Rick and Austin were spectacular. They replaced vanity lights in two bathrooms and installed a fan in our bedroom. That was not easy since there wasn't a fan there to begin with, so it was a long process. They installed the fan and the wall mount exactly as we needed and wanted. They worked efficiently but more importantly, skillfully and professionally. This is the second time we've had Service Professor do work for us and we remain as happy as the first time. The guys are good and they are very nice.

Zac, Rick, and the whole electrical crew from Service Professor were really awesome to work with! I recently purchased a home that had hazardous and outdated electrical (some federal pacific, two sub panels improperly installed). Service Professor gave me multiple quotes to choose from regarding my options for service. I decided to upgrade my whole system to 200 amp in the garage with proper grounding and surge protector with a consolidated 100 amp panel in the basement. They arrived on-time, with a sizeable crew (who were all very friendly and respectful), and were able to complete the whole service upgrade in one day! Their work looks tidy, sturdy, and professionally installed. They also labeled all the breakers for me. I'm really really impressed with their work. I have tremendous peace of mind now knowing my electrical is safe and expandable for years to come. Thanks Zac and crew! Update: I also had Steve D and Zac come back to install a new pressure tank for our well system, as the old one started leaking. They showed up on time, were able to get the old one out, replaced, and running smoothly with a new one in just under 3.5 hours! No more leaks. This re-iterates my experience with Service Professor that they're what I'd hope all trades folk to be - upfront with pricing, on time, efficient, and professional in every aspect of their work. Great experience with Service Professor. There was great communication with each visit and the technician was always on time or a little early. John did a great job diagnosing the problem with my A/C unit and gave me honest professional advice on how to proceed. I ended up using their BOGO deal and got both my A/C and furnace replaced. Tony the install tech was very thorough and answered all my questions so I was comfortable making the purchase. Joe did a great job on the install and other than the nice new equipment you could hardly tell they were there. Joshua also did a great job on the duct cleaning. I was really impressed with both the quality of the work and the customer service. I will definitely recommend Service Professor.

After calling for estimates from a few companies I decided to go with Service Professor. They were in the middle as far as price, however they were very specific as to what exact products would be installed which was important. They were able to come out and give me an estimate the same day, and install the next. The crew to install a new furnace/ac and electrical panel showed up about 7:30 AM. I hope I don't miss anyone, however it is important that I recognize these guys: Sam, Cole, Matt, Payton, Kyle, Andrew Zach, Don, Zac, Josh and Jeff. When I tell you they showed up, worked all day without even taking a break, and didn't leave until about 8:00PM that night. They were all friendly, professional... like seriously, you'd think having that many people coming in and out the house, up and down the stairs it would be chaos.... they were like the Matrix, we hardly heard nor seen them. They did a great job installing then cleaning up when they were done. They went above and beyond even fixing something they noticed wrong in my chimney, then when there was another issue that wasn't their fault they helped with that as well. I also need to point out that every time I called, whether it was to schedule the appts, get the inspections, etc the administrative staff was top notch as well. I hope I don't mess this up... Jacquelyn (sorry if I got that totally wrong!), and Sarah, Shayna and Tina were so friendly every time we spoke and they made sure things were done quickly. I will definitely be calling Service Professor in the future for any work on my home!

It was a pleasure to have Gregg and Ryan work at my home all day yesterday 10/13! What a great team of people Service Professional has! From the promised call ahead down to the final cleanup when done, these guys are great! I had big electrical issues that were resolved completely with the new service panel installation and rewiring as well as ceiling fan installs and some new outlets. Trust me, these guys know what they are doing! If I could give them 10 stars, that would be a beginning to express my satisfaction. For future projects there's no question they are my choice. I told some coworkers about my experience and one of them has said she would call for an estimate for electrical repairs! Thanks to Don, Steve, Gregg and Ryan...you guys are stellar!

Steve did an excellent job in providing options to install a generator at my residence. He offered suggestions on a good location and how to best complete the installation. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service he provided. Nels, Matt, Chris & Greg did a great job installing a new generator and installing a new electrical panel. They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They took additional time to accommodate my desire regarding the location of the generator. They had great attitudes and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They did an excellent job. Blake did a great job in resetting the day and time of the bi-weekly generator diagnostic run. He also answered additional questions about my new generator. Thank you!

