This is literally the best company I have ever dealt with. The owner, Austin, is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to identify issues and fix them correctly. He explains everything he is doing in a way that my husband and I understand. He really makes you feel like you and your family (and dog!) are his most important customers. He will get our family’s business forever, and we will refer him to everyone we know. Don’t waste your time reading any more reviews and call these wonderful people!

I have had two complete systems installed and some repairs done by Austin and his team. Having rental property and a home of my own for many years I’ve used several HVAC contractors. Many of whom I felt I could not trust. I have found that Austin is honest, fair, respectful and professional. I will not use anyone else for HVAC service. I am not a family member nor am I getting a discount for this review. There are a few dishonest actors out there so do yourself a favor and call Quality Heating and Air when you have an issue.

Project 1: Todd was professional, timely, and honest about the problem and repair of our AC unit. Project 2: Austin and his team were solid and completed high quality work with good attention to detail. They installed air purifiers and a humidifier system and fixed older ducting to increase efficiency. Highly recommend this company for HVAC projects! Project 3: Richard and his team completed high quality work today on our AC installation to replace equipment that they had serviced and tracked for a while and gave honest feedback about how to repair or replace. Austin talked through the options and went the extra mile and gave a good deal on all the work involved. He is definitely our go-to guy for all things AC and furnace.

This company is amazing! I’ve now had 3 different HVAC companies come out to my house and they were the first to be up front and honest and not try to sell me anything. I was expecting to have to spend at least $5000 and now am looking at $0 because of this honest company! Definitely recommend !

Quality was easy to work with from the moment I made my first call. The quote they gave us was substantially lower than some of their direct competitors, for slightly better equipment. Their turnaround time on installing our new AC/Furnace was extremely fast. Their service manager and installation techs were friendly, professional, and got the job done right. As stressful as it is for your AC to finally go out, between the discomfort of a hot house, and the money you have to invest in getting it fixed again, Quality made the process a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend considering them for your HVAC needs.

A/C went out last September so I had a new full HVAC system installed. Austin was thorough in his assessment of my needs and available options. The installation was an extremely smooth, quick process, and the new system works great. Since installation, Austin always makes himself available to answer any questions I might have in a timely fashion. His knowledge and customer service are fantastic. Great service, knowledge and advice. Austin and Chuck were not pushy, they gave 4 quoted options, not just one, and let us make our decision. Very easy to deal with. Prices were unmatched by competitors and in most cases considerably lower for better equipment. Install went smoothly and they left my house clean when they were done. I will be updating my AC unit soon and these guys will be the ones I call. Honest guys at an honest price. What else can you ask for?

Austin and his crew are the absolute best in the business! I have been using their services for a few years and they do not compare to other contractors. I just had them replace my entire HVAC system after a couple of years of patching it up to make it work for the hottest and coldest days of year. This company was a breath of fresh air after I was scammed by 2 Bryant Heating and Cooling technicians. Bryant Heating and Cooling lied to me stating that my recently purchased furnace's control board was bad and needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me $649.00 just for LABOR! Tod came over from Quality Heating and Air the next day and informed me the control board was perfectly fine and it was just the limit switch. He got it working for less than a fraction of what Bryant's Heating and Cooling wanted to charge. Quality Heating and Air is now my go to HVAC company and I would highly recommend to anyone needing an honest, affordable HVAC company to hire.

This was the first place I called after reading the good reviews on Google. My elderly parent's AC was not functioning properly and it was a hot day. They were there in less than 3 hours. They did an excellent job and did not try to sell another unit and were very honest. They cleaned the unit and charged it with freon. Highly recommend this place and will be using them in the future for any repairs.

From the initial call to the appointment set up, service call, parts & labor, and payment, I feel that they have taken care of business in a way that has given my wife and I complete peace of mind. The thing we appreciated most about Quality is their respect for our desire not to have to buy new equipment unless absolutely necessary. Austin was diligent, good at explaining things and has outlined steps we can take to see what happens. Our unit is old but not dead yet and he got it back to working efficiently so we weren't using unnecessary electricity. Would not go with anyone else.

When replacing covered my hardwood floors with canvas and cleaned up after and showed me what I needed to know. All the men working in my home were respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Quality Heating & Air LLC. Austin with Quality came out at 8pm (30 min after I called) for a second opinion after a different company was attempting to pressure me to replace my furnace. Austin took his time to not only make sure the furnace was safe, but to make sure I understood why and what to look for. On top of all that, he did this all as free second-opinion service call.

I really can't say enough about how awesome Quality Heating and Air is. This is the third time they have been out to help me (for 3 unrelated issues) and each time I'm blown away with their customer service. I tried to call them at 10pm last night when out AC had been out for a while and try hosue was heating up. I got a call back at 8am this morning where they firstly appologized for being busy overnight and said they would send someone right out. Todd called when he was 30 minutes out and showed up and got right to work. Checked my thermostat, then the HVAC then the outside fan. The issue was a tricky one and Todd made sure to check all possible issues. Even better he was explaining everything along the way so I knew exactly what was going on. He finally found the issue and was able to quickly fox it and joy on joys it was under warranty. I was so happy with the service I went ahead and scheduled an HVAC service for next week to make sure everything is in tip top shape. I want to thank Quality Heating and Air and Todd for their quick and friendly help. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Quality HVAC always takes care of us. Recently LG&E sent their contractor out to replace our gas meter (regular maintenance) and the kid on the job said he was not allowed to relight our water heater because of a draft in the flew. Austin came out the same SATURDAY (looking like he already had plans) and he assessed and took care of the problem. He showed me that there was in fact no carbon monoxide leaking (using a high-tech detector) and relit the water heater for us. These folks are there when you need them and always courteous, respectful and professional. I've used them for everything from spring/fall systems check to replacing an entire AC system in two apartments (at once). They always deliver and never any BS. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone needing AC services in our area!

I had my heat go out at the worst time ever but I had a great company come to my rescue and do a speedy change out and upgraded my whole system with a variable speed 2-stage furnace and high efficency heat pump. Much to my delight it also qualities for a tax rebate. I can now relax and enjoy a very comfy cozy home thanks to Quality Heating and Air. It was also a very comforting feeling when the guy that was sent out also wore a picutre ID around his neck so I could quickly identify that he really worked for the company.
