First off, Charlie came on a weekend service call. Was having issues will my old furnace and got it working. He noticed a major safety issue with my old system. We got CJ out here the following week for an estimate to replace my old system. Within two weeks, Cody and Derrick got here about 5 minutes before the scheduled time on a Saturday no less (Feb 19, 2022). Did an AWESOME job of installing a gas furnace replacing my 50+ year old furnace. Would highly recommend Advanced Comfort Solutions to anyone needing repair or new install. From start to finish each person we interacted with was friendly and professional. From Ashley in the office, Charlie, CJ, Cody and Derrick, ya'll are defiantly the A-Team!

I recently had a new furnace, A/C and tankless hot water heater installed by Advanced Comfort Solutions. Cody and Trey were my team of technicians and were great to work with. They did a fantastic job in almost every respect. Initially we thought we needed to have our furnace replaced. I called and set up an appointment for a quote to replace the furnace. The gentleman that came out for the quote recommended that we request for a technician to come out to see if it can be repaired instead of replaced. That to me was really thoughtful, he could have kept it to himself and made the sale and his company a few thousand dollars. So the technician came out THE SAME DAY and worked on our furnace for the remainder of the business day, then came out the following day to finish the work. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their kindness, expedient response, and willingness to save us money was amazing. What could have been a nearly 4000 dollar replacement tuned into roughly a 600 dollar repair and cleaning. I am truly thankful for their hard work, and quick response, and efficiency. I saved their number to my contacts because any further business having to do with my furnace/central air will be through them! Our HVAC system was not working properly. I called another service and they came and told me my system was obsolete and needed to be replaced. I requested a quote for a replacement system. Crickets. After a week I called and reminded them I wanted a quote for a replacement system. Two weeks later I got a one page quote through the mail. In the mean time I called Advanced. Wyatt was at our house within two days, looked at our system and emailed me three options of good, better and best systems the same day, along with sales information for each system. Their price for the better system was lower than the other vendor who quoted me the good system. We went with the Advanced quote, and the only draw back to the whole operation was the two month wait because their schedule is really full. Our scheduled install date came yesterday, and Wyatt arrived early and showed the install crew what we had requested. Cody and Kayleb had the old system out before noon and got the majority of the new system installed by quitting time. They returned today and completed the installation. Cody then walked me through our new system. I am extremely impressed with the service I received and will recommend Advanced to anyone who I visit with. Outstanding service!

This company is awesome! Not only they are professional, but their dedication to work is truly touching: to make sure the installation was finished on time, Cody and Derek worked through heavy rain and got wet allover but not even stop for a minutes. What we had was a truly enjoyable experience with this company, there are a lot of name we would like to mention: Tim, Jeff, Brad, Tom and Ashley… all these people we have met are really nice and helpful! This company has a spring breeze atmosphere, we loved it. By the way, we're in a small town about an hour and a half from Cheyenne, and since Cody and Derek finished and left, we've had a lot of people asking for the name and number of the company. And we are so glad that to have them taking care our HVAC system.

Having a new furnace installed in my home was a major event. I wanted to make sure I researched and found the best Cheyenne had to offer. That mission was accomplished with Advanced. The sales person (Tim) was professional and efficient. He gave me a free estimate, kept in touch with me during the whole process. The install could not have gone any better. The guys were real professionals, they showed up on time, finished most of the project in one day, and finished up a couple of days later. In a week of temperatures in the mid 90s, our A/C quit. I called several companies who gave me times of two weeks to a month before they could even come out to look at it. I spoke with Joey, the Service Manager, at Advanced Comfort. Next thing I know, I get a call from Savannah, their scheduler. She squeezes me in between some big jobs and, three hours later, Jeremy has repaired my A/C. Jeremy was fast, professional and really knows his stuff! They're the best!

As luck would have it, 1 of our rental houses had a furnace problem when we were out of town. Not only that- it was 1 degree out, it was on a Sunday. I called Advanced Comfort Solutions, and spoke to their tech on call. He told me that he could be there in 1-2 hours. He showed up as promised. Luckily- it was an easy fix. The tenant said the tech (Austin) was very professional and polite. Not only did Advanced Comfort show up on quickly on a Sunday- they only charge regular time- even on the weekends. They don't take advantage of you by charging huge weekend fees. Advanced Comfort is the only HVAC company to call !

I had to call advanced comfort early on a week day. I was worried j would have to be scheduled for a later time in the day while I was at work. Instead the technician on call said he could be right over and fixed my heater right away. He said he would need a part and said he would be right back. Within just a couple hours he was back at my door with the part. He installed it and it's been working great ever since! I would highly recommend Advanced Comfort to anyone needing service or installation. Very professional and courteous!

