Air Done Right was referred by my next door neighbor. She was very pleased with their work and customer service. Our a/c broke down during the red alert high temp. Our home warranty tech couldn't come out until the eigth day even though we had an emergency situation. After 2 days without air we called Air Done Right on Saturday. Eric came by on Sunday. The broken condenser could not be replaced because parts were no longer made. So we had the HVAC unit replaced. Eric said the new unit will be replaced the next day due to the emergency. Techs were great very professional, experienced and friendly. They came at 3 pm and finished at 9pm. They did a great job at clean up. We and our doggies were so happy to have air after 3 hot days. Customer service at the office was helpful, prompt and efficient. They responded to all questions and requests with no hesitation.

Nick and his partner were very nice. My heating system was in need of repair and then found out was better cost wise to replace and put in a new heating system. Nick explained everything, what my options were and cost. Installers came out within 2 hours and put in a new heating system. Once again, very nice Guys. When they left everything was cleaned up. I really like this Company, very reliable. We are very Happy and also nice and warm durning this cold weather. Thanks again Mark to you and your workers.

1st off this house is 40 miles outside of town!!! Naturally there’s no good time to looses ac- in fact August is probably the worst time to looses it! Understand that for them to be willing to go there and go same day is just Amazing!!! Second the technician Mark was awesome communicative and thorough- got the system up and running and made my day!! I would use them again and again!!! I highly recommend!!! They followed up next day even—- hands down great customer care- I’d give 100 stars if I could!!

Eric J inspected our aging heating system and discovered a major problem. We decided to replace both HVAC systems and the Air Done Right install crew led by Gabriel did a fantastic job of removing the the old systems and installing the new systems. This crew worked together in perfect harmony in a quite and efficient manner and completed the job in about 8 hours.....I highly recommend this company.....

When our first call to another company (in 110 weather) wasn't returned, we called Air Done Right. We called at 9pm, Eric was here at 8am on a Sunday and fixed both systems. We were very pleased, especially as he did his best to save us money!

Eric arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He did wear a mask and shoe covers in my house, which was great. I needed to call Air Done to figure out why my AC is not shutting off. I have American Home Shield but there contractor was booked and unavailable for immediate response. So my friend recommended Air done. Erick gave me options and was able to turn off the constantly running unit. I will see about my home warranty contractor and go from there. But definitely if the problem isn't resolved or covered by warranty, I will call Erick back to fix it. Air Done is reasonably priced and works immediately for a response to your problematic unit. Thanks for honesty and professional work.

Look no further than Air Done Right.My a/c quite at 5:30pm and I called to see when they could come out. Fortunately they had the first opening 8:00-10:00 and I got texted they were on their way at 8:45am. Explained what had happened and their service representative check out our system. He delivered the bad news that we need to replace our system and showed us pictures and explained it very clearly to us. He then called their office and got us set up for 12:00-2:00pm the same day to replace the unit. They arrived about 15 minutes early and got started and did exceptionally great work in our over 100 degree heat. The pride they took in their work was excellent and I highly recommend you look no further and call them should you need your a/c repaired. We could not be happier with the outcome.

I called in and the young lady on the phone by the name of GINA was very very helpful with all the questions i had and very knowledgeable. GINA then set up an appointment for our business to get seen right away. The technician ANTONIO who was on time and very professional was amazing! Well we had one of our AC units go out, the upstairs on a Friday evening. We contacted our AHS and a tech was sent the following Monday. He informed us that it just needed refrigerant which he added then left. That didn't work, the night was unbearable to sleep upstairs. Contacted then back, same tech came out the following day he took a look again..he now said the compressor was dead. I was upset... like how did you not notice this the day before. Then he proceeded to informe us that it would take about 3 weeks for the part because they're on back order. So we contacted Air Done Right for a 2nd opinion that evening. The tech Eric J. (Senior Tech) as it stated on his uniform came the next morning. We explained what transpired and he went to look at the unit. I followed and he proceeded to show me what was previously done. Explained that it is indeed shot/dead.. Eric also explained that the part that we would be waiting on would be a used part because our model is not made anymore. Eric presented us with options...yes it's a big expense to decide on especially during the summer months. But we bit the bullet and decided to go with a whole new system and replaced both AC units. AND the units were installed that same day! Its been 2 days and we are happy thus far.