Our Technician Steve was great! He showed up right on time, evaluated the issue and did an excellent job reviewing everything with me. It was repaired quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely be calling Service Professor for any future repairs. I may note this was our second time using them and our first experience was equally as good.

Steve came in to take a look at an outage we had and found the problem pretty quickly. While going through our electrical he recommended (but did not push for) updating the system and getting it to code. He worked up options and worked with us to draw up a plan that worked for us. He was also very considerate about what parts of the house to not affect while doing the work and our preferences for options where there were choices. He was very knowledgeable and helped us troubleshoot a couple of issues we have had for a couple years now that we hadn't really put effort into resolving personally. Hired service professor and missed connecting with them on the scheduled day. Down to the wire, 4 days before Christmas, down one toilet, with family coming. Service manager had been out sick but when he returned to the office and I explained that this was my only day off and that I couldn't miss work for a service appointment, he had someone at my place within the hour. I didn't think that this would happen before Christmas and was amazed at everything Service Professor did to "make this right" for (me) their customer and in such an expedient way! Excellent customer service! Courteous and professional technicians. I am impressed and would highly recommend!

My boiler system wasn’t heating the floors in the main living area so I made an appointment with Service Professor. Matt and his partner came out and were able to quickly find the issue and identify the appropriate steps to correct the problem. They were able to get the complicated system back on-line for the night and returned the next morning with an updated relay system and had it installed and running quickly. They went over everything they did and kept me well informed about the progress of the work they were performing. The main office kept me informed of arrival times and appointment reminders via text and phone call which allowed me to get things done without having to stay at home waiting all day.

Our repair person today was Nathan. Our experience with him was great. Nathan explained everything to us that he was going to be doing. Nathan was very polite and informative. He made sure to run our water for awhile just to make sure that it wouldn't back up again. This is the first time we have used this service but going forward will use them down the line because of amazing employees like Nathan and knowing they are about the customer and not charging people an arm and leg.

The other day, our toilet clogged and backed up into our bath/shower. We just finished our basement so we were low on funds, and super stressed that the clog could leak into our brand new drywall and flooring downstairs. Allison Hopkins of service professor came promptly first thing the next morning to fix this for us. Allison was incredibly friendly, spent time with our 2 year old and our dog, was reasonable and communicated with both my wife and myself to find the service that fit our needs best and fit into our tight budget. Allison was able to have the clog fixed in under an hour, and was able to replace the wax ring in our toilet. Thank you so much Allison Hopkins for your incredible service and friendliness! We would like to recommend Service Professor and Allison to anyone with plumbing needs. She was so professional, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and had everything that we needed right in her car!

Our technician Randy was amazing! He replaced an electrical GFI in our bathroom. He was so personable. He was so nice and didn't force any extras or try and sell me on anything! We have a child with autism and he was so understanding and even found out he worked with children with special needs which definitely eased my mind about the random hug my child gave him. 10/10 would recommend!

Andrew came by to inspect our Water Heater, and he was very knowledgeable. He offered many different options for a repair or replacement and ran me through the benefits of each. He also scheduled an electrician to inspect our electrical panel when I mentioned contemplating electrical work. Andrew made it easy to get financed and scheduled! I highly recommend! In addition, Luke and Trevor were sent out to service our Water Heater. They were on time, gave plenty of notice, and were courteous. They did a great job hauling the old Water Heater and were done faster than I thought they would be. Joshua also came today to inspect our electrical panel and outlets. We are looking at updating our electric, and he walked me through many options to move forward.

He explained the process, we did a walk through to see how many ducts/vents needed cleaning, prepared a quote so I knew before he started work what it would cost, and then, thoroughly and efficiently went to work, all the while explaining as he went what he was doing. Very professional, a few phone calls as reminders and one the day of letting us know they are on their way and what time they should arrive. This was our first time cleaning our vents and we weren’t sure about the process or how often things should be done. Extremely polite answering our questions, we had Ron & Luke (I think that was his name). Because we had no idea about the process they explained things nicely and asked about questions before hand and again after. They were in and out in about 45 min minutes max.

