So the initial contact was fine. The prices were high but I understand good work isn’t cheap. What I didn’t expect was damage done to my house and the gaps they left open for me to cover. I paid nearly 13,000$ for a new hvac and ac system to be professionally installed. Damages to my siding and holes left open where they drilled. For the amount of money I am paying I expected much better than what I received.

We had a NEW hot water gas BOILER installed just before the cold winter weather, so HAPPY with it. The installation took a day, two guys working taking out the old one. The guys were polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do. We did have a small dripping from one new part that was replaced a few days later. Good competitive price as we got three estimates. Best warranty of the three.

Four Seasons was very professional, informative, and responsive. Within 2 days of my tune up, they were back onsite to replace my old furnace (1983) and the motor in my other unit. The servicemen who installed the new furnace were respectful of my property. They made sure to remove the old unit and everything else, so my place pretty much looked like before the installation. They answered all of my questions and even provided me with information I didn't even know to ask about. On top of all that, they linked me with seamless financing that worked perfectly within my budget. Now I have a brand-new unit, a satisfied tenet, and heat that works much better than before. Peace of mind is what they really provided. All without straining my bottom line. They have definitely moved up to be my "go to" servicer for all things heating. Keep up the good work guys.

The first guy that came last Sunday (Pat) was good he thought the pipe was a city issue and didn't want to charge my aunt almost 500.00 to check, so the city was called out and they said it was a secondary line that wasn't connected to anything and they informed Pat on what needed to be done and he was able to have someone scheduled to come back on Monday morning to do the repair. That person did come out and removed some of the pipe but not far enough back to stop the leak. So when I was back at my Aunt's house I saw that it was still leaking, so I called and spoke with Heather and she was understanding with my frustration of it still leaking and set up for someone to come back out free of charge after the almost 1000.00 repair charge between 11am & 2pm, and Sean was arrived at 10am and hour early which was awesome and he was able to repair the leak with in less then a hours time by removing the cap valve and cutting the pipe where it needed to be cut in the first place and recapped and valved it off and now my aunt and I was grateful and happy with the work that was done!!!!!!! The first two photos are of the leak , third photo is what was done on Monday and last one is the completed repair.

More expensive than others, but no complaints on quality or experience. Had the lead technician who has worked at other companies and believes 4 seasons offers the best equipment and training to all of its techs. Would highly recommend.

Had a salesperson come out on Friday who gave us prices for a new furnace, he called in and made 2 appointments for our duct cleaning and our furnace installation. Also sold us a humidifier for the house. Techs come out to install the furnace and tell us the humidifier can’t be installed and the salesperson should have known that before selling it, great. Then we have no hot water the next day and we have to figure out what they forgot to do to fix the issue. Turns out they messed with the water heater, I guess for the humidifier they couldn’t install so we have to figure out how to get everything going again. Cleaning the ducts was a separate appointment, they never showed up so I call in and they tell me I didn’t have an appointment which their salesperson had set up for me in my living room while I’m listening to the conversation with the rep so I know he did set up the appointment. I paid for both services on the day of the furnace installation but now on the phone she can’t see my payment!! She has to look for my payment and reschedule my appointment so I lose a day of work for nothing!!
Update: they called me to make sure I’m satisfied with their service. They were willing to send someone out to assure me that their work was done correctly. Even tho the duct cleaning was rescheduled I was very happy with the person that came out. He was friendly and got everything done efficiently. He even made sure to wear a mask and shoe covers so I was comfortable having my son in the house. I’ll most likely use them in the future for my maintenance

Referred to Four Season through Home Depot and was not disappointed. Specialist came by the house, did a very detailed walk through (checking vents and return vents etc) and asked me a few questions. Provided his recommendation for me to consider and answered all my question promptly. Setting up the installation appointment was also very easy. Crew came out on time and getting to work right away. Installation took about 5 hours, clean up the area, wipe everything down properly. The crew finish up the work with a final walk through of everything they did and what has changed compared to the old unit I had and provided me with a few tips and tricks. Overall a solid 10/10 experience with the team.

We have radiator heat and the main board went out. They installed a new boiler and had to redo all the piping for the boiler. They made it look nice and professional and neat. The techs were very polite and explained everything very well. They made sure the radiators were pushing heat before they left. Very happy with Four Seasons! The Technicians were James Ortega and Jonaton Landa. My wife says that this is the first time in 20+ years that the warmth throughout the house has been even and thorough.

We had a boiler in our home that needed to be changed from oil heating to natural gas, so it was a whole new installation. We knew it was going to be a tough job but our technician George assured us he was the best. I have to say he didn't lie, we could not be more pleased with the professional work he and Victor did. He really went above and beyond and was here for 2 days to complete the job. Everything he put in our house looks fantastic and he really worked hard to make everything look as good as it possibly could. They were very nice and I can't say enough about their excellent work. They let us know what was going on whole they worked and kept us notified on how long the job would take. After finishing their clean up was great, you couldn't even tell anyone was even there, especially considering how very dirty changing a boiler is, i was very impressed! Only complaint I could have is they were late arriving both days with no apology or explanation but once the job was done I didn't even care, it was impeccable. We also called other companies and no one could beat the price. I definitely recommend four seasons, we are very satisfied

We recently purchased a townhome and knew first thing 4 Seasons would be doing the work that was needed. I’ve owned several properties over the last 10 years and always do business with them (laundry/dish washer installs, bathroom remodels, etc) due to the quality of work, time frame of completion, and overall cost. This time we needed a full HVAC installation, they were able to send someone out for a consultation and within a few weeks we had the service completed. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely recommend!

