Mister B's has completed a great job installing a new heating system in our business. Their quote came in less then half of another companies. When the technicians showed up to do the job they were professional, courteous and brought us in on the install to make sure we were happy with the way the job was done. Mister B's brought the electrician and plumbing companies with then on the install so there was no down time. When install was completed the cleaned the work area and also made sure that I received all the books for the new system. I am grateful that there are still companies that not only show up on time and do a good job but to do it with integrity and knowledge. If you need any heating or cooling work done this is the go to company.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Huge shout out to Heather, Nicole, Perry and Rob. I called them last Thursday because our furnace wouldn't turn on. Heather scheduled Perry to come out. He ended getting stuck on the roads up here and couldn't make it the rest of the way to our home. (Thanks to our neighbors for helping him out.) Heather called me immediately and said that Rob would be on his way. About an hour later, Rob showed up at our door, after getting stuck a half mile up the road. He walked the last half mile and was able to get our furnace working. (He had a co-worker come and help him get out.) This morning, the furnace was having more issues. I called and talked to Nicole, explained who I was, and she was on it! About 45 min later Rob called me and walked me through the very easy fix. These people go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I appreciate them all so much and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!

Great service all around. The office was good. DJ answered every question and responded quickly. The insltallers were always on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. Then they do all the warranty set up for you and send you prefilled out paperwork for black hills energy rebates. Oh and they had an old dinosaur furnace to rip out of my basement. They busted their butts and did great. Would give 10 stars.

Mister B‘s installed a new air conditioned system in our home. Our system was compatible with an a/c, so there were no additional changes needed. Their crew arrived on time and was quick in making the needed changes inside and adding on the system were we wanted on the outside. We did have a particular area in mind as it would avoid hail damage but still have air flow. The changes they made to the existing system were seamless and today, at 90 degrees, the house is holding a comfortable 72 degrees on the main level. The only 2 issues we had was they shut off the thermostat and did not turn it back on. Since I installed the smart thermostat, I just connected the new communication line for the a/c and turned it back on. The electrician was 2 weeks out from the install date. Mister B’s sent out a crew as soon as he was done to make sure the system started up properly. All in all, with the shutdowns and delays due to the Coronavirus, we felt their work exceeded our expectations.

Each house I have worked on has had its own challenges and I was always pleased with the work and felt their prices were in line. I’ve had to call a few times with urgent issues and they were there and did whatever needed done. I highly recommend Mr B’s and feel like I’ve always made a good business move hiring them.

Mister B’s was incredible! I was on crutches and my husband was out of the country. Our heater went out at 5 pm. I waited until the next morning. I explained the situation but since I had a gas fireplace I told the office manager I could wait if someone else needed assistance first. The employees thanked me, gave out an early arrival time and had my unit fixed in 45 minutes. I appreciated their assistance! Great service, knowledgeable employees, and a wonderful experience. Have recommended Mister B’s to all my neighbors.

Our dealing with this company was excellent from visiting the office and getting educated on capabilities of HVAC systems and being provided with the brochures that helped in deciding what we wanted installed. The crew that did the work arrived early, worked steady and finished the total removal of the old furnace and installation of new furnace and AC system, the next morning. The electrician from Dale Electric was equally efficient in finding and routing power to the condenser unit. Work was done August 2020. Interaction with the with the owners and work crew was cordial and professional. We recommend this company.

Of course on the coldest day of the year, the furnace needed fixing. MR B's called right back, the tech called when he was on the way, service was prompt and professional. The tech was awesome, gave a senior discount for my 81 yo mom living with me and charged a fair price especially considering it was an emergency. I trust these guys and highly recommend them.

Mister B's is a valuable asset to the Cheyenne community. I've gone through them for a natural gas furnace and now a full heat pump HVAC setup. Both times I felt like I was dealing with honest people, which is apparently a rarity nowadays. This time around I received 3 estimates for the work and Mr. B's estimate was very reasonable in comparison (and included a veterans discount). I also got some nice grips for my Redhawk. Woke up to a cold house and called Mr. B's. I spoke to Brian and he was on a call, out of town, but he remembered exactly where my house was from a year earlier and said he would stop by on his way back to town. Watched as it was a diagnosed faulty valve on the furnace. A technician was dispatched a couple of hours later with a replacement part. Within a few short minutes, the tech had found a pesky miller that found its way into a drain line and prevented proper operation of the furnace. His professionalism saved me money, but also earned a life long customer! Thanks to everyone for the upmost desire to be the best out there! On a side note, the girlfriend's mother is here and hates the cold. Now that she is happy and warm, she is staying a couple more weeks!

Awesome shop! We were passing through Cheyenne on our way to the Grand Canyon from Canada, and our RV A/C wasn’t working. The friendly staff at Mr B’s fit us in and had us rolling again in 2 hours, with an ice-cold A/C unit. It’s 100 degrees in Utah right now - they saved our trip! Thanks Mr B’s!

Everybody in and around Cheyenne should read this, I wrote to the boss... I just wanted to inform you that the recent experience with your company and people was an absolute unbelievable pleasure. First speaking with Brittany was unbelievable in it's self. She has an upbeat attitude, polite, and went out of her way to take care of me. OK check this out. She made an appointment with me for late into a day after we talked and told me if someone finished early or had a cancellation she would call me. Yeah right!! Well to my surprise she did and had a tech come to my house that same day. Really??? who does that in these days? Brittany. WOW! unfrigging believable . (maybe a little bonus due). You need to hold on to her. Then here comes John. Where in the hell did you find these people? This John guy comes marching into my house with clean clothes a bag full of tools and equipment and a smile on his face. At first I thought he was smiling because, (here's some easy money) LOL. Not the case, I think he was really sincere. He checked out my furnace and explained everything he was doing in words that this old man could understand and that's a difficult task. But the best news was when he told me my furnace did not have a cracked heat exchanger and wasn't trying to sell me a new furnace. Very nice person, very professional and a pleasure to have in my house. The next good news was the cost of the service call, really- really reasonable. You honoring the military is really great and I appreciate that, it means a lot to me. I guess he should get a bonus too. Keep it up and you'll be broke, LOL.

Mister Bs was highly recommended by a friend of mine years ago. I called and Randy arrived promptly to make an assessment of the furnace. After 62 years of service it had died. Next day, DJ arrived and gave me the information for a new installation of a new furnace and also the Central Air. Next day I received the cost and break down. We signed the contract agreement and put down the 50% to move forward with the process. DJ also explained that there were several other people who were scheduled before us. We purchased several small heaters which provided heat to other rooms, and we turned on the gas fireplace. Promptly Wednesday morning the 28th, Matt arrived to start the dismantling of the furnace. Within the hour WGDale Electric arrived and Ryan and Jared started the process of installing electrical for the AC. They were very thoughtful about communicating with me to allow them the best way for installation. Later that day Evan, Jason and Colton arrived to assist Matt with the installation of the new furnace. Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions. Matt was very good at showing me how everything works and also the thermostat. That night we had heat from the new furnace. Thursday morning the 30th, Andy and Taylor arrived promptly to install new Central Air. Again communicating with me during the process to make sure that they had the best way to go about the process. Andy answered all my questions and made the necessary steps for the installation. Both crews were very polite, professional, hard working, very knowledgeable about their work and commitment to providing the best service to their customers.
