I cannot say enough about Franklin and team! He was so present and always made time to listen and explain and engage with me as I had questions come up. He clearly had control of the the project from start to finish. A great representative of IMS. For an installation technician, he was impressively engaging and effortlessly communicative about the process. He should be in sales. Justin was incredibly attentive and thorough and made me feel like my home was cared for and respected. Caleb came in to work in the attic and he was quick and efficient and a pro.

Our AC unit outside was old and needed a change. Philip was great to begin the process and was honest and the prices were more than reasonable. He was very responsive at all hours and super quick at that too for any questions I had while making a decision between a few companies. August came to install the AC unit and was on time and incredibly professional and respected the home as well. He was able to answer any questions I had thoroughly and explained the process and items he was installing. Highly recommend!!!

All of the guys were professional and very polite. Everything was done exactly as the proposal outlined for the installation of a new heating and air conditioning system. No surprises! . This company is great, start to finish in my opinion. The customer service is actually almost enjoyable. Very courteous, easy to speak with, and very knowledgeable reps. that speak with you during your initial call. I would say they are the triage. Service call was easy to set up.Took only about 10 mins. Technician’s arrived on time with a 30 min out “ heads up” call. Perfect!!! The technicians got my heater working in no time! I was very impressed. They didn’t just say “ okay heat is on” and leave, they actually did work to find out the cause that eventually led to the fact that my upstairs floor had no return air vents! I was fortunate not to be in a scenario where I had to made a fast decision to get a new HVAC system , I purchased a home with an older, functional HVAC system. I had 3 other HVAC companies come out and give me an estimate. Everyone was up and down none where in same dollar point. IMS was a referral and Contractor I got from Home Depot. They set up a time and came out and did a very detailed estimate and did a breakdown of different types of systems and price points. They were not the cheapest of the 4, but they had the details, the customer interaction and they , by far , made me feel like a priority! The team who did the install were courteous friendly professional They cleaned up they took the time to explain to me the components and what was installed and how they installed very pleased in highly recommended thank you guys!

What an awesome company! From the owners to the office staff to the technician, everyone was extremely helpful and the customer service was terrific. Mitchell, the technician, was very knowledgeable, polite, and very effective in fixing my furnace. My family was without heat for a night in freezing temperatures outside. Love this new AC Carrier unit for my house. I like the value on this AC unit because the price isn't so outrageous like a few other's estimated I was quoted with from different companies. Home Depot is where I got this quoted price from. My only reason for the 4 or should be 4.5 stars is the electrician left my garage light switch not working. Other than that the installer did a great job. Highly recommended...

I inquired about replacing my thermostat for one that I could control with my phone. He had parts in his truck and was able to make the installation immediately. They were on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. The installation was awesome! IMS sent a sub-contractor to conduct the install and he was really awesome! John showed me everything I needed to do with my system, how to turn on my humidifier, and explained my air purifier perfectly for me. He did the job quickly, and by noon, our AC was up and running! If you’re going with IMS, ask for John! This guy was professional, fast, courteous with me and with my wife. When I need a tune up, or anything else from IMS, I will definitely ask for John. With the heat ramping up, I am glad to have my AC in now!

They were informative about repairs but didn't make me feel like they were going to take me for all I was worth. My budget is tight at the moment so I couldn't do the repairs up front, and they didn't make me feel like I had to or my AC was going to be held hostage. I 100% plan on using this company in the future to do the repairs and for any of my future HVAC needs. IMS also constantly has deals going on, so for anyone reading this review, I would check out their deals every once in awhile.

IMS was professional right from the start. Their communication was excellent, it was always easy to get in touch with our sales rep AND to talk to an actual person on the phone in the main office. There were some issues involved with our install as a result of COVID (the delivery of parts was backed up about a month), but IMS has appropriate communication with us throughout the process. I was very impressed with our install, we love our ductless air conditioning, and I would absolutely recommend IMS.

I am really impressed with this company. I was able to get an amazing financing deal using my Home Depot credit card and they installed an additional mini split head onto my existing mini split air conditioning system. The install itself went well and I was really happy with the system. My mini split system recently started having cooling issues. Long story short, the company who originally installed my system was of very little help and tried to shift the blame onto IMS. It took over 2 weeks to get the first company to my home. As soon as I called and told IMS what was going on, they were out the very next day. Shauna was very patient with me on the phone when I had to call back a few times and try to schedule around my work commitments (Thank you!). Jordan, the technician who came to my home, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. He able to resolve the issue quickly even though the problem was likely not caused by his company. IMS truly cares about their customers and they go out of their way to make sure they are taken care of. I plan to use them for any future air conditioning needs!