My furnace stopped working so I called Four Seasons and a few other companies. Four Seasons was the only one that was able to come out that night to inspect my furnace. I spoke to Jose who was very pleasant and helpful. The service person that came out was professional, friendly, and thorough. Unfortunately he said I need a new furnace. 😕 He offered me their best deal. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up and reassembled everything. I wish I had the money to get this done.

Update: Four Seasons was able to correct the issues after speaking to the customer service manager. It was corrected free of charge so we are satisfied with the repairs. Mr. Mike Angelo the technician sent to correct the problem was extremely professional, courteous and skilled at his craft. He is definitely an asset to the company.
I decided to use this company for a family member and the service was horrible. I thought with the good reviews I would have a nice experience but that was not the case.
This company was called out for plumbing services. The 1st plumber could not fix the issue then he left and we had to wait on a second plumber(very rude with an attitude) who half way fixed the issue and caused more problems than we had before. They also have you sign a no guarantee form after they complete the work when you are not even fully sure that the problem is fixed as well as a signature they they are not responsible for damage. Soon at the plumber left our toilet problems turned into the shower backing up which wasn’t even happening before they came. Now We paid almost 1K and still having more issues than what we started with. We called to try and get the issue fixed and the second man who came was trying to charge an additional 400 dollars more when we already paid for you to cause us more problems. Please don’t let the good reviews fool you do NOT use this company. A complete waste of money now we have to pay another company to fix the issue they couldn’t fix that they charged us for.

My service Tech was courteous, polite and thermal. He was professional and explained the service provided and what was needed to be done to resolve the problem that he found to get it in working and safe condition. I appreciate his attentiveness and relentlessly efforts to ensure my products were in working condition. He deserves a raise and should be used to train new representatives when starting their careers with Four Seasons. He ended up repairing my water Hester as well and did a great job completing the job.

My association's boiler needed a part replacement. I liked that I was able to get an appointment quickly and the original technician diagnosed our problem accurately. He checked for the replacement part and stated it would be delivered the following day and they would verify its delivery and install it. I kept getting updates that the appointment was scheduled and the tech was on his way. He arrived and found out that the part had not arrived and needed to reschedule for the following Monday. I had a window for the repair between 12-4 and got emails status updates. It did not happen until close to 6 pm. I spent a lot of time waiting over two follow-up appointments.
While it remains to be seen. the new part was installed and when he left it was working.
My rating is based on all the lost time for me as a customer. I appreciate the status updates but I don't appreciate having two botched follow-up appointments to complete the job.
(Edit) I called the number below as requested and the number was to the customer service line. The message said they were experiencing high call volume and requested a message be left and my call will be returned in twenty four hours. The "service" keeps getting better.
Also got my bill via email this morning and it was paid in full (1-3733537) yet the invoice is still showing a balance.

We had our A/C go out on the hottest day of the summer. We bought a couple of window units just so we would not be forced into any snap decisions. We called 4 seasons, even after a terrible experience with them in 2013. The appointment was after another company giving us their quote. Kurt showed up on time and began by inspecting the current HVAC. He then sat with us discussing the options as well as the past experience we had. He was concerned with our past experience with 4 Seasons and wanted to make it right. Kurt also made sure that anything that was indicated on the purchase order or his email was taken care of or to contact him directly. We now had 3 quotes and we decided that the warranty and 5 years maintenance was the best deal for us. We then set up a time for the work to be done. Jaime and Oscar were the technicians that came in to do all the work. They were very professional, courteous, and kept us informed of everything that was being done. They got the A/C up and running, however they were not able to complete the Furnace and would have to come back the following week. They cleaned up every scrap of paper and metal, which was very impressive since it was done in the dark. Our overall experience with this process was pleasant and again great work by Jaime and Oscar.

I been with this company since early 2000‘s I’ve had multiple occasions where service was bad ,technicians didn’t show up at,the installation the unit was improperly put in, I’ve missed days from work no one ever called me, I’m sitting here now waiting on a technician which no one have called, I’ve called this the agents on duty three or four times and I’m discussed. At the moment I would not recommend no one for four seasons heating and air this has been the most terrible service over the years that I’ve had to deal with I spoke with someone high up in the management last year and he tried to work with me and I appreciate it but these people he got in the field not everyone but it’s just been a bad situation I’ve even had one technician was rude to me as a customer. This is unacceptable no one should have to tolerate this.
The technician finally arrived. With the agent on the phone and the appointment had to be rescheduled. Tania with my direction and understated my made my appointment at my exact time for Thur. July 7, 2022 at between 8-9:30am. She also gave me 1 free maintenance check up for future use.

