These guys are the real deal codey Mazzoni was here before schedule walked me through everything as far as repairs went. We sat down and discussed all options long term short term and he gave me a customer opinion if this was his home what would he do !! Amazing 🤩 I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and the communication they had every stage throughout the process of their services!! I would highly recommend using element air for any and ALL your hvac needs my house was hot 🥵 at noon today and 70 degrees this evening !! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Give them a call I promise you won’t be left in the heat !!!

Great friendly outgoing people. Install team was very attentive to detail, to detail and was on time for appointment. Cleaned everything up when they were done just like it was when they showed up. Fleet vehicles were in great shape and well kept. Techs seemed very knowledgeable of their equipment and didn’t hesitate to explain or answer questions. Owner was very nice and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer. Would HIGHLY recommended for any HVAC needs.

I filled out the "contact me" form on their website late at night (like 10 pm) Wednesday and had a response from the owner Anthony within 20 minutes. Cody was the technician that came out and got everything fixed for me, didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need and was very honest when I asked him questions (and boy did I ask a lot of questions so his patience was appreciated 😂). Will definitely recommend them over and over!!

By far the best possible experience during a stressful time. Our furnace went out, and Element Air came out quickly. The tech Codey was extremely professional and was determined to find the cause. I had found Element Air from a recommendation on Facebook. I called on Monday and they schedule a visit on Tuesday. Within minutes of making the appointment, I had a text and an email confirming my appointment. Tyler texted me prior to showing up with a time frame and was prompt. He was very professional and wore booties before entering the house. He intently listened to the issues I was having and immediately began looking for the problem. While my furnace didn't recreate the problem I had over the weekend, he did a complete diagnostic. He made sure the unit was running correctly. Cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. A++++ service.

The technician came out and was super nice and explained everything to me but I was told they would go back to the office and write up an estimate for me for the work I needed completed. Never received an email so I called the company back a few days later to see why I didn’t receive my estimate and was told they would contact their boss and have them figure out why then send me my estimate and it has been over a week and have heard nothing from them

I was told by my current HVAC company that the heat exchanger in my furnace was going out and the furnace needs to be replaced. A friend suggested to get a quote from Element Air. Codey was dispatched to meet with me. He showed up early and listened to my concerns. He was courteous and let me know he'd put together some options and get back to me. In the meantime I had another HVAC company give me a 2nd opinion on the heat exchanger and was told there wasn't any major issue other than the system being old and inefficient, he didn't see an issue. When Codey returned with his quotes for a new system he did a combustion test and confirmed there isn't any major issues. He's an honest guy and if I do choose to replace the system, because of Codey, Element Air would be at the top of the list! I'll be moving my service contract from my current company to Element Air.

Their company provides top quality work while committing to investing in their own community. They truly provide a level of service that is unmatched!

Anthony and the other "Scientechs" were truly fantastic. Anthony was able to come by the house the day I called to complete a diagnosis and he'd identified the issue and found the leak in our internal coil in about 20 minutes or so. About 10-15 minutes later he had a proposal written up with 3 options in order from least to most expensive and then went through all those options with us answering all our questions. We opted to replace our system instead of repairing the old one so that it would have a warranty and be more energy efficient. We also used to have one room in the house that would stay hotter than all the others and Anthony helped us indentify a solution for how we could keep that room cooler by adding another vent. He explained where we should put the vent and said they could take care of that at the same time they installed the new system...so we had that done too. He also helped identify a wiring issue with my thermostat, which required running a new cable, and said they would fix that as well and they did. He set the installation appointment for 8 AM the day after diagnosing everything. The crew showed up on time...were very professional...and worked quickly. It didn't seem like they were there very long at all when Anthony told me they were finished. We then reviewed all the work they had done...he gave us our paperwork and warranty info and said to call anytime if we had any additional follow up questions. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Element Air Company and their team of "Scientechs" to anyone needing HVAC service.

Codey came over to do routine maintenance; we have a maintenance plan. He showed me mold in our 5 year old unit and recommended the air scrubber. He installed it and explained how it worked. 100% recommend - after reaching out to Element Air in the evening, they immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day to fix our A/C unit. Tyler performed a diagnostic of the problem (he even put covers over his shoes before entering our home) and was able to install a brand new unit the exact same day- these guys stayed until late in the evening to get the job done so we didn’t have to go another day without A/C. Could not recommend working with them more- they are reasonably priced, very professional, very kind and get the job done insanely quick. They truly care about their customers!!

Used Element Air for the first time to see if we could get someone out here quickly with this crazy heat to clean and recharge our AC unit. They literally came out first thing the next morning! The gentleman was incredibly nice/professional and was in and out so quick. We have a pretty old unit and just wanted to try and help it in this heat without someone trying to sell us on other stuff that they could etc. if we didn’t want to. Element and their guys are fantastic I had a problem I thought it was my thermostat which turned out it probably wasn't I needed my furnace maintenance these guys were good they had meters and numbers that they use and it seems that my whole system was out of whack a little bit they tweaked it and put it back to where it was supposed to be and it seems to be doing great I will most definitely without a doubt be using these people from this day going forward thanks guys I feel good now

My husband commented at one point that Cody must be the “happiest dude he’s ever seen!” Anthony was super responsive and honest when answering questions about options for our 70 year old home. They took extra care to clean up their work at the end of each day and even vacuumed! They were all super patient with all of our questions as well as our extra curious toddler. They also dismantled the poor work done by a prior company. Anthony even caught a few other insulation issues for us and was able to make a recommendation while doing the HVAC install. Had the guys at Element come out to install an upstairs ducted mini split system to keep us cool; especially for the next 5 months from May-October. They were able to get to us within a week and they were on time. They had to come back for a 2nd day but they worked hard to get the unit up and running in our 70 year old home. Also went above and beyond with vacuuming our floors so as to not leave a mess and used a drop cloth all the way upstairs. Highly professional with a big emphasis on customer service. Will most certainly use again! **UPDATE 8/11/2022** Codey and Anthony came back out as our ceiling bathroom vent was sweating pretty good in the late summer afternoons/evenings. They looked at the vent and came up with a solution to try and fix the problem.

These guys are true professionals. Came home to an 80 degree house after work 🥵 After a week of hearing questionable sounds coming from it, the A/C was shot. Considering it was original with the house (16 years old) I knew last year it probably wouldn’t last this year but we gave it a go anyways. 7pm on the hottest day of the year wasn’t the most ideal time for it to kill over to say the least. Called around to other “24 hour services” with no answer or a call back. Someone suggested we call Element and I did. Within 5 mins of leaving a voicemail and all hope lost, I get a call back from Anthony and within an hour he is at my house. He was honest and straight forward. Didn’t try to sell something unwanted. Told me he could fix our fan motor on the unit or he could get us a new one. Didn’t try to push the new one at all, we made that choice because again, it was 16 years old and the motor wasn’t the only issues she had. Less than 12 hours later I had a team at my house ready to put the new one in. They took their time making sure everything was done but done right. After the guys were done Anthony came by, before they left, to personally verify that everything was perfect before he signed off. Horst Schultz said that there are 3 things that customers want; 1. Timely service 2. A defect free product 3. Someone to be nice to them. At Mint Pest Control we live by these standards every day. I would give Element 10/10 in all 3 categories. I appreciate the hard work and am a total fan of the business!!!!