I called service professor for a leak at my kitchen faucet. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. First off, they were able to come 2 days earlier than originally scheduled, which was great. Not only did they thoroughly inspect the problem faucet and provide honest recommendations, they truly went above and beyond by inspecting all of my plumbing and water fixtures throughout the house and explaining any issues identified. I was so impressed by their knowledge and kindness. They were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thanks to Nick and Travis! They took time to explain everything as we went through the house and let me know what the benefits would be about some potential upgrades that can save me money and headaches in the long run. I’ll be using service professor for all my future home needs! The next day Allison was out and made quick work cleaning out the drain on one of my tubs. Flowing great now. And just 2 days after the assessment, multiple plumbing crews came to replace my kitchen faucet, one toilet, and install a brand new tankless water heater and water softener system. Tim, Danielle, and Luke were the main team and were truly phenomenal. Very kind and professional, but also just so knowledgeable. They took time to assess all portions of the job and discuss with me before they started, worked very cleanly and were careful to clean up everything spotless before leaving. There were some others that came to help including Rylee. Also had the electrician Aaron to wire a new outlet for the equipment. He has helped me out before with a few electrical projects and was fantastic. Everyone worked smoothly together to get this major project done. They explained things along the way and gave detailed descriptions of all new pieces when the project was complete including demos on each machine and important shutoff valves, etc. They also were great with my dog, which I really appreciated. Again, can’t say enough positive things about this amazing company. Every part of the experience with them is always pleasant. I’ll be a member for life!

Service professor definitely has some of the best crews working for them! We had some sewer issues and from the first call to them, to John McKay coming out, to the Techs who were here. Dylan, Mason and Howard were so professional. Even when I said they didn’t have to lay down plastic, they did, they wore their booties and worked hard all day (they didn’t leave until 9:15pm) to make sure the job was done and done right! Not only that, they left my house cleaner (ya all they Mopped my floors where they had worked) than when they arrived. So very Impressed! We will never not use Service Professor! Well done techs! We just had Services Professors install a brand new furnace and air conditioning, and we are totally satisfied. These people provide A+ services. We called them over the artic blast with our old furnace not running well, and it couldnt keep up the temperature at all. They got a call back to us immediately too, and they treat their customers very well with concern for their issues. Their employees are professional and want to do the best quality work, so I can tell they take very good care of them and it shows in their work. We will be sticking with them. I would like to add to this review that we just had Ron from Service Professors come, and he did a fantastic duct cleaning job. We sat here, and actually listened to the hoses and equipment pull all kinds of stuff and particles out of the ducts. They were way more dirtier than we suspected. The whole team from Service Professor has been outstanding. Even Josh who is a manager was wonderful over the financing, and getting the perfect plan for us. We are supremely satisfied. Even the air in the house smells nicer. Herman one of the technicians and the whole installation team all excellent services. They even went out of their way over a special problem, and went to the hardware to do the job correctly.

I had them out for help with a circuit breaker that kept tripping. They were extremely respectful and explained things very well. He let me explain what I had observed about the issue, he allowed me opportunities to ask questions, he even opened it up for me to ask about installing a generator hookup. He gave up front pricing, and showed me respect in my own knowledge about home repairs. Overall, this guys rocked. I was surprised how well it went. But now that I know, I am definitely going to call Service Professor before anyone else.

Came out on short notice in a blizzard. Super friendly and forward about the cost. Nobody should leave a negative review about price if the service is good. Our pipes were frozen got them thawed quick and even worked with me to get a discount on the service call. 2nd time I’ve used them will use again.

They installed two electrical outlets in our unfinished section of the basement and replaced our kitchen outlets with GFCIs. They came when they said they would and were very friendly and personable. I was also quoted for many other services at my request, and all the quotes seemed reasonable. A little pricier than you'd find on Google, but I expected this based on other reviews, and am willing to pay a bit more for guaranteed service.

Upon evaluation, he also noticed an additional issue with our main water meter line and set up another appointment with a technician who specializes in that from service professor. This company is very professional and always on time. I had a new hot water heater installed and had to have a new electric panel put in. Both plumber and electrician were here in tandem and the work was done quickly and professionally. I want to give a shout out to Travis, the plumber and Matt the electrician, they are both great and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We are on a priority list so they get to you quickly. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or electrical work done. I gave a 5 star rating because they actually deserve it.