My technician was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I love the constant communication of appointment reminders, texts and calls letting you know arrival time. Here's what I like. There was an honest conversation about what we needed, and (more importantly) what we didn't need. At no time was there a manipulation or push to buy, upgrade, replace anything that wasn't necessary.
And then the guy that came in was quick, efficient, respectful of our home, and left everything clean as it was. My only regret was that I didn't call them sooner.
From the first moment of the initial call to the last moment out the door, everything was highly satisfactory, and fantastic customer service (which, let's be honest, is going completely down the tubes. No endless e-options to choose from, no long agonizing on hold messages, no jumping from one "specialist" to the next and no one can help me with my needs.
EVERYTHING was all about taking care of me and helping get our home quickly back to comfort and safety.

Our furnace broke during the coldest day of a winter storm. The first tech who came out to diagnose was awesome. He diagnosed quickly and figured out what we needed to do. The techs came later that day to install the heating system. I was told by the first tech that estimated time for the installation was 4-5 hours. The two techs showed up at 1:30 in the afternoon and took a LONG time to complete the project. They did not communicate well with us and we had to go ask them several times about the status of the project. 10 hours later at 11PM at night, they finally finished when we were about to send them away because we needed to go to bed for work the next day. The project took double the time I was told. They had to leave at one point to pick up something from the hardware store and were gone for over an hour. They also did not clean up the area well and there was dust everywhere that we had to clean up. Everything is working nicely, but it was definitely not acceptable how long the project took.

Wonderful very professional service with reasonable rates. I had the central air fixed in my condo and repairs needed to be done for the condensation from the central air to drain properly. I had someone come out who fixed it but started experiencing the same issue again. I called and they had a repair guy come back out the same day and fixed it. So for any heating and cooling service I would definitely go back to them again.

Jacob arrived exactly when he said he would in the pre-service phone call. He did an exceptional job cleaning our dryer vent which admittedly, and embarrassingly, was way overdue. He was very personable and took the time to educate while conducting the service. To him I give 5 stars plus!
I do feel the pricing was pretty steep for a couple hour job. I like dealing with four seasons, good company, but the pricing has become very prohibitive for their services and in the future I will have to look at the competition for same service but lower prices. $250 to clean a dryer vent seems way overpriced. I did check competitors pricing which was from $125-175 and the others do exact same thing ( them to ensure they offered same service, same procedure and they did). I kept this appointment because I’m loyal to four seasons but money is money, and in these financial times, every dollar matters, especially to older retired folks. I’d love to give the overall experience 5 stars, but I just can’t considering the pricing.

Four Seasons definitely stayed competitive with pricing and truly made it easy as a homeowner during the entire process. Would absolutely recommended them to anyone needing furnace or A/C repair. One main reason I went with them was because I know that if something major happens, they will be out faster than any other company to make it right. Whether it’s 100 degrees or negative 10 outside, I know I can depend on them. Highly recommend!

We had Adrian stop by this morning to do an annual furnace check on our 20+ year old furnace we inherited when purchasing our condo last year. Within minutes, he called us over to show a critical issue he found with our furnace and explained the implications as well as outlined our options. He was not pushy at all and respected that we want to first check with our home warranty on options. He gave us his recommendation on a system that would be better for us and did not charge us for any of the service since there was no further maintenance to be done. Really loved our first experience with Four Seasons and will definitely default to them for all heating / cooling needs in the future!

Once he got to my house, he quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how he was going to fix the issue and told me upfront what it would cost. The tech they sent out was polite, but I think he is trained to force you into replacing your furnace. I have to pay $85 because he came out and did not do anything. He had no knowledge about my Goodman furnace. He said it was an awful brand and we just need to get a new one. He tried to call several “managers” while he was with my husband and no one was available.
Do yourself a favor… unless you want to buy a brand new furnace, don’t even consider calling them if your heat goes out.
I recommend you just Google the brand name of the furnace you have now and look for a company who is a registered dealer of that brand. My house will be out of heat for another day because he could not actually troubleshoot / possibly repair it for us.
I will never use this company again unless I plan on replacing my complete furnace and A/C.

Lost air, husband called they came out for an estimate then left to get The equipment. The men were courteous and nice, we were told he would run through the thermostat with my husband, they got the heat going, then the man said he will get the cool going soon. They left, they didn’t run through The thermostat. They didn’t wait to see if the air worked or not. A half hour goes by and our Air does not work we called the extension to talk to service member.. She that they will come out tomorrow to fix it and waive the $80 fee! To even say that is ridiculous they just installed it that day! It was expensive. Yesterday a nice kind gentleman showed up to fix the situation. He did that while I picked up all of the plastic zip ties they left on my neighbors lawn, The gentleman got the air going promptly saying it was just a wire that was loose. I asked him why there was water running out of the system onto my floor, when they installed this unit they did not take the two cardboard inserts on either side blocking the hoses…. making a mess. I’m sure The original duo was tired and trying to get home, my suggestion is that they wait see if it works and also ask homeowner where they want the thermostat he took the old one off and put the new to the left of where the old one was, not covering the area of the original ….well I’ll have to paint the whole dining room now!!! I hope you have more service workers just like the gentleman that came yesterday to help me, he was very thorough n kind, he also waited to make sure the air works.!

