, was fantastic. She explained everything perfectly. Plus, she got the service professionals over to my house in a matter of hours. And the techs corrected several issues in less than an hour. Very happy. I highly recommend them.

I was on the phone with AHS warranty to schedule service. While speaking to them about another service, Air One called immediately to make an appointment to fix our air conditioning unit! We had an excellent experience with Air One Heating and Air Conditioning. Our AC went out and our Home Warranty Company sent Air One. They arrived as scheduled. They repaired the unit and we were back up and running quickly. I highly recommend Air One. Machado and Marciano were very professional and knowledgeable.

The best service I've ever had! Our A/C started making a really bad noise about Midnight, so I called them this morning about 10:30. The gave me an appointment for today from 11am to 2pm. Marciano showed up around noon and even had the new Fan Motor that we needed on his truck, so our A/C was back up and running before 1pm. He even tested the freon level and installed a new capacitor. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and didn't even mind answering my questions! I highly recommend this company, and especially Marciano.

Their phone support is always on top of things. They called me right back and set up a service call for the next day (wow! other companies are usually a few days out). When Air One came out to service our A/C unit, and I was pretty nervous because the weather is just starting to get really hot. The fan wouldn't kick on and our unit is pretty old. I was worried that the bill would be huge and I'd be taken advantage of but not so! The technician arrived on time 10:00 to be exact, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He installed a new fan motor and had the unit back working again real quick. I was very impressed. He was also very courteous. I'd highly recommend Air One and I'll definitely have them come back in the future to service my A/C.

I was very weary of this company after looking at Google reviews. However, this is who American Home Shield contracted for our furnace. After having a HORRIBLE experience with a diff company over the summer, I was anticipating the worst. Boy was I wrong! They called me 20 minutes after I submitted my service request and got me in first thing this morning (thankfully, cause it's cold!). They gave me a window from 7 am until 10 am for their arrival. Hector arrived at 7:45 am and got right to work. He figured out the problem (2 broken parts) and had them in his truck. He installed the new parts and we finally have heat again. I love that he came with a stocked truck and didn't have to leave etc. He was personable and prompt. The last company left us without A/C for 10 days in July (110+ weather) and I am so thankful that we didn't have to go that long without heat right now. Thank you Hector and thank you Air One!

I had issues with my ac and my warranty svc recommended Air One to service my issue. Tech recommended the compressor had to be replaced. The staff at Air One who i had called several times was very friendly, especially Mayra. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Air One for any ac services!!

Last week I discovered that my air conditioner was not cooling and since we live in the furnace referred to as Las Vegas I contacted my home warranty company immediately. Air One contacted me soon after and scheduled an appointment. I must admit I was concerned after reading the reviews; however, Air One was nothing but helpful and attentive from the start of the job to the finish. I can attest to the fact that Air One's online reputation is not a just representation of this company or its employees.

Air One is our only choice. We have been customers for several years and have never been unhappy with their workmanship. The workmen are always very polite and considerate when entering my home. Oscar and Maynard did an excellent job of preparing our air conditioner for the summer season. Oscar has been to our house many times before and always does his very best to please.. Maynard was also very diligent in his job. A pleasure to call the office and deal with accommodating and cheerful clerks.

Receptionist was very rude, company never followed up, had to call for information, and was talked rudely again. Took them 9 days to decide they didn't want to work with us. And we had to call to find that out. Let me explain, they left a war veteran, with multiple health issues without air conditioning during the hottest week of the year so far. Is this a company that you want to trust. I wish them well. And good luck...

New in town and I have found my A/C company ! I've had a total of THREE other companies come to my home and they had all failed to fix my unit.Finally Air One sent a tech to me , he checked my unit ,made a call and returned the next day leaving my unit working! I could not be happier with this company.They now handle any problems i may have plus maintenance on my unit..they're amazing!