Our water heater was old and not working properly, we called and a tech came out the next day to access the situation. A few options were presented, we chose a tankless water heater. Three service professionals arrived on time today and 5.5 hours later the system was installed. Danielle , Tim and Andrew were very professional and took time to explain what they were doing and why. Mason and Phoenix are plumbing’s dream team! Don’t settle for less- request them! They cheerfully arrived on time Saturday morning, the most hot and humid day we had this summer. Both the sewer pipe and upstairs toilet were broken in my new house. Big mess. The fact that Phoenix and Mason love what they do and take pride in their work was evident. They’re very knowledgeable, considerate (not a speck of dirt was tracked in, no landscaping damaged), enjoy an easy camaraderie, and their positive attitude is infectious. Wonderful attributes in any environment, but motivational and inspiring when the work consists of carrying big, heavy equipment up and down steep, narrow stairs to a cramped stinky basement with no A/C. The technician, Nathan was unable to clear the sewer line with the equipment he had but it wasn't for the lack of trying. He did everything he could. Company is coming back tomorrow with more equipment to finish the job. Nathan (Nate) was very respectful, professional and informative. Didn't bother getting another estimate because I felt very comfortable that they were being fair with me and I am more about the people and the relationship than I am about the price.

Happened to see a Service Professor work van over the weekend and called yesterday to see how soon they could send someone. This was the first time using Service Professor and my wife and I are very pleased with our first experience! Matt was our technician and I must say he was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Matt was here to do a HVAC system maintenance check up, and also was training Eric a another technician as well. What I liked most about my experience was Matt was able to educate myself on how our HVAC operates, explained how my heat pump works which I had no idea how it did. Not to mention while focusing on the customer, Matt was also training Eric as well which I thought was very impressive. I highly recommend using Service Professor and if I ever have any issues in the future I will definitely request Matt B!

My basement drain was backing up recently so I decided to call service professor for their $99 anytime drain unclogging. This was going to be simple and much better price than a competitor that I used years ago. Nathan came out on time and did some testing first to see where all my problems could be. He performed the service quickly and professionally and also took the time to get a hold of a colleague and have them come out to take a look at the drain with a camera. They informed me of the problems that can occur with sewage systems collapsing or tree roots breaking into the pipes. The technician John came out the same morning and took a look and gave me the piece of mind I needed as well as the solutions that could be explored in the future with estimate pricing. Could not recommend enough. I will be using them for future home maintenance without question.

We had problems with our sewer line. It was the original clay tile sewer line laid when the house was built in 1949. Due to the age, the mortar placed between the tiles had deteriorated and roots were growing into the drain. We had cleaned it in the past, however it was a problem that never went away. Having the sewer line cleaned and a liner installed was the solution. Although any sewer line work is expensive, the fact that they could do this from inside the house and not do any excavating was great. Also, they showed up at 8 am and were done by 2 pm the same day. The crew was professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Service was professional and very courteous. Nick came out to pin point the source of a leak that we discovered yesterday for us and was able to in short order while talking through solutions. While here Nick also noticed an issue with a previously installed toilet and took the time to correct the error while he was already in the house to save us time and headache. Nick also provided an estimate for updating our shower plumbing to replace the old galvanized plumbing and explaing it could be done as a stand alone job separate from a while home re-pipe in order to chip away at the large cost instead of an all at once. Highly recommend Service Professor and Nick if you're in need!

From beginning to end, this was a fantastic experience. Tommy came and evaluated our current HVAC system and even noticed we had no return vents in the finished basement (something that has bothered me since we moved in a couple years ago). He gave us a quote for that along with a new humidifier, AC and furnace. Right about in the middle of the quotes we had but definitely the best value and definitely bonus points for noticing the deficient HVAC setup (we had 10+ degree differences between the basement and main floor because of the poor circulation). For the install, Marshall, Sam and Jack were all excellent. Again showed up on time and great throughout the whole process. Very conscientious of ensuring everything was clean and not making a mess of any part of the house during the install. Marshall noticed the existing AC pad was uneven and fixed that for us, and the work that Sam and Jack did on the duct work and wiring was very professional, neat and tidy. Carl and Cody were great for the cleaning! Showed up right on time, very professional and friendly. Cody found a few simple things with the duct work to improve the operation on the ducts (i.e. boots held on with one nail and half hanging out of the slot). Carl communicated the process clearly and overall very happy with the results!