I had two different techs, the first diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the part, and the next morning another tech arrived to remediate the issue. Both were friendly, professional and made me aware of the issue and cost to repair. My only issue is that the work they did was on my carpet next to the closet housing the furnace. It would have been nice if they had a mat to lay down for their tools so they wouldn’t be wrenching directly on my flooring.

I called Four Seasons on 11-10-22, regarding my inability to understand the high tech Smart Thermostat, which was installed with my new furnace March 2022. I read the User Guide, being a senior, found it very complicated to follow.
The Service Tech arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the operations of my system. His training method gave me confidence in operating the thermostat. I am thankful to Four Seasons for such an awesome group of employees.

The technician was early, professional and efficient. He deserves a raise. My problem is with Four Seasons itself. When they installed my a/c I asked about maintenance, being a first time owner. That day the technician that came told me just to change the filter every other month. I changed it every month for good measure. Boy was I ever surprised when it broke down and I was told by another company that I should have been doing anual maintenance on it like I do for my furnace. This could have all been avoided had I been given the proper information to begin with. I do not recommend this company for that reason.

My split system stopped working on a Monday and was replaced on the Friday of that same week. They were able to send me a technician the same day I called to diagnose the issue. I had someone quote me the next day and Technicians come on the Friday that same week. Their quote was very fair and people a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for their efficiency and professionalism.

I purchased my furnace from Four Seasons through another company and they came out to perform the yearly maintenance clean up. He arrived earlier than window time and did an excellent job, replaced the filter and also offered the discount price to clean the water heater. He explained the water heater was very dirty (don't know the last time the previous owner had it cleaned) and should now run efficient. He answered all my questions and I was very satisfied as I am every year.

I first used four seasons heating and air conditioning to install a new HVAC system, humidifier and water heater after interviewing many other companies. I chose them because their pricing was fair , they seemed knowledgeable and professional. After the installation, we had a few issues with the system and four seasons was very responsive by first apologizing for the problems and quickly repairing them, as well as giving us a few years of maintenance gratis to make it up to us. Every technician that has been here to install, maintain or repair the system has been polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have used them for a number of years and will continue to. Kudos for jobs well done!

Other company I regularly use could not come out quickly and wanted to charge an overtime/holiday fee even though it was 4 days before the holiday. Otherwise, they could not service our air conditioning for 8 days. This company came out, diagnosed the problem and had our system fixed within 5 hours. The tech was smart, friendly and courteous.

Bernard arrived a mere hour after my call into the emergency line on an early Sunday evening. Within 90 minutes he not only fixed the existing wiring issue which had our furnace inoperable for 37 hours but but got our new smart thermostat up and running. Adam, Javier (I think) & Jonathan did a great job. I had a maintenance call scheduled for the next day, but realized that our heater was not working. I called Four Seasons to ask if we would need a different technician and they sent Adam out within a few hours. Our HVAC unit is 16 years old and just needed to be replaced. Javier & Jonathan came out a couple hours later and stayed until 9PM to get the job done. All is good now. We really appreciate the hard work and quick response given the colder weather that was approaching.

Techs made it to my location on time and communicated professionally. Lead tech was very helpful identifying issues with my existing system. Unfortunately they left my basement in a mess, which took me hours to clean up. They should have wore foot covers at a minimum and restored the basement in the same condition they found it. One could only wonder if this would have been the case if I lived in a upscale home/
neighborhood. The Tech that installed my thermostat did not install it with a back plate which made it look bad. Lead tech had to tell him to redo it with back plate right before they were wrapping up to leave. Very young techs(21) so experience clearly played a big part here. There's clearly a lot of room for improvement.

Service tech called beforehand giving me 1 hour notice as promised and arrived and presented himself professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He showed extreme attention to detail, conscientious work ethic and explained each step of process. At the end of service he reiterated all that was done and asked did I have any questions.

Technician was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The reason for 4/5 stars is missing first install window. Was 12-4 window, had to cancel at 5:30. I was told they were behind schedule, that was getting too late. Moved to next day, was first appointment, job done in no time. Communication before and leading up to the appointment was terrific. The person was professional and pleasant explaining his work and answering all of our questions. Two areas of improvement during the visit a bit of water came out of the techs hoses. We had to ask about this which he quickly admitted was his mistake. We thought that the service person would have cleaned it up and let us know why the rug was wet. The second area was we were supposed to get contacted about a follow up visit within 30 minutes. We ended up calling the next day because we never heard anything.

Everything was installed on a timely manner, but thermostat wasn’t working after tech left, so another had to come back at 8pm because we didn’t have heat, and the first tech left dirt marks all over the side of our house with his mud hand prints, unprofessional if you ask me. Also found a nail on my living room floor and I have a 5 year old running around. Only had one tech doing the installation so it took 6 hours and he didn’t eat lunch.

I purchased my house one year ago. Recently, I set up a furnace tune up with Four Seasons through Home depot. Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak.
The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . I do not have any gas smell anymore and most of our coughing and difficulty breathing has ceased.
I really appreciate the knowledge and the help from Four Season.