We just bought our house less than three months ago. We needed our ac installed. We had two wonderful guys come out and install our ac unit. They were fast, efficient, and friendly! Very happy to have ac on one of the hottest weekends of the summer. Aaron was the initial technician who came out to look at what they would have to do. He never tried to outsell any of their units that were advertised as “excellent” and explained how the unit we got (we got the good) would do the exact same job and with just as good of quality. I didn't really agree with his assessment that the system had overheated due to a clogged filter since I replace my filters monthly. John Barrett Was great! He installed the a/c unit for our new build and did a great job. The area where the unit was placed had a steep slope. We were informed to get retaining cement blocks for the install and he was able to level out the area and install the unit perfectly! He was very nice, professional, respectful of our home and well experienced!

They did an outstanding job in replacing my older copper piping for the inflow and outflow lines of the Puron refrigerant, and they answered all my questions with patience and concern to put me at ease. The new unit Carrier Performance Series AC unit works beautifully, is quiet in terms of its acoustics, and its cooling of my home exceeds the capacity of my older unit (BTU rating), so a thank you also to Daniel Porter for recommending this top-of-the line AC unit!. All I can say is WOW. IMS was unbelievable amazing from the first phone call to the consultation, install and to prompt follow-up after install. We had our 45 year old furnace die on the coldest day of 2021. After several mediocre bids form other companies, that wanted us to tear down walls and spend over $10,000 I had lost hope. That's when we were told to call IMS, and I am so thankful we did. They were prompt to get us set up with a consultation, and the next day we had a new unit installed, at the lowest price, and the absolute best customer service. Calles IMS yesterday as my outside unit struggled to turn on. They scheduled an appointment for today between 1 and 5. Our Service Techician Arturo called and was early to arrive which was nice considering we did not have the air conditioner on and the temperature was rising. He completed his diagnostics quickly and we approved most of his recommendations. He completed his repairs in no time at all. We woke up Thursday morning to discover our heat had stopped working. I called IMS to see if someone could come out, spoke with Tiffany, who was very kind and advised me she'd see if someone could come out that afternoon. She called back, as promised, and told me Elijah would come out within the hour. Elijah came right away, was extremely kind and proficient, found the issue immediately, repaired and serviced the heating unit and had everything working in no time. Great people to work with. Our furnace died at our rental property, so we had it replaced (and added AC). They provided several space heaters until they were able to install the new system. They communicated well with me, and worked well with my tenant to schedule installation. My tenant was very satisfied with the installation crew. After installation, they helped with submitting rebates and such as well. Will definitely recommend IMS to my daughter and son-in-law who are a year or two from replacing their HVAC system.

Through the years, we have used numerous companies for home furnace inspection & cleaning services, hoping to find a proficient, reliable company, who puts the customer first, before their bottom line. We were always told promises of excellent service, but received basic, mediocre inspection services, no matter what we paid for such service... the "get in-get out" mentality. Thus, we were expecting the same routine when we called IMS. We have been in this home just a few years now & had our annual furnace inspection done today in Colorado Springs by your IMS service technician, Gary. Not being your average homeowner, I happen to have a 30+ year electrical/electronics service background, so I was basically familiar as to what he was doing with his instruments on the furnace, and would ask questions when I wasn't sure. Gary answered every question professionally. He performed a THOROUGH inspection, and did pressure checks, amp checks, etc... things that had not been done by previous contractors in years past. He even operated the furnace in a more sensible manner than previous contractors. The most impressive part of the service call was when I told him of having lower, than what I thought was normal, air flow through out the home floor registers. Gary looked at the existing system & saw that the furnace blower was rated lower than what it should have been for the home, and that the duct installation work seemed to be restrictive (something the installing contractor probably should have not done), with the previous homeowner. Never once did any other previous service contractors ever take the time to examine the system, when I would mention the possibly of low air flow. Although the cost of resolving the issue is currently beyond the scope of our budget, I did appreciate his input. It was refreshing to do such a positive review, because this type of service should be the norm, not the exception. In today's world, people are too quick to criticize & complain, but rarely take the time to compliment... maybe because good service is expected. I was very impressed with IMS, from the Colorado Springs office staff taking my calls, to technician Gary, who displayed outstanding professionalism & courtesy to the customer. In situations like this one today, I wish I could have given more than 5 stars! Thank you.