He ordered a new light and they came out and reinstalled the ceiling box and installed the fixture properly with the bracket this time. I have updated my review to reflect the follow up and willingness by the company to correct their issues. I have only rated at 4 stars due to the original issues we had, the completed follow up work was 5 star. *ORIGINAL* Do not let these folks into your home. I hired them to install 4 lights and got 2 installed. I now have 1 of those lights dangling from my ceiling because it wasn't installed with the bracket that CAME WITH THE LIGHT! It appears to have been hung into a rough cut hole with wire. That wire has now loosened causing the whole fixture to dangle down about 2 inches from the ceiling.

I have consistently used Service Professor for plumbing and related issues. They do tend to be on the higher end of quotes, but they have gone above and beyond every time I have used them. I have had different employees come out for each visit, and each time, they are kind, polite, efficient, and helpful. Last weekend, my basement flooded in our new house. After a few hours, I got a call back and an employee was sent out within an hour of that. The employee, Tanner, was very friendly and quickly made a stressful situation into a manageable problem. He made sure to quickly identify the problem and lay out best and worst case scenarios to help ease our worries. When we needed extra support, Tanner called a colleague, Rich, to come out. They were there within an hour and helped come up with a game plan moving forward. Though they had explained everything to my fiancé while I was out, they both clearly explained things again when I got back. I felt very informed and felt I had enough information to make quality decisions about our repairs. They were able to schedule the full repair for only a couple of days later, but provided us with temporary fixes to make us comfortable. While Rich and Tanner were at the house, someone hit their service van. They remained calm and professional during an unfortunate incident. They never made us feel uncomfortable. Instead, during the hours it took for towing/and law enforcement to show up, we got to know them both and their passion for customer service. I have truly never met someone more concerned about customer service. They made an all around crazy day into something positive. My fiancé and I feel lucky to have gotten to know them and look forward to using Service Professor moving forward. Thank you Rich & Tanner!

Well the Techs were very friendly and helpful and fast. My problem came after installation when they cleaned the ducts. I wasn't aware to clean the ducts they had to cut a hole in my brand new duct work. if i had known i would have probably skipped it or had them do it before the new furnace was installed. I spent a good chunk of change on a new furnace & AC to less then a week later have a big patch right in front in plain sight. Then the same day after cleaning they called and I explained to the person i was not pleased to have it look like it does and she said sorry but never offered any type of solution to try to make it better. Also never heard from any management about discussing it or trying to make me less angry. I will probably use them again but very doubtful i will have the ducts cleaned unless it is before a new furnace is installed

I can’t say enough great things about my services with these guys. I’ve met sooo many of them with the multiple issues/repairs I’ve had done with them. Everyone has been super nice and attentive. Derrick the HVAC guy calls me to make sure everything is working right and that I’m happy. We have a new AC unit and the guys were efficient clean and on time. The original thermostat they brought did not work and they were out first thing the next day. I wasn’t there so they called. Overall a lot of money was spent but now my home is 97% energy efficient and my ducts are no longer leaking all of my air into the basement. AND every room in the house is the same temperature!! They also came to replace my waterlines since the piping originally used it the house was old and leaking. Only complaint I have is my water pressure still sucks. Every question and concern was effortlessly answered by the most competent sales and service provider Sam. My natural skepticism was disarmed by his pleasant and professional demeanor. Yet it was almost like dealing with a long time friend or close family member. The installation team was excellent exceeding all expectations. This company does buisness the way it should be done. The furnace and AC were installed in one day. The quality was of care and attention to details was great. The hiccup came when duct cleaning and water heater installation were scheduled. The VIP status we were alledgedly given/sold by Sam was a broken promise. Having taken the day off and traveled to this second home was a wasted two days and a loss for us. Sam rescheduled the duct cleaning and water heater instal for a couple days later. Again the employees were great that did the work. Fast efficient Overall experience was great minus the rescheduling issue.