12/23/2022 Great service. George, Tech, came in below zero weather, God bless him. After he finished UV bulb in furnace, he advised me of his observations on safety and furnace efficiency tips. He noticed the flu on boiler was not leveled for proper flow and emphasized on maintaining CO2 detectors. I've encountered techs in the past that tried to hustle me, really didn't care. In/out was their motto. George, you're a good man.

Been having issues for years since furnace was installed by this company. It’s great to finally have a service technician, Juan Flores, who is knowledgeable. High price to pay on my end since I didn’t follow through or didn’t push 4 seasons hard enough to keep coming back to fix the same issue before the warranty expired. For the first time in years, the flooring where the furnace is, is dry! No more dripping or overflowing of water. No quick fix this time.For today’s service, it’s 5 stars, but I have to give 3 stars for the overall rating, since it took this long to get it fixed..

Awful service and company. Had them install a brand new unit at our home back in 2019 for $$$$. A warranty was provided--good for 15 years if something were to happen. We recently found out that there is a leak to that very same unit. Called and asked if they could service since it allegedly was covered. But because we had assumed it was a freon issue and had another service add freon to the unit, they said it was out of warranty. Not even sure how that makes sense. Completely illogical. It's obviously a parts problem.
UPDATE: 4 seasons was able to come out and run a diagnostic to test out the leak. They assured me they would get down to the bottom of the issue once the test was complete and if a leak was occurring would rectify the issue immediately.

(I am still waiting for the actual transaction to take place as it may be a few days before it is processed. Once this transaction goes through, the review will be edited to say “my concerns have been met.”)
I was quoted by Adrian W. the need for a new furnace because there “wasn’t sufficient room for repairs to be done (due to water heater placement).” This meant spending much more than I initially intended. I was quoted $6980 for the new system with a “special $200 discount because you are a teacher.” (Whatever discount this is was appreciated, but it sounded condescending the way it was presented.)
After signing and agreeing to the new furnace, I later found out this was still priced much higher than I would have found elsewhere. I spoke with an account manager (Nick) who claimed he would “go to bat for me to keep my business” and after being put on hold for a while came back and could magically bring the price down to $5130. I appreciated the effort and lower price, but it just went to show how high up the markup was if he could just change the price like that.
The installation techs (Patrick S. & Darrel) were polite, professional, and punctual. They made sure to answer all questions and cleaned up after leaving. The only minor comments were they left dark/dirty handprints all over the door they needed to remove and never turned the water heater back on after shutting it off, so we had no hot water when we went to shower the next morning. These were easy fixes to clean the door and reset the heater, so overall I was very pleased with the tech’s work.
Due to the cost discrepancy, I will have to do more research to compare prices before using 4 Seasons in the future. However, if I do go with them again, I would be very pleased to have Patrick and Darrel complete any required work as they did a great job with the actual installation.
After work was complete, 4 Seasons asked for my review, they contacted me to attempt to rectify my concerns. This took quite a lot of back and forth and I am now awaiting the discounted credit to go through.

We had Four Seasons come out as an emergency Christmas Eve after another company failed to diagnose and repair our system. Mind you it's freezing outside and inside. Adam came out and went through a thorough check of our system and found several other reasons why our furnace was not working. Most importantly Adam discovered and showed us something that the first company, in their haste did not find. It was damage that had the potential to seriously hurt out family had it not been found. This left us shaken. I researched this damage and found that everything Adam shared was consistant with other experts, blogs etc. I even found pictures that were almost identical to our damage. Adam would NOT charge us for the service call..ON CHRISTMAS EVE AT 5PM. Four Seasons was able to come out the next morning and replace our furnace, Christmas morning. Nick and Julio showed up, made sure to cover his shoes and ultimately our floors to protect our home from damage. They left everything so clean you would never know that they had been working on our system all morning. Absolute great job, big kudos to the team from Four Seasons.

The heat was working when he left. I left the house for a few hours. When I returned home the heat was not working. I called and they can't send someone until Monday. This is not the first time this has happened. Four Seasons needs to double check their work to make sure they didn't miss a switch or whatever the issue is.
After this review, Four Seasons called me right away and sent someone to fix my heat. I didn't have to wait another day. The only problem was that it was the humidifier pump that stopped working. I had an expense that I wasn't expecting. The new technician explained everything and reminded me about maintenance. He was very helpful. Now I'm warm and cozy!
The customer service rep reached out to me again. I've updated the stars. Four Seasons will be sending me some money back as a courtesy. I have been a long time customer. This is how a company should take care of their customers. Good job Four Seasons!

Second visit within a month. First visit , Four Seasons sent a technician that was not focused on my problem. He had his own agenda. Tried to explain what was I was experiencing as far as the usual operation of my AC. He said everything was fine. Very cursory inspection. Left on a three week trip. When I returned, I opened the door and was greeted with a hot home. Looked at the thermostat and it read 83 degrees. Immediately called Four Seasons, again.
Sent two technicians the next morning. Blower motor had failed. The gentlemen they sent were the kind of guys who should have made the first service call. Professional, informative and efficient. Checked everything. Investigated my concerns and made sure everything was to both our satisfactions.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed when I had proactively tried to prevent what I returned home to.
It is now performing as designed.
I will still call Four Seasons for my HVAC services. They are still one of the best out there.

