Jaime did a complete maintenance service and replaced the filter on our new furnace. He explained in detail what was needed and told us the benefits of having the one year service program. He is super will trained, courtesy and friendly. Wonderful asset to a quality company.

My experience with Brody Pennell was excellent. Scheduling the service was very easy on their website, and they were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days for a non-emergency repair, and they were in touch to confirm the appointment ahead of time, as well as to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician (Cesar F.) did a great job. He showed up right on time and was professional, polite, and friendly. He tested the furnace thoroughly, determined the cause of the problem, and fixed it promptly. And he also patiently explained what he was doing as I peppered him with curious questions about everything. When he was finished, he billed me honestly. Really couldn't ask for anything more; as a homeowner, this is how you wish every service appointment would go. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, and clearly I'm not the only one.

I had the mini-split heat-pump system installed a year ago by Brody Pennell. I had some pretty big problems with the salesperson, but the people who installed the system were great. And the system itself works very well. So a year later, I took up their recommendation to have the system serviced but I was reluctant because of our previous problems. But, I am happy to say that I was very happy with Daniel B. from Brody Pennell who came and serviced the system. He was polite, professional, and personable. He made the service very easy and gave me helpful tips to keep the system running well. I was so happy with his service that I signed up for the maintenance contract. I hope that he continues providing service calls and we get to use him again!

We requested a service call at approximately 8am and Cesar was at our place of business by the early afternoon. He didn't require much guidance, simply asked for the thermostat location and took care of the rest. He was very polite and professional which made us feel confident that the issue would be taken care of quickly. He found our filters in our storage room on his way up to our unit and got us going quickly; we had heat again within 45 minutes of his arrival time. Then advised us to service our units regularly which we hadn't been doing. All around great kid, he did a great job.

Our appointment was a routine maintenance and upon inspection, Jose noted that the condensation line needed improvement. Extremely thankful for our technician Abel, he was very helpful and professional. We were not aware of all the issues we had with our heat system. After diagnosing and confirming how to move forward with the process, Abel made it very quick and easy. Provided us with multiple options on how to move forward. Respectfully, I didn’t know someone like Abel could be so passionate about what he does, but he made it clear he takes his job seriously and that the customer always comes first. Our system works better than ever. I sure wish he could accept tips. If you ever run across ac/heater issues in the future, and you will, please get in contact with Brody and request Abel. I was very impressed with Fabio Gomez. He was knowledgeable about the different heating systems available for my home. He responded to all of my questions and came up with different options for my consideration. So, I selected them after considering 3 other proposals from other companies. I not only feel comfortable with the experience of the Brody/Pennell. I also trust that they will do an excellent job with the heater installation.

I have an old heater in my house that wouldn't come on. It turned out to be a very simple fix that Desi and Marco figured out quickly. Desi explained every thing he did to the heater, then he and Marco checked all the carbon dioxide levels in the room vents to be sure we were safe and sound. These techs were super friendly as well as extremely professional. I highly recommend Desi, Marco and Brody Pennell Heating and Air Conditioning.

Juan Molina came out today and was great. He showed me what he was seeing during his time here and used the CO meter in a few additional places to set my mind at ease. He even replaced a makeshift door gap filler after working in the basement. Amazing attention to detail all around and a nice guy.

Morales did a great job and he informed me about becoming a member which i happily did. great service. IFY when you call be specific about what you need. service vs maintenance. lol

The heating is back on after a week without it... Antonio is professional. answered all my questions. He is very polite and works without leaving a trace of work done. I had a perfect experience with the team at Brody Pennell. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and AC needs! Our AC system had a leak in the coolant line and for a couple of years we have just been adding more coolant. I looked on Next Door and BP got great reviews from my neighbors. When I called the office to explain the problem, they offered me multiple options at different price points, which I appreciated. One day later (FAST RESPONSE!) they were here and found the leak. Two days after that (which I felt in the current climate of everything takes weeks and weeks was amazing...) the team arrived and spent four hours fixing the leak, conducting extensive leak tests and then staying until the house had cooled off to confirm everything was working well. They communicated what they were doing all during the process. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Jose S., Jaime, Juan M. and Daniel Real - thank you so much for your excellent work and getting my AC back in service.

After several family member’s recommendations, I had Brody Pennell out to my home today for heating system maintenance. It had been over a year since the system had been looked at and I don’t believe any technician has ever been as thorough as Octavio from Brody was today. He thoroughly cleaned and inspected the system, and documented with before/after photos so I could understand the work he was performing and his recommendations. Octavio provided excellent service and I feel very confident using Brody Pennell for my HVAC needs.

First of all, Brody Pennell did an outstanding job of replacing my entire HVAC unit in Feb 2022. Today was my first system maintenance appointment. Octavio was prompt, professional, and very tidy. He asked if I had any concerns or issues with the system. He clearly communicated the work he had done and showed me photos of the areas he addressed. Photos were both before and after shots. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that has employees that represent the company well. This includes the office staff who initially took my call to request the maintenance.
