They were able to send someone within hours of my call. The technician diagnosed the problem with our AC unit efficiently and had a fix done quickly. The price for the repair was very fair. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a house in Searchlight and have had the hardest time finding an AC company willing to come out to do a preventative service and WiFi thermostat install. I reached out to 32 Degrees, and while initially was told we were out of their service area, Colby followed up to offer to make the hour trek out (the next day, which happened to be the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend!) and provided a quote of the cost to expect. Colby texted me the morning of to confirm his arrival time, and he and his colleague Gregory arrived at the time promised. They were both extremely friendly, polite and respectful. The install of the wifi thermostat was a major undertaking - the wiring was an absolute hot mess and they handled it perfectly. We signed up for their biannual service plan, and will be happy to have them come back for the fall service: Thank you so much, Colby and Gregory!

I loves these guys!! I've used them at home and work for installs, maintenance and service. They have a good response time, are honest, will explain things and let you make the best decision without trying to sell you something you don't need. They're my go to for all my HVAC needs and I'd never call anyone else!

I can't thank the wonderful and professional folks at 32 Degrees enough! We were without A/C for 2 days and still waiting on the landlord to respond is unacceptable. 32 Degrees was the only HVAC that agreed to come because we rent. Our technician Colby was amazing! They are honest and professional. He said there was no way we could not have air conditioning and came right away. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new compressor for us. I'll take the bill up with the landlord at a later time. Thank again Colby I am beyond appreciative!

Replaced a Vivint thermostat with one I can control better and the problems started....65 degrees to start the day and no matter what temp I set it at the heater didn't keep up. Several trips later I am hopeful it is fixed. The heating and AC both were replaced this past spring...I did not incur charges. They tried so many things and finally today the circuit board was replaced. Hope it does the trick. Thank you 32 Degrees for having my back!