What great response and service. Our heat went out during the night when it was below zero and 55 degrees in the house. First technician arrived around 9:30 but didn’t have the necessary part. Part was ordered and special delivered to our house in the afternoon. Second technician around around 1pm before the part arrived but did not want to leave us within heat. He tried to do other things to see if he could repair or start furnace with the part. He was able to provide us some heating while waiting for part to arrive. When part was delivered he installed it but did not work. He tried several other things and even consulted with his supervisor. He stayed with us for 4 hours determined to get us heat only to determine that the new part was defective. Finally he found another replacement part, installed it and got our heat working. A great job and dedication to great customer service. So glad I use Four Seasons. By the way since the furnace was still under warranty after 10 years there was no charge except for a diagnostic visit.

My ecobee thermostat sent me a message that it was requesting heat but the temperature was dropping. For five days the new furnace did not shut off and the highest temperature was 66 and at times was at 60. I called (12/29/2022) and they came out the same day. The gentleman was very polite, listened, understood and evaluated the heating system. He was very professional, he put on shoe covering’s and had total respect for our house. He submitted his evaluation that night and we are waiting for customer service to call for what needs to be done.

On 12-24 with single digit temps and even lower wind chills, our 27 yr old heating system decided it was done. I called about 8 places and Four Seasons were the only ones that would come out. Needed a new system and they were able to install it the next day (Christmas Day!) Did a great job and now we are warm again.

I have a two flat building. My old boiler was broke beyond repair after 46 years. My service technicians dismantled the old cast iron boiler and hauled it away. They installed the new boiler and explained how it worked. They alao installed my new smart thermostat. The completed the job in one day. They removed all of installation debris. I am very satisfied.

I called customer service and she said she was going to submit a claim. And see if maybe they refund me.

He looked at our system that was serviced a few months earlier by Four Seasons and it was in good working order. I told him that our heating also had a few issues last winter (21') and he suggested that he could squeeze us in today for a system check and maintenance ON THE FLY like that! I don't know if that is a normal or common occurrence but we were grateful! Turns out the system was very dirty and had some debris that could of caused a problem or possible shut down of the heater. Being that he looked at it, I can rest easy knowing that Four Seasons looked into it and made sure we'll be okay for the winter.

The owner’s manual I was given stated I would get a new filter with the installation. I needed a washer/dryer hook up & electric outlet done in the basement… that was done correctly & quickly….. for the HVAC team I needed two central vents installed for both the 1st & 2nd floor units.. there are both working to par however I needed a vent for one room on the first floor and second floor. The made the vent for the 1st unit but didn’t clean up in the basement, the supervisor came & clean up.. I spent around 20k you think the gorilla cages were included;for those who don’t know they are meant to protect the air condenser(s) from being stolen. You would’ve thought it be included there are $1,200 a piece so another $2,400 but they did give me some type of discount. They put one of the gorilla cages on, but couldn’t put the other one on so they have to come back out here. I don’t understand why they can’t have the availability more sooner it just putting the gorilla cage on one condenser So I’ll have to have the availability. Overall my experience is been almost satisfying but not quite there as much I want to give them the benefit of the doubt I just can’t , furthermore the job isn’t completely done and it’s just very costly, luckily they will allow you to finance contingent on your credit and/or other financial obligations.I would prefer a supervisor & a team come out together to get a better visual on the potential issue vs. Having someone out here that’s not doing the work. Every time something get passed down & gets water down…….

First, we appreciated our first contact and continued interaction with Luis O, our Sales contact. When he visited, he thoroughly walked through our property and understood our needs. He answered our seemingly constant early morning questions and clarifications with the proposal and updated it until it matched our requirements. I particularly appreciated the product guarantees. Overall, Luis was patient, professional and courteous.
Our installation was scheduled and we received courtesy reminders by the Four Seasons office. On the day of the installation, Jose and Alex, the installation technicians, called us 30 minutes before arriving. As requested, upon arrival, they called us, we left them in and we walked through the exterior and interior portions of the house were the equipment and devices would be installed. They were always respectful, thorough and patient in explaining the process and their approach, before, during and then, after it was completed, with a final walk-thru. They worked well together as a team, were hardworking and I don't think that they ever took breaks! Before they left, the basement was clean and left as they found it - except with a better HVAC system! I was particularly impressed with the quality of the duct revisions and corrections.
Our only issue currently appears to be the programming of the thermostat. The thermostat instructions about the various heating cycles is confusing (especially since we want it at a constant 73F) and the display varies from 62F to 70F the default setting to my manual adjustment to 73F. The temperature setting doesn't seem to hold. So I would appreciate a call or visit to walk me through the programming requirements, as soon as possible.
Overall, we are pleased with Lennox product and the Four Seasons experience. I will be honest to say that I was a little leery given some of the reviews that I read, but my fears were put to rest.

