Our heater went out a couple weeks ago right before the freeze and us leaving out of state. We had another company come out and they wanted to charge us 15k. Keith’s was one of the first places I called and the lovely lady who answered got us an estimate right then and there. Almost 10k less than what another place quoted us. And it’s a really nice unit. When we got back home we called and scheduled a new inside and outside unit install. They were able to come out the next day and install it. Mike and Bear where extremely nice and professional! Answered any questions for us and got it done fast even though they had to wait on a part. They even cleaned up the dirt they happened to have tracked inside. Very personable and fast workers. They even loved on my dogs a little! 1000% would recommend Keith’s over and over again.

My a/c unit was making a ratting noise when the fan was running. Keith's responded promptly and came the following day. They diagnosed the problem as a bad fan/motor and quoted a replacement. Considering the age of the unit, they suggested I might want to consider replacing it, but left it to me. I chose to replace it, which they were able to do 2 days later. I was most appreciative of their honesty and knowledge. The service technician and the 2 installers were polite, extremely courteous and did an amazing job. I will gladly use Keith's for any future HVAC needs.

We had our A/C go out last year, and called around to countless companies. Keith’s ended up being the company that came out to help us, they were very prompt, courteous and professional. I had the best experience with their whole team!!! My issues have been going on since May with my old unit. The first company charged me $2500.00 a coil and did not even notice the leak at the outside unit. Told me they just couldnt help me with a new unit until January!!! Was without air and $2500. I felt very helpless. Keith's came out got me the quote in a day and installed the unit and fit us in and it is perfect, looks and feels amazing, very happy, fixed some other issues because they wanted it done right! I contacted Keith's on Thursday morning and they were out within 2 hours to diagnose the problem. The blower had died and new part was ordered from the manufacturer it was promptly installer the morning it arrived. Very professional friendly service. On Christmas Day our AC Unit went out and wouldn’t hold freon. I knew it was time to upgrade since a week prior I called Ball Heating and Air who provided a stop leak additive and an R-22 refill for almost $500 but didn’t work. I called Keith’s to leave a message for service and for a quote and to my surprise Keith answered the telephone. I felt terrible taking him from his family on Christmas and told him I would call back and leave a message, Keith insisted I explain my issue. After explaining Keith forwarded his sales guy’s number and assured me he’d call first thing next morning. Next morning 8:15 I was receiving a replacement quote. I’d like to add that I have been using Ball Heating and Air for service since 2015. Keith quoted me THOUSANDS of dollars less to replace and relocate a new 410 upgraded unit along with the relocation of a second unit to second story platforms. Keith’s performed all of this work with one crew in one day while Ball wanted to charge me for two separate crews, I guess to justify their price. Bottom line, Keith treated me as a customer that he has been servicing for years while Ball treated me like a stranger. From start to finish, the sales, the installation crew, the payment financing and of course Keith answering the phone on Christmas Day were a much needed pleasant experience in a time of despair. I will cancel my service contract with Ball and continue my relationship with Keith’s for the servicing of all my Heating and Air Condition needs. I suggest you do the same.

Moving is not fun, in fact I hate it. When finding a place I worry about plumbing, the roof, the AC & Heat and other repairs that can be costly. Or in my case when renting, can be pain when you might have to wait for your rental company to send someone out. Who knows if they are even qualified to do the work? Long story short I called Kieth and he did a HVAC vent and duct cleaning, (previous owners had cats) and inspected for any red flags. All before I moved in!

Keith's heating and air was beyond awesome!! About a year ago I had one of my a/c units replaced (house has 2) by another company. Then a month ago my 2nd system heat went down and yet another company repaired just a few burnt wires for Almost $500. Repair only lasted 1 month. Today Christopher and William (from Keith's A/C) replaced my second system and did an incredible job!!! In fact they were so meticulous in their work it made me realize what an aweful job the first company did on system one. Also like to thank Joe Joe for working with me to get a great price on great equipment. I never take the time to post reviews but in this case they deserve all the praise I can give...great to see a well managed company with employees who take pride in their work!!!

