Craig from triedntrue came within hours of call and cleaned my coils first but mentioned that it could be the motor The AC stopped working again and he came right back and installed a new motor. Professional place. Every time I’ve called a person has answered the phone. They also have 24 hour service. Good customer service is hard to find.

I texted Casey on a Sunday after Hurricane Ida based on the excellent comments so many people have made on our community Facebook page. He not only responded (on a Sunday!) but he sent someone out the next day to check it out and I had a new unit installed by the end of the week. They guys were so professional and nice. Left everything clean and working great. Regarding price, I contacted a family member who has 30+ years in the industry and was told that the rate was comparable to his friends and family rate. Oh, and then Casey helped me with my insurance claim which had some hoops but he was great. Seriously- I recommend him whenever possible!!!

It was a hot summer day (Saturday of course) and my ac wasn't cooling. No body else could make it to me but these guys came out within a couple of hours and found I had a bad capacitor. Part was quickly replaced and my AC went back to normal working conditions. Fast forward a few years and hurricane zeta struck. Our home generator was tripping when the AC kicked on. Called the generator people, who came out but that wasn't the issue and they said to call an AC guy. So I called Casey and he was out my house less than 18 hours after a hurricane blew through leaving the coast without power. Another capacitor was causing an overload. He quickly replaced it and both AC and generator were happy again. We've used them for routine cleaning/maintenance as well. The guys were on time and very professional.

Chris showed up at my house 8:00 am on the dot as scheduled. After checking out my system he found that the evaporator coil has a leak, after trying several vendor he was not able to locate a replacement coil. Chris gave me options on replacing my system or what would have to be done to keep the old one going. We decided to replace the system. Chris and Chase came back to our home and within 3 hours had my system replaced and the new one working to cool us down.