What a great knowledgeable staff! My heater has been kicking on and off every fifteen minutes, so I called IMS and the nice lady on the phone gave me tips and had me change my filter before they scheduled a technician to come out so I wouldn't be charged for something I could fix myself. The filter didn't work so they sent a tech out. They were quick to respond and were able to get me a tech the next day. The technician that they sent, Fesstus was very knowledgeable and through, he new exactly what part broke, was able to fix it right away and verified everything is working properly. I am very pleased with my entire experience with IMS. They came out and cleaned my ducts within a week of buying my new home and gave me great feedback on them. I then had them install a new Air Conditioner. They could have sold me a smaller unit that cost close to the same but instead showed me how another unit that was bigger and better would run less and keep the house cooler. This unit was just a little bit more expensive but in the end would cost less per month with my utilities. I would recommend IMS for any HVAC work for your home or office.

I had a faulty gas valve on a 30 year old furnace in my sound studio. I know it's probably way past time and I'm in need of a new furnace soon, but trying to get another year or two out of this furnace was my aim. The first company I called on Christmas day came out and had a look and diagnosed the problem. He said he would check to see if he could get a gas valve replacement for my furnace and get back with me. He did, and told me he couldn't find a replacement valve and wanted to sell me a new furnace. I then called IMS Heating and a gentleman named Mitchell came out, he did some checking and had a valve replacement on order within a few short minutes. IMS did the original install of my A/C, Furnace and water heater back in 2015. I was pleased with all aspects of the sale and install and found I was treated well. They also have done my annual maintenance on the system. I have had great experiences with all the IMS people here at my home as well as a warm and courteous office staff. NOW FALL 2109: my thermostat failed. I called Ann in the office and she was very helpful and courteous. She understood the problem which was that the thermostat would not kick up to high heat. Still worked on low heat so not an emergency. I only noticed it because we were having an October "deep freeze". Ann insisted on sending out their lead technician Jordan to analyze the problem. I insisted we make the appt the following week since IMS had a lot of urgent calls from people needing help fast (Temps were around zero degrees that week at night). Jordan showed up on schedule. I'd like to give him a good review BUT I have to give him a GREAT review instead lol. Jordan quickly found the problem and decided that my system would be better served with an upgraded thermostat. He rewired the lines from the outdoor compressor to the furnace and up to the thermostat. He explained to me everything he was doing in detail (as a primate my curiosity is innate) and explained to me how to use the new thermostat patiently as i am not very tech savvy. His grasp of all the features of my HVAC system was obvious as well as his careful attention to the work he was doing. System is working at full efficiency now and this new thermostat is BRILLIANT. BTW this was done under warranty!! In Summary I believe that you can deal with IMS with confidence of a fair price, good work and GREAT customer service. Modern furnaces and A/Cs are complex and yes expensive. Do your homework so you have an idea what you need/want/afford and call IMS . I strongly recommend that ask for Jordan to do your work if it is possible but this has been a company full of good people in my experience with them. Thanks Ann and Jordan. When you have to tell 6 different companies to please bring their lowest, most competitive costs for an a/c install, including those you have sent plenty of ancillary business to, and 2 of those companies claim to but once they find out they have been beaten try to go up to 1k lower - you know the HVAC business is a damn scam. I have never felt this way about IMS. They brought me their best quote out of the starting gate and still beat everyone else's best "first quotes". So, I chose them and am very happy that I did. Because I know all about furnaces: 1) runs on gas 2) heats house 3) must change filters, I offered to supervise the installation of the 2 Carrier furnaces. The IMS gentlemen politely declined my offer and they managed to install a challenging set up on their own. The IMS Staff was courteous and always helpful with information. The whole-house AC has worked very well over the summer. Because it runs the fan at low speed when it can, it is very quiet. It was installed in the fall of 2019 and, we found, it checks the fan every week or so for a few seconds--even in winter. Before summer, the thermostat went dead. They quickly sent someone out and got it going again. You must remember to turn off the compressor power at the breaker box in the winter!
