I called Taconic after a very long 2 years dealing with the company that installed my Carrier air condition and gas furnace. The company that installed my system was a local company out of Harrison NY, (Evolution HVAC LLC) but I realized that they didn’t have the slightest interest in getting it to work properly. Many issues with the furnace went uncorrected for two years until I found a company that knew what they are doing. Fast forward 2 years and a lot of grief, emails that weren’t returned and phone calls that weren’t answered. I called Taconic and spoke to Linda who was very friendly and made you feel like you knew her for years. She dispatched Omar the next day who was an “outstanding tech” who left no stone unturned and found the problem with my furnace. My greatest admiration goes to this company and above all Omar who is a credit to his company for not only finding the problem, but in the way he worked explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it. Very neat worker and left everything in order. Thanks Taconic! So sorry I waited this long. Bill S.

Frank, Mike and the installers at Taconic Heating & Cooling Corp were awesome to deal with. They installed a brand new AC system with duct work in my home. The installers were very nice and super clean! I expected a bit more "chaos" with a central AC install, but it was far from it. In fact, my wife and I worked from home as we regularly do while the team was doing their thing. Mike visited his crew often to make sure things were going smoothly. I recommend Taconic Heating & Cooling without reservation.

We just recently had our boiler replaced and opted to go with Taconic Heating. I have to say what a really good company and great group of guys that work there. They showed up promptly and worked all day . I was explained everything before hand and in detail. From the service people to the installers all prompt, courteous, informative and detailed. The office staff was also very helpful and very nice. There were some issues after the install with the boiler but Taconic Heating promptly showed up each time until they corrected the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

WOW! Best service experience! I had originally scheduled a tune up and the night before my appointment my A/C stopped working. I called Taconic that morning and they switched out technicians. Gino and Chris came - did the tune up, checked the units and found and fixed the problem all in the same appointment! I immediately signed up for a maintenance agreement - so happy I found Taconic. We called on a Monday because out AC motor was making a noise. They said they would be out on Friday, they came Monday afternoon. The tech that came was awesome. He quickly determined the problem and said he needed to order a new motor and it would take a day or two to get. He then called 30 min later to say they had one in stock and would be back the next day to install it. He was here at 9am the next day and had it fixed in under an hour. Taconic is outstanding, they could have stayed with what they said as far as coming out Friday and taking a couple of days to get a part, but instead they went above and beyond to fit us in earlier and to make the effort to check their inventory. I highly recommend them!!!

This heating and cooling company is part of local Union 38 sheet metal company they have some of the best and nicest and cloys working there not only have I had work done by their company but I am also an employee of their company. We as Union workers go out of our way to make the customer happy to the fullest extent no job too big no job too small. To connick heating and cooling is the best and upper West Chester and more always be the best forever......

Taconic Heating & Cooling Corp came to evaluate a problem I was having with my central air conditioning unit for the second floor of my house. Taconic was the third company I called. The prior two companies (AMX Cooling and Heating (Pleasantville) and ITC North (Wappingers Falls) told me my unit was shot and I needed to replace the entire thing for a cost of about five to six and half thousand dollars at a minimum. Both AMX and ITC deliberately misrepresented what was wrong for obvious reasons. Carmine, from Taconic, determined the one part that needed replacement to get the unit back on and fully functional. I spent well under $300 for repairs. Needless to say, Taconic is the company I will use for all heating and cooling problems, maintenance, etc. Carmine is excellent - and most important to me, he is HONEST. Take note AMX and ITC North - dishonesty will put you out of business!
