It was fantastic. Green Air Care tech responded immediately. Within an hour of my call his guys were measuring to make sure everything would fit. The unit I requested would not work, he let me know right away and gave me options. The team was there 1 1/2 hours early to get installed. This is the second house I used them on and would definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience! Our AC unit went out in the evening, it was original to our house, almost 16 years old. We were referred to Green Air Care. I was reminded that I needed to leave this review today. Last fall we had our furnace and AC coil replaced. The ductwork also needed modification to install a good air filter as there never was a real filter installed. The furnace technicians did a professional job installing the furnace and reworking the ductwork. We are very happy with the work and products we received from Green Air Care and would recommend them to anyone. I had them out this spring to finish setting up the Air Conditioner and had another great experience.

Such a great experience! I woke up on a Sunday to a hot house/no AC, and thought I would pay double for a weekend service call. I saw that Green Air Care was available 7 days a week, and gave them a call at 7:00 am. Troy was here by 10:30, and the repair was done in about 40 minutes. AND the charge for the service call was the same as it would have been during the week! I will absolutely use them again, and refer my friends to them too.

Updated Review Green Air care did reach out to me to correct the issue. We spoke about our options on starting my maintenance agreement. Technicians came out today and did a full tune up on our units. We should be receiving a call this week so we can go over pricing options on maintenance. I have to give them credit for reaching out to us after reading our negative review and working with us on trying to fix our furnace. -- Old Review I Purchased a brand new furnace and Ac from this company about a year ago! The unit wouldn't start yesterday and I called today to have a tech come out and check it. I called and Spoke to Alicia or Alyssa from the Buffalo Grove office who claims she was the office manager. After checking the account she claims that our one year old Bryant system is not under warranty because they haven't serviced it in 6 months. Problem is that none of this was explained to us at purchase they mentioned the 10 year warranty took our credit info signed us up for the credit card and now that there's a problem only a year later to just come out hey want $200!! After spending thousands on the units. Alyssa was no help she basically said this is our policy and it was your fault for not asking about the maintenance. She Kept comparing it to a new cars maint which is stupid. I Had no choice but to schedule them to come out which is going to be about a week from now. Stay away from this company!!! Pay a little more from Cosco or a bigger competitor who will back up the product they sell you.

Decided to replace my 20 yr. old HAVC in the winter. I used Green Air Care and it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Had them come out the day before installation of the HAVC to do their Deep Air Duct and also Dryer Vent cleaning. Then, the next day a Carrier Infinity furnace and Air Cond. ; a Carrier Humidifier, an Ultraviolet Air Treatment System and the Nest Thermostat were all installed ( snow on ground notwithstanding ). There is noticeable less dust in the house and the furnace runs quietly. Humidity in house seems just right and I like the intuity aspect of the Nest. I also signed up for the Preventive Maintenance. Alex was the Rep. who sold me on Green Air. He most likely is a treasured employee as I felt completely confident in using G Air for replacing such important equipment. Arthur, the lead HAVC installer was the kind of guy you feel confident with the moment he arrives and he, and Mike were top of the line. And the fellows that did the Vent work ( Mike & Joe ) also did a clean and thorough job. This leaves Amanda, who fits in very nicely with her timely emails and cheerful demeanor.

Furnace had shut down and thought it was simply a problem with the auto pilot igniter. About two weeks ago I called Green Air to check out our heater problem. The heater would work on our first and second floors but it didn't work at all on the third floor where all the bedrooms are.
