I can't speak highly enough of Finney Mechanical. Gary is amazing and made me feel taken care of after getting a few estimates from different companies and feeling like I was getting different answers from everyone, I felt like I could trust him and I'm glad I did. He installed a tankless water heater for me that I am so happy with. The installation was perfectly done by his professional and friendly team and it was done in half the time all of the other companies had told me it would take. He also had a smart way of installing it that will end up saving me even more on my heating bills in the future. Definitely work with Finney Mechanical if you are in need of any of their services they offer.

Finney Mechanical is awesome! We woke up early to cold air blowing out of our vents. Our house was chilly and of course, snow was in the forecast. I called Finney Mechanical expecting to leave a message (it was early), but Gary answered! Gary was honest (asked me when our filters had last been replaced) and kind. He got us scheduled for that morning with his son, Tyler. Tyler came out and spent time going through our whole furnace to find the issue. Turns out it was a dirty area behind the blower - a safety switch tripped because of the dirt. So, we just needed a good maintenance visit and Tyler took great care of us! We will absolutely use Finney Mechanical moving forward. It's so special to find businesses that truly care about their customers and want to build a relationship with them. I feel fortunate to have found Finney Mechanical!

Wow!!! These guys were great. Can't recommend them enough. They communicated clearly prior to the appointment with reminders and arrival times. Then they showed up on time, and knew exactly what they were doing when they diagnosed and worked on our evaporative cooler. Very polite. Very knowledgable. We had a complicated situation with our HVAC system and were told to replace it by several companies. After a recommendation from a friend I called Finney. Gary and his team came in and offered us a fair price to repair it instead and get what use we can from our existing system and also make it more efficient. It took a few days in total (again, it was complicated), but the team stayed until the job was done each day and they were responsive when we had any questions or concerns along the way. I initially chose Finney because they were very responsive to my request for a quote and when Ron came out to look at what needed to be done, he was professional, courteous and very pleasant. When Ron and Anthony came to do the work, they were quick and efficient and found a way to get the work done significantly more quickly that originally estimated (and the initial estimate was very reasonable) and without punching any additional holes in my house. We had an estimate done to replace our boiler two years ago by Applewood Plumbing. Our boiler finally broke and a family friend recommended Finney Mechanical. She was very pleased with her new boiler that they installed and she highly recommended them. I gave them a call on Sunday and Gary Finney called back the same day and we scheduled for a Monday morning call after 9:00 am. At 9:10 Patrick came to check it out and got back with Gary and we got quotes for two different systems that same day. Tuesday morning they began replacing the boiler. All of the workers were polite and professional and timely. In addition to replacing the boiler, Finney patched the broken concrete under the boiler, added a main water shutoff to the house, and added an additional baseboard heater in the bathroom . I was quite pleased with the work and the workers and the final bill was only half of the estimate from Applewood Plumbing. I would highly recommend them to everyone . Above and beyond my expectations. A pleasure to deal with in a difficult situation. Gary even offered to lend me space heaters while the job was being done. I hired Finney Mechanical to replace a 30 year old furnace and add central AC. We have forced air so the ductwork was already in place. Home is approximately 4200 sq ft. Gary came out and did a thorough heat loss analysis and answered all my questions. He had the quote to me the next day as promised. I shopped around and called 4 other HVAC companies. While not the cheapest, Finney was competitive and the final bill did not increase. What sold me was the fact that Finney is a Trane dealer. The units are top of the line and work great. We opted for the S9V2-VS furnace paired with a 5 ton 16 seer XR 16 AC. We also had them install an ecobee thermostat. From the quote to final install, office manager Jared was in constant communication with me. Outstanding communication for an HVAC company. Like most contractors, these guys are busy in the summer. They did reschedule on me once, but Jared was all over it. Gary and his crew were very nice and respectable and they did an excellent job. Small companies like this are hard to find. I highly recommend Finney Mechanical, Gary (owner) and his crew. Thanks again.

Worth the wait! Finney Mechanical quoted me half the price of two other contractors by replacing only the items that needed to be replaced on my boiler. Keep in mind Gary is in big demand because of his fair price and if the work you need is not urgent, it may take a while. My boiler was having issues yet, I still had heat. It was during a cold snap and we had to keep rescheduling so he could service more urgent customers. When he did make it to my house it was a very professional job and I could not have been more pleased. He went above and beyond.

1st Service) The tech(Alexis) sent to fix my furnace was very professional. He wore a mask and wore a shoe-guard. He was very courteous. He detected the problem ( max heat sensor was not working correctly) quickly and put in a temporary work around and then advised me to replace the sensor and restarted the furnace which produced proper heating for such a cold night. I am very pleased with their service! 2nd Service) Alexis came to my house again today to install a Nest thermostat. Again, he was very professional, on time and took every safety measure. He installed the Nest thermostat and helped me configure it and connect it to the Nest App. He explained the way Nest should be configured etc. He took really the optimal time to install and configure. I am very impressed with his service and in general with Finney Mechanical Llc's service. I would strongly recommend them for any work around your furnace, A/C etc.

Gary, and Finney Mechanical are the only guys I would EVER call again for all my HVAC needs. I bought a house and was having heating issues from the start, Gary came over for a free consultation, walked through the house, explained what he thought was going on and possible fixes. The more we walked the more he became concerned with issues of safety of the flue and issues overlooked by the seller. Gary immediately came up with a game plan, course of action and an estimate. We agreed to start the project and from start to finish Gary was up front, transparent, knowledgeable and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The job got done quickly even when multiple issues arose that couldn't have been foreseen, Gary got it handled, kept cost in line with his estimate even with the issues. The job has been completed and the house is night and day in terms of the heating and cooling effectiveness and most of all safety of the system. I cannot praise Gary and his team enough for their professionalism, knowledge, communication, pricing and just the overall experience.

Finney came out and talked me through everything, they told me how to maintain the system, and what types of issues to look for, etc.. I couldn't believe how they went the extra mile. Today, my swamp cooler belt busted, Finney came by within 3 hours and fixed it right up - going the extra mile to explain the problem to me. I love that I Ron (from Finney) also casually talked to me about winterizing in a way that was no pressure at all. Just a no frills explanation of it for swamp coolers and when it should be done with our crazy CO weather. I was just so happy to feel taken care of by Finney Mechanical, LLC and I will always call them back to take care of any HVAC issues.