Quick service, we were just getting our systems inspected , they did some work they said was needed. We have no way of actually knowing if the work was needed. The systems were working fine, we had the work done anyway. Would use them again.

Don't write a lot of reviews. Typically only if service is really bad, or if some one goes above and beyond. Otherwise I think it should be just people doing their job. Well I am happy to say that this is a review about an individual and a company going WAY above and beyond. Had a big issue at my restaurant. Thought AC was out, but it was completely a related issue that I already had another tech out for. The other tech walked off & Rick went way above and beyond to fix my problem. I had only used Air Done Right as my backup HVAC company- but Rick has changed all that. They have earned ALL of my business. Not only did he go above and beyond, but he was extremely fair on price as well! Thank you so much for your help! You were an absolute rockstar!

First of all shout out to the lady that took my call(sorry I forgot your name). Her excellent customer service set the whole tone for this service. Mark from Air Done Right was AWESOME!! He arrived within the 2 hour window that was given for appointment. He went into my attic to take a look at my disconnected air duct so that he could give me an estimate. The estimate was fair. What I appreciate the most is that he gave me a quote for the work needed to be done and not try to con me into something way more expensive. He fixed my duct and I even had him do a maintenance on my heater and now I'm set for winter. This company actually lived up to the 5 star reviews and their name. I will definitely be calling them again to get ready for summer.

This company has earned our business for life. Rarely do we find a business that values their customers like these guys do. Its nice to feel appreciated and valued and deal with a company that has the experience and knowledge how to repair your unit. The owner of the company personally called us to discuss our AC cooling issues and he himself came to take care of our AC unit. We have a condo that has 2 indoor AC units which are not the easiest to work on or find a company who has the experience or knowledge. We have used different companies in the past and have never been satisfied with the service or quality of work. Our AC units work great now. Mark did a complete inspection to make sure everything was working as it should and fixed the problem. You can tell when someone knows what they are doing and tell when someone is lost and can't figure out the problem and tell you it could be 3 or 4 things. Mark found the problem and had it fixed and working in no time. I recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a good honest, knowledgeable, quality company who values their customers. They've earned our business for life.

What outstanding service, from my initial call to their office to the repair of my heating system. The receptionist Kaui was friendly and professional. The technician Juan was patient, knowledgeable & took his time to explain every step of the procedure and why my heating system was not working properly. He showed up within 2 hours of my initial call and had my system operating again within 45 minutes of his arrival. The repair cost was affordable & he did not try to pressure me into spending a lot of money for unnecessary additional repairs. Wow! Air Done Right is absolutely awesome. I called them coz my A/C was not blowing cold air and Mark, the technician/supervisor was very good and very knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem with only the dual capacitor was blown-out and priced it so very minimal. He replaced it right away and he was in and out in just 5 minutes. A 5-star is so worth to rate them and him (Mark).🙂

I had scheduled a maintenance with Air Done Right yesterday. Things did not go well and my AC was not working the way one would have expected after having maintenance done. I communicated my dissatisfaction and was able to get another appointment scheduled for morning the next day. After about an hour everything was stellar. AC cools better than ever. I was only charged for the original maintenance appointment. If you're in the market for a good AC company and not using a home warranty I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company - the owners care about customer satisfaction in a big way which I really appreciate.

After 35 years I finally found a really reliable and honest Air Conditioning company. Very friendly over the phone on initial call and answered immediately. Honored their special service coupon, which was very reasonable and was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes. No up sell just straight forward and said we only needed a new thermostat. Minutes later we had air again. Spent plenty of time explaining the functions on the new thermostat and tips on how to best maintain our filters and the system. Showed up right on time (early in fact) and very clean and professional. Recommend them highly!!

Fantastic company. Called them at 7:15pm and they were here within about an hour even though this is their busiest season and everyone else I called said I would have to go without ac for days. James came and diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me options and what I feel was a fair price. I have a decent background in AC and can tell you that these guys didn’t try to up sell me or lie because I inspected the unit before they got here and they found exactly the same problems that I had. They fixed it the same night! All said and done we called at 7pm and have a replaced fan on our compressor and working ac at 10pm. This is a good business that knows how important AC is in Vegas. James also has great customer service!
