These people really surprised me! The initial measurements taken were half an inch off, (an extremely small amount I wouldn't expect anyone to catch,) which meant the first HVAC unit ordered wasn't quite going to fit properly in my ceiling. They chose a different new unit that fit with plenty of space, and in the end turned out to be a better choice, (in my opinion.) It all went faster and more smoothly than I'd imagined! And the filtering system in this thing is awesome, (they didn't build the unit, but I'm happy they chose it!) I've had clean, fresh air inside, ever since, and it doesn't have any loud clanking when turning on or off like it's 20 year old predecessor! Very smooth! They've also been great when calling for seasonal maintenance checks. They're just really nice people! I would definitely recommend them! Awesome customer service, too! Thank you!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company, I had another company come out to check my air conditioning and they told me they needed $2500 to fix, so I called Cotton for a second opinion and they came out the next morning and 30 minutes fix my issue for $100. I will definitely use them whenever I need heating and air needs again. Thank you so much for you help and honesty. Didn't realize my wife just left a review before I could.

I called CSC late Friday morning and Greg was able to come out at about 3:30 pm and had the AC running in less than an hour. Incredible service! Greg was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. He gave me some pointers to keep my system running smoothly where someone else would have probably used the opportunity to rip me off. When my AC stopped working I was very worried about finding someone trustworthy to repair it. Fortunately I found CSC. I highly recommend CSC for their integrity, knowledge, and fair pricing. I will call them whenever I need HVAC service again and will definitely recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

Our air went out Sunday night. We have an older unit, and I was sure that it would need to be replaced. I called a few places, and one came out to our home and suggested either a very costly repair or replacement. When I reached Greg on Monday, it was later in the afternoon, and I had little hope left that someone could fix it. Greg is pleasant and knowledgeable. He informed that he had a couple of stops left, but he would come to my home that night. He arrived in the evening and quickly assessed the issue and explained that he could repair it. Unfortunately because of the age and the repair he did not have the part that night. He assured us that he would get the part in the morning and come over after his first job and fix. That is exactly what he did. He was easy to talk to and helpful, I did not feel intimidated by the cost or his explanation of what needed to be done. If you ever find yourself in need of HVAC service call Cotton.

I contacted Cotton Service Company after noting the business had a 5 star rating on Google. I called at 8:45 this morning and was able to get an appointment this afternoon to review an issue my mother is having at her home in Middletown. He called me to let me know he was headed to my Mom's house. He arrived promptly and took care of the problem as well as checked all vents in the house to see if they needed adjusting to maximize air flow. He accomplished all of this in about an hour and for the cost of a service call ($85) the problem was resolved. We had 3 other HVAC contractors look at the problem over the past 6 months and they all suggested an additional ductless unit to resolve the issue which would have cost thousands of dollars. I can't say enough good things about the integrity and workmanship Greg exhibited today. I highly recommend Cotton Service Company!

These guys are excellent. I've had Greg out at my house a few times to help me with an old AC unit and today he and Tommy installed a brand new one. Everyone is personable, professional, respectful, and they all really know their stuff. The prices are some of the best in town and they have earned my business for as long as I live in Louisville!!! Our A/C went out on a hundred degree day, and Cotton Service Company was there the next morning at 8:30 AM - they fixed the issue immediately. Their staff was super friendly & efficient. We will definitely use them again for all of our heating/cooling needs.

I was having issues with air condition not cooling. Called the morning of appointment. The service manager was early for the appointment :) fixed my issue quickly. The price was very reasonable! He even called in the evening to follow up on the service. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

Excellent service and cost! Tommy swung by my business after I called a few places, and thought we resolved the issue with the first quick fix. We didn't think we needed the service but he still swung by. So, when the first attempt failed, I called CSC. Greg and Cotton came on the same day, fixed the problem within an hour, and the bill was incredibly affordable. I will always call CSC first and recommend them to any business!

Ive had a hard time finding an honest HVAC company. Finally found it in Cotton. They are fast,reliable, dependable, and honest! You don’t get that now days from businesses. The service I received was stellar. Not only did the service technician explain what the problem was so I could understand but went out of his way that day to retrieve the part! I can’t say enough good things about this company. Hard to find a company that actually goes above and beyond for their customers and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to do so!! A+ all around.

I must say i am very impressed & satisfied with my experience from cotton service's my AC went out last night and needles to say a very unpleasant hot & restless night. The next morning i called and was suprised they could get someone out as soon as they did he was here at 11 am and had it up & running in about 10 to 15 mins..Overall from the phone call i made this morning she was very pleasant and very cortious and also M.r Tommy Pierce who repaired my AC in what seemed like a matter of mins. I am very satisfied with this company and will refer them to friend's and family and will definitely use in the near future. !!!

He was the second person to look at the furnace. The first said the part was broken and it would be the next day before they could get a part. This was New Year's Eve, so I was skeptical. The first guy said they were likely going to be open. I said OK, but then Greg from Cotton Service Company showed up and took a look. It was indeed in need of a new part, but he stated that the earliest they could get it would be Tuesday. The parts warehouse just wouldn't open until then. Since that was 2 days away and it was 3 degrees outside he looked at how it was not working. After working on it for a several minutes got it work. While it was noisy it worked and we had heat. So, not only did he tell me the truth up front about the part, the time it would take, but he also did what he could and managed to give us heat until he was able to replace the broken part. There isn't a positive rating high enough. They have excellent customer service and customer facing skills. They are the example of what a service company should be.

Great experience! My heat went out at 10:30 Sunday night (14 degrees outside). I found out about them thru Google. They answered the phone and promptly sent someone (Greg) whom was very knowledgeable. He replaced the part and also explained what he was doing. Thanks Cotton Service Company!