I was unfamiliar with a/c repair companies in the Gautier area. Using Google, I performed a search, read the reviews and selected Keith’s Heating & Air, and very satisfied that I did. From the first phone call that initiated the first service call I knew I made a good choice. My service call was scheduled immediately, the technician (Colby) showed up on time and he was very professional. While I already suspected the a/c unit would need replacing, he moved forward with testing and attempting to replace the suspected damaged part. Once he was able to confirm the irreparable damage he prepared a quote to replace the unit. Yes, I had to replace an a/c unit just before the holidays - ouch! Fortunately, I had done some previous research anticipating the outcome. The price quoted was reasonable and very close to what I had anticipated. I was required to provide a non-refundable deposit; not an issue for me since it HAD to be done. And, they were able to schedule the installation for the next business day. I met the installer (Chris) and he got to work immediately; opting to get the outside tasks done first due to pending rain. From my conversation with Chris, he grew up doing this type of work. This is the guy you want installing your A/C. He didn’t seem to mind all the questions I asked, and he seemed to share my sense of humor; It made the time go by quickly. What a very nice young man. Bottom line, call Keith’s Heating & Air Conditioning, you won’t be disappointed.

I had an older unit (14 years old) that used the older freon that is becoming more difficult to find. Due to the contractors who originally built the house doing a poor job installing the inside unit- it was also having issues cooling my home. I used Keith's about six months ago, and they did explain some of what I needed but helped me out with some repairs on my unit until I could afford a new one. So a week ago- they came out to install the new unit, and the gentleman, Chris, they sent to do the installation-stayed until he had everything installed and cleaned up. He also fixed the inside closet in our home after seeing the poor quality from Palm Harbor Homes from 14 years ago. My husband could observe the work using our outdoor cameras and said that Chris never stopped and that he (Chris) continued until everything was done per our standards. (I should add that Chris has exceptionally high standards for his work.) I feel safer (electrical) with our new unit, and our house is warming and cooling better than ever. Oh-and I checked the prices with a warehouse and was satisfied with how much it cost. They helped out a teacher, and you know we do not make all that much. Right from the start, Keith's team was knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and generally cared about my needs and wants. My Goodman A/C compressor (do not buy a Goodman A/C, they are junk) died under warranty after 4 years. Keith's did not install it but I called them since the original installer ignored my calls for service. I called Keith's and they sent 2 techs out asap who confirmed I had a bad compressor. The office mgr. called back next day with a price but we went with someone who could get there same day instead of the following Monday. I highly recommend Keith's A/C if you need service but check to make sure they can get a warranty replacement price for parts. Their quote was higher than their competitor.

Like so many others my unit was outdated and in poor condition. My insurance company agreeded it had been damaged from a storm but felt it could repaired. I felt this was a waste of money and felt the unit installed in 2007 was a smaller unit than what was optimal for my home. Colby priced 2 units for me with replacing ductwork as it was full of mold... we decided to go with the larger unit with a higher SEER rating. Chris came and got all the dimensions and information he needed to plan the job and order materials, great guy! Colby priced the job, Chris planned it and Drew and Cody came to install the new system and ductwork and the price was better than one I got a year ago without the benefit of a larger unit! We are so happy with our choice of Keith's and all the folks working with their company.

Hired these guys to fix both of the a/cs in my home. I sent a service request through their website on the 10th of March and received a phone call within a few hours to pick a time the next day for the tech to come by. Josh arrived on the 11th at around 13:30 and quickly got the upstairs unit running and we scheduled the install of a new unit for the downstairs a week later. He answered all of my questions to beyond my satisfaction and was friendly as well. On the 18th, the two install techs (I didn't pick up their names) showed up just before 09:00. After I showed them around, they quickly got to work and finished around noon. They were professional and courteous. All in all, I would very highly recommend Keith's Heating & Air Conditioning. They showed up on time, offered great service quality, and were able to get the job completely done in a timely manner for what I think is a very reasonable price.