On one of the coldest days to date, our furnace failed to heat. We called on a Saturday afternoon, and the Four Seasons technician was at the house within two hours of our call. He carefully inspected our system,
identified the parts that had failed on our 15 year furnace, and found the parts unavailable for weeks. Since our A/C unit was over 31 years old, we decided to have the whole HVAC system replaced. Adam Cotton explained all our options, guided us through the order process, offered us electric space heaters for the night, and saw to it that the delivery and installation was scheduled for Sunday morning. The installation team arrived and promptly completed the entire inside and outside installation by 4:45 pm Sunday! We were completely delighted with the installation work as well as the excellent equipment they provided. I don’t recall the names of the installation technician but they were knowledgeable, efficient and hard working professionals. They patiently instructed us in the setup and use of our Wi-Fi based thermostat.
In all, I will conclude that we are pleased and 100% satisfied with Four Seasons Heating and Cooling. HIGHLY Recommended on all accounts.

Wednesday, I called for someone to fix a hole on my furnaces's flue pipe. A tech came, inspected it and called his manager, Nick. I spoke with Nick and I was told the flue pipe is not covered on the warranty but that he will speak with customer service and see what he can do. Thursday, Chris was assigned to repair the hole between 3-6pm. He took almost 2 hours past the 4hour time frame, before I got the call that he's on the way. He took measurements of the pipe then told me he doesn't have the parts and will have to go to home depot to get them. He then said he will come back the nxt Day to complete the repair and we agreed to a 12 to 4 time frame. He said he set up the appt himself. Friday morning, I checked with your office just to make sure the appt is stii the same which she said it was. I didn't hear from Chris till almost 630pm to say he's on his way. Half hour later, he called again to say he has to reschedule till Monday since he's missing a vital equipment to complete the job. By this time I was pretty irritated by all the delays so I called your office again. I was put on hold so she can check what's going on. When she got back on the phone, she said she found another tech and will be calling me in an hour or two. A tech named Steve called shortly after and said he's coming to check the pipe and make some measurements then he'll have to go to home depot to get the parts. I told him measurements were taken by the previous tech and don't they share informations. He said he needs to see the location as well so he knows exactly what else he'll need but assured me that it will get done tonight and will have heat that night. It's been pretty cold the last 2 nights. The hole was taped up, but my 83-year old mother refused to turn on the furnace till the pipe was fixed. Steve came, did what he needed to do then left for home depot. He was back in about 30 min and replaced the pipe within 20 min and tested it for CO and gas after the furnace was turned on. He showed me what was done, and showed me the readings on his meter. He was very professional, polite, and reassuring. He was also apologetic having taken 3 days to fix a very simple problem even though it was none of his doing. He even gave me discount for the inconvenience. I was very thankful that he got the job done so efficiently.

They did good work however they installed a furnace and new thermostat October 20th. On November 12th the thermostat was not working. It hasd been less than a month since they installed everything. I called about the issue that the thermostat they installed with the new furnace was not working so we had to go down to the basement to turn the furnace off and on otherwise the heat would just continue rising. They were very prompt and got somebody to come and fix it that day. They had to switch out the thermostat for a different 1.
They did fix the issue, however they still charged an $85 service fee even though it was less than a month that they installed the furnace!!
I would understand if it had been a few months or longer however it wasn't even a month since they installed it. It has a warranty on it to fix But it not even being a month since they installed it I was surprised they would charge another $85 to have it fixed. We shouldn't have had any issues with The new thermostat and heater you're in that short amount of time and for them to charge for service fee so early on was very surprising to me. That is why I'm giving them a 3 otherwise the people I spoke to and the service people are very friendly I was just not expecting a charge so early on.

I bought a total HVAC system from Four Seasons just at the beginning of fall. This review will have two completely separate parts, the sales experience, and the install experience. The two could not be more different from each other.
First, the sales pitch is well done. It's a typical three option sales approach so that you are focused more on the differences between the three options than the actual price you are paying. They also offer a financing option which they say is 0% interest but you're paying approximately 20% more in total cost. So they hide the cost of financing. This, again, is used to distract you from the actual cost of the system they are selling.
The second sales tactic is that after the quote is provided you will learn that the Lennox HVAC system you were quoted does not come with a thermostat, and the Thermostat for these systems ranges from $600-$800 retail. (Look up Lennox Merit/Elite/Signature models with the corresponding thermostats). Austin sounded very annoyed on the phone when I tried to point out how dishonest this was.
I believe this is another sales trick to distract you from the total cost, or to bait you with another upcharge. They must receive these thermostats with the HVAC systems they are sold with. As far as I can tell from researching, the Lennox thermostats only work with Lennox systems. There is no reason for them to be sold separately.
I stood my ground on all the above and negotiated a little less than 20% off their initial quote. I still think I overpaid but the install will make up for it.
The installers (Careese and Napoleon) were incredibly professional. They came on time, and they worked over 11 hours to get the install done and left at about 9PM. Throughout the entire day they were professional, courteous, clean, and ensured they got the job done right. Whenever I had questions they answered them completely and helped me understand what they were doing. They installed my new electric and coolant lines very neatly against the side of our building and placed my new AC unit exactly where I asked them to after we discussed it.
Careese communicated every step of the installation process clearly. I asked Careese and Napoleon to not prop our back door open (it's a walk up). They understood immediately and they held my keys the entire day and returned them when they were done. They clearly care about the work they do, and if I hire this company again I will insist on Careese and Napoleon to do my installations.
In the end I hope they change their sales tactics. This company does a lot of business and there's just no reason to treat people like that. Fortunately the installers made up for it. But be prepared if you go with this company and you care about what you're getting for the money. And ask for Careese and Napoleon to do your install, really they were excellent and worked their butts off all day. Thanks!