Nathan was our technician today for a gas pipe replacement for our new dryer. I explained and showed him our issue and he talked me through multiple different options based on our washer + dryer set up. He made sure I knew what each option would entail and we chose the best one based on the information he gave. Once the job was complete he made sure I was pleased with the set up and even walked me through how he uses his gas detecting tool, to test for gas leaks on the new pipes. He was very knowledgeable and asked some of my miscellaneous questions about my home and took the time to show me where my main gas shut off is in case of a problem. Just signed up to be a member of Service Professor and was not disappointed. Andrew came out first thing on Monday to help identify the source of some foul odor coming from an upstairs wall. He helped eliminate possibilities, until we identified a correlation with a bathroom fan. Andrew found the issue's root cause with one small cut out in our drywall...a disconnected vent pipe. He walked through possible fixes and gave multiple detailed itemized quotes and even worked with me to help understand how the work might be integrated into a larger remodel, including planning for plumbing. Incredible service! We currently bought a small cottage that we are using for our full time home and it needs some changes to make that more comfortable. We started by changing a 19 gallon water heater with a tankless... there were a few obstacles to make that happen. Good experience and very competitive price. Next update is 5/31 when they come to install a whole new HVAC system. 5/31/22 Josh came today to install a full A/C and Furnace today.. Super friendly and the install was nice, clean, and the result was outstanding... The install looks very clean and the system runs great! Thanks! 6/8/22 Had Mike back today to install a GFI plug near the AC unit as part of the HVAC install. He made quick work of it and did a great job. Payton came by after that and did a full vent cleaning. It was quick and easy. They were super careful moving things around to get to vents and did a nice job! 11/21/22. Hermon came out today to troubleshoot an intermittent issue with the new furnace. Turned out to be a simple issue with the gas delivery coming in over pressure. He made a few adjustments and we're back up and running perfectly free of charge. Hermon was super friendly and made quick work of the issue. A+ service!

Nick Schultz, plumber, was very professional from introduction through completion and went the extra mile to examine entire plumbing system to document details prior to initiating service, as well as to create comprehensive details for future service and maintainence! He explained what his service would entail for flushing water heater prior to performing the requested service, and made sure I understood the procedure and confirmed my consent.. In addition , I had concerns about the slow water flow from my refrigerator. He checked the copper plumbing line from origin in the basement to the back of my refrigerator and contacted an appliance specialist to review options and best course of action. In my case, he recommended I start with an appliance specialist to assess lines there first, then if not resolved consider changing valve/ lines that are external. We worked with Nathan and he was extremely knowledgeable. As 1st time home owners, we know very little and Nathan was very helpful and thorough in his explanations. I highly recommend using these guys. They're local, knowledgeable, and looking to help you, not charge you.

Steve, Pete, and another electrician did a fabulous job completely rewiring my cozy little house! This was a complicated undertaking as the house was built in 1907 and has had numerous additions and renovations over the years. They installed two new circuit panels, new wiring throughout the house, moved an outlet, and thankfully got rid of some knob-and-tube wiring that was hiding in a small attic crawl space! I have to admit that these two tall guys impressed me by getting in and out of there several times until the wires were replaced! Everything was throughly tested and reviewed with me. I can now move in feeling safe and well supported for the future! Thank you all so much!

This was a repeat issue I chased for several years, after explaining what I had done Nate agreed I had done it correctly. He even followed my path. He called for a camera so he could see why it was a repeat issue. Even stayed to help move a very large freezer. He had genuine interest in what I knew and had done.John came and scoped the line. The access was difficult, I felt bad they had to move the fully loaded freezer. They showed great concern about the plug and how it wasn’t going to come out. I assured them I had the tools to remove it. They were very happy when I removed it . Both technicians were very helpful and listened to my concerns. Between us we decided on a repair path. That will be a different review

Steve and Joel were fantastic! They were on time, friendly, and very transparent about during the entire process. They totally gutted all the plumbing in my house and everything works great. I couldn't be happier with that part of the project. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because after they left i noticed that our new toilet was installed slightly crooked. It is still usable but when looking at it, it is noticeable. Other than that slight issue, I am 100% happy with the service I received.