I originally wanted an ancient furnace repaired. I was informed (quite correctly) that it was in such bad shape that it would not be possible to repair which I kind of figured would be the case (the furnace was 30 years old+). My central air unit had died some years ago so I got them to write a proposal to install both a new furnace and ac unit. The offer they made was quite reasonable. When they arrived to install the furnace, they discovered some damage and returned the unit to get another. I felt bad for the guys because it put them behind schedule. Then, when they were installing a new Rheem ac unit, they found it had been shipped from the factory with an insufficient amount of freon in it. They stayed until 10 o'clock at night getting everything done. Even Keith himself came to help. I was duly impressed by the work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism of this company and its employees. I would recommend Keith's to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you again guys!

Our AC went out over the holiday weekend. We called on Monday morning and less than two hours later a wonderful and very professional service technician was at our house. He did recommend a new system but that is something we expected due to the age of the old system. He was upfront and told us that he could repair the old system but it would be cheaper in the long run to install a new unit. By the end of Wednesday, we had a new system installed and the gentlemen that installed the unit were friendly and professional. I will forever be grateful for Mr. Keith and his team! I am a nurse, traveling from my home in DIberville, MS to New Orleans, LA for work. I contacted Mr. Keith two months ago about replacing my entire AC system. Adam had inspected my original AC unit in a timely manner. We needed a new heat pump/air handler due to shoddy installation from our previous A/C dealer. Adam was very straight-forward and honest with us as he explained and showed us the things that had gone wrong over the years. He quoted me an extremely fair price for a replacement unit and offered it for the next morning installation. The installers, Corey & Tyler were first rate and very meticulous about their work. Keith came by and introduced himself during the install. This is the way businesses should operate and used to in the past. Where do I begin..... I have owned my own business so I know a great company when I encounter another! Just moved to Gulfport two weeks ago. My AC went out yesterday (9/24/2018). I have a new unit today (9/25/2018). I can not say enough about the service techs and what a great job they did!!! Ladies, they even washed their hands before installing the new thermostat!!! We recently purchased an older home in Vancleave and as luck, or lack thereof, would have it, our A/C system went out! We first called another larger company in the area and the quote we received was off the rails price wise! Also, as we would find out later, the quote contained a lot of additional extras that we found out we didn't need! So, with that, we started shopping around and found Keiths Heating and Air. After reading their reviews, we decided to give them a try. We were able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. The gentleman that came out did a thorough inspection of our existing system and wrote up a quote for us that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than our previous quote. After doing some research after the first company's quote, the quote we received from Keiths was definitely in line with the current market prices and did not include a lot of unnecessary add-ons and additions. The system we purchased, a Rheem, is a high efficiency heat pump unit. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of removing the old system and installing the new one, despite the install being somewhat difficult due to its location in the attic of our home. The guys were very professional, were able to answer any questions we had and generally did an outstanding job. They even cleaned up some debris and other materials left over from the original systems installation from years past! The company also took care of the rebate our system was eligible for, submitting all the paperwork on our behalf. In closing, I would highly recommend this company and would certainly do business with them again! I think if you give them a chance, you'll get a fair price, value for your money and great service! I called for an estimate for a new system on Thursday and Adam came that same day. Very polite and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and we signed a contract for Monday morning. Keith’s AC deserves a Perfect 10! This company has the best team to help you understand the issues with my other unit. I think we have changed this valve a few times but our AC kept breaking down and with my mother living with me and all of her numerous health conditions has put us where we cannot Go without heat in the winter or AC in the summer. I described all of my mothers serious illnesses and Keith’s team recommended an air scrubber. This thing will improve our quality of life because this old house has moisture issues now and then, therefore getting this UV light to zap all the bacterial invaders and dust is essential. We have a lot of sand and dust in our yard and it’s constantly in our house clogging up our air filters. This air scrubber is just about the best equipment upgrade I’ve ever purchased. Smells so much cleaner than before. The team that I interacted with in person and on the phone put me first. After reading some of the high reviews here I decided to have Keith's AC replace the aging unit in my home. Their price quote was very fair and they did an outstanding job. They were very clean and even went out of their way to fix some small details and address some areas in the AC closet that should have been done when the home was built with the original unit. I wasn't able to be home when the work was done, but I completely trusted the team to be there unsupervised. That alone was worth it for me. Of course on Christmas Day my unit stopped functioning! Called Keith's Heating. Keith had one of his workers at my house in an hour! It needed to be replaced. I've used Keith's a total of three times. The first time the guy came and got my AC halfway running. After a day the AC stopped running and I called them back out. They sent out another guy that said I needed to charge my unit. The unit has been working ever sense. The most recent time I've tried to use Keith's wasn't a good experience like the last one. I've actually been waiting to write this review to see if they were ever going to call back. Recently my parents ac went out and I recommended Keith's. Keith's said that they needed a new unit. New units are expensive and they couldn't buy one right then. They were told that the unit they had could be repaired but wouldn't have any warranty. After waiting two weeks in the heat and calling almost everyday to check the status of the part that was at the shop, they decided to use someone else. The competitor company they they went went with was half the cost for a brand new unit.