We needed to replace our original furnaces (yes plural) that were over 40 years old and we wanted to add central air since the summers in Cheyenne are getting hotter. We researched all of the HVAC companies in town, a few in Fort Collins, asked friends and co-workers and decided to get 5 quotes. We knew this was going to be a costly, but important home improvement. After meeting with all of the guys and getting the quotes, we wanted to be sure and make the right decision, even if it wasn't the "cheapest" quote. We decided to choose Advanced Comfort Solutions. From the moment Tim came to give us a quote, he was absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process! Brad and Jake completed the 3-1/2 day install, and even had to work in about 10 inches of snow for an entire day (Poor guys!)They were both very clean, hard working, professional, knowledgeable, competent, respectful and just overall awesome! It is stressful any time people are in your home doing a home improvement project. However, we have to say, both of these guys put us at ease, answered all of our questions, walked through everything with us and were just overall, wonderful! Jeff Walker was also terrific on stopping in during the install and doing the final inspection! We can't say enough about doing business with ACS! We, undoubtedly and absolutely chose the right company and are very happy customers!

In October of last year, our sixty year old furnace wouldn't turn on/start up. We have a home warranty through First American and they were doing everything they could to try to "patch" the problem instead of trying to repair/replace it. Advanced Comfort is the company that First American works through, so that is who came to look at the furnace. The first time a technician came out, he got the furnace to work, but it was making this awful noise. (I have read that warranty companies tell their contractors to only do the absolute minimum to fix the problem.) I talked to the warranty company and they said that they would not address sounds that indicated a problem was still present, they would only act if the furnace actually stopped working again. I decided to call another company outside of our warranty and they came and condemned the system as a fire hazard because the heating coils were cracked. Once I showed that report to the warranty company, they re-opened our case and sent the technician back to take another took at our furnace. The technician, on second look, agreed that the furnace needed to be replaced. He said he would send his report to the warranty company and get them to get us a new furnace. After a few days of hearing nothing, I contacted the warranty company and they said they were still waiting on a report from Advanced Comfort. I called Advanced Comfort to see what the hold up was and talked to Tim V. He let me know that he had sent the report to First American and he had been on the phone with First American for an extended period of time the previous day. First American had received the report and told him that they would not be covering the cost of a replacement furnace. Tim told them that if that was the case, then First American needed to contact me and explain to me why they were making that decision. First American never contacted me to tell me that. Tim contacted First American again and got them to FINALLY agree to order a replacement for us. This whole process took place over about a month's time. I so very much appreciated that Tim went through this trouble for us, when he easily could have just let the warranty company get away with forcing us to purchase a replacement ourselves, even though we pay specifically for this coverage to avoid a situation like that. If we ever need service on this system again, I will be very happy to be working with Advanced Comfort Solutions.

We had a new air conditioner installed a couple years ago. Just last week, the indoor unit started leaking through the bottom and on the floor of our basement. When Josh Ackerman came out to fix it, I was overwhelmed by the amount of repairs that had to be done in order to fix the problem, especially since the unit is new. Josh went above and beyond to make sure the unit was taken care of. He immediately called his supervisor and told him about the situation. Advanced Comfort Solutions took care of the cost of all repairs and even had Josh repair a cracked pipe attached to the furnace (unrelated to the a/c problem). After 5 hours, we were good to go and felt good about the company! Thank you for everything!

My furnace fan motor stopped working two nights ago. I first went to mister b's and was told it would be 400.00 dollars for just the motor, I thought that was way overpriced, so I went to advanced and they gave me two prices for the motors that fit my furnace. They replaced the motor and took the time to explain the difference between the two so I knew what I was getting. From start to finish it took them about one hour to fix the problem I had. They were very courteous and very fair on the price. If I ever have to get repairs on my furnace or a.c. I will call them first because they know how to treat their customers right. The installation of my new furnace was done on April 7,2016. John and Bill arrived on time and went right to work. The process to me seems more than a little complicated, but they knew exactly what to do and went right to work All was done by about 3:30 in the afternoon. I had recently had a new hardwood floor put down in the major traffic area from the front door to the basement stairs, and new carpet toward the back door and was concerned about something happening to it, but they came prepared with carpet runners and plastic sheeting for the stairs which was great. They are professionals who did a very good job if installation, and I highly recommend them and Advanced comfort. Tim Vogt also was very helpful as we discussed the options for the new furnace.

I will only use ACS from now on I was in a pinch when my ac stopped working on the hottest day of the summer so I contacted another local shop that got me right in the techs were there about an hour and came to the conclusion that my compressor was out and my system was out dated told me it would cost a minimum of $2,000 to fix it but I'd be better off just replacing it for $4,000. Something wasn't sitting quite right with me so I contacted ACS and they scheduled me about a week out but at this point I was willing to wait for an actual Lennox dealer to look at my unit. The tech Russell showed up and he was amazing! Within 20 minutes my ac was up and running and cost me under $150. Turned out it was just a capacitor issue and also the other place had over charged my unit which definitely would have caused me extremely expensive repairs. I will never use or recommend anyone other than ACS thank you for your awesome, honest and knowledgeable work!

These people (Advance Climate Control) are very professional and know their business. Do Not go the MARV’S Plumbing for HVAC. MARVS will tell you they do HVAC but they have no clue and will charge you through the nose for the wrong diagnosis!
