Sheila, the one who made the appointment for me was very accommodating and polite and explained what was expected prior to the service; Austin the one who provided the actual service was knowledgeable, personable and a professional. He wore shoe covers which was the best since most service companies forget this very important detail when entering a customer’s residence. Austin was polite, too like Sheila. The job was done quickly after explaining the cause of the problem and offered the best solution. Truly a Pro. I was delighted since it was my first time to hire their services and was content. Thank you for living up to what you advertise.

First of all I can't recall any appointment that went so smoothly . From the nice lady named Carmen who took my information and scheduled the appointment. I will say she was very personable and professional. I couldn't have asked for any better customer service. The technician Jose Alvarez was truly a kind person. Very professional and went out of his way to find the parts needed to do the repair work right away. He did the repairs and was very clean and neat. I am very happy with the both of them Jose & Carmen. Very thorough. All American Plumbing should be appreciative of these 2 employees. If I ever need a plumber I will be calling All American & if anyone asks me if I know of a Plummer I will surely recommend you guys. Thank you for all your help and work. Job well done. All American responded the day we called, which was impressive because it was a holiday. Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable, in addition to providing us with the information that our plumbing back-up was due to tree roots on the city side. We have had this issue before and the company did not provide us with this information. We can now request this to be fixed by the city, thus preventing future, or as frequent, issues. Stephen made sure to clean up around our access location, referencing and considering the health and safety of our daughter. Extremely professional and excellent service. Jose explained everything that needed to be done and did the repairs . Jose and Rodger came on time and were very professional, did excellent work and cleaned up all the areas they worked on. Jose and Rodger have great pride in their work. Jose came back to repair wall after initial drying period and an excellent clean job. Office staff Shelly very helpful in getting appointment to repair wall, very friendly and cordial.

Called on a holiday All American Plumbing was quick to respond and on time. Roger the technician was also very kind and explained everything gave the recommendation of what we needed to do. He said this is the fee to do this if I have to do etc... the price will be this. Very helpful and I was a a ball of stress! We called because toilets over flowed onto floor and started draining into shower floor.

We received outstanding service from both Lamont and Alicia. My wife and I unfortunately awoke to flooding in our downstairs bedroom. I immediately called All American Plumbing & Heating and spoke to Alicia. She very quickly took my information and processed my request for assistance and stated that she would mark our request as urgent. Lamont Goldstein later showed up at our doorstep. He inspected the area of concern and provided us with his assessment as well as his recommendations. His knowledge and expertise were very evident as he was able to answer all of our questions, including the options that we had. This is the first time that we have experienced this type of problem in our home and we sincerely appreciated Lamont's guidance in dealing with this problem. She was very nice and she sent technicians Michael Zendejas and Jose Aguilar to come to my house and fix the issues I was having with the faucets. Super professional! I thought my neighbor had a broken pipe. Our yards were both very muddy. She called All American Plumbing to check it out for her. Turned out to just be broken sprinkler heads. They replaced hers and even bought a new sprinkler head for my yard too! No charge! How nice is that?! Will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs. I know they will be fair to us ladies!

Over the past few years, my wife and I have had occasion to call All-American Plumbing for services as inclusive as replacing a toilet, garbage disposal repair and replacement, and broken valves located in the house. The latter was the case yesterday. Jose A. was running late, but informed us that he would be on site early in the evening. Once there, he never rushed, took the time to thoroughly investigate and come up with a solution to the problem, which involved having to cut into the wall behind the refrigerator to replace a faulty shut-off valve. The job took a good long while, but Jose was superb and pleasant throughout. They are not the least expensive, as people sometimes comment, but they ARE the best at what they do. Thank you, All American Plumbing & Heating. We appreciate your work, AND your attitude while here.

Dispatch gave wonderful updates via text to us to let us know which technicians were coming and when, and even about their backgrounds/experience, which was fun to know. We had a new tank-less water heater installed and Micheal Z came in and did a wonderful job and completing and resolving a couple of issues. We have a two story house and to have water upstairs at 120 degrees in under 5 seconds is awesome. Started out running a little late but Shelly called and let us know. Jose came to the door and his door mat was already unrolled. He was very professional and checked everything out and offered free advice which I really appreciated. All in all went very well. Would recommend AAP and Jose to friends.

I'm giving this a 3 star because of the very high price I had to pay. With that being said Michael Z the guy who came out to do my repairs was outstanding and did a very professional job. He was very friendly and professional and the job he did was outoutstand and the office staff was very good as well. I called a few different plumbers and this place was the most professional. The work and all gets a 5 star they only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the price was alot more than I thought it would be I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for and I'm very pleased with the job they did

Thank you for your prompt reply to my almost panic phone call early on a Saturday morning. Austen was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was and how to repair it for us. He showed us the broken part, how it should function, and what was needing to be done to fix the problem. Once started, he performed the work professionally and efficiently. Shelley is great on the phone - telling us when someone could come out, following up and keeping us informed.