The installers worked tirelessly from 10:30 am 12:30 pm so 14 hours which I was ok with they spent the time with me to explain the process and were extremely professional . I bought lunch for them which I do for anyone that does work for me as I believe relationships are built both ways . The system they installed is working really well (Still early though) and solved my cooling needs ( waiting for hotter days but cooled really well over the last 12 hours ) . I’m grateful to have worked and asked the right questions which as a consumer we are responsible to educate ourselves when spending thousands of dollars, and not to just rely upon a company to do so . I believe the installers names were Candiido (I think that’s his name ) and Martin who went above and beyond to take care of the install .

Installed new Furnace. The following day we noticed that the electronic air cleaner was not working. And also noticed that the outlet that they had wired was not working. Had a tech come out who said that the electric outlet was wired incorrectly. Also find out that the vent in the furnace basement ductwork was improperly installed and could only be either full opene or closed, which we weren’t advised about from the installation team. The technician fixed the outlet, but the electronic air cleaner must have been blown when it was plugged into an improperly wired outlet. Now later this evening, we are noticing that the furnace is not working at all and the temperature in the house is set at 74, but the thermostat says 67 and decreasing. Not a great experience.
Update 11/25 - contacted 4 Seasons since I just realized, even though we asked to have our old furnace replaced with something identical in btu’s and quality, we were sold a 45000 btu furnace to replace our old 80,000 btu furnace. They are coming out 11/28 to do calcs on the house to determine the proper number of btu’s needed.
Update 11/29 - calcs done yesterday (11/28), and got call that they are going to upgrade our furnace to a 70,000 btu furnace at no adtl cost.
Although it doesn’t say much for the salesman, who has yet to reach out and apologize, since had I not discovered this, the furnace would have been undersized and overworked, resulting in the furnace’s life span being reduced and the house not properly being heated, it does say a lot about the company to admit there was an error made and willing to do something about without trying to upsell me.
Will update this post again after work has been done and signed off on. Not holding my breath until all is done.
12/5 Update. New 70,000 btu furnace installed without any charge. Things are working great and the house heats up much quicker. Thank you Four Seasons for your follow through and turning a bad sales experience into a good overall experience. Will be using them in the future.

I just want to say the technician, Muhaned, was able to remove vents from my walls that hadn’t been removed in over 20 years - and without sustaining any damage! It was really gross seeing all that built up dust that was hiding in my walls and circulating throughout the house.

We contacted Four Seasons after discovering our thermostat was not working. They sent a technician on Sunday who gave us a thorough breakdown of what was wrong. We had water damage on the inside of our furnace which was causing problems. The choice was between changing out the circuit/motherboard or replacing the entire furnace. He called his manager who walked us through the breakdown of the cost of doing both. We decided on replacing the furnace. A separate team came on Monday (11/14/22) to remove our old furnace and install the new unit. They were on time, professional (cleaned up everything, took away all trash, and cleaned up in our common area), and went over the details of our new unit. Glad we called Four Seasons and will continue to use them in the future for our heating/cooling needs.

Adam W. should be conducting training for other service technicians! He began the service by calling ahead and confirming the service appointment. He came in, greeted in a friendly yet professional manner, covered his footwear, asked what needed to be done to confirm the phone service order, and immediately went to work. He was efficient. He answered questions I felt truthfully, didn't suggest things or parts that weren't necessary just to boost the invoice. He was polite and patient when I asked for further clarification on a couple of questions he responded to and I was not clear or fully grasped. I was so impressed with him I asked if it was possible to request him on future service calls. If it were in my power, I would give this young man a raise, for he surely deserves one with his work ethic. I hope his supervisor realizes that he is an exceptional employee. I was very pleased with everything when he finished up before he had me to sign off on the paperwork. I recommend this company and definitely plan to stay with them for my heating etc. needs. Was inquiring about someone to install an additional circuit for this heater air conditioning unit, but they do not do this she said.had a follow up call from them and after discussing what I was looking for, another tech would be sent out to look into this. The tech looked at what I wanted and told me a have to call and request a electrical teck to come out to look into this. Just got off the phone with a lady from them as a follow up call to find out how the meeting with the tech went.

I didn’t have any heat, I called around 9am and a technician was here by 10am. Technician called when he was on his way. He was very polite, fixed the problem and made sure that the furnace was working well and heating up. We’ve used this company for years and have always been very satisfied. Every time a technician comes for repairs or maintenance they have been wonderful. I was very satisfied with the technician and four seasons. The response time is wonderful.

Our thermostat was on the blink. With a Lennox system you cannot use a standard thermostat easily. Our technician did a great job installing a Nest thermostat. It took him several hours but it works great

Four seasons gave me a MUCH LOWER price for furnace, a/c, water heater, and included a whole house humidifier at no cost. Installation took a lot longer than expected...but for the price.