Keith and his crew installed a new heat pump at my home about a month ago. They were friendly and efficient and explained in detail everything they were doing as they worked. I was impressed with their professionalism. On Memorial Day, the fan in the air handler stopped working, the coils froze up, and the house quickly started to heat up. I called Keith, not expecting an answer on a holiday, and was surprised when he answered and said he would come right over. He was here in fifteen minutes and quickly determined that a faulty thermostat was the problem. He left to get a new one, and was back in no time and soon had the system up and running. After waiting three days for another company to even come and look at my A/C, and then being told it could take up to two weeks to get the equipment, I called Keith's and they had someone there later that same day. My existing system was original to the house (1995) so I was not surprised when the tech told me I needed a complete replacement. But Keith has went above and beyond to help us with our a/c unit and new replacement. He has answered phone every time I call and even came out to my house at midnight for an issue we had after install of a/c! How many business owners do you know that will do that? My wife and I had a couple Rheem Heat Pumps for our home we built twenty years ago. We called Keith's Heating & Air Conditioning for service a little over a week ago because they (the heat pumps) didn't seem to heat properly during the cold weather we were having. A nice service person came to our house. After checking everything out, he explained to us what was wrong with the heat pumps. He said they'd be hard to restore to operate in an efficient manner due to age, cleaning and Freon problems. He gave us a very reasonable price to install two new Rheem Heat Pumps (inside/outside, downstairs and upstairs) along with a great warranty and preventive maintenance agreement, two new thermostats, and many other things that would give us a completely new system/parts/equipment. Within two days, very friendly service persons showed up at our house to install the two new heat pumps. They completed all the work in an excellent manner in one day, even having to figure out an electrical wire problem in the previous upstairs heat pump system. They spent additional time in fixing it, without any complaint. Keith's install and service personnel "know their stuff" about heating and air conditioning work; and my wife and I highly commend them for a job well done at our house. Thank you. I do not usually write reviews but after service I have had in the past and the service I got from Keith's I wanted people to know about my experience. I had problems with my A/C unit and thought it would be low of Freon but he discovered it was overcharged. He had the opportunity to charge me for more since I thought that is what the problem was but they were honest with me and saved me the money. I had what I thought was dust coming out of my vents but after he inspected he discovered mold, this was caused by my unit being over charged and causing moisture. He installed me a plasma solution air purifier and this is taking care of my problems. A++++ company, highly recommend.
